本发明公开了一种实心轮胎胎面保护剂及其制备方法,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:植物蜡25‑35份、天然植物精油10‑15份、高性能硫化胶粉45‑50份、植物秸秆35‑40份、香精3‑5份、透明质酸钠3‑4份、三乙醇胺10‑12份、二硫化钼20‑25份、去离子水120‑180份、防老剂5‑8份、紫外线吸收剂2‑6份。本发明使得实心轮胎使用寿命长,具有去污、增黑和抗静电的作用,同时还能有效保护轮胎,使得轮胎刹车不会划出痕迹。

技术领域
本发明涉及实心轮胎技术领域,特别是一种实心轮胎胎面保护剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
现实生活中,车辆轮胎在使用时遇到转弯时产生重量偏移及行驶速度的不均匀导致轮胎侧壁会磨损,同时也避免不了沙石的敲击,尤其是轮胎侧壁很容易划伤,同时一些腐蚀性污垢容易粘附轮胎侧壁,直接导致轮胎老化。
市面上普遍存在的传统轮胎蜡追求短时间的高光亮效果及低成本,会添加矽油类含荧光剂成分,虽然成本低、亮度高,但起不到有效的保护作用,严重时会造成轮胎严重发黄。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种实心轮胎胎面保护剂及其制备方法,本发明使得实心轮胎使用寿命长,具有去污、增黑和抗静电的作用,同时还能有效保护轮胎,使得轮胎刹车不会划出痕迹。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:
一种实心轮胎胎面保护剂,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:
植物蜡25-35份、天然植物精油10-15份、高性能硫化胶粉45-50份、植物秸秆35-40份、香精3-5份、透明质酸钠3-4份、三乙醇胺10-12份、二硫化钼20-25份、去离子水120-180份、防老剂5-8份、紫外线吸收剂2-6份。
优选的,在本发明中,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:
植物蜡25份、天然植物精油12份、高性能硫化胶粉48份、植物秸秆38份、香精4份、透明质酸钠4份、三乙醇胺12份、二硫化钼20份、去离子水160份、防老剂6份、紫外线吸收剂4份。
优选的,在本发明中,所述防老剂为多元受阻酚类防老剂。
优选的,在本发明中,所述紫外线吸收剂为苯酮类紫外线吸收剂、苯并咪唑类紫外线吸收剂和三嗪类紫外线吸收剂中的任一种。
一种实心轮胎胎面保护剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将植物秸秆洗净晾干,置于温度为70-75℃的烘箱烘干,碾碎后放入坩埚中通入惰性气体,并在380-400℃的条件下热解1-2h,降至室温,过筛得到活性生物碳备用;
S2、将得到的活性生物碳放入反应容器,并依次加入剩余原料,加热并搅拌,并以300-400r/min的转速搅拌30min,控制加热温度90-100℃,混合均匀后得到所述实心轮胎保护剂。
优选的,在本发明中,所述惰性气体为氮气。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明使得实心轮胎使用寿命长,具有去污、增黑和抗静电的作用,同时还能有效保护轮胎,使得轮胎刹车不会划出痕迹。

一种实心轮胎胎面保护剂,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:
植物蜡25份、天然植物精油10份、高性能硫化胶粉45份、植物秸秆35份、香精3份、透明质酸钠3份、三乙醇胺10份、二硫化钼20份、去离子水120份、防老剂5份、紫外线吸收剂2份。
一种实心轮胎胎面保护剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将植物秸秆洗净晾干,置于温度为70℃的烘箱烘干,碾碎后放入坩埚中通入惰性气体,并在380℃的条件下热解1h,降至室温,过筛得到活性生物碳备用;
S2、将得到的活性生物碳放入反应容器,并依次加入剩余原料,加热并搅拌,并以300r/min的转速搅拌30min,控制加热温度90℃,混合均匀后得到所述实心轮胎保护剂。
实施例2:
一种实心轮胎胎面保护剂,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:

S2、将得到的活性生物碳放入反应容器,并依次加入剩余原料,加热并搅拌,并以400r/min的转速搅拌30min,控制加热温度100℃,混合均匀后得到所述实心轮胎保护剂。
实施例4:

植物蜡32份、天然植物精油14份、高性能硫化胶粉46份、植物秸秆38份、香精5份、透明质酸钠4份、三乙醇胺12份、二硫化钼25份、去离子水180份、防老剂8份、紫外线吸收剂4份。
一种实心轮胎胎面保护剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将植物秸秆洗净晾干,置于温度为75℃的烘箱烘干,碾碎后放入坩埚中通入惰性气体,并在400℃的条件下热解2h,降至室温,过筛得到活性生物碳备用;
S2、将得到的活性生物碳放入反应容器,并依次加入剩余原料,加热并搅拌,并以400r/min的转速搅拌30min,控制加热温度100℃,混合均匀后得到所述实心轮胎保护剂。

植物蜡25-35份、天然植物精油10-15份、高性能硫化胶粉45-50份、植物秸秆35-40份、香精3-5份、透明质酸钠3-4份、三乙醇胺10-12份、二硫化钼20-25份、去离子水120-180份、防老剂5-8份、紫外线吸收剂2-6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种实心轮胎胎面保护剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料制备而成:
植物蜡25份、天然植物精油12份、高性能硫化胶粉48份、植物秸秆38份、香精4份、透明质酸钠4份、三乙醇胺12份、二硫化钼20份、去离子水160份、防老剂6份、紫外线吸收剂4份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种实心轮胎胎面保护剂,其特征在于,所述防老剂为多元受阻酚类防老剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种实心轮胎胎面保护剂,其特征在于,所述紫外线吸收剂为苯酮类紫外线吸收剂、苯并咪唑类紫外线吸收剂和三嗪类紫外线吸收剂中的任一种。
5.一种实心轮胎胎面保护剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、将植物秸秆洗净晾干,置于温度为70-75℃的烘箱烘干,碾碎后放入坩埚中通入惰性气体,并在380-400℃的条件下热解1-2h,降至室温,过筛得到活性生物碳备用;
S2、将得到的活性生物碳放入反应容器,并依次加入剩余原料,加热并搅拌,并以300-400r/min的转速搅拌30min,控制加热温度90-100℃,混合均匀后得到所述实心轮胎保护剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述一种实心轮胎胎面保护剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述惰性气体为氮气。
