本发明涉及一种切割机械,尤其涉及一种复合材料在线自动切割机,属于切割机技术领域。它包含辅助切割装置、定尺系统、切割系统以及人机界面四个部分,设备切割系统在辅助切割装置和定尺系统的作用下,通过人机界面控制、操作,满足切割的要求。通过本设计,一方面实现了能快速在线自动切割,切割端面无毛刺,平整光滑,提高了产品质量和精度;另一方面解决了二次加工修端,降低了二次修端的人力资源、设备投入和二次损耗。本发明的优点是:(1)结构合理、传动平稳、生产效率高。(2)操作便捷、安全,易于修改所需各种复合材料的切割长度。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切割机械,尤其涉及一种复合材料在线自动切割机,属于切割机技术领域。
背景技术
复合材料具有承载能力好、优良的力学性能、减振性强、耐磨、耐热及材料的可设计性等一系列优良特性,在理论研究和实际应用上引起了人们极大的关注,复合材料主要是以环氧树脂为基材的,目前开发应用的复合材料绝大多数是树脂基玻璃钢,应用范围已逐渐从附属件、次承力件到主承力结构件,年增长率大约为15~20%。由于生产出来的复合材料全部需要经过切割来满足尺寸要求,传统切割以手动切割为主,复合材料从生产线下线后,由人工手动切割,切割出来的型材端面不平整、尺寸精度达不到、还要进行二次修端等问题,一直以来都是令复合材料的生产厂家头疼的主要问题。为了从根本上解决各种难题,这就需要复合材料的生产厂家从技术创新层面改进生产设备,来提高生产效率,满足生产的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种复合材料在线自动切割机械,解决了复合材料从生产线下线后,由人工手动切割,切割出来的型材端面不平整、尺寸精度达不到、还要进行二次修端的问题。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采取如下措施:一种复合材料在线自动切割机,它包含有:辅助切割装置、定尺系统、切割系统以及人机界面四个部分,辅助切割装置由滑动支撑平台、前后导向装置和前后压紧装置组成,滑动支撑平台由托片、滚轴、滑动支架、滚轮轴、滚轮座、滚动轴承A、固定板、集水槽及平台移动气缸构成,前后导向装置由导向座、导向轮、滚动轴承B、导向轴及挡圈构成,前后压紧装置由压紧座、压紧气缸、连接法兰、连接板、压板及垫板构成;定尺系统由锁紧装置和定尺机构组成,锁紧装置由锁扣、导向件、锁紧气缸、锁座和铝型材构成,定尺机构由挡板、感应元器件、元器件安装座、摆臂器、推拉气缸、导轨副A、连接座、滑动底座、限位块、滑轨及滑块构成;切割系统由机架、龙门架、导轨副B、行走电机、齿轮齿条副、安装座、切割电机、主动轮、被动轮、传送带、旋转轴、滚动轴承C、切割刀片及刀片前后夹紧盘组成;人机界面由显示屏、电子元器件、信息传输系统组成。
本发明中的上述设置中,辅助切割装置中的滑动支撑平台设有滑动支架,托片固定在滑动支架的内两侧,滚轴的两端担在托片上,固定板均匀的分布在滑动支架下,并与滚轮座连接,滚动轴承A装在滚轮轴的两边,并与滚轮座相连接,集水槽固定在固定板和滚轮座之间,平台移动气缸与滑动支架连接;前后导向装置设有导向座,导向轮通过导向轴固定在导向座上,滚动轴承B安装在导向轮内,并通过挡圈卡住;前后压紧装置设有压紧座,压紧气缸固定在压紧座上,连接法兰与压紧气缸的导柱相连接,连接法兰固定在连接板上,压板固定在连接板的下面,在压板的正下方设有垫板。
定尺系统中的定尺机构把滑轨设置在机架的右边,滑块配套在滑轨上,滑动底座固定在滑块上,并通过限位块固定,挡板通过摆臂器与滑动底座固定,导轨副A固定在滑动底座上,推拉气缸通过连接座与挡板连接,元器件安装座固定在挡板上,感应元器件设置于元器件安装座上;锁紧装置设有导向件,导向件固定于挡板的一端,锁扣夹在导向件的中间,锁紧气缸固定在导向件上,锁座与铝型材固定并设置于锁扣的正下方,气缸带动锁扣上下滑动,可以插入到锁座中,来保证定尺机构的精度。
切割系统中,龙门架横跨在机架上,导轨副B固定在龙门架上部,安装座设置于导轨副B上,行走电机固定在安装座的底板上,出力轴与齿轮齿条副配合连接,切割电机固定在安装座的侧板上,出力轴与主动轮连接,并通过传送带连接固定在旋转轴上的被动轮,旋转轴的支撑端配有滚动轴承C,旋转轴的另一端通过刀片前后夹紧盘,切割刀片固定夹持在中间。
人机界面中,显示屏通过信息传输系统与电子元器件相连接、电子元器件通过信息传输系统与整个设备电控相连接;人机界面中设有多个控制程序,每个程序分别与各自工作对象通过信息传输系统相连接,并可在显示屏上设定参数和指令,操控各自的工作对象。
通过本设计,一方面实现了能快速的在线自动切割,切割端面无毛刺,平整光滑,提高了产品质量和精度;另一方面解决了无需二次加工修端,降低了二次修端的人力资源、设备投入和二次损耗。
本发明的优点是:
(1)结构合理、传动平稳、生产效率高,自动化程度高;
(2)人机界面采用触摸屏控制,操作便捷、安全,易于修改所需各种复合材料的切割长度。

具体实施方式
以一种复合材料在线自动切割机为例,当复合材料输送到感应元器件02处,感应元器件02感应到复合材料,平台移动气缸51回位,当复合材料继续往前输送顶到定尺机构的挡板46时,滑动支撑平台的滑动支架36跟着往前移动,给信号到压紧气缸19下压,切割机构的切割电机45开始切割并伴随警报声,切割完后,锁紧气缸31先回位,推料气缸50再回位,整个定尺机构开启,平台移动气缸51把整个滑动支撑平台推到初始切割原点位置。人工把切割好的复合材料拿走,间隔半分钟后推拉气缸50把挡板46推出,锁紧气缸31往下推出锁扣32并卡在锁座29里面,等待下一根复合材料的切割,如此往复作业。

1.一种复合材料在线自动切割机,它包含有:辅助切割装置、定尺系统、切割系统以及人机界面四个部分,辅助切割装置由滑动支撑平台、前后导向装置和前后压紧装置组成,滑动支撑平台由托片、滚轴、滑动支架、滚轮轴、滚轮座、滚动轴承A、固定板、集水槽及平台移动气缸构成,前后导向装置由导向座、导向轮、滚动轴承B、导向轴及挡圈构成,前后压紧装置由压紧座、压紧气缸、连接法兰、连接板、压板及垫板构成;定尺系统由锁紧装置和定尺机构组成,锁紧装置由锁扣、导向件、锁紧气缸、锁座和铝型材构成,定尺机构由挡板、感应元器件、元器件安装座、摆臂器、推拉气缸、导轨副A、连接座、滑动底座、限位块、滑轨及滑块构成;切割系统由机架、龙门架、导轨副B、行走电机、齿轮齿条副、安装座、切割电机、主动轮、被动轮、传送带、旋转轴、滚动轴承C、切割刀片及刀片前后夹紧盘组成;人机界面由显示屏、电子元器件、信息传输系统组成,所述的滑动支撑平台设置于机架之上,切割机构固定于滑动支撑平台的前部,并介于前后导向装置和前后压紧装置之间,锁紧装置和定尺机构设置于滑动支撑平台的尾部,其特征在于辅助切割装置、定尺系统、切割系统通过人机界面的操控对复合材料的在线自动切割。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种复合材料自动在线切割机,其特征在于所述切割系统中设有安装座,切割电机固定在安装座的侧板上,出力轴与主动轮连接,并通过传送带连接固定在旋转轴上的被动轮,旋转轴的支撑端配有滚动轴承C,旋转轴的另一端通过刀片前后夹紧盘,切割刀片固定夹持在中间。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种复合材料自动在线切割机,其特征在于所述锁紧装置设有导向件,导向件固定于挡板的一端,锁扣夹在导向件的中间,锁紧气缸固定在导向件上,锁座与铝型材固定并设置于锁扣的正下方,气缸带动锁扣上下滑动,可以插入到锁座中,来保证定尺机构的精度。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种复合材料自动在线切割机,其特征在于所述前后导向装置设有导向座,导向轮通过导向轴固定在导向座上,滚动轴承B安装在导向轮内,并通过挡圈卡住。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种复合材料自动在线切割机,其特征在于所述前后压紧装置设有压紧座,压紧气缸固定在压紧座上,连接法兰与压紧气缸的导柱相连接,连接法兰固定在连接板上,压板固定在连接板的下面,在压板的正下方设有垫板。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种复合材料自动在线切割机,其特征在于所述人机界面中,显示屏通过信息传输系统与电子元器件相连接、电子元器件通过信息传输系统与整个设备电控相连接。
