3. The invention is convenient for cleaning after solid-liquid separation of garbage through the brushes arranged in the separating piece and the plurality of spray heads uniformly arranged under the bottom plate block of the separating piece, so that the interior of the invention is clean and not easy to be polluted by the garbage, the maintenance of the device is realized, and the service life of the invention is better prolonged.

The fixed plate 19 is provided with a groove, the groove is connected with a rotating part 33 in a rotating mode, and the lower portion of the rotating part 33 is connected with the screw rod 13.
For better filtering and separating solid garbage and liquid garbage, the lower end of the filter plate 25 is provided with a grating plate 34.
In order to improve the performance, the separator body 1 is made of carbon steel.
In order to facilitate better heat dissipation of the motor 8, a small hole is formed in the joint of the support plate 6 and the screw rod 13, the inner diameter of the small hole is larger than the outer diameter of the screw rod 13, and heat dissipation holes are formed in two sides of the motor protection shell 7.
The top plate 18 has a larger sectional area than the separating member 17.
The working principle is as follows: the invention has the characteristics of high separation efficiency and low energy consumption, firstly, the motor 8 is started in a forward direction, the drive shaft 9 drives the coupler 10 to drive the drive shaft 11 to rotate in a forward direction, the worm wheel 16 is driven to rotate, the lead screw 13 rises, the separating piece 17 rises along with the rising, kitchen waste is put into the feed inlet 20, the waste enters the waste layer 26, then, the motor 8 is started in a reverse direction, the drive shaft 9 drives the coupler 10 to drive the drive shaft 11 to rotate in a reverse direction, the worm wheel 16 rotates in a reverse direction, the lead screw 13 descends, the separating piece 17 descends along with the descending, the waste is fully extruded by the filter plate 25, liquid waste leaks from the grating plate 34 and naturally falls into the liquid storage tank 21, the circulation or the disconnection of the liquid discharge pipe 23 is realized by opening or closing the butterfly valve 22, after the extrusion is finished, the forward starting motor 8 lifts the separating piece 17, the second pushing cylinder 30 is opened, the second pushing air rod 31 is pushed to drive the gate plate 32 to move upwards, the first pushing air cylinder 29 is opened again to push the first pushing air rod 28, so that the filter plate 25 is pushed out, the rotation of the filter plate 25 around the hinge 24 is realized, the garbage is dumped from the separation box 5, the collection of solid-liquid kitchen garbage is completed, after the garbage is dumped from the separation box 5, water is in the water tank, the water is ejected from the spray head through the water pump to clean the filter plate 25, meanwhile, the first motor 174 is started, so that the first motor 174 drives the gear 172 to rotate, the gear 172 moves along the direction of the rack 173, at the moment, the gear 172 moves to one end of the brush outlet 171, then the second motor 179 and the second telescopic push rod 177 are controlled to start, the telescopic push rod 177 extends until the brush 176 contacts the filter plate 25, the second motor 179 drives the brush 175 to rotate, so that the brush 176 under the brush 175 rotates to scrub the filter plate 25, and the cleaning after the solid-liquid separation of the garbage is convenient, the interior of the device is clean and not easy to be polluted by garbage, the maintenance of the device is realized, and meanwhile, the service life of the device is also better prolonged.
