Description

Anti-pollution cosmetic composition and cosmetic using same
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cosmetic, in particular to an anti-pollution cosmetic composition.
Background
With the acceleration of global industrialization and urbanization, environmental pollution, especially air pollution, is more and more serious. Because the atmospheric pollutants are adhered to the surface and continuously release toxic and harmful substances adsorbed by the atmospheric pollutants, the small molecular harmful substances can enter deeper layers of the skin by using hair follicles as channels, damage healthy cells of the skin, lead the skin to age in advance, and cause skin problems such as allergy, dermatitis, color spots and the like. The atmospheric pollutants include suspended particulates (PM10 and PM2.5), Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (PAHs), Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs), and Nitrogen Oxides (NO)x) Sulfur Oxide (SO)x) Carbon monoxide (CO) and ozone (O)3) And the like. Among them, PM2.5, the cause of haze, is a considerable type of skin aggressors. PM2.5 is also called fine particulate matter, which means particulate matter with aerodynamic equivalent diameter less than or equal to 2.5 μm in ambient air, and has large surface area, strong activity and fine particle sizeThe porous structure is easy to attach toxic and harmful substances (such as PAHs, heavy metals, microorganisms and the like). Compared with the coarse atmospheric particulate matter (PM10), the PM2.5 has long retention time in the atmosphere and long conveying distance, not only affects the health of people, but also invisibly increases the burden of the skin, and becomes the focus of attention of people. Therefore, the change of environmental factors has led to the fact that the demand for cosmetic functions is no longer limited to simple whitening, moisturizing, etc. The function of the cosmetics tends to resist physical and chemical damages such as dust, haze, PM2.5, automobile exhaust, industrial pollution, waste gas, ultraviolet rays, ozone and the like, and simultaneously, the cosmetics have the function of repairing skin problems such as allergy, inflammation, dryness, looseness and the like caused by external damages.
For example, the anti-pollution cosmetic composition mentioned in chinese patent CN106727231A resists environmental pollution and moisturizes skin through the synergistic effect of moringa seed extract, polygonum hydropiper extract, jujube extract and donkey-hide gelatin.
For example, in chinese patent CN106176468A, the pollution source of benzopyrene in the environment is mainly solved by using pure natural plants such as burdock, eucommia bark, black pepper, etc. as raw materials.
The anti-pollution skin care product in the Chinese patent CN105055261A is added with various natural plant components such as a moringa oleifera seed extract, trehalose, tremella polysaccharide and the like. The harm to the skin caused by atmospheric pollution is reduced by repelling atmospheric dust with positive charges and complexing harmful heavy metals.
However, most of the cosmetics with anti-pollution efficacy on the market at present only solve the negative effects of pollution on the skin from one aspect, and cannot provide a more comprehensive solution. Therefore, the development of the anti-pollution cosmetic which can protect, expel toxin and supplement skin energy simultaneously has important significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an anti-pollution cosmetic composition which has the effects of protecting skin against physical and chemical attacks, and also has the effects of expelling toxin and supplementing energy.
Therefore, the technical scheme provided by the application is as follows: an antipollution cosmetic composition comprises skin protection factor, skin toxin expelling factor, energy supplementing factor, polyalcohol and water.
Specifically, the skin care factor is 5-15%, the skin toxin expelling factor is 5-10%, the energy supplement factor is 5-10%, the polyhydric alcohol is 5-15%, and the balance is water.
Wherein the skin protection factor is hydrolyzed algin or Dendrobium officinale stem extract or mixture thereof. Hydrolyzed algin is obtained by depolymerizing seaweed to obtain high molecular weight oligomeric alginate, which forms an invisible protective film on the epidermis when applied to the skin. The protective film can capture solid and gas pollutants in the air, prevent the pollutants from permeating into the skin, and particularly reduce the adhesion of PM2.5 particles on the surface of the skin. The Dendrobium officinale (Dendrobium Candidum) stem extract is rich in various nutritional ingredients such as Dendrobium polysaccharides, amino acids, vitamins and the like, and can effectively improve the expression of epidermal cell aquaporin AQP3, supplement liquid and promote the secretion of saliva. And a transparent and elastic protective film is formed on the surface layer of the skin, so that the skin is moist and active. The synergistic effect of the hydrolyzed algin and the dendrobium officinale stem extract enables the skin to have better effect of resisting external pollution.
Wherein the skin toxin expelling factor is a grass extract or a dunaliella salina extract or a mixture of the grass extract and the dunaliella salina extract. The raw grass is Brassicaceae, and the whole grass contains cycadin biflavone, amentoflavone, apigenin, trehalose, etc. The extract containing the raw grass is rich in ketones, has a complex iridoid system, can reduce protein polymerization, improve the integrity of structural protein, promote repair and improve barrier function, and has strong moisturizing, moisturizing and antioxidant protection performances. The Dunaliella salina extract is a natural product obtained from Dunaliella salina, is colorless carotenoid, phytofluene and phytoene from unicellular algae, enhances the protection and resists the internal and external damage of skin, enhances the protection and resists the stress of free radicals, is anti-inflammatory, and inhibits the formation of collagenase, thereby playing the role of expelling toxin. Therefore, the skin achieves better detoxifying effect through the combination of the extracts.
Wherein the energy supplement factor is a Codium bicolor extract or a hydrolyzed semen Ciceris Arietini extract or a mixture thereof. The sargassum biflorum extract is rich in taurine which has the effect of strengthening the cardiac muscle and improving the overall function of the body, and the effect can be seen in skeletal muscle and is considered to be beneficial to the improvement of the motor ability and physical ability. The gorgonia extract is used for injecting vitality into skin cells, enhancing mitochondrial activity, promoting ATP synthesis, increasing skin elasticity and promoting fibroblast rejuvenation. The hydrolyzed semen Ciceris Arietini seed extract is rich in oligopeptide extracted and purified from semen Ciceris Arietini, and can enhance bioenergy of skin cells and promote regeneration thereof. The hydrolyzed chick pea seed extract can: stimulating the new synthesis of Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP) -energy metabolism key molecules; ② the creatine kinase activity is enhanced, which is beneficial to transfer and store Adenosine Triphosphate (ATP).
Preferably, the mass ratio of the hydrolyzed algin to the dendrobium officinale stem extract is 21: 29.
preferably, the mass ratio of the grass-containing extract to the dunaliella salina extract is 18: 61.
preferably, the mass ratio of the sargassum torulosum extract to the hydrolyzed chick pea seed extract is 21: 34.
preferably, the polyhydric alcohol is propylene glycol, butylene glycol, pentylene glycol, glycerol, or a mixture of two or more thereof.
The invention also provides a technical scheme that the anti-pollution cosmetic comprises the anti-pollution cosmetic composition and an auxiliary agent.
Wherein the adjuvant is one or more of emulsifier, antiseptic, essence, pH regulator, oil, chelating agent or water.
In addition, when the composition is specifically used, the components are mixed and stirred uniformly to prepare the composition, and the composition is added into different matrixes at low temperature according to a conventional preparation method to prepare products in different preparation forms, such as water aqua, emulsion, cream, gel, mask or essence, wherein the mass content of the anti-pollution cosmetic composition in the cosmetics is 3-10%.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the anti-pollution cosmetic composition is compounded with the skin protection factor, the skin detoxification factor and the energy supplement factor through the polyhydric alcohol, wherein the skin protection factor, the skin detoxification factor and the energy supplement factor are combined, so that the anti-pollution cosmetic composition has triple effects of protecting, detoxifying and supplementing skin energy. The anti-pollution cosmetic composition is effective in resisting physical and chemical attacks such as dust, haze, automobile exhaust, PM2.5, ultraviolet rays and the like in the environment when being applied to cosmetics. Moreover, by regulating and controlling the content of the skin protection factors, the skin toxin expelling factors and the energy supplement factors in the anti-pollution cosmetic composition, the functional effect of each factor is exerted to the maximum extent, and meanwhile, each factor is fully dissolved in the polyhydric alcohol and the water, so that the layering or the precipitation is not generated, and the long-acting effect is stable. Furthermore, the invention also provides the allowable proportion and the preferable proportion of the anti-pollution cosmetic composition in the cosmetics when the composition is applied to the cosmetics, and the effect of the anti-pollution cosmetic composition can be best embodied in the proportion.
(2) When the skin protection factor is a mixture of hydrolyzed algin and the dendrobium officinale stem extract, the high molecular weight oligomeric alginate in the hydrolyzed algin stays on the surface to form a layer of protective film due to the large molecular weight, and the protective film is more skin-close and moist through the enhancement effect of the dendrobium polysaccharide rich in the dendrobium officinale stem extract, so that the skin can better resist PM2.5 and other pollutant particles due to the synergistic effect of the two components.
(3) When the skin toxin expelling factor is a mixture containing the raw grass extract and the dunaliella salina extract, the raw grass extract is rich in ketones and has a complex iridoid system, so that the skin toxin expelling factor is antioxidant, can obviously reduce the generation of active oxygen, accelerates the metabolism of cells and expels toxins in skin tissues. The Dunaliella salina extract has unique capturing characteristic of hydroxyl free radicals, so that the Dunaliella salina extract has better antioxidant effect, and better toxin expelling effect is achieved.
(4) When the energy supplement factor is the mixture of the gorgonia dichotoma extract and the hydrolyzed chick pea seed extract, the taurine in the gorgonia dichotoma extract enhances the skin repair effect of oligopeptide in the hydrolyzed chick pea seed extract, and the taurine is used as a catalytic factor to promote the synthesis of adenosine triphosphate in skin cells, so that the energy supplement factor can quickly inject vitality into the skin cells through the synergistic effect of the taurine and the hydrolyzed chick pea seed extract, the youthful vitality of the skin is improved, and the anti-pollution capability of the skin is further enhanced.
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.

The preparation of the cosmetic is not particularly limited in the present invention, and the cosmetic can be prepared by a cosmetic preparation method well known to those skilled in the art. In the present invention, the preparation method of the cosmetic comprises the steps of:
(1) mixing water, chelating agent and pH value regulator to obtain a first mixture, and stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃;
(2) mixing an emulsifier and grease to obtain a second mixture, and stirring and heating to 75-80 ℃;
(3) stirring and mixing the first mixture and the second mixture for 5-15 min;
(4) and (4) cooling the mixture obtained in the step (3) to 40-45 ℃, adding the preservative, the anti-pollution cosmetic composition and the essence, and uniformly stirring to obtain the cosmetic.
In the invention, the anti-pollution cosmetic composition accounts for 3-10% of the cosmetic, more preferably 4-9% of the cosmetic, and most preferably 6% of the cosmetic.
Examples 1 to 7 emulsions of examples 1 to 7 were prepared in a mass content of 6% by the above-mentioned cosmetic preparation method, respectively, and the kinds and proportions of water, chelating agent, PH adjuster, emulsifier, oil, preservative and essence used were the same.
Furthermore, comparative examples 1 to 3 emulsions of comparative examples 1 to 3 were prepared in a mass content of 6% by the above-mentioned cosmetic preparation methods, respectively, and the kinds and proportions of water, chelating agent, pH adjuster, emulsifier, oil, preservative and essence used were the same as in examples 1 to 7.
The following are examples for evaluating the anti-contamination effect of the cosmetic of the present invention.
First, anti-adhesion efficacy test
The emulsions prepared in examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 3 were applied to the arms of 50 volunteers (aged 25 to 40 years) and massaged for 3 minutes until uniform absorption. Half an hour later, a sample of iron oxide particles was taken and pressed separately against the test area of each volunteer using a cosmetic cotton pad. The test areas were photographed separately using a video microscope. While massaging, the pad was rinsed with water and then wiped with dry cotton cloth. The test areas were photographed separately using a video microscope. The anti-adhesion effect is shown in table 1.
TABLE 1 test results for anti-adhesion effect
Sample (I) Number of non-adhering particles
Example 1 45%
Example 2 52%
Example 3 51%
Example 4 50%
Example 5 54%
Example 6 47%
Example 7 46%
Comparative example 1 13%
Comparative example 2 38%
Comparative example 3 35%
As can be seen from Table 1, the amounts of non-adhesive particles to the skin of the arms to which the cosmetics of the present invention (examples 1 to 7) were applied were significantly higher, and the amounts of non-adhesive particles to the skin were all 45% or more, as compared with the cosmetics not containing the skin-protecting factor of the present invention (comparative example 1).
In addition, the number of the skin non-adhesive particles in the examples 2, 3, 4 and 5 is more than 50%, which is obviously higher than that in other examples. The reason is that the skin protection factor of the embodiment 2-5 is a mixture of hydrolyzed algin and the dendrobium officinale stem extract, and the hydrolyzed algin and the dendrobium officinale stem extract produce a synergistic effect, so that the effect of resisting external pollution of the skin is enhanced, and the skin can better resist pollutant particles such as PM2.5 and the like.
Wherein the composition of example 5 is formulated to provide 54% by weight of non-adherent skin particles.
Thus, the present invention is shown to reduce the adsorption of particles to the skin, thereby protecting the skin from skin problems caused by adsorption of smaller particles in the environment.
Second, antioxidant capacity test
Test objects: the emulsions of examples 1-7 and the emulsions of comparative examples 1-3.
The test method comprises the following steps: the antioxidant effect of the present invention was tested by the ORAC method. First, the emulsions of examples 1 to 7 and the emulsions of comparative examples 1 to 3 were prepared as aqueous solutions, respectively, and the total concentration of the extracts in the solutions was required to be the same. For example, 1.5g/L, and the test sample solution is diluted 500-fold with 75mmol/L phosphate buffer solution (PH 7.2) before use.
The test results are shown in table 2:
TABLE 2 antioxidant Capacity test results
Sample (I) ORAC value
Example 1 1032
Example 2 1167
Example 3 1455
Example 4 1254
Example 5 1391
Example 6 1060
Example 7 1054
Comparative example 1 988
Comparative example 2 322
Comparative example 3 956
As can be seen from table 2, in examples 1 to 7, the addition of the grass-containing extract and/or the dunaliella salina-containing extract, respectively, significantly improved the overall antioxidant capacity, and the ORAC values were all 1000 or more, as compared with the cosmetic containing no skin detoxification factor of the present invention (comparative example 2).
In both examples 3 and 5, the ORAC value was 1390 or more, which is significantly higher than that of the other examples. The reason is that the skin detoxification factors of the embodiment 3 and the embodiment 5 are the mixture containing the raw grass extract and the dunaliella salina extract, and the raw grass extract and the dunaliella salina extract generate synergistic effect to enhance the detoxification effect of the skin.
The composition in the embodiment 3 has reasonable proportion, so that the antioxidant effect is best, and the ORAC value is up to 1455.
Therefore, the invention can improve the total antioxidant capacity and improve the capacity of the skin to resist oxidative stress. Has the function of expelling toxin to skin by neutralizing harmful toxin.
Third, energy supplement test
60 volunteers with healthy skin, no skin allergy history and sunburn symptoms are selected to participate in the test, wherein 34 women and 26 men are aged between 18 and 30 years old. The skin care products were randomly divided into 10 groups according to sex, age, etc., and 6 persons in each group were tried with the emulsions prepared in examples 1 to 7 and comparative examples 1 to 3, respectively, and during the trial period, the sun-cured part was washed with clean water in the morning and evening, and then an appropriate amount of the emulsion was applied to the sun-cured part for two weeks. After the trial, each volunteer evaluates the four indexes of the emulsion, which are respectively as follows: 1. moisturizing and moisturizing effects, 2, quick pain-relieving and itching-relieving effects (namely, swelling and pain and stabbing pain symptoms are relieved within 5-20 min), 3, quick fading effects of erythema (diffuse erythema is obviously faded or disappears within 3 h), and 4, pigmentation preventing effects (namely, no obvious suntan or only slight suntan). According to the using effect, the score is 0-10, the score is good from 9 to 10, the score is good from 7 to 8, the score is general from 5 to 6, the score is poor from 3 to 4, and the score is poor from 0 to 2.
