The back of the dustbin body 1 is provided with an opening 101, and a back plate 102 capable of opening or closing the opening 101 is hinged on one side wall of the opening 101; the inner wall of the back plate 102 is fixedly connected with a mounting bracket 103, and the garbage conveying mechanism, the crushing mechanism, the screening mechanism, the compressing mechanism and the driving motor 7 are all mounted on the mounting bracket 103. The garbage conveying mechanism, the crushing mechanism, the screening mechanism, the compressing mechanism and the driving motor are all arranged on the mounting bracket 103 of the back plate, and when the fault maintenance occurs, the back plate 102 is directly opened, so that all the parts are exposed outside, and the maintenance in a narrow space in the garbage can body 1 is avoided; in addition, after the opening 101 is closed by the back plate 102, the back plate can be locked by a lock, so that the back plate is prevented from being opened manually or accidentally, and particularly, the lock is arranged on one side of the back plate 102, which is far away from the hinge shaft, and can lock the back plate at the opening 101.
The garbage conveying mechanism comprises two driving wheels 2 which are rotatably connected to the mounting bracket 103, the two driving wheels 2 are in transmission connection with a conveying belt 200, and one driving wheel 2 is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft of the driving motor 7 through a transmission belt 201; namely, a belt pulley is arranged on the shaft of the driving wheel, another belt pulley is arranged on the rotating shaft of the driving motor 7, and the two belt pulleys are in transmission connection through a transmission belt 201; the conveying belt 200 is positioned right below the garbage throwing port 100, and the output end of the conveying belt 200 is arranged at the inlet of the crushing mechanism; the outer surface of the conveying belt is connected with a plurality of magnetic blocks 208, the mounting bracket 103 at the bottom of the conveying belt 200 is provided with a scraper 202, and the scraper 202 elastically abuts against the bottom of the conveying belt 200 and is used for scraping iron garbage magnetically attracted on the conveying belt 200; the scraper 202 is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket 103 through a pin shaft 205, a torsion spring 207 is sleeved on the pin shaft 205, one end of the torsion spring 207 abuts against the bulge 204 of the mounting bracket 103, the other end of the torsion spring 207 abuts against the bump 206 of the scraper 202, and the torsion spring 207 always applies elasticity to the scraper 202, so that the scraper 202 elastically abuts against the bottom of the conveyor belt 200; the mounting bracket 103 is movably connected with a first material receiving box 203, the top opening of the first material receiving box 203 is positioned under the scraper 202, and the first material receiving box 203 can be directly placed on the mounting bracket 103 or can be connected through a movable connecting piece, such as a buckle, a screw and the like.
The crushing mechanism comprises a crushing roller 3 which is rotatably connected to a mounting bracket 103 and a material guide plate 301 which is movably connected to the mounting bracket 103, a plurality of crushing cutter sets 300 which protrude outwards and are distributed along the length direction of a crushing roller shaft 3 are arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the crushing roller 3, and a rotating shaft of a driving motor 7 is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft of the crushing roller 3; the crushing cutter group 300 includes a plurality of crushing cutters, and the plurality of crushing cutters are uniformly distributed in the circumferential direction of the crushing roller 3; the rotating shaft of the driving motor 7 is in transmission connection with the rotating shaft of the crushing roller shaft 3 through a coupler or a speed reducer; the rotating shaft speed of the driving motor 7 is generally set to 50 revolutions per minute; a crushing channel 304 is arranged between the crushing roller 3 and the material guide plate 301, an inward concave arc part 302 is arranged on one side wall of the material guide plate 301 close to the crushing roller 3, and a plurality of fixed blades 303 which are distributed along the length direction of the material guide plate 301 and are matched and staggered with the crushing cutter set 300 are connected to the inner wall of the arc part 302; the mounting bracket 103 is fixedly connected with a sliding seat 305 which is obliquely arranged, the material guide plate 301 is in sliding fit with the sliding seat 305, the sliding seat 305 is connected with an elastic member 307, and the elastic member 307 is elastically abutted against one side wall of the material guide plate 301 which is far away from the crushing roller 3, so that the material guide plate 301 is always close to the crushing roller 3. The crushing cutter set of the crushing mechanism is matched with the fixed blades on the material guide plate for shearing so as to realize the crushing treatment of the garbage, for example, the crushing treatment is carried out on the bagged garbage or the boxed garbage so as to separate the garbage in the packaging bag or the packaging box; because the material guiding plate 301 can slide on the sliding seat 305, when a plastic garbage bag or a packaging box is instantaneously accumulated in the crushing channel 304, along with the rotation of the crushing roller 3, the accumulated garbage can overcome the elasticity of the elastic member 307 under the action of the crushing cutter set 300 to move the material guiding plate towards the direction away from the crushing roller, so that the width of the crushing channel 304 is enlarged, the accumulated garbage in the crushing channel 304 can rapidly pass through the crushing mechanism, and after the accumulated garbage passes through the crushing channel 304, the material guiding plate resets under the elasticity of the elastic member, so that the damage of the crushing cutter set 300 caused by the accumulation of the garbage in the crushing channel 304 can be avoided. The elastic element is generally referred to as a compression spring.
In addition, in order to facilitate the material guiding plate 301 to slide on the sliding seat 305, two long guiding holes 306 extending along the sliding direction of the material guiding plate 301 are respectively arranged on two side walls of the sliding seat 305, two convex and coaxial convex columns 308 are arranged on two side walls of the material guiding plate 301, the two convex columns 308 are in clearance fit in the two long guiding holes 306, two elastic members 307 are respectively arranged in the two long guiding holes 306, one end of each elastic member 307 is connected with the inner wall of one end of each long guiding hole 306 far away from the crushing roller 3, and the other end of each elastic member 307 is connected with the corresponding convex column 308 in the corresponding long guiding hole 306. When the cam 502 of the transmission shaft 5 drives the material guide plate 301 to reciprocate, the reciprocating motion of the material guide plate 301 is more stable.
The crushing mechanism further comprises a crushing channel width adjusting structure, the crushing channel width adjusting structure comprises at least one transmission shaft 5 which is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket 103 between the crushing roller 3 and the material guide plate 301, a cam 502 and a first transmission gear 500 are fixedly connected to the transmission shaft 5, a second transmission gear 501 is connected to a rotating shaft of the crushing roller 3, and the second transmission gear 501 is meshed with the first transmission gear 500; the inner wall of the arc portion 302 of the material guide plate 301 is provided with an arc slide way 309 matched with the outer edge of the cam 502, and the outer peripheral wall of the cam 502 is always abutted to the inner bottom wall of the arc slide way 309. Under the driving of the cam 502, the material guide plate 301 moves towards the direction far away from the crushing roller 3 and returns under the elasticity of the elastic member 307, and the material guide plate 301 continuously reciprocates, that is, the width of the crushing channel 304 is continuously changed, so that not only is a certain extrusion effect on the garbage in the crushing channel 304 achieved, but also the crushing cutter group is convenient to cut, tear and extrude the bagged garbage or the boxed garbage, and the garbage can be more thoroughly crushed; in addition, when the width of the crushing channel 304 is the maximum width under the action of the cam 502, the crushing channel 304 can facilitate large and difficult-to-crush garbage to pass through the crushing channel, such as a glass bottle, a rubber rod and the like; the garbage is prevented from being accumulated and staying in the crushing channel; moreover, as the sliding seat 305 is obliquely arranged from top to bottom, when the material guide plate 301 slides downwards due to the elasticity of the elastic member and the gravity of the material guide plate, the extrusion force on the garbage in the crushing channel 304 is stronger, and the crushing effect of the garbage is further improved; the rotation of the rotating shaft of the crushing roller 3 and the transmission of the first transmission gear 500 and the second transmission gear 501 make the cam 502 always in the action of pushing up the guide plate 301 from bottom to top, thereby facilitating the guide plate 301 to slide upwards along the sliding seat 305.
The screening mechanism comprises a first screen 4 fixedly connected to the mounting bracket 103, the first screen 4 is obliquely arranged from top to bottom, and the oblique direction of the first screen 4 is parallel to the sliding direction of the material guide plate 301; the second screen 400 is matched with the first screen 4 in a sliding manner, and a gap is formed between the second screen 400 and the first screen 4; at least one connecting rod 404 is arranged between the upper end of the second screen 400 and the material guide plate 301, one end of the connecting rod 404 is hinged with the material guide plate 301, and the other end of the connecting rod 404 is hinged with the upper end of the second screen 400; the first screen 4 and the second screen 400 are provided with the leakage holes 403, and the pore size of the leakage holes on the second screen 400 is larger than that of the leakage holes on the first screen 4. In this embodiment, two connecting rods 404 are adopted and respectively disposed at two sides of the material guiding plate, and a gap is disposed between the two connecting rods 404. When the rotating shaft of the crushing roller 3 drives the cam 502 on the transmission shaft 5 to rotate so as to make the material guide plate 301 do reciprocating motion, the second screen 400 is driven to slide on the first screen 4 in a reciprocating manner; because the gap is arranged between the second screen 400 and the first screen 4, when the granular garbage enters the gap between the second screen and the first screen, the garbage is in a grinding state due to relative sliding between the second screen and the first screen, so that the garbage can smoothly leak from the leak hole of the first screen; and the second screen mesh which reciprocates plays a role in fully screening the garbage and is also beneficial to the light garbage on the second screen mesh to move towards the lower end of the second screen mesh or the first screen mesh so as to enter the compression mechanism for compression. The screen cloth is characterized in that two guide grooves 401 extending along the length direction of the first screen cloth are arranged, two convex guide columns 402 are arranged on two side walls of the second screen cloth, and the guide columns 402 are in sliding fit in the guide grooves 401 on the two side walls of the first screen cloth 4.
The upper end of the first screen 4 is connected with a horizontally arranged material receiving plate 405, a discharging opening 407 is arranged on the material receiving plate 405, and the discharging opening 407 corresponds to the lower end of the crushing channel 304 in the vertical direction; an axial flow fan 406 is mounted on the mounting bracket 103 on one side of the material receiving plate 405, and a blowing port of the axial flow fan 406 faces a space between the feed opening 407 and the lower end of the crushing channel 304 and faces the direction of the first screen 4; the inner wall of the inner cavity of the dustbin body 1 is provided with a second material receiving box 408, and the opening at the top of the second material receiving box 408 is positioned below the feed opening 407. The axial flow fan 406 is configured to generate wind energy and blow the crushed garbage falling from the lower end of the crushing channel 304 toward the first screen 4 or the second screen 400, and some heavier garbage, such as glass bottles, cullet, bricks, etc., falls into the discharging opening 407 through the gap between the material guiding plate 301 and the first screen 4 under its own gravity and is collected in the second material receiving box 408.
The compression mechanism comprises a crankshaft 6 which is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket 103, a pressure rod 602 which is vertically and slidably matched with the mounting bracket 103, and a pressure head 603 which is connected to the lower end of the pressure rod 602, wherein the crankshaft 6 is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft of the driving motor 7, a rotating sleeve 600 is rotatably sleeved on the crankshaft 6, the outer side wall of the rotating sleeve 600 is connected with a crank arm 601, and the lower end of the crank arm 601 is hinged with the upper end of the pressure rod 602; the pressure head 603 is positioned above the lower end of the screening mechanism when being at the highest point; a mounting hole 604 is formed downwards in the top of the pressure head 603, the lower end of the pressure rod 602 is in sliding fit in the mounting hole 604, and a limiting plate 605 for preventing the pressure rod 602 from being separated from the mounting hole 604 is arranged at the lower end of the pressure rod 602; a compression spring 607 is sleeved on the compression rod 602, the upper end of the compression spring 607 abuts against a step plate 608 on the outer peripheral wall of the compression rod 602, and the lower end of the compression spring 607 abuts against the top of the pressure head 603; the bottom of the limiting plate 605 is provided with a travel switch 606, and the travel switch 606 is connected with an electrifying circuit of the driving motor 7 through a lead. The mounting bracket 103 at the upper part of the first screen 4 is rotatably connected with a feed roller 8, the feed roller is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft of the crushing roller 3 through a belt 801, and the feed roller 8 is distributed with material stirring rods 800; the feed roller 8 is driven by the rotating shaft of the crushing roller 3 to rotate, so that the material poking rod 800 on the feed roller 8 can quickly poke the light garbage on the second screen 400 into the lower part of the compression mechanism, and the light garbage is prevented from staying on the second screen 400 for a long time.
The garbage collection bin comprises a first garbage collection bin 106 and a second garbage collection bin 107, the first garbage collection bin 106 is arranged below the screening mechanism and used for collecting garbage leaked from a leakage hole of the screening mechanism, the second garbage collection bin 107 is arranged below the compression mechanism and used for collecting light garbage compressed by the compression mechanism, and the first garbage collection bin 106 and the second garbage collection bin 107 are communicated with the garbage discharge port 105.

The environmentally friendly trash bin of claim 1, wherein: the garbage conveying mechanism comprises two driving wheels which are rotatably connected to the mounting bracket, the two driving wheels are in transmission connection with a conveying belt, and one of the driving wheels is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft of a driving motor through a transmission belt; the conveying belt is positioned right below the garbage throwing port, and the output end of the conveying belt is arranged at the inlet of the crushing mechanism; the outer surface of the conveying belt is connected with a plurality of magnetic blocks, a scraper is arranged on a mounting bracket at the bottom of the conveying belt, and the scraper is elastically abutted against the bottom of the conveying belt and used for scraping iron garbage magnetically adsorbed on the conveying belt; the mounting bracket is movably connected with a first material receiving box, and the top opening of the first material receiving box is positioned right below the scraper.

The environmentally friendly trash bin of claim 1, wherein: the screening mechanism comprises a first screen fixedly connected to the mounting bracket, the first screen is obliquely arranged from top to bottom, and the oblique direction of the first screen is parallel to the sliding direction of the material guide plate; the first screen is matched with a second screen in a sliding way, and a gap is formed between the second screen and the first screen; at least one connecting rod is arranged between the upper end of the second screen and the material guide plate, one end of the connecting rod is hinged with the material guide plate, and the other end of the connecting rod is hinged with the upper end of the second screen; the first screen cloth and the second screen cloth are respectively provided with a plurality of holes, and the hole diameter of the hole on the second screen cloth is larger than that of the hole on the first screen cloth.

The environmentally friendly trash bin of claim 1, wherein: the compression mechanism comprises a crankshaft which is rotatably connected to the mounting bracket, a compression rod which is vertically matched with the mounting bracket in a sliding manner and a pressure head connected to the lower end of the compression rod, the crankshaft is in transmission connection with a rotating shaft of the driving motor, a rotating sleeve is rotatably sleeved on the crankshaft, the outer side wall of the rotating sleeve is connected with a crank arm, and the lower end of the crank arm is hinged with the upper end of the compression rod; the pressure head is positioned above the lower end of the screening mechanism when positioned at the highest point; the top of the pressure head is downwards provided with a mounting hole, the lower end of the pressure rod is in sliding fit in the mounting hole, and the lower end of the pressure rod is provided with a limiting plate for preventing the pressure rod from being separated from the mounting hole; a compression spring is sleeved on the compression rod, the upper end of the compression spring is abutted against a step plate on the outer peripheral wall of the compression rod, and the lower end of the compression spring is abutted against the top of the pressure head; and the bottom of the limiting plate is provided with a travel switch, and the travel switch is connected with an electrified circuit of the driving motor through a lead.
