The end face type groove is a groove arranged on the end face of the disc-shaped cam 6-1, and the outer edge type groove is a groove arranged on the circumferential surface of the disc-shaped cam 6-1. The upward movement of the U-shaped bracket 6-3 supports the cigarette assembly and fills the cigarette assembly into the corresponding empty cigarette box, and the flanging plate 6-5 transversely moves to support one end of the cigarette support group and enable the hanging part of the inner lining paper to be folded and attached to the lower end face of the cigarette support group in the cigarette box. The cigarette supporting plate 6-8 supports the other end of the cigarette group to avoid the other end of the cigarette group from scattering without support in the descending process of the U-shaped bracket 6-3.
The cover opening mechanism 7 is composed of an empty cigarette box conveying part 7-1, a pre-opening cover part 7-2 and a full-opening cover part 7-3.
The empty cigarette case conveying section 7-1 is a structure for supplying the empty cigarette cases to the cigarette case mold of the cigarette case stepwise conveying belt 4. The pre-opening cover part 7-2 is a structure which enables the front end of the cigarette case cover in a closed state to be separated from the rabbet of the cigarette case body. The full-opening and closing part is a structure which enables the cigarette case cover to turn over 90 degrees to completely open the opening of the cigarette case body.
Referring to fig. 7, the empty cigarette packet conveying part 7-1 is provided with a box bin, and a box falling opening at the lower end of the box bin corresponds to the starting end of the cigarette packet pushing belt 7-1-1. The tail end of the cigarette case push belt 7-1-1 is connected with an empty case feeding port of the cigarette case stepping conveying belt 4. The cigarette case pushing belt 7-1-1 is provided with a middle gap 7-1-2 and radial box pushing plates 7-1-3 distributed at equal intervals. A piston rod of a box pushing cylinder 7-1-4 is arranged in a gap at the rear end of the cigarette box conveying belt, the box pushing cylinder 7-1-4 is fixed on a mounting plate at the end part of a box pushing guide rod 7-1-5, and the box pushing guide rod 7-1-5 is provided with a guide sleeve and is parallel to the cigarette box pushing belt 7-1-1. The frame 1 is provided with a reciprocating rotating shaft 7-1-6 connected with the power mechanism 2, the reciprocating rotating shaft 7-1-6 is fixed with a linkage swing rod 7-1-7, and one end of the linkage swing rod 7-1-7 is in transmission connection with the box pushing guide rod 7-1-5.
It should be noted that the magazine is a prior art device for holding cigarette packs and having a drop opening. The empty cigarette cases are conveyed from the case bin to the cigarette case conveying belt through the cigarette case pushing belt 7-1-1 and are stirred by the piston rod to fall onto the cigarette case mold corresponding to the cigarette case stepping conveying belt 4. In this embodiment, a guide rod supported by a sliding sleeve is connected between the front end and the rear end of the box pushing guide rod 7-1-5 to enhance the stability of the box pushing guide rod 7-1-5.
With reference to fig. 8, the pre-opening cover portion 7-2 is provided with a friction roller 7-2-1 parallel to and on one side of the cigarette packet step conveyor 4, which is coupled to the power mechanism 2. The friction roller 7-2-1 is in friction joint with the cover opening end of the cigarette case cover. The other side of the cigarette case stepping conveyer belt 4 corresponding to the friction roller 7-2-1 is provided with a cigarette case pushing pressing plate 7-2-2 which moves transversely and reciprocally. The pre-opening cover part 7-2 is provided with an opening cam 7-2-3 connected with the power mechanism 2, and the opening cam 7-2-3 is provided with a right-angle swing rod 7-2-4, a connecting rod 7-2-5 and a swing frame 7-2-6 which are connected in sequence. The box pushing pressing plate 7-2-2 is fixed on the swing frame 7-2-6.
The empty cigarette case provided by the empty cigarette case conveying part 7-1 falls into the cigarette case mold box of the cigarette case stepping conveying belt 4 between the friction roller 7-2-1 and the pushing box pressing plate 7-2-2, the pressing plate extending to the upper part of the cigarette case mold is installed at the top end of the piston rod of the pushing box cylinder 7-1-4, the piston rod of the pushing box cylinder 7-1-4 is retracted downwards, the pressing plate pushes the empty cigarette case to be clamped into the cigarette case mold box, and two side surfaces of the cigarette case body are clamped by two side plates of the cigarette case mold box. The power mechanism 2 drives the cam to drive the swing frame 7-2-6 to swing through the right-angle swing rod 7-2-4 and the connecting rod 7-2-5, the swing frame 7-2-6 drives the box pushing pressing plate 7-2-2 to move close to the friction roller 7-2-1, so that the top of the box is close to the lower end of the hollow cigarette box, and the cover opening end of the box is in friction joint with the friction roller 7-2-1. The friction roller 7-2-1 is driven by the power mechanism 2 to rotate and enables the front end of the cigarette case cover to be separated from the spigot of the cigarette case body through upward friction force, so that pre-opening is realized.
The fully-opened cover part 7-3 is provided with an angular cover-opening guide plate 7-3-1 positioned at one side of the cigarette case stepping conveying belt 4, and the acute angle end of the fully-opened cover part is arranged along the running direction of the cigarette case stepping conveying belt and corresponds to a joint seam formed by the cigarette case cover and the case body through pre-opening.
In the process that the pre-opened cigarette case moves along with the cigarette case stepping conveyor belt 4, the area of the opening guide plate 7-3-1 involved in the joint seam is gradually increased, so that the cigarette case cover is turned over and opened completely. In this embodiment, the end of the lid opening guide 7-3-1 remote from the acute end extends to the lower part of the end side of the cigarette case step conveyor 4.
Referring to fig. 9, the cigarette case lid closing mechanism 8 is composed of a pre-pressing lid portion 8-1 and a closing lid portion 8-2.
Referring to fig. 10, 12 and 13, the pre-pressing cover part 8-1 corresponds to the cigarette case step conveyor 4 up and down, and the closing cover part 8-2 is located at one side of the cigarette case step conveyor 4. The pre-pressing cover part 8-1 is provided with a reciprocating sliding shaft 8-1-1 which is supported on the sliding sleeve in a sliding mode, one end of the reciprocating sliding shaft 8-1-1 is in transmission connection with one end of the pressing cover swing rod 8-1-2, and the other end of the reciprocating sliding shaft 8-1-1 is provided with a reducing oblique shoulder and a small-diameter sliding shaft connected with the reducing oblique shoulder. The end of the sliding sleeve is provided with a shaft bracket and a right-angle swing bracket 8-1-3 supported on the shaft bracket, the bottom side of the transverse rod end is in reciprocating joint with the reciprocating sliding shaft 8-1-1, the reducing sloping shoulder and the small-diameter sliding shaft, and the vertical rod end is provided with a mandril 8-1-4 which is in joint with the bottom side seam allowance of the fully-open cigarette case body. The bottom side of the sliding sleeve is provided with a prepressing swing rod 8-1-5 supported by a shaft, the prepressing swing rod 8-1-5 is provided with a roller and a supporting spring which are engaged with the small-diameter sliding shaft of the reciprocating sliding shaft 8-1-1, and the bottom side of the end part of the prepressing swing rod 8-1-5 is provided with a bulge engaged with the lower surface of the fully open cigarette case cover.
It should be noted that the function of the pre-pressed cover part 8-1 is to clamp the front end of the cigarette case cover filled with cigarette groups into the rabbet of the cigarette case body. The sliding sleeve is fixed on the frame 1. The reciprocating sliding of the double-sliding shaft along the axis can drive the right-angle swing frame 8-1-3 and the prepressing swing rod 8-1-5 to swing synchronously, and the ejector rod 8-1-4 pushes against the seam allowance of the cigarette case body and simultaneously protrudes to press the seam allowance of the cigarette case cover so as to realize the pre-buckling cover. In the embodiment, the vertical rod end of the right-angle swing frame 8-1-3 is provided with a roller which is in reciprocating joint with the reciprocating sliding shaft 8-1-1, the reducing inclined shoulder and the small-diameter sliding shaft. The right-angle swing frame 8-1-3 is supported and supported on the shaft frame through a pin shaft sleeved with a volute spiral spring, and the volute spiral spring enables the roller of the right-angle swing frame 8-1-3 to be abutted against the reciprocating sliding shaft 8-1-1, the reducing inclined shoulder and the small-diameter sliding shaft.
Referring to fig. 11, the closing lid portion 8-2 is provided with a lifting rod 8-2-1 with a sliding sleeve coupled to a power portion. The transverse compression bar 8-2-2 is provided with a transverse shaft 8-2-5 with a roller, the roller is jointed with a wedge-shaped block 8-2-6 at the other end of the pre-pressing cover part 8-1 and the gland swing rod 8-1-2, and a support shaft of the gland swing rod 8-1-2 is provided with a volute spiral spring acting on the gland swing rod 8-1-2.
And a gland guide rod 8-3 in transmission connection is arranged at the other end of the linkage swing rod of the empty cigarette case conveying part of the cover opening mechanism, which is opposite to one end of the transmission connection box pushing guide rod. The gland guide rod 8-3 is provided with a guide sleeve and is vertical to the cigarette case stepping conveying belt 4. A box pushing rod 8-4 corresponding to the closed cover part 8-2 cigarette box jacket 8-2-4 is fixed on the mounting plate at the end of the gland guide rod 8-3.
It should be noted that the sliding sleeve is fixedly installed on the frame 1. In this embodiment, the jacket 8-2-4 is fixed to the sliding sleeve, and the jacket 8-2-4 includes a clamp groove and a clamp plate installed on an inner side surface of the clamp groove through a spring. The box pushing rod 8-4 is mechanically linked with the cover opening mechanism 7 and pushes the cigarette box which passes through the pre-pressing cover to move from the cigarette box stepping conveying belt 4 to the clamping sleeve 8-2-4. The descending action of the lifting rod 8-2-1 drives the vertical pressure head 8-2-3 to press the cigarette case cover, the cigarette case cover is completely closed in the pressing process, and the cigarette case finally falls from the jacket 8-2-4 to the conveying belt below the jacket. In this embodiment, a sliding sleeve supported guide rod is connected between the front end and the rear end of the cover guide rod 8-3 to enhance the stability of the push box guide rod 7-1-5.
Referring to fig. 14, a cigarette case vacancy detection sensor is disposed on a rack on one side of the cigarette case stepping conveyor belt on the rear side of the cover opening mechanism, and a cigarette rejecting mechanism 9 corresponding to the cigarette mold case is disposed on a rack on one side of the cigarette case stepping conveyor belt. The cigarette rejecting mechanism 9 is provided with a disk rejecting cam 9-1 connected with a power mechanism, the disk rejecting cam 9-1 is provided with a control groove and a swing groove, a support of the rack is provided with a transverse lock rod 9-2 connected with a sliding key of the rack, a lock plate 9-3 in sliding connection with the longitudinal slide way of the rack is arranged in the longitudinal slide way of the rack, a groove of the lock plate 9-3 is in locking connection with a bulge of the transverse lock rod 9-2, the upper part of the lock plate 9-3 is provided with an energy storage spring 9-4, the bottom of the lock plate 9-3 is provided with a control rod 9-5 which is up-down corresponding to the control groove of the disk rejecting cam 9-1, the lower part of the lock plate 9-3 is provided with a transverse push-pull rod 9-6 fixedly connected with the lock plate, a contact rod 9-7 which is up-down corresponding to the swing groove of the disk rejecting cam, the machine frame is provided with a swing arm 9-8 supported by a shaft, the end part of a transverse push-pull rod 9-6 is connected with the middle part of the swing arm 9-8 through a shaft, the end part of the swing arm 9-8 is provided with a connecting rod connected with the shaft, and the connecting rod is connected with a cigarette pushing rod 9-9 shaft supported on a sliding sleeve through a shaft. The machine frame is provided with a cigarette pushing cylinder, a piston rod of the cigarette pushing cylinder is connected with a transverse locking rod 9-2, a vacancy signal output by the cigarette case vacancy detection sensor is connected with a PLC (programmable logic controller), and a control output end of the cigarette case vacancy detection sensor is connected with a cigarette pushing cylinder push stroke control electromagnetic valve.
It should be noted that the cigarette pushing cylinder receives the cigarette case vacancy detection sensor to trigger the transverse lock rod 9-2 and the lock plate 9-3 to be separated instantly, and after the disc-shaped rejecting cam 9-1 drives the cigarette pushing rod to reciprocate once, the transverse lock rod 9-2 and the lock plate 9-3 are clamped, so that one-time cigarette rejection is realized.
A baffle plate for preventing the cigarette groups from spilling from the cigarette case is arranged between the cigarette upward pushing mechanism and the cigarette case cover closing mechanism close to the cigarette case stepping conveying belt.
The lining paper storage box of the lining paper laying mechanism and the elastic sheet, the paper taking lifting frame, the supporting rod and the sucking disc thereof are arranged in double stations and synchronously act; the U-shaped bracket, the flanging plate and the cigarette supporting plate of the cigarette upward pushing mechanism are arranged in double stations and synchronously act; the cigarette case stepping conveying belt and the cigarette case pushing cylinder are arranged at double stations and act synchronously; the length of a friction rolling shaft of the cover opening mechanism corresponds to two empty cigarette cases of the cigarette case stepping conveying belt; the right-angle swing rod, the ejector rod, the pre-pressing swing rod and the protrusion double-station of the pre-pressing cover part of the cigarette case cover closing mechanism are arranged and synchronously operated, and the lifting rod, the transverse pressing rod, the vertical pressing head and the jacket double-station of the closing cover part of the cigarette case cover closing mechanism are arranged and synchronously operated; the cigarette case blank detection sensor corresponding to two blank cigarette cases is arranged on the rack on one side of the cigarette case stepping conveying belt, and cigarette rejecting mechanisms corresponding to two cigarette mold cases are arranged on the rack on one side of the cigarette mold case stepping conveying belt.
The double-station arrangement refers to the arrangement symmetrically along the conveying direction of the cigarette stepping conveying belt or the cigarette case stepping conveying belt and synchronously acts on the cigarette groups or the empty cigarette cases of the two cigarette mold boxes. The structure can realize double-station synchronous action of cigarette filling, and the cigarette filling efficiency is doubled.

Claims (2)

1. A full open cigarette case cigarette filling process is characterized in that: at least comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: loading cigarettes into cigarette mold boxes;
step two: paving prepared lining paper with creases on the opening of the cigarette mold box by using a lining paper paving mechanism;
step three: meanwhile, the cover of the full-open cigarette case is opened by using the empty cigarette case cover opening mechanism, and the opening of the cigarette case in the cover opening state faces downwards and is opposite to the opening of the cigarette mold box;
step four: a cigarette group in the cigarette mold box is jacked up and pushed into the cigarette case opposite to the cigarette mold box by using a cigarette upward pushing mechanism, and meanwhile, the sagging part of the inner lining paper is folded to the opening part of the cigarette case;
step five: the opening of the turning cigarette case is upward and the cover of the cigarette case is buckled by a cover closing mechanism to finish the filling.
