the garlic moving in the arc-shaped extension block 362 moves into the channel formed by the vertical extension block 363 and the third material blocking rod 3622, two sets of cutting disc knives 41 of the cutting device 40 protrude out of the opening and extend towards the direction of the third material blocking rod 3632, and the two cutting disc knives 41 are arranged adjacent to the inner sides of the two third material blocking rods 3632, so that the garlic stems and fibrous roots of the garlic can be cut off cleanly;
the distances between the two first material blocking rods 37, the second material blocking rods 3622 and the third material blocking rods 3632 and the respective first material guide groove 361, the second material guide groove 3621 and the third material guide groove 3631 are not too large, so that garlic heads of the garlic protrude out of one side of the respective material blocking rod body while the garlic is blocked, the garlic rods and fibrous roots of the garlic can extend out of gaps between the respective material blocking rods and the material guide grooves, and the garlic rods and the fibrous roots can be conveniently cut off by the two groups of cutting disc cutters 41 of the cutting device 40;
the distance between the two first material blocking rods 37, the second material blocking rod 3622 and the third material blocking rod 3632 is not too large, so that the two ends of the garlic can be roughly limited, and the garlic is prevented from being extruded out from the gap between the material blocking rods;

Further, as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the cores of the two sets of cutting disc cutters 41 are connected by a connecting shaft 42, a material guiding roller 43 is disposed between the two sets of cutting disc cutters 41, two sets of bearings 421 are disposed on the connecting shaft 42, the two sets of bearings 421 are disposed on one side of the two sets of cutting disc cutters 41, inner rings of the two sets of bearings 421 are respectively fixed to disc surfaces of the two sets of cutting disc cutters 41, outer rings of the two sets of bearings 421 are respectively fixed to two sides of the material guiding roller 43, two sides of the material guiding roller 43 are respectively provided with a waist-shaped hole 431, the waist-shaped hole 431 is circular arc-shaped, the center of the waist-shaped hole is concentric with the material guiding roller 43, dial rods 411 are disposed on disc surfaces on opposite sides of the two sets of cutting disc cutters 41, the dial rods 411 penetrate into openings of the waist-shaped holes 431, a material guiding convex rib 432 is disposed on a wheel surface of the material guiding roller 43, the material guiding convex rib 432 is disposed, the driving unit comprises a gear box 44 connected with one end of the connecting shaft 42, and an input shaft of the gear box 44 is connected with a rotating shaft of a driving motor 45;
referring to fig. 9, when the garlic bulbs are guided to the channel formed by the third material guiding slot 3631 and the third material retaining rod 3632 of the vertical extension block 363, the position of the material guiding roller 43 can slightly block the garlic bulbs, so that the discharging speed of the garlic bulbs is slowed, the driving motor 45 is started to drive the two sets of cutting disc knives 41 to rotate, and further the fibrous roots and the garlic stems at two ends of the garlic bulbs between the position of the material guiding roller 43 and the third material retaining rod 3632 are cut off, thereby avoiding the problem that the fibrous roots and the garlic stems at two ends of the garlic bulbs cannot be cut off smoothly due to the excessively high guiding speed when the garlic bulbs are guided to the channel formed by the third material guiding slot 3631 and the third material retaining rod 3632 of the vertical extension block 363;
as shown in fig. 9 and 10, the two sides of the material guiding roller 43 are respectively provided with a waist-shaped hole 431, and the material guiding roller 43 is in insertion fit with the shifting lever 411 arranged on the opposite side plate surfaces of the two sets of cutting disc cutters 41, when the two sets of cutting disc cutters 41 rotate, the material guiding roller 43 rotates in a linked manner, and the rotating posture of the material guiding roller 43 is as follows: when the material guiding roller 43 bears resistance, the resistance borne by the material guiding roller 43 makes the material guiding roller 43 in a static state relative to the cutting disc cutter 41, at this time, the cutting disc cutter 41 performs the cutting off of fibrous roots and garlic stem parts at two ends of the garlic bulb at the position, and when the deflector rod 411 abuts against the hole ends of the kidney-shaped holes 431 at two ends of the material guiding roller 43, the synchronous rotation of the material guiding roller 43 is interlocked, so that the garlic bulb at the position is extruded downwards, the downward material guiding of the garlic is realized, the garlic bulb parts are in an intermittent rapid material guiding posture, the cutting disc cutter 41 can cut off the fibrous roots and the garlic stem parts at two ends of the garlic bulb which are stopped instantly, and the garlic processing quality is ensured;
the guide convex ribs 432 arranged on the wheel surface of the guide roller 43 at intervals can increase the friction force contacting with the garlic bulbs so as to realize smooth guide operation of the garlic bulbs.
Further, as shown in fig. 7 to 9, a guide block 364 is further disposed at a lower end of the vertical extending block 363, the guide block 364 is bent to be "S" shaped, two ends of the guide block 364 vertically extend, a fourth material guide chute 3641 is disposed on the guide block 364, the fourth material guide chute 3641 is arranged in a penetrating manner along an extending direction of the guide block 364, a material blocking plate 3642 is further disposed outside the guide block 364, the material blocking plate 3642 and the fourth material guide chute 3641 form a passage through which garlic bulbs pass, an extending direction of the material blocking plate 3642 is the same as the extending direction of the guide block 364, an upper end of the material blocking plate 3642 is connected with a lower end of a third material blocking rod 3632, a material blocking arc plate 3643 is further disposed at an upper end of the material blocking plate 3642, and the material blocking arc plate 3643 extends upward and away from a groove bottom direction of a third material guide chute 3631 of the vertical extending block 363;
the lower end of the vertical extension block 363 is provided with the guide block 364 which is extended along the same direction, and the guide block 364 is bent into an "S" shape, so that the cut garlic is guided and conveyed, and meanwhile, the guide block 364 with the structural shape increases the moving resistance to the cut garlic head part, thereby avoiding the garlic from moving down rapidly, ensuring that the garlic in the vertical extension block 363 is in a mutually close posture, and facilitating the cutting disc knife 41 to cut off fibrous roots and garlic stems at two ends of the garlic;
in order to prevent the garlic bulbs with the cut fibrous roots and the garlic stems from moving out of the gap between the two third material retaining rods 3632, the garlic bulbs with the cut fibrous roots and the garlic stems can be limited by the fourth material guide groove 3641 and the material retaining plate 3642 of the guide block 364, so that the garlic bulbs are guided out of the channel formed by the fourth material guide groove 3641 and the material retaining plate 3642 of the guide block 364, and the garlic bulbs are prevented from jumping out;
the baffle arc plate 3643 extends upwards and outwards, so that the guiding-out block 364 forms an opening enough for receiving the garlic bulb part, so as to form a receiving for smoothly receiving the garlic bulb part.
The fibrous roots and the garlic stems of the garlic bulbs in each group are cut out and are led out from the respective leading-out blocks 364 of each group, the lower ends of the leading-out blocks 364 are provided with the material receiving crawler belts 60, the belt surfaces of the material receiving crawler belts 60 are horizontal, so that the finished products are received, the received garlic bulbs are dried in the sun, the garlic bulbs are rotten due to moisture, and then the garlic bulbs can be packaged according to actual conditions.
The method for cutting fibrous roots of garlic is briefly introduced below, and the processing method comprises the following steps:
firstly, preliminarily cleaning harvested fresh garlic bulbs, preliminarily draining the cleaned garlic bulbs, and putting the garlic bulbs onto a first conveying belt 11 of a conveying device 10;
secondly, starting a driving mechanism of the screening device 20 to enable a plurality of groups of screening cylinders 21 and material blocking rods 22 to synchronously rotate;
thirdly, starting a vibration mechanism of the screening device 20 to enable a plurality of groups of screening cylinders 21 of the screening device 20 to vibrate synchronously;
fourthly, the second conveyer belt 25 is started to guide the screened garlic bulbs with a plurality of grades into the cleaning device 50;
fifthly, starting the cleaning device 50 to enable the material conveying rods 52 in the material conveying frame 51 to synchronously and unidirectionally rotate, and enable the cleaning brush rollers 53 to synchronously and unidirectionally rotate;
sixthly, guiding the cleaned garlic bulbs out of the high end of the material conveying frame 51 to the vibration adjusting device 30, starting the vibration disc 31 of the vibration adjusting device 30, so that the garlic bulbs sequentially move along the material guiding spiral block 32 and are guided to the material sliding block 33, and the first arc surface 331 on the material sliding block 33 leads one end of each garlic rod into the positioning ring groove 35, and the garlic bulbs of the garlic are positioned in the channel formed by the two groups of first material guiding rods 37 and the first material guiding grooves 361, so that the garlic bulbs of the garlic move along the channel until being guided out of the lower end of the arc-shaped extending block 362 to the cutting device 40;
seventhly, starting the cutting device 40 to enable the two groups of cutting disc knives 41 of the cutting device 40 to synchronously and equidirectionally rotate so as to cut off the garlic stems and fibrous roots at the two ends of the garlic bulbs and lead the cut garlic bulbs out of the lead-out block 364;
eighthly, drying the garlic bulbs with the garlic stems and fibrous roots cut off, and guiding the garlic bulbs to a packaging machine for packaging.

Claims (1)

1. The method for cutting fibrous roots of garlic is characterized by comprising the following steps: the processing method comprises the following steps:
firstly, preliminarily cleaning harvested fresh garlic bulbs, preliminarily draining the cleaned garlic bulbs, and putting the garlic bulbs onto a first conveying belt (11) of a conveying device (10);

fifthly, starting the cleaning device (50) to enable the conveying rods (52) in the conveying frame (51) to synchronously and equidirectionally rotate and enable the cleaning brush rollers (53) to synchronously and equidirectionally rotate;
sixthly, the cleaned garlic bulbs are led out of the high end of the material conveying frame (51) to the vibration adjusting device (30), the vibration disc (31) of the vibration adjusting device (30) is started, so that the garlic bulbs sequentially move along the material guiding spiral block (32) and are guided to the sliding block (33), the first arc surface (331) on the sliding block (33) leads one end of the garlic rod into the positioning ring groove (35), the garlic bulbs of the garlic are positioned in a channel formed by the two groups of first material guiding rods (37) and the first material guiding grooves (361), and the garlic bulbs of the garlic move along the channel until being led out of the lower end of the arc-shaped extending block (362) into the cutting device (40);

the disc surfaces of two groups of cutting disc knives (41) of the cutting device (40) are vertical and are respectively arranged at two sides of the opening, the two groups of cutting disc knives (41) protrude out of the opening and extend towards the direction of the third material blocking rod (3632), the disc surfaces at the opposite sides of the two groups of cutting disc knives (41) are respectively positioned at the inner sides of the two third material blocking rods (3632) and are arranged adjacently, and the driving unit drives the two groups of cutting disc knives (41) to synchronously rotate;
eighthly, drying the garlic bulbs with the garlic stems and fibrous roots cut off, and guiding the garlic bulbs to a packaging machine for packaging.
