本发明公开了一种可以降血压降压脂降血糖的大米配方,大米配方是由原料为大米50%、燕麦20%、膳食纤维10%、小麦肽10%和适量的酵母的百分比制成;本发明的大米配方通过在大米中添加燕麦、膳食纤维、小麦肽和酵母,利用膳食纤维增加食用者肠道及胃内的食物体积,增加饱足感;促进肠胃蠕动,舒解便秘;同时膳食纤维也能吸附肠道中的有害物质以便排出;改善肠道菌群,为益生菌的增殖提供能量和营养,有利于预防心血管疾病、癌症、糖尿病以及其它疾病,以便于降低血压和血脂,同时小麦肽可以阻碍血管紧张素酶的作用,具有降血压作用,含有的燕麦是一种低糖、高营养、高能食品,热量低,升糖指数低,有利于降脂降糖,便于食用和推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种大米配方及其制备工艺,特别涉及一种可以降血压降压脂降血糖的大米配方及其制备工艺,属于大米制备工艺技术领域。
背景技术
大米是稻谷经清理、砻谷、碾米、成品整理等工序后制成的成品。清理工序就是利用合适的设备,通过适当的工艺流程和妥善的操作方法,将混入稻谷中的各类杂质除去,以提高大米成品的质量,同时利用磁铁除去稻谷中的铁钉、铁屑等,以保证生产安全。砻谷工序就是用橡胶辊砻谷机或金刚砂砻谷机将稻谷的颖壳脱下,并使颖壳与糙米分离。碾米工序即用碾米机碾削、摩擦糙米使皮层和胚乳分离,然后再进行刷米、去糠、去碎、晾米等处理,这样就可得到所需等级的大米。
大米是大米是人类的主食之一,据现代营养学分析,大米含有蛋白质,脂肪,维生素B1、A、E及多种矿物质。就品种而言,大米有梗米和糯米之分。
大米中含碳水化合物75%左右,蛋白质7%-8%,脂肪1.3%-1. 8%,并含有丰富的B族维生素等。粳米大米中的碳水化合物主要是淀粉,所含的蛋白质主要是米谷蛋白,其次是米胶蛋白和球蛋白,其蛋白质的生物价和氨基酸的构成比例都比小麦、大麦、小米、玉米等禾谷类作物高,消化率66.8%-83.1%,也是谷类蛋白质中较高的一种。
因此,食用大米有较高的营养价值,但是,作为我们主食之一的大米不具有降血压降压脂降血糖的功能,不利于现有的高血压、高血糖和高血脂的人群食用,因此,如何使大米具有降血压降压脂降血糖的功能,是现在大米生产的主要目的之一。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种可以降血压降压脂降血糖的大米配方及其制备工艺,解决了现有技术中大米不具有降血压降压脂降血糖的功能,不利于现有的高血压、高血糖和高血脂的人群食用的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明一种可以降血压降压脂降血糖的大米配方,所述大米配方是由原料为大米50%、燕麦20%、膳食纤维10%、小麦肽10%和适量的酵母的百分比制成。
一种可以降血压降压脂降血糖的大米配方的制备工艺,所述制备方法如下:
1)选取优良的大米、燕麦和膳食纤维,使分别过100目筛,筛除其内的杂质,之后取大米50%、燕麦20%、膳食纤维10%,备用;
2)将上述的百分比的大米、燕麦和膳食纤维同时放入混合机中,进行搅拌混合30分钟,之后,将小麦肽10%和适量的酵母倒入混合机中进行混合30分钟,取的可以降血压降压脂降血糖的大米配方;
3)将制好的大米配方取出,并在自动分装机上按规格分装;
4)将分装好的所述大米配方通过袋装进行包装入库。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,在步骤1)中所述的膳食纤维为大麦、豆类、胡萝卜、柑橘、亚麻、燕麦、燕麦糠、小麦糠、玉米糠、芹菜、果皮和根茎蔬菜中分别提取的一种或多种。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明的大米配方通过在大米中添加燕麦、膳食纤维、小麦肽和酵母,利用膳食纤维增加食用者肠道及胃内的食物体积,增加饱足感;促进肠胃蠕动,舒解便秘;同时膳食纤维也能吸附肠道中的有害物质以便排出;改善肠道菌群,为益生菌的增殖提供能量和营养,有利于预防心血管疾病、癌症、糖尿病以及其它疾病,以便于降低血压和血脂,同时小麦肽可以阻碍血管紧张素酶的作用,具有降血压作用,含有的燕麦是一种低糖、高营养、高能食品,热量低,升糖指数低,有利于降脂降糖,便于食用和推广。

实施例1

1)选取优良的大米、燕麦和膳食纤维,使分别过100目筛,筛除其内的杂质,之后取大米50%、燕麦20%、膳食纤维10%,备用;
2)将上述的百分比的大米、燕麦和膳食纤维同时放入混合机中,进行搅拌混合30分钟,之后,将小麦肽10%和适量的酵母倒入混合机中进行混合30分钟,取的可以降血压降压脂降血糖的大米配方;

2.一种可以降血压降压脂降血糖的大米配方的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述制备方法如下:
1)选取优良的大米、燕麦和膳食纤维,使分别过100目筛,筛除其内的杂质,之后取大米50%、燕麦20%、膳食纤维10%,备用;
2)将上述的百分比的大米、燕麦和膳食纤维同时放入混合机中,进行搅拌混合30分钟,之后,将小麦肽10%和适量的酵母倒入混合机中进行混合30分钟,取的可以降血压降压脂降血糖的大米配方;
