Abstract

本发明属于棉织物染色技术领域,具体涉及一种提高活性蓝在棉织物上匀染性的方法,用活性蓝配制浴比为1:100的活性染料,加入2.2‑2.8μmol/L的匀染剂、0.2‑0.6μmol/L的匀染助剂,配制染液,在温度为52‑58℃的条件下将待染布放入,染色20分钟后,放入20g/L的氯化钠,升温继续染色20分钟后,加入10g/L的碳酸钠,完成后继续染色40分钟,完成后取出,用热水冲洗,经皂洗、冷水洗后,在烘箱中烘干即可。本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中通过匀染剂以及匀染助剂的合理配比,得到活性蓝的标准偏差低至0.009左右,相比现有技术匀染效果大大提高,适用于对棉织物颜色要求较高的产品。

一种提高活性蓝在棉织物上匀染性的方法
技术领域
本发明属于棉织物染色技术领域,具体涉及一种提高活性蓝在棉织物上匀染性的方法。
背景技术
棉织物由其优良的穿着舒适性而备受人们青睐,但棉织物在染色过程中存在染色后色光一致性差、匀染性和染色牢度不好等问题,还可能会出现染花现象,解决棉织物染色不匀最常用的方法为在染色加工中添加匀染剂,匀染剂分为亲纤维型和亲染料型,其中双季铵盐表面活性剂的匀染作用为亲纤维型,在染色过程中染料对纤维的亲和力较大,与棉纤维结合后会影响染料与纤维的结合时间,但同时也保证了匀染性,通过测定植物的表观色差,然后多个点表观色差求平均值的标准偏差,即可判断染色物的匀染性,现有技术中在选择含14个碳的双季铵盐双溴化N,N’-二(十四烷基二甲基)-3氧杂-1(4型)作为匀染剂、且使用浓度为15μmol/时,棉织物的染色标准偏差较小,但相比活性红和活性黄染料,活性蓝染料在偏差最小时仍有0.019,因此,本发明中考虑通过使用新型匀染剂,进一步提高活性蓝在棉织物上的匀染性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种提高活性蓝在棉织物上匀染性的方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种提高活性蓝在棉织物上匀染性的方法,用活性蓝配制浴比为1:100的活性染料,加入2.2-2.8μmol/L的匀染剂、0.2-0.6μmol/L的匀染助剂,配制染液,然后在温度为52-58℃的条件下将待染布放入,染色20分钟后,放入20g/L的氯化钠,升温至66℃继续染色20分钟后,加入10g/L的碳酸钠,完成后继续染色40分钟,完成后取出,用热水冲洗,经皂洗、冷水洗后,在烘箱中烘干即可;
所述匀染剂包括以下重量份的原料:三苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯8-12份、双丙酮丙烯酰胺3-4份、氰基乙酰乙基脲0.2-0.6份;
所述匀染助剂包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵6-8份、端羟基超支化聚合物1-2份。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述活性蓝为活性蓝EF-2G。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述升温步骤升温速度为4-6℃/分钟。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述冷水温度为8-12℃。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述烘箱中烘干温度为65-75℃。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述端羟基超支化聚合物由摩尔比为1:3.5超支化聚合物单体、三羟甲基丙烷制备得到;其中超支化聚合物单体由摩尔比为1:1.4-1.8的摩尔比丙烯酸甲酯与二乙醇胺制备得到。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述端羟基超支化聚合物制备时还包括催化剂,催化剂为对甲基苯磺酸,催化剂占超支化聚合物单体重量的4-6%。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中通过匀染剂以及匀染助剂的合理配比,使其对棉纤维和染料均有亲和力,使染料均匀分散,且能使染料快速与棉纤维结合,通过检测色量的标准偏差,活性蓝的标准偏差低至0.009左右,相比现有技术匀染效果大大提高,适用于对棉织物颜色要求较高的产品。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种提高活性蓝在棉织物上匀染性的方法,用活性蓝配制浴比为1:100的活性染料,加入2.5μmol/L的匀染剂、0.4μmol/L的匀染助剂,配制染液,然后在温度为55℃的条件下将待染布放入,染色20分钟后,放入20g/L的氯化钠,升温至66℃继续染色20分钟后,加入10g/L的碳酸钠,完成后继续染色40分钟,完成后取出,用热水冲洗,经皂洗、冷水洗后,在烘箱中烘干即可;
所述匀染剂包括以下重量份的原料:三苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯10份、双丙酮丙烯酰胺3.5份、氰基乙酰乙基脲0.4份;
所述匀染助剂包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵7份、端羟基超支化聚合物1.5份。
其中,所述活性蓝为活性蓝EF-2G;所述升温步骤升温速度为5℃/分钟;所述冷水温度为10℃;所述烘箱中烘干温度为70℃。
其中,所述端羟基超支化聚合物由摩尔比为1:3.5超支化聚合物单体、三羟甲基丙烷制备得到;其中超支化聚合物单体由摩尔比为1:1.6的摩尔比丙烯酸甲酯与二乙醇胺制备得到;所述端羟基超支化聚合物制备时还包括催化剂,催化剂为对甲基苯磺酸,催化剂占超支化聚合物单体重量的5%。
实施例2
一种提高活性蓝在棉织物上匀染性的方法,用活性蓝配制浴比为1:100的活性染料,加入2.2μmol/L的匀染剂、0.6μmol/L的匀染助剂,配制染液,然后在温度为52℃的条件下将待染布放入,染色20分钟后,放入20g/L的氯化钠,升温至66℃继续染色20分钟后,加入10g/L的碳酸钠,完成后继续染色40分钟,完成后取出,用热水冲洗,经皂洗、冷水洗后,在烘箱中烘干即可;
所述匀染剂包括以下重量份的原料:三苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯12份、双丙酮丙烯酰胺3份、氰基乙酰乙基脲0.2份;
所述匀染助剂包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵8份、端羟基超支化聚合物1份。
其中,所述活性蓝为活性蓝EF-2G;所述升温步骤升温速度为4℃/分钟;所述冷水温度为12℃;所述烘箱中烘干温度为75℃。
其中,所述端羟基超支化聚合物由摩尔比为1:3.5超支化聚合物单体、三羟甲基丙烷制备得到;其中超支化聚合物单体由摩尔比为1:1.4的摩尔比丙烯酸甲酯与二乙醇胺制备得到;所述端羟基超支化聚合物制备时还包括催化剂,催化剂为对甲基苯磺酸,催化剂占超支化聚合物单体重量的6%。

一种提高活性蓝在棉织物上匀染性的方法,用活性蓝配制浴比为1:100的活性染料,加入2.8μmol/L的匀染剂、0.2μmol/L的匀染助剂,配制染液,然后在温度为58℃的条件下将待染布放入,染色20分钟后,放入20g/L的氯化钠,升温至66℃继续染色20分钟后,加入10g/L的碳酸钠,完成后继续染色40分钟,完成后取出,用热水冲洗,经皂洗、冷水洗后,在烘箱中烘干即可;
所述匀染剂包括以下重量份的原料:三苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯8份、双丙酮丙烯酰胺4份、氰基乙酰乙基脲0.2份;
所述匀染助剂包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵6份、端羟基超支化聚合物2份。
其中,所述活性蓝为活性蓝EF-2G;所述升温步骤升温速度为6℃/分钟;所述冷水温度为8℃;所述烘箱中烘干温度为65℃。

设置对照组1,将实施例1中匀染助剂去掉,其余内容不变;设置对照组2,将实施例1匀染剂中双丙酮丙烯酰胺去掉,其余内容不变;设置对照组3,将实施例1中氰基乙酰乙基脲去掉,其余内容不变;设置对照组4,将实施例1中端羟基超支化聚合物去掉,其余内容不变;设置对照组5,将实施例1中丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵去掉,其余内容不变;
在电脑测色仪上任取织物上8个点测定植物表观得色量(K/S),然后求平均值并计算标准偏差Sr(λ),得到以下结果:

通过表1中数据可以看出,本发明中通过匀染剂和匀染助剂的合理配比,能够提高活性蓝在棉织物上的匀染性,适用于对染色质量较高的产品。

Claims (7)

1.一种提高活性蓝在棉织物上匀染性的方法,其特征在于,用活性蓝配制浴比为1:100的活性染料,加入2.2-2.8μmol/L的匀染剂、0.2-0.6μmol/L的匀染助剂,配制染液,然后在温度为52-58℃的条件下将待染布放入,染色20分钟后,放入20g/L的氯化钠,升温至66℃继续染色20分钟后,加入10g/L的碳酸钠,完成后继续染色40分钟,完成后取出,用热水冲洗,经皂洗、冷水洗后,在烘箱中烘干即可;
所述匀染剂包括以下重量份的原料:三苯乙烯基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯8-12份、双丙酮丙烯酰胺3-4份、氰基乙酰乙基脲0.2-0.6份;
所述匀染助剂包括以下重量份的原料:丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵6-8份、端羟基超支化聚合物1-2份。
2.如权利要求1所述一种提高活性蓝在棉织物上匀染性的方法,其特征在于,所述活性蓝为活性蓝EF-2G。
