本发明公开了一种抗静电混纺纱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)制备抗静电剂;(2)制备功能整理液;(3)混纺纱整理。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明制备的混纺纱除了具有优异的抗静电性能外,还具有防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃性能,其中抗静电性能的保持时间持久,适于制成服装穿着,防止静电对人体的伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及混纺纱制备领域,特别是一种抗静电混纺纱的制备方法。
背景技术
任何物体都带有本身的静电荷,这种电荷可以是负电荷也可以是正电荷,静电荷的聚集使得生活或者工业生产受到影响甚至危害。现有混纺纱线大都性能单一,混纺纱制成服装时不具备抗静电性能,在天气干燥穿着时会产生不舒适感,而且过多的静电对人体会产生不良影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗静电混纺纱的制备方法,以解决现有技术中的不足,它能够提高混纺的抗静电性能,改善混纺纱功能的单一性。
本发明提供了一种抗静电混纺纱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备抗静电剂:所述抗静电剂包括以下重量份数的组分:12-18份月桂醚、15-20份十八烷基咪唑啉、10-20份烷基季铵盐,5-8份醇类溶剂,2-8 份直链烷基苯磺酸,5-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,5-10份硬脂酸钠,8-12份烯基磺酸盐,2-5份白皂粉,2-5份水杨酸苯酯,2-5份醋酸锌以及5-10份催化剂;
(2)制备功能整理液:向去离子水中加入1-2重量份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、0.9重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.6重量份尼泊金丙酯、1.5重量份蓖麻油,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液,然后将抗静电剂加入混合溶液中,得到功能整理液;
(3)混纺纱整理:将混纺纱置于功能整理液中进行浸轧处理,浸轧处理5-8小时后恒温烘干得到抗静电混纺纱。
优选的是,步骤(1)中所述抗静电剂包括以下重量份数的组分:16份月桂醚、18份十八烷基咪唑啉、14份烷基季铵盐,7份醇类溶剂,5份直链烷基苯磺酸,8份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,6份硬脂酸钠,11份烯基磺酸盐,3.5份白皂粉,4份水杨酸苯酯,3.8份醋酸锌以及7.6份催化剂。
优选的是,所述醇类溶剂为乙醇、异丙醇或丁醇中的一种。
优选的是,所述催化剂为无机酸或二丁基氧化锡。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明制备的混纺纱除了具有优异的抗静电性能外,还具有防霉、防蛀、抗菌、阻燃性能,其中抗静电性能的保持时间持久,适于制成服装穿着,防止静电对人体的伤害。

本发明的实施例:一种抗静电混纺纱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)制备抗静电剂:所述抗静电剂包括以下重量份数的组分:12-18份月桂醚、15-20份十八烷基咪唑啉、10-20份烷基季铵盐,5-8份醇类溶剂,2-8 份直链烷基苯磺酸,5-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,5-10份硬脂酸钠,8-12份烯基磺酸盐,2-5份白皂粉,2-5份水杨酸苯酯,2-5份醋酸锌以及5-10份催化剂;
(2)制备功能整理液:向去离子水中加入1-2重量份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、0.9重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.6重量份尼泊金丙酯、1.5重量份蓖麻油,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液,然后将抗静电剂加入混合溶液中,得到功能整理液;
(3)混纺纱整理:将混纺纱置于功能整理液中进行浸轧处理,浸轧处理5-8小时后恒温烘干得到抗静电混纺纱。

1.一种抗静电混纺纱的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)制备抗静电剂:所述抗静电剂包括以下重量份数的组分:12-18份月桂醚、15-20份十八烷基咪唑啉、10-20份烷基季铵盐,5-8份醇类溶剂,2-8 份直链烷基苯磺酸,5-10份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,5-10份硬脂酸钠,8-12份烯基磺酸盐,2-5份白皂粉,2-5份水杨酸苯酯,2-5份醋酸锌以及5-10份催化剂;
(2)制备功能整理液:向去离子水中加入1-2重量份硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯、0.9重量份羧甲基纤维素、0.6重量份尼泊金丙酯、1.5重量份蓖麻油,搅拌均匀得到混合溶液,然后将抗静电剂加入混合溶液中,得到功能整理液;
(3)混纺纱整理:将混纺纱置于功能整理液中进行浸轧处理,浸轧处理5-8小时后恒温烘干得到抗静电混纺纱。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗静电混纺纱的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述抗静电剂包括以下重量份数的组分:16份月桂醚、18份十八烷基咪唑啉、14份烷基季铵盐,7份醇类溶剂,5份直链烷基苯磺酸,8份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,6份硬脂酸钠,11份烯基磺酸盐,3.5份白皂粉,4份水杨酸苯酯,3.8份醋酸锌以及7.6份催化剂。
