背景技术
棉布是用棉纱织成的布。是各类棉纺织品的总称。它多用来制作时装、休闲装、内衣和衬衫。它的优点是轻松保暖,柔和贴身、吸湿性、透气性甚佳。它的缺点则是易缩、易皱,外观上不大挺括美观,在穿著时必须时常熨烫。
棉布即是一种以棉纱线为原料的机织物;由于组织规格的不同及后加工处理的方法不同而衍生出不同的品种。
棉布具有穿着柔软舒适、保暖、吸湿、透气性强、易于染整加工等特点,由于它的这些天然特性,早已被人们所喜爱,成为生活中不可缺少的基本用品。
而由于棉布自身的材质的原因,在加工、使用的过程中往往会出现被腐蚀的情况,即使是对方时间长久也容易出现开裂的问题,而且由于其自身的耐热性能不是特别的高,在稍微高温的情况下就容易燃烧、断裂,导致无法良好的加工或者使用。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于克服现有的技术缺陷提供一种方法合理、实施方便、耐腐蚀、耐热的一种阻燃棉布上用的耐腐蚀浆料。

树脂18-24份、改性海泡石粉10-15份、二甲苯6-10份、乙酸乙酯3-9份、丙二醇丁醚1-4份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷2-7份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5503-9份、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯1-5份、有机硅流平剂1-4份、有机硅油1-4份、环氧丙烷苯基醚2-7份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯1-3份、防老剂7-12份、生物辅助剂9-14份、去离子水30-35份;
所述树脂为环氧树脂E-12、过氯乙烯树脂、138松香树脂、呋喃树脂、有机硅树脂中的一种;
所述改性海泡石粉的制备方式为:将海泡石研磨且过300-400目筛,然后加入甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷在常温下搅拌混合10min,然后升温至80-85℃保温研磨30min,再加水搅拌制成固含量达到25-35%的溶液,所得混合液送入喷雾干燥机中干燥,制得20-40目的球形颗粒,并于100-110℃下烘干;
所述甲基三丁酮肟基硅烷与海泡石的质量比为1:3.7;
所述防老剂包括防老剂RD、防老剂A、防老剂D、防老剂CPPD、防老剂AW中的一种;

本发明的有益效果为:使用的浆料可涂多层,且可以与其他的涂漆、涂料等混合使用,这样就更加的方便,而且产品的耐磨、耐火、拉伸的性能都非常的好,而且具有良好的滤水的性能,就能够保证不会出现由于水泡的原因而出现褶皱、开裂等问题,而且产品的粘合性能、耐磨性能非常的好,并且使用的生物助剂不仅能够起到中和毒素的效果,还能够增加产品的韧性以及耐压、耐磨的性能,产品能够用于多种基体材质上,涂层功能广,而且物耗少、成本低、无毒无副反应,可加工性能好、成型容易。

聚乙烯树脂22份、凹凸棒土12份、炭黑2份、玻璃粉5份、正硅酸乙酯6份、苯丙乳液3份、二月桂酸二丁基锡5份、硬脂酸钙3份、防老剂A11份、水33份;
制备方式:将上述的材料放入反应釜中,在110-120℃的温度中搅拌混合40-50分钟,然后压入三辊机中,研磨成粉末状即可。

Claims (2)
1.一种阻燃棉布上用的耐腐蚀浆料,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的材料制成,
树脂18-24份、改性海泡石粉10-15份、二甲苯6-10份、乙酸乙酯3-9份、丙二醇丁醚1-4份、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷2-7份、硅烷偶联剂KH-5503-9份、顺丁烯二酸二丁酯1-5份、有机硅流平剂1-4份、有机硅油1-4份、环氧丙烷苯基醚2-7份、邻苯二甲酸二异癸酯1-3份、防老剂7-12份、生物辅助剂9-14份、去离子水30-35份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃棉布上用的耐腐蚀浆料,其特征在于:所述一种阻燃棉布上用的耐腐蚀浆料的制备方式为:将上述的材料依次置于反应釜中混合均匀,升温至150-200℃,保温搅拌3-5h,得到混合料,然后降温到100-150℃,混合搅拌至形成流动性较好的浆体。
