本发明公开了一种填芯,其包括上层、下层和中间层,所述上层和所述下层的材料均为棉,所述中间层的材料为麻。优点:本发明提供的填芯具有良好的杀菌抑菌性能,且既保暖吸潮,又能长时间的保持厚实和蓬松。

技术领域
本发明属于日常家居纺织品领域,涉及一种填芯。
背景技术
目前市场的棉被或抱枕等纺织品的填充物大多为单一材料的蚕丝或羽绒或棉花,功能单一,在长时间使用后,会成坨或不再蓬松,且没有杀菌抑菌的功能。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供既厚实又蓬松,舒适度好,且能够杀菌抑菌的用于纺织品填充的填芯。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是包括上层、下层和中间层,所述上层和所述下层的材料均为棉,所述中间层的材料为麻。
进一步的,所述麻为汉麻或苎麻。所述汉麻或苎麻有良好的刚性支撑,使得填芯蓬松透气好,且本身具有良好的抗菌性能,配合棉,能够使得填芯既保暖吸潮又能长时间保持蓬松,同时具有杀菌抑菌功能。
进一步的,所述上层和所述下层的棉总重量为所述中间层的麻重量的10%~50%。
进一步的,所述上层、所述中间层和所述下层之间通过针刺固定且在所述上层和所述下层的外表面形成纵横交错的针刺固定线。该针刺固定线,使得填芯不易散开,达到既厚实又蓬松。
进一步的,一种填芯的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)将棉和麻分别置于抓棉机内打蓬松;
(2)将打蓬松后的棉和麻分别置于梳棉机内,梳理成伸直的单纤维状态;
(3)将梳理成伸直的单纤维状的棉和麻分别置于清花机内,清除杂质;
(4)将清除杂质后的棉和麻分别经过铺网机,进行交叉铺网压实,并进行牵伸形成网层;
(5)将棉和麻各自的网层按照上层和下层为棉,中间为麻的三层结构状态进行叠放,并将三层材料,裁剪成相同的尺寸规格,形成粗胚;
(6)采用针刺机对粗胚进行横向及纵向交叉针刺固定。
本发明提供的填芯采用三层结构,中间的材料为汉麻或或者苎麻,具有杀菌抑菌的功能,同时还有蓬松的特性,上次和下层的材料为棉,具有良好的保暖效果;,且保证了整个结构既厚实又蓬松,在长时间使用后能够仍然保持蓬松及良好的保暖吸潮杀菌等效果,采用针刺技术进行固定三层结构,使得整个填芯三层连接处具有一定的强度和厚度,连接紧密不易松散。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
本发明包括包括上层1、下层3和中间层2,所述上层1和所述下层3的材料均为棉,所述中间层2的材料为麻。
进一步的,所述麻为汉麻或苎麻。
进一步的,所述上层1和所述下层2的棉总重量为所述中间层2的麻重量的10%~50%。
进一步的,所述上层1、所述中间层2和所述下层3之间通过针刺固定且在所述上层1和所述下层3的外表面形成纵横交错的针刺固定线。
一种填芯的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)将棉和麻分别置于抓棉机内打蓬松;
(2)将打蓬松后的棉和麻分别置于梳棉机内,梳理成伸直的单纤维状态;
(3)将梳理成伸直的单纤维状的棉和麻分别置于清花机内,清除杂质;
(4)将清除杂质后的棉和麻分别经过铺网机,进行交叉铺网压实,并进行牵伸形成网层;
(5)将棉和麻各自的网层按照上层和下层为棉,中间为麻的三层结构状态进行叠放,并将三层材料,裁剪成相同的尺寸规格,形成粗胚;
(6)采用针刺机对粗胚进行横向及纵向交叉针刺固定。

Claims (5)
1.一种填芯,其特征在于:包括上层(1)、下层(3)和中间层(2),所述上层(1)和所述下层(3)的材料均为棉,所述中间层(2)的材料为麻。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种填芯,其特征在于,所述麻为汉麻或苎麻。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种填芯,其特征在于:所述上层(1)和所述下层(2)的棉总重量为所述中间层(2)的麻重量的10%~50%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种填芯,其特征在于:所述上层(1)、所述中间层(2)和所述下层(3)之间通过针刺固定且在所述上层(1)和所述下层(3)的外表面形成纵横交错的针刺固定线。
5.权利要求1所述的一种填芯的制备方法,具体步骤为:
(1)将棉和麻分别置于抓棉机内打蓬松;
(2)将打蓬松后的棉和麻分别置于梳棉机内,梳理成伸直的单纤维状态;
(3)将梳理成伸直的单纤维状的棉和麻分别置于清花机内,清除杂质;
(4)将清除杂质后的棉和麻分别经过铺网机,进行交叉铺网压实,并进行牵伸形成网层;
(5)将棉和麻各自的网层按照上层和下层为棉,中间为麻的三层结构状态进行叠放,形成粗胚;
(6)采用针刺机对粗胚进行横向及纵向交叉针刺固定。
