Abstract

本发明公开了一种耐溶剂擦拭粉末涂料及其制备方法,首先以聚氨酯树脂40‑70%、高酸值聚酯10‑50%、氢氧化铝5‑10%、助剂0.5‑1%作为原料制备改性聚酯;然后以改性聚酯40‑60%、固化剂10‑30%、助剂0.5‑1%、填料10‑30%作为原料制备耐溶剂擦拭粉末涂料。本发明通过先合成一种改性聚酯,然后把两种树脂按一定比例混合,并加入催化剂及填充物氢氧化铝,经过混合挤出破碎后获得;通过加入特定耐溶剂助剂,提高粉末产品的固化交联密度,提高表面致密性及硬度,从而达到优良的耐溶剂性能。

一种耐溶剂擦拭粉末涂料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及化工涂料物质制备技术领域,具体涉及一种擦拭粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
粉末涂料广泛应用于家电家具、工业机柜、工程机械、汽车工业、健身器材及医疗设备等领域,然而,传统的粉末涂料大多存在表面流平性能较差,光泽度不高,或者户外耐候性能差,耐腐蚀、耐有机溶剂性能差等缺点。近年来,聚氨酯材料得到了越来越广泛的应用,以聚氨酯为原料制成的涂层在耐蚀性、密封性、缓蚀性等方面具有均有较为突出的优势。目前国内粉末涂料应用越来越广,一些特殊功能性粉末要求耐溶剂(丙酮、酒精、天那水等有机溶剂)擦拭性能好,且市场要求成本不能过高。然而,由于在采用聚氨酯树脂作为原料制备涂料时,由于没有合理的配方,如固化剂选取不合适等,造成现有粉末涂料在耐酒精、丙酮等有机溶剂方面不够理想。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的缺点,提供一种性能更优良、能耐酒精擦拭,耐丙酮、丁酮、天那水等有机溶剂的粉末涂料及其制备方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种耐溶剂擦拭粉末涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:首先以聚氨酯树脂40-70%、高酸值聚酯10-50%、氢氧化铝5-10%、助剂0.5-1%作为原料制备改性聚酯;
然后以改性聚酯40-60%、固化剂10-30%、助剂0.5-1%、填料10-30%作为原料制备耐溶剂擦拭粉末涂料。
该耐溶剂擦拭粉末涂料的制备过程按以下步骤进行,
1)、将聚氨酯树脂40-70%、高酸值聚酯10-50%、氢氧化铝5-10%及助剂0.5-1%原材料制成粉末,按上述比例混合挤出破碎制备成改性聚酯,该步骤中的助剂为促进剂;
2)、将步骤1)制得的改性聚酯40-60%,与固化剂10-20%、助剂0.5-1%及填料10-30%的原料粉末混合、挤出、破碎及磨粉制备得到耐溶剂性擦拭粉末涂料,该步骤的助剂为颜料助剂。
涂料完成喷涂后再通过烧烤成型。
优选地,步骤1)的助剂为鎓盐类促进剂。
优选地,所述填料采用沉淀钡,其化学式为BaSo4
具体可以采用如下配方:
一、改性聚酯原料配方
聚氨酯树脂p6504为40-70%、高酸值聚酯CC450为10-50%、氢氧化铝ON-310为5-10%、鎓盐类促进剂0.5-1%,混合挤出破碎;
二、耐溶剂性擦拭粉末涂料原料配方
前述改性聚酯40-60%、固化剂B530为10-20%、固化剂TGIC为5-10%、助剂GLP588为0.5-1%、硫酸钡10-30%、颜料钛白粉R-996为10-20%。
本发明先合成一种改性聚酯,然后把两种树脂按一定比例混合,并加入催化剂及填充物氢氧化铝,经过混合挤出破碎后获得;通过加入特定耐溶剂助剂,提高粉末产品的固化交联密度,提高表面致密性及硬度,从而达到优良的耐溶剂性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施方式做进一步说明:
实施例1,一、制备改性聚酯:
聚氨酯树脂p6504为40%、高酸值聚酯CC450为49%、氢氧化铝ON-310为10%、鎓盐类促进剂1%,原材料制成粉末,按上述比例混合挤出破碎制备成改性聚酯;
二、制备耐溶剂性擦拭粉末涂料:
前述改性聚酯60%、固化剂B530为10%、固化剂TGIC为5%、助剂GLP588为1%、硫酸钡14%、颜料钛白粉R-996为10%,原料粉末混合、挤出、破碎及磨粉制备得到耐溶剂性擦拭粉末涂料。
使用时,涂料完成喷涂后再通过烧烤成型。
实施例2,一、制备改性聚酯:
聚氨酯树脂p6504为70%、高酸值聚酯CC450为19%、氢氧化铝ON-310为10%、鎓盐类促进剂1%,原材料制成粉末,按上述比例混合挤出破碎制备成改性聚酯;
二、制备耐溶剂性擦拭粉末涂料:
前述改性聚酯40%、固化剂B530为20%、固化剂TGIC为10%、助剂GLP588为0.5%、硫酸钡10.5%、颜料钛白粉R-996为19%,原料粉末混合、挤出、破碎及磨粉制备得到耐溶剂性擦拭粉末涂料。
使用时,涂料完成喷涂后再通过烧烤成型。
实施例3,一、制备改性聚酯:
聚氨酯树脂p6504为70%、高酸值聚酯CC450为10.5%、氢氧化铝ON-310为19%、鎓盐类促进剂0.5%,原材料制成粉末,按上述比例混合挤出破碎制备成改性聚酯;
二、制备耐溶剂性擦拭粉末涂料:
前述改性聚酯50%、固化剂B530为15%、固化剂TGIC为5%、助剂GLP588为1%、硫酸钡10%、颜料钛白粉R-996为19%,原料粉末混合、挤出、破碎及磨粉制备得到耐溶剂性擦拭粉末涂料。
使用时,涂料完成喷涂后再通过烧烤成型。

Claims (5)

1.一种耐溶剂擦拭粉末涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:首先以聚氨酯树脂40-70%、高酸值聚酯10-50%、氢氧化铝5-10%、助剂0.5-1%作为原料制备改性聚酯;
然后以改性聚酯40-60%、固化剂10-30%、助剂0.5-1%、填料10-30%作为原料制备耐溶剂擦拭粉末涂料。
2.一种耐溶剂擦拭粉末涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:制备过程按以下步骤进行,
1)、将聚氨酯树脂40-70%、高酸值聚酯10-50%、氢氧化铝5-10%及助剂0.5-1%原材料制成粉末,按上述比例混合挤出破碎制备成改性聚酯,该步骤中的助剂为促进剂;
2)、将步骤1)制得的改性聚酯40-60%,与固化剂10-20%、助剂0.5-1%及填料10-30%的原料粉末混合、挤出、破碎及磨粉制备得到耐溶剂性擦拭粉末涂料,该步骤的助剂为颜料助剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐溶剂擦拭粉末涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:步骤1)的助剂为鎓盐类促进剂。
4.根据权利要求2所述的耐溶剂擦拭粉末涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述填料采用沉淀钡,其化学式为BaSo4
5.根据权利要求2所述的耐溶剂擦拭粉末涂料及其制备方法,其特征在于:
一、改性聚酯原料配方
聚氨酯树脂p6504为40-70%、高酸值聚酯CC450为10-50%、氢氧化铝ON-310为5-10%、鎓盐类促进剂0.5-1%,混合挤出破碎;
二、耐溶剂性擦拭粉末涂料原料配方
前述改性聚酯40-60%、固化剂B530为10-20%、固化剂TGIC为5-10%、助剂GLP588为0.5-1%、硫酸钡10-30%、颜料钛白粉R-996为10-20%。
