Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in embodiment 2 of the present invention, a harvester capable of directly performing pretreatment of fertilizer preparation on straws includes a housing 1, wherein the housing 1 is of a hollow structure, a transmission device is installed in the housing 1, the input end of the transmission device is communicated with a straw cutting chamber 23, and the straw cutting chamber 23 is located on the front end surface of the housing 1 and is close to the ground; the straw cutting chamber 23 is divided into a plurality of identical cutting grooves 25 through a plurality of clamping plates 24 which are vertically arranged at equal intervals, the bottoms of the cutting grooves 25 are rotatably connected with a rotating shaft through bearings, a second driving wheel 31 is mounted on the rotating shaft, two adjacent driving wheels 31 are in transmission connection through a belt 30, horizontally arranged cutting blades 32 are mounted at the top of each rotating shaft, a second motor box 26 is fixedly mounted on the outer wall of one side of the straw cutting chamber 23, a second motor 27 is mounted in the second motor box 26, the output end of the second motor 27 is connected with one end of a rotating shaft 28 through a coupler, a first driving wheel 29 is mounted at the other end of the rotating shaft 28, and the first driving wheel 29 is in transmission connection with the second adjacent driving wheel 31 through the belt 30; a dehumidifying device is arranged at the position of the shell 1 corresponding to the transmission device, a crushing device is arranged at the output end of the transmission device, a stirring device is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the crushing device, and the crushing device is communicated with the stirring device through a through hole 17; a discharge port 21 is formed in the bottom of the stirring device, the discharge port 21 is communicated with a feed chute of a spiral feeding machine 22 through a guide pipe, and a discharge port of the spiral feeding machine 22 is communicated with the top of the storage box 11; the spiral feeding machine 22 and the storage box 11 are both fixedly arranged on the lower surface inside the shell 1, and the crawler base 13 is fixedly arranged on the lower surface of the shell 1; the invention drives the first driving wheel 29 to rotate through the second motor 27, the first driving wheel 29 drives the second driving wheels 31 in the cutting grooves 25 to rotate through the belt 30, so that each cutting piece 32 can cut straws, the power system drives the crawler base 13 to drive the whole harvester to move forward while the cutting pieces 32 cut the straws, so that the straws fall onto the conveying belt 5 on the driving device after being cut by the cutting pieces 32, the straws are dried and dehumidified by the dehumidifying device when being conveyed to the crushing device on the conveying belt 5, the crushing type of the crushing device is poor due to the fact that fragments are adhered to the crushing device when the straws are crushed, the straws fall into the stirring device after being crushed by the crushing device, and the straw fragments are stirred by the stirring device, so that the uniformity of the straw fragments is better, and the stirred straw slag enters the storage box 11 through the spiral feeding machine 22 for storage until the storage box 11 is full of materials and then is discharged through the discharge opening 12 at a specified place.
The transmission device comprises a supporting seat 2, a driving wheel 3, a driven wheel 4 and a conveying belt 5, wherein the supporting seat 2 is obliquely arranged in the shell 1, the driven wheel 4 is arranged on the inner side wall of the bottom of the supporting seat 2, the driven wheel 4 is in transmission connection with the driving wheel 3 through the conveying belt 5, the driving wheel 3 is arranged in the inner side wall above the supporting seat 2 and is driven by a motor, and the input end of the conveying belt 5 is mutually connected with the discharge end of the cutting groove 25; the driving wheel 3 is driven to rotate by the driving motor, so that the driving wheel 3 drives the conveying belt 5 to transmit on the driving wheel 3 and the driven wheel 4, and the straw on the surface of the conveying belt 5 falls into the crushing box 14 along with the movement of the conveying belt 5.
The dehumidification device is composed of an induced draft fan 6, a ventilation pipeline 7, an air filter 8, heating pipes 9 and air diffusion plates 10, wherein the induced draft fan 6 is fixedly installed in a dehumidification chamber at the top of the shell 1, an air inlet of the induced draft fan 6 is connected with one end of the ventilation pipeline 7, the air filter 8 is installed inside the ventilation pipeline 7, the other end of the ventilation pipeline 7 penetrates through the side wall of the shell 1 to extend out, the side wall of the dehumidification chamber corresponding to an air outlet of the induced draft fan 6 is provided with a plurality of same heating pipes 9, the heating pipes 9 are electrically connected with a power supply connecting wire, the side wall of the dehumidification chamber corresponding to the transmission device is fixedly provided with the air diffusion plates 10, and the air diffusion plates 10 are provided with a plurality of air diffusion holes which are uniformly distributed; when the straw shifts on transmission, start draught fan 6 when opening heating pipe 9, the wind channel that utilizes draught fan 6 to blow off forms hot-blastly after passing through heating pipe 9, after through gas diffusion plate 10, even carry out drying and dehumidification to the straw that conveys 5 surfaces, avoid the straw moisture when making fertile too high, it is not good to lead to making fertile effect, the pollutant in the air cleaner 8 effectual deaerate in the draught fan 6 simultaneously, the influence of the pollutant in the air to the straw when making fertile has been reduced.
Reducing mechanism comprises crushing case 14 and crushing wheel 15, crushing case 14 is installed inside casing 1, and smashes the pan feeding mouth and the transmission output interconnect of case 14, install the crushing wheel 15 that two symmetries set up in crushing case 14, and the crushing wheel 15 that two symmetries set up rotates in opposite directions, through-hole 17 has been seted up to the bottom of crushing case 14, and the straw after the drying is driven to crushing case 14 in back by conveyer belt 5, carries out shredding by the crushing wheel 15 that two symmetries set up, has saved the required crushing step when the straw is made fertile.
The stirring device comprises a stirring box 16, a motor box I18, a motor I19 and a stirring rod 20, wherein the stirring box 16 is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the crushing device, the motor box I18 is installed at the bottom of the stirring box 16, the motor I19 is fixedly installed in the motor box I18, the output end of the motor I19 is connected with one end of a rotating shaft through a coupler, the other end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the motor box I18 and extends into the stirring box 16 to be connected with the stirring rod 20 which is vertically arranged, and a through hole 17 is formed in the top of the stirring box 16; through-hole 17 of agitator tank 16 and the bottom of smashing case 14 and seted up through-hole 17 and communicate each other, and after the straw after smashing fell into agitator tank 16 through-hole 17, carried out abundant stirring through motor 19 driven puddler 20, improved the homogeneity before the fertile of straw system.

A harvester capable of directly performing fertilizer preparation pretreatment on straws comprises a shell (1) and is characterized in that the shell (1) is of a hollow structure, a transmission device which is obliquely arranged is arranged in the shell (1), the input end of the transmission device is communicated with a straw cutting chamber (23), and the straw cutting chamber (23) is positioned on the front end face of the shell (1) and is close to the ground; the straw cutting chamber (23) is divided into a plurality of identical cutting grooves (25) by a plurality of clamping plates (24) which are vertically arranged at equal intervals, the bottoms of the cutting grooves (25) are rotatably connected with a rotating shaft by bearings, a second driving wheel (31) is arranged on the rotating shaft, two adjacent driving wheels II (31) are in transmission connection through a belt (30), the top of each rotating shaft is provided with a horizontally arranged cutting blade (32), a second motor box (26) is fixedly arranged on the outer wall of one side of the straw cutting chamber (23), a second motor (27) is arranged in the second motor box (26), the output end of the second motor (27) is connected with one end of a rotating shaft (28) through a coupler, the other end of the rotating shaft (28) is provided with a first driving wheel (29), and the first driving wheel (29) is in transmission connection with a second adjacent driving wheel (31) through a belt (30); the dehumidifying device is installed at a position, corresponding to the transmission device, of the shell (1), the crushing device is installed at the output end of the transmission device, the stirring device is fixedly installed at the bottom of the crushing device and consists of a stirring box (16), a motor box I (18), a motor I (19) and a stirring rod (20), the stirring box (16) is fixedly connected with the lower surface of the crushing device, the motor box I (18) is installed at the bottom of the stirring box (16), the motor I (19) is fixedly installed in the motor box I (18), the output end of the motor I (19) is connected with one end of a rotating shaft through a coupler, the other end of the rotating shaft penetrates through the motor box I (18) and extends into the stirring box (16) to be connected with the stirring rod (20) which is vertically arranged, and a through hole (17) is formed in the top of the stirring box (16); the top of the stirring rod (20) is provided with a fixedly arranged buffer cap which is conical, and the crushing device is communicated with the stirring device through a through hole (17); a discharge port (21) is formed in the bottom of the stirring device, the discharge port (21) is communicated with a feed chute of a spiral feeding machine (22) through a guide pipe, and a discharge port of the spiral feeding machine (22) is communicated with the top of the storage box (11); spiral material loading machine (22) and storage box (11) equal fixed mounting are at the inside lower surface of casing (1), the lower surface fixed mounting of casing (1) has track base (13).

The harvester capable of directly processing straws before fertilizer production according to claim 1 is characterized in that the transmission device is composed of a support seat (2), a driving wheel (3), a driven wheel (4) and a conveyor belt (5), the support seat (2) is obliquely installed inside the housing (1), the driven wheel (4) is installed on the inner side wall of the bottom of the support seat (2), the driven wheel (4) is in transmission connection with the driving wheel (3) through the conveyor belt (5), the driving wheel (3) is installed in the inner side wall above the support seat (2) and is driven by a motor, and the input end of the conveyor belt (5) is connected with the discharge end of the cutting groove (25).

The harvester capable of directly processing straw into fertilizer according to claim 1, characterized in that the dehumidifier is composed of an induced draft fan (6), a ventilation duct (7), an air filter (8), heating pipes (9) and a gas diffusion plate (10), the induced draft fan (6) is fixedly installed in a dehumidifying chamber at the top of the housing (1), an air inlet of the induced draft fan (6) is connected with one end of the ventilation duct (7), the ventilation duct (7) is internally provided with the air filter (8), the other end of the ventilation duct (7) penetrates through the side wall of the housing (1) to extend out, the side wall of the dehumidifying chamber corresponding to an air outlet of the induced draft fan (6) is provided with a plurality of same heating pipes (9), the heating pipes (9) are electrically connected with a power supply connecting wire, and the dehumidifying chamber is fixedly provided with the gas diffusion plate (10) on the side wall corresponding to the transmission device, the air diffusing plate (10) is provided with a plurality of air diffusing holes which are uniformly distributed.

The harvester capable of directly processing straws before fertilizer preparation according to claim 1, wherein the crushing device comprises a crushing box (14) and crushing wheels (15), the crushing box (14) is installed inside the housing (1), a feeding port of the crushing box (14) is connected with an output end of the transmission device, two symmetrically arranged crushing wheels (15) are installed in the crushing box (14), the two symmetrically arranged crushing wheels (15) rotate oppositely, and a through hole (17) is formed in the bottom of the crushing box (14).

The harvester capable of directly processing straws before fertilizer preparation according to claim 1, wherein the bottom of the storage tank (11) is provided with a discharge opening (12), the discharge opening (12) extends to the outside of the housing (1) through a conduit, and the conduit arranged outside the housing (1) is provided with a valve.
