Abstract
The disclosure relates to a processing method, device and system for customs clearance information and goods supervision information, and belongs to the field of data processing. The processing method for the customs clearance information and the goods supervision information comprises the following steps: receiving goods customs declaration information; generating a customs clearance number and a corresponding label according to the goods customs clearance information; and receiving the goods supervision information, and storing the goods customs clearance information and the goods supervision information in an associated mode according to the customs clearance number and/or the label. Technical Field

Background
With the increasing globalization of trade and cross-border trade, the quantity of goods passing through the customs ports is increased, the quantity of goods passing in and out through the customs ports is very huge, and each batch of goods passing in and out in the customs ports needs to be reported, and details of the goods are reported so as to accept supervision of customs. The embodiment of the application provides a processing system for customs clearance information and goods supervision information, and provides a system for mutually fusing and bidirectionally binding the goods clearance information and the goods supervision information in an electronic customs clearance service. Compared with the prior art, the system of the application realizes the integration of the goods customs clearance information and the goods supervision information, realizes the mutual identification and exchange of the information, achieves the interconnection and mutual sharing of the information, can effectively improve the supervision of customs clearance business, reduces misjudgment and misoperation rate, and improves the quality and efficiency of customs clearance business.
While the application has been illustrated and described in detail in the drawings and foregoing description, the same is to be considered as illustrative and not restrictive in character. The application is not limited to the disclosed embodiments. Other variations to the disclosed embodiments can be understood and effected by those skilled in the art in practicing the claimed application, from a study of the drawings, the disclosure, and the appended claims.

Claims (8)
1. A method for processing customs clearance information and cargo supervision information, comprising:
receiving goods customs declaration information;
generating a customs clearance number and a corresponding label according to the goods customs clearance information;
receiving cargo supervision information, and storing the cargo customs clearance information and the cargo supervision information in an associated manner according to the customs clearance number and/or the label, wherein the cargo supervision information comprises: and the goods checking information is obtained by checking the actual goods at the goods sites regulated by customs or the goods transportation information recorded during the goods transportation, and/or the goods checking information comprises: machine inspection data and manual inspection data;
wherein, the generating the customs clearance number and the corresponding label according to the goods customs clearance information comprises:
when the goods customs information comprises a container number or a transport vehicle number and one part of goods customs information corresponds to a plurality of container numbers or transport vehicle numbers, a customs menu number generated by the part of goods customs information and the corresponding plurality of container numbers or transport vehicle numbers are combined to generate a plurality of labels;
when the goods customs information comprises a container number or a transport vehicle number and the goods customs information corresponds to one container number or transport vehicle number, a plurality of customs information generated by the goods customs information and the container number or the transport vehicle number are combined to generate a plurality of labels;
and when the goods customs clearance information does not comprise a container number or a transport vehicle number, randomly generating the customs clearance number and a corresponding label.
2. The method of processing of claim 1, wherein generating a customs clearance number and corresponding label from the goods customs clearance information comprises: and generating the customs clearance number and the corresponding label according to the customs clearance code, the declaration time and the sequence code.
3. A method for processing customs clearance information and cargo supervision information, comprising:
acquiring cargo supervision information of cargo, wherein the cargo supervision information comprises: and the goods checking information is obtained by checking the actual goods at the goods sites regulated by customs or the goods transportation information recorded during the goods transportation, and/or the goods checking information comprises: machine inspection data and manual inspection data;
scanning labels on goods to obtain goods customs declaration information;
judging whether the cargo supervision information is consistent with the cargo customs clearance information or not;
sending out a corresponding clearance instruction according to the judgment result;
the label is generated according to the goods customs clearance information through the following steps:
when the goods customs information comprises a container number or a transport vehicle number and one part of goods customs information corresponds to a plurality of container numbers or transport vehicle numbers, a customs menu number generated by the part of goods customs information and the corresponding plurality of container numbers or transport vehicle numbers are combined to generate a plurality of labels;
when the goods customs information comprises a container number or a transport vehicle number and the goods customs information corresponds to one container number or transport vehicle number, a plurality of customs information generated by the goods customs information and the container number or the transport vehicle number are combined to generate a plurality of labels;
and when the goods customs clearance information does not comprise a container number or a transport vehicle number, randomly generating the customs clearance number and a corresponding label.
4. The method of processing of claim 3, wherein the cargo transportation information includes one or more of a carrier, a transport, a time of departure, a time of arrival, a route path, and route site information.
5. A processing method according to claim 3, wherein the machine inspection data includes image information obtained by scanning the goods by an inspection device and/or inspection results obtained by analysis based on the image information.
6. A processing apparatus for customs clearance information and cargo supervision information, comprising:
the customs clearance module is used for receiving the goods customs clearance information;
the identification generation module is used for generating a customs clearance number and a corresponding label according to the goods customs clearance information;
the binding module is used for receiving the goods supervision information and storing the goods supervision information and the goods supervision information in an associated mode according to the customs clearance number and/or the label, and the goods supervision information comprises: and the goods checking information is obtained by checking the actual goods at the goods sites regulated by customs or the goods transportation information recorded during the goods transportation, and/or the goods checking information comprises: machine inspection data and manual inspection data;
wherein, the identification generation module is further used for:
when the goods customs information comprises a container number or a transport vehicle number and one part of goods customs information corresponds to a plurality of container numbers or transport vehicle numbers, a customs menu number generated by the part of goods customs information and the corresponding plurality of container numbers or transport vehicle numbers are combined to generate a plurality of labels;
when the goods customs information comprises a container number or a transport vehicle number and the goods customs information corresponds to one container number or transport vehicle number, a plurality of customs information generated by the goods customs information and the container number or the transport vehicle number are combined to generate a plurality of labels;
and when the goods customs clearance information does not comprise a container number or a transport vehicle number, randomly generating the customs clearance number and a corresponding label.
7. A processing apparatus for customs clearance information and cargo supervision information, comprising:
the supervision module is used for acquiring cargo supervision information of cargoes, wherein the cargo supervision information comprises: and the goods checking information is obtained by checking the actual goods at the goods sites regulated by customs or the goods transportation information recorded during the goods transportation, and/or the goods checking information comprises: machine inspection data and manual inspection data;
the scanning module is used for scanning the label on the goods to acquire the goods customs declaration information;
the judging module is used for judging whether the goods supervision information is consistent with the goods customs declaration information or not;
the clearance module is used for sending out corresponding clearance instructions according to the judgment result;
the label on the goods is generated through the following steps:
when the goods customs information comprises a container number or a transport vehicle number and one part of goods customs information corresponds to a plurality of container numbers or transport vehicle numbers, a customs menu number generated by the part of goods customs information and the corresponding plurality of container numbers or transport vehicle numbers are combined to generate a plurality of labels;
when the goods customs information comprises a container number or a transport vehicle number and the goods customs information corresponds to one container number or transport vehicle number, a plurality of customs information generated by the goods customs information and the container number or the transport vehicle number are combined to generate a plurality of labels;
and when the goods customs clearance information does not comprise a container number or a transport vehicle number, randomly generating the customs clearance number and a corresponding label.
8. A processing system for customs clearance information and cargo supervision information, comprising:
the customs clearance module is used for receiving the customs clearance information and the supervision information of the goods and storing the customs clearance information and the supervision information of the goods in an associated mode according to customs clearance numbers and/or labels, and the supervision information of the goods comprises: and the goods checking information is obtained by checking the actual goods at the goods sites regulated by customs or the goods transportation information recorded during the goods transportation, and/or the goods checking information comprises: machine inspection data and manual inspection data;
the identification generation module is used for generating a customs clearance number and a corresponding label according to the goods customs clearance information;
the supervision module is used for acquiring cargo supervision information of the cargoes and uploading the cargo supervision information to the customs clearance module;
wherein, the identification generation module is further used for:
when the goods customs information comprises a container number or a transport vehicle number and one part of goods customs information corresponds to a plurality of container numbers or transport vehicle numbers, a customs menu number generated by the part of goods customs information and the corresponding plurality of container numbers or transport vehicle numbers are combined to generate a plurality of labels;
when the goods customs information comprises a container number or a transport vehicle number and the goods customs information corresponds to one container number or transport vehicle number, a plurality of customs information generated by the goods customs information and the container number or the transport vehicle number are combined to generate a plurality of labels;
and when the goods customs clearance information does not comprise a container number or a transport vehicle number, randomly generating the customs clearance number and a corresponding label.
