Description

Customs clearance information processing method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of cross-border supply chain technologies, and in particular, to a customs clearance information processing method and apparatus, and an electronic device.
Background
In the commodity object information system in the cross-border scene, a service of 'buying and selling globally' can be provided for users, namely, buyers and sellers can come from a plurality of different countries. Under the scene, after the buyer and the seller complete the transaction on line, in the subsequent fulfillment link, a series of complicated links such as customs declaration, tax payment and cross-border logistics are required to be carried out, so that the goods can be delivered to the delivery address specified by the buyer user. In order to facilitate the fulfillment process of each link, some systems may also provide cross-border supply chain services for users, including services of customs declaration links, services of cross-border logistics links, and so on.
In the customs declaration process, before the goods are exported, a seller user needs to entrust a professional or proxy customs declaration enterprises (which may be called as "customs clearance" or customs declaration company, etc.) to transact declaration procedures to the export coast customs. In a conventional manner, a customs declaration bank with customs declaration qualification needs to record in advance in a customs system, and the customs system can provide information such as a related account number for the customs system. Thus, after receiving the customs clearance entrustment of the client, the customs clearance bank can log in the customs system by using the account information and fill in the customs clearance form so as to perform processing such as input of data required by specific customs clearance or submission of materials such as attachments and the like. And then, the customs system performs internal inspection and processing, and completes customs declaration work under the condition of no error in inspection.
After the cross-border supply chain system appears, the customs declaration can be admitted to the specific supply chain system, so that the customs declaration becomes a user of the cross-border supply chain system. Thus, after the customs clearance receives the entrusts of the specific clients, the customs clearance can be filled in through the supply chain system, and then the supply chain system can submit the specific customs clearance information to the customs system. In the process, the customs declaration can utilize the related services provided by the supply chain system, so that the aims of improving the efficiency, simplifying the data management and the like are fulfilled.
However, existing supply chain systems have further room for improvement in helping users improve efficiency. For example, as customs clearance is a serious process, the customs clearance data submitted to the customs system usually has a high accuracy requirement, and thus, the customs clearance is usually provided with roles of an order taker and an auditor. In the specific customs clearance reporting process, the ship name, the voyage number, the declaration area customs, the exit customs, the departure port, the container and other information are respectively input by the single output personnel one by one in the supply chain system, all the information is printed after the input of each single is finished, then the auditor checks the information one by one manually, if the input error and other conditions exist, the single output personnel is required to be informed to correct, and the information is printed again after the correction and checked again by the single audit personnel until the audit is passed. The above process obviously has the problems of slow aging, time and labor consumption, and is easy to cause errors.
Therefore, how to further improve the service capability of the supply chain system, help customs declaration to further improve efficiency, and reduce error probability becomes a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
To facilitate understanding of the solutions provided in the embodiments of the present application, terms related to customs clearance are first described below.
The customs clearance is divided into import customs clearance and export customs clearance, the embodiment of the application mainly relates to export customs clearance process, and if the import process also relates to the filling, submitting and the like of the customs clearance sheet, the method can also be applied to the import customs clearance process.
The transportation mode can be divided into air transportation, land transportation, sea transportation and the like. Among them, in the marine transportation method, since it is generally necessary to load the cargo into the container and then ship the container for transportation, it is involved in the case of the transportation of the split containers, that is, a plurality of groups of cargo with the similarity of the logistics information (for example, the same departure port, the same destination port, and the like) can be loaded into one container, thereby reducing the logistics cost.
The involved company entities mainly include: customs clearance, forwarders, shipping companies, etc.
The customs declaration bank is mainly used for submitting document materials to customs, declaring goods in and out, handling customs procedures and the like by acting clients.
The forwarder company is a short name of an international freight agent company, mainly collects matters such as dredging, renting ships and ordering bins, loading and unloading ships, transporting goods and the like at ports handling or assisting handling of imported and exported goods, and also has a commission customs declaration service for some forwarder companies. If a collage is required, a particular collage schedule is typically performed by a forwarder.
The shipping company may mainly refer to a ship owner, an operator, a manager, a lessee, or the like.
The documents involved mainly include: cabin bill, carrying bill and customs declaration bill.
The manifest may specifically be: before customs declaration, the forwarder may fill in the information of the goods to be customed exported on the website of the ship company in advance, and after submission, the information is declared to the customs system, and may specifically include, for example, the number of the goods, the gross weight, the name of the ship, the number of the ships, the exit customs, the declaration of the customs, the container information, and the like. Therefore, the manifest is a cargo list for truly and accurately reflecting the conditions of the cargo and the articles carried by the transport means.
The bill of lading is corresponding to the manifest, and the electronic port system can automatically generate a corresponding bill of lading number when the freight company makes a manifest declaration to the electronic port system.
Reporting a customs declaration: the customs declaration bank makes written declaration of the actual conditions of the imported and exported goods according to the format specified by customs, so that the customs is required to handle the legal documents of the clearance procedures according to the applicable customs system. The customs declaration information includes that customs receiving and sending goods information, logistics information, document information and the like of customs declaration are filled according to customs requirements in the customs declaration process of a customs declaration company, and all filled information is comprehensively declared to the customs relationship. The logistics information in the customs clearance information may specifically include: container number, container specification, container self-weight, box-splicing identification, commodity item number relationship, exit relationship, transport means name, voyage number, number of pieces, gross weight and the like. The logistics information in the customs clearance information may specifically include: container number, container specification, container self-weight, box-splicing identification, commodity item number relationship, exit relationship, transport means name, voyage number, number of pieces, gross weight and the like. Filling a customs declaration principle: the bills are in accordance, and the content on the finished bills needs to be in one-to-one correspondence with each data content of the shipping bill.
The specific process flow may generally be:
first, a forwarder may collect export trade demands of a plurality of seller users, and determine a binning relationship according to logistics similarity and the like. Then, the ship company can apply for transportation resources (including ship numbers, voyage orders and the like) from a website system and the like related to the ship company, and can report the manifest to an electronic port system corresponding to the departure port. The manifest declaration is mainly used for submitting the name, the voyage number, the departure port, the departure customs, the cabinet specification, the container information, the cargo information and the like to an electronic port system corresponding to the specific departure port. Correspondingly, the electronic port system generates a corresponding shipping order number, and stores the corresponding relation between the detailed information related to the manifest declaration and the shipping order number in the electronic port system. Wherein a particular note may be associated with a collage identification if a collage is involved. The specific identification of the boxes can be expressed in various ways, for example, a separate field can be added, or the identification can be performed in the same way through the first N-bit characters in the number of the bill of lading, and the like.
After the freight department company completes the declaration of the manifest, the customs declaration can be entrusted to carry out customs declaration processing. The specific consignment information at least can include the information of the bill number, and in addition, the forwarder company can also provide other related information for customs clearance, including the name of the ship associated with the specific bill number, the number of voyages, the departure port, the exit customs, the cabinet specification, the container information and the cargo information, and even can include information such as whether the containers are assembled or not.
And the customs clearance bank can fill and submit the customs clearance through the supply chain system according to the received entrusted information. If the goods agency company does not provide detailed information in the entrusted information, the related detailed information of the shipping bill can be inquired from the corresponding electronic port system through a specific supply chain system, and then the customs clearance is filled according to the inquired information.
The customs declaration and the lift notes/manifest are in one-to-one relationship, and each lift note/manifest can be associated with one or more pieces of cargo information. When the split box is specifically carried out, the split box can be carried out among different carrying lists/cabin lists, and for the carrying lists/cabin lists needing the split box, correspondingly generated customs declaration lists can also generate the split box transportation relation.
It should be noted that, after the customs declaration bank receives the customs declaration request, the specific request may generally include a plurality of shipping order information, and a plurality of customs declaration orders may be correspondingly generated. In addition, a customs clearance is initiated from a forwarder company, and a period of time may exist from the time when the goods are transported to a port away from the border port, and the customs system can release the goods corresponding to the specific customs clearance only after the goods are transported to the port. Therefore, it is common practice that, after receiving the customs declaration, the customs declaration server can perform operations such as entry of customs declaration related data through the supply chain system, and store the customs declaration as draft. Since a plurality of lifting bill numbers may be usually involved in one customs clearance, the customs clearance management system can correspond to the operation of a plurality of customs clearance bills.
For example, a specific customs clearance process typically includes:
step 1[ order input process ]: when a customs declaration company carries out export maritime customs declaration, the customs declaration personnel manually fill the number, gross weight, ship name, voyage number, wharf information and container information in the customs declaration according to customs declaration data provided by a client or a forwarder to form a customs declaration draft and print the customs declaration draft;
step 2[ order examination and information supplement process ]: the order input personnel or other operators (the responsibility division of each company is different) log in a local wharf website, inquire the manifest information of the goods through the number of the bill of lading (manually inquire every 20-30 minutes until the check is finished), and respectively compare the checked information with the information on the declaration draft, wherein the method comprises the following steps: piece number, gross weight, ship name, voyage number, wharf information, checking and comparing whether the information is consistent:
a. if the information is inconsistent, the operator needs to contact the client or the forwarder to check whether the information of the manifest declares wrong or the customs information of the declaration is wrong, if the manifest of the declaration of the manifest of the customs of the manifest of the;
b. if the information is consistent, the operator supplements the container information, operates the declaration of customs and submits the information to customs.
Step 3[ order following process ]: after declaration of customs information to customs, a customs declaration company contacts a forwarder company to transport goods to a dock, when the goods enter the dock, dock staff can register arrival information of the goods in a dock system, namely arrival information of the goods (or arrival information of the goods, specifically, arrival information of the goods arriving at the dock, including number of pieces, gross weight, ship name, navigation number, departure customs, declaration customs, container information and the like), the customs declaration company needs to go to a dock website to inquire arrival information of the goods (because when the goods arrive are not known, the arrival information of the goods needs to be manually inquired every 20-30 minutes until the arrival is checked), and after the arrival information is checked, the arrival information and the customs declaration form information are compared:
a. if the information is inconsistent, the operator needs to contact the client or the forwarder to check whether the declaration of the arrival information is wrong or the declaration of the customs information is wrong, if the arrival information is wrong, the arrival information needs to be corrected, and if the declaration of the customs information is wrong, the customs company needs to re-report the order;
b. if the information is consistent, no abnormal condition exists, and the follow-up is finished.
According to the embodiment of the application, after the customs clearance is selected from a plurality of customs clearance draft and the 'submitting' operation is clicked, automatic data verification processing is executed in the process of examining the customs clearance and supplementing information, and after the customs clearance is verified to be correct, the customs clearance is submitted to the corresponding electronic port system for formal customs clearance. In addition, in the order following process, whether a specific lifting bill is delivered to a port or not can be determined by inquiring the electronic port system, and corresponding automatic verification processing is carried out on data of a customs declaration form according to the delivered manifest.
In the process of examining and supplementing the information, the specific verification process can comprise two aspects. On one hand, due to the fact that the contents of related data items are consistent among a plurality of different customs clearance lists with a box transportation relation, for example, the ship name, the voyage number, the declaration area customs, the departure port, the situation customs, the container information and the like of the box goods are required to be consistent, if any one of the information in a certain customs clearance list is inconsistent with other customs clearance lists, the whole batch of goods needing the box can not normally depart. Therefore, specific verification work can perform data consistency verification among a plurality of customs clearance tickets with a box transportation relationship. In addition, the total number of the goods and the total gross weight related to the plurality of customs declaration forms should be smaller than or equal to the total number of the goods and the total gross weight actually delivered to the port, and therefore, the information can be verified.
On the other hand, whether the box matching is performed or not, the content of each data item in the customs clearance is required to be consistent with the data retained in the electronic port system in the cabin clearance declaration process, so that consistency check can be performed on the content of each data item in the customs clearance and the content of the corresponding data item in the shipping bill. At this time, the specific lifting bill can be automatically inquired from the electronic port system, and the data in the customs declaration form and the inquired data are compared, so that the automatic data verification processing is completed. If the verification shows that the order is wrong, the order delivery person can be reminded to modify the order; if the check is correct, whether the entry which is not filled exists in the declaration form can be judged, and if the entry exists, automatic filling can be realized according to a preset rule. And then submitting the data to a corresponding electronic port system for official customs declaration.
Specifically, from the perspective of system architecture, referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the present application mainly relates to a cross-border supply chain system, and a user mainly facing a customs declaration link in the system may be a customs declaration with customs declaration qualifications, etc. Specifically, a customs clearance submitted by an upstream freight carrier client or the like may be received by the supply chain system, and then, the content to be submitted of the customs clearance (which may be referred to as a customs clearance draft for short) may be generated according to the specific clearance information and stored in the supply chain system. The detailed multi-entry draft may then be submitted in one-click batch via a "submit" or other option provided in the supply chain system. After receiving a specific submission request, the supply chain system can check customs declaration data in the customs declaration form before formally submitting the customs declaration data to the corresponding electronic port system, and prompt if inconsistency or filling errors and the like are found. And after the bill recording personnel modify the bill recording personnel, the bill recording personnel can carry out verification again until the bill recording personnel checks that the bill is correct, and the bill recording personnel can be officially submitted to the electronic port system. Through the scheme, the cross-border supply chain system has the function of automatically checking the customs declaration form, so that the labor cost of customs declaration can be reduced, the efficiency can be improved, and the error occurrence probability is reduced.
The supply chain system can be implemented in various ways. For example, in one mode, a user such as a customs clearance can be provided with a Service in a mode in which SaaS is Software-as-a-Service. The SaaS is an application mode for providing software services based on the internet, and the SaaS platform provider deploys application software on its own server uniformly, so that a customer can order a desired application software service from the provider through the internet according to actual working requirements, and obtain the service provided by the SaaS platform provider through the internet (e.g., through a browser, or an independent application program, etc.).
The following describes in detail specific implementations provided in embodiments of the present application.
Example one
In the first embodiment, from the perspective of the cross-border supply chain system, a method for processing customs clearance information is provided, referring to fig. 2, where the method specifically includes:
s210: a plurality of customs clearance tickets to be submitted are determined.
The multiple customs clearance lists may be multiple customs clearance lists corresponding to batch submission operations executed after a customs clearance is received by a customs clearance department, the data related to the customs clearance lists are entered through a cross-border supply chain system, and are stored as drafts, and after a period of time (for example, the associated goods are about to be delivered to a port, and the like). Since the customs clearance is not yet submitted to customs, the content in the customs clearance is called the content to be submitted and can be temporarily stored in the cross-border supply chain system. The specific customs declaration corresponds to a carrying order number, and the specific data of the customs declaration comprises the carrying order number information. The specific entry sheet may further include a plurality of items of data such as the name of export goods, the number of pieces, the weight, the unit, the total price, the export port, the name of the transportation vehicle, the container information, the business unit, the receiving unit, the contract agreement, the trade property, and the country of consumption, as described above.
S220: determining at least two customs reports having a box-out transportation relationship from the plurality of customs reports;
in a specific implementation, after the cross-border supply chain system receives a request for submitting customs clearance, a plurality of customs clearance to be submitted are determined, and at least two customs clearance having a boxed transportation relationship can be determined from the plurality of customs clearance. Specifically, when determining the customs clearance with the box transportation relationship, there may be a plurality of implementation manners, for example, in one manner, the delivery bill with the box transportation identifier may be determined according to the received customs clearance commission information. In this way, in the process of creating the customs declaration according to the lifting note, a box transportation relationship can be created and stored for the customs declaration corresponding to the lifting note associated with the same box transportation identifier; and after determining the plurality of customs declaration forms to be submitted, determining the customs declaration forms with the box transportation relationship according to the stored box transportation relationship information. That is, if the consignor such as a freight carrier has provided information on whether a specific delivery order is a box-split order when submitting the consignment information, the customs clearance order having the box-split transportation relationship can be determined directly according to the consignment information.
Or in another mode, if the consignor does not provide specific details of the delivery order in the consignment information, but only provides identification information such as a delivery order number, the identification of the delivery order associated with the customs declaration and the information of the outbound customs classification (customs of each party subordinate to the customs administration) may be determined first. Then, the detailed information of the corresponding shipping note can be obtained from the corresponding electronic port information system according to the identification of the shipping note and the exit-related information, and the customs declaration with the box transportation relationship can be determined according to the box transportation identification associated with the shipping note. That is, when the manifest declaration is performed, the specific detail information is retained in the electronic port system, and the number of the shipping note associated with the retained information is the same as the number of the shipping note provided by the consignor, so that the data required for the specific declaration can be obtained by querying from the electronic port system, where the data may include the transportation identifier of the specific shipping note or not. If a certain delivery bill has a spelling transportation identification, the correspondingly generated customs declaration can also automatically add the spelling transportation identification, a plurality of customs declaration with the same spelling transportation identification can become customs declaration with a spelling transportation relationship, and the spelling transportation relationship is created in the supply chain system.
It should be noted that, in a specific implementation, a specific supply chain system may obtain relevant interfaces of electronic port systems in multiple places, including an information query interface and the like. In addition, the specific information query interface can also support batch query, so that when the query of the corresponding lifting bill information is carried out on a plurality of customs bills, quick query and response can be realized, and even if the assembly of hundreds of bills is faced, the verification can be completed within 1 second, so that the verification efficiency can be greatly improved.
S230: carrying out consistency check on the contents to be submitted among the customs declaration forms with the box-splicing transportation relation;
after the customs clearance with the portfolio transportation relationship is determined, consistency check can be performed on the content of the corresponding data items between the customs clearance. In specific implementation, consistency check can be performed on one or more of the following data items between the customs declaration with the box transportation relationship: outbound customs, container information, shipping order identification, vehicle identification, voyage identification, declaration area customs, and departure port.
In addition, since the customs clearance is submitted in detail, usually after the particular cargo is transported to the corresponding port, information such as the number of the cargo entering the port and gross weight of the cargo is recorded in the corresponding electronic port system. Specifically, during verification, the identification and the exit-entry-related information of the lifting note associated with the customs declaration can be determined, and then the total number and the weight information of the port-entering cargos corresponding to the identification of the lifting note are acquired from the corresponding electronic port information system according to the identification and the exit-entry-related information of the lifting note. And further checking whether the total number of the cargos and the weight of the cargos related to the plurality of customs declaration forms needing to be subjected to box-sharing transportation are less than or equal to the total number of the cargos and the weight information of the cargos entering the port.
S240: providing a verification result.
After completion of the particular verification, a verification result may be provided. If the consistency check fails, corresponding prompt information may be provided, for example, as shown in fig. 3, the specific prompt information may include: the customs clearance identifier and the data item information involved. After receiving the prompt message, the order recorder user can modify the corresponding data item content. In specific implementation, the specific prompt information may further include: the modification suggestion information corresponding to the specific data item can be provided, and meanwhile, an operation option for adopting the modification suggestion information can be provided, so that a user can complete modification by clicking the operation option without inputting container numbers character by character, the efficiency is further improved, and the error probability is reduced.
There may be various ways in which modification advice information may be generated. One of the ways may be: and if the data content of one customs clearance and the data content of other customs clearance with the same box transportation relation on a certain data item are inconsistent, generating the modification suggestion information according to the data content of the other customs clearance on the data item. For example, if the container number in a customs clearance does not match the container number of another customs clearance having the same box-matching relationship, the container number corresponding to the other customs clearance may be presented.
After the modification is completed, the submission can be reinitiated, and correspondingly, the supply chain system can also perform verification again. And submitting the plurality of customs clearance tickets to the corresponding electronic port information system for official customs clearance until the plurality of customs clearance tickets pass verification.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the present application, an automatic verification service may be provided for customs clearance users through a cross-border supply chain system, specifically, after receiving a request for submitting a plurality of customs clearance tickets, a plurality of customs clearance tickets having a box transportation relationship may be determined from the requests, and then, consistency verification may be performed on contents of corresponding data items between the customs clearance tickets having the box transportation relationship. After the verification is completed, a verification result may be provided, for example, if the verification is inconsistent, information such as data items with inconsistency may be prompted, so that a user such as a person who reports a customs entry may modify the information. And then, the modified customs clearance report can be re-checked in a re-submission mode. Therefore, the cross-border supply chain system in the embodiment of the application has the function of verifying the contents to be submitted of the customs declaration form, so that the labor cost of customs declaration can be saved, the efficiency is high, and the error probability is favorably reduced.
Example two
The first embodiment is mainly to check the data consistency between customs clearance with a box-sharing relationship, and as described above, in practical application, the first embodiment may further include a requirement for checking the consistency between the content of each data item in the customs clearance and the content of the corresponding data item in the shipping bill. Therefore, the second embodiment further provides another method for processing customs clearance information, and referring to fig. 4, the method may include:
s410: determining a customs declaration to be submitted;
the customs clearance to be submitted in this step may also be a customs clearance data entered in advance, and the submission of the customs clearance is initiated after temporary storage in the supply chain system. In the second embodiment, one or more customs clearance to be submitted may be specifically submitted. The information in the specific customs clearance may include the terms of export goods name, number of pieces, weight, unit, total price, export port, transport name, container information, business unit, receiving unit, contractual agreement, nature of trade, country of consumption, etc.
S420: acquiring the detail information of the delivery bill corresponding to the customs declaration form, wherein the detail information of the delivery bill comprises: cargo list information declared to customs by the transport service provider;
the specific manner of acquiring the detailed information of the shipping bill corresponding to the customs declaration can be various. For example, in one mode, the electronic port system retains the shipping note information in advance, and the entry is associated with the identification of the shipping note and the entry-exit-related information, so that the details of the corresponding shipping note can be acquired from the corresponding electronic port information system. In this case, the detailed information of the shipping note corresponding to the customs declaration may also be periodically acquired from the corresponding electronic port information system at preset time intervals. Particularly, in the automatic verification process of the order following stage, since the time for transporting a specific manifest to a port and a dock is uncertain, the system can automatically acquire information of the manifest transported to the port from the electronic port system in a polling mode (namely, initiating query at intervals) so as to perform automatic verification.
Or, in another mode, if there is related information in the delegation information provided by the customs clearance delegating party, the detailed information of the delivery order corresponding to the customs clearance may also be obtained according to the received customs clearance delegation information.
The detailed information of the specific shipping bill can include the name of the ship, the number of voyages, the departure port, the exit relationship, the cabinet specification, the container information, the cargo information and the like.
S430: checking customs clearance data associated with the customs clearance bill according to the detail information of the shipping bill;
after the detail information of the shipping bill is acquired, customs clearance data associated with the customs clearance bill can be verified. The specific verification process may include: and carrying out consistency check on the content of each data item in the customs declaration form and the content of the corresponding data item in the lifting note.
Or, under the condition that the number of the customs declaration forms to be submitted is multiple, determining at least two customs declaration forms with a box transportation relationship according to the detail information of the shipping note; and then, carrying out consistency check on the content of the corresponding data item between the at least two customs clearance tickets with the box transportation relationship. Specifically, consistency check may be performed on one or more of the following data items between the at least two customs clearance tickets having a box transportation relationship: outbound customs, container information, shipping order identification, vehicle identification, voyage identification, declaration area customs, and departure port.
In addition, for the case of the split box, the total number of inbound cargos and the weight information corresponding to the lifting bill identification can be acquired from the corresponding electronic port information system; in this case, it may be further verified whether the total number of pieces of goods and the weight of the plurality of customs clearance tickets to be subjected to the box-out transportation are less than or equal to the total number of pieces of the inbound goods and the weight information.
S440: providing a verification result.
After the verification is completed, a corresponding verification result can be provided, wherein if the verification fails, corresponding prompt information is provided, and the prompt information includes: the customs clearance identifier and the data item information involved.
In addition, in the examination and information supplement stage, if the verification passes, whether a target data item which is not filled yet exists in the customs clearance is judged, and if the target data item exists, the content to be filled corresponding to the target data item can be determined from the detail information of the shipping clearance and is automatically filled into the customs clearance. Because the filling rules of different electronic port systems for specific data items in the customs clearance may be different, the data filling rules associated with each electronic port system may be obtained in advance. In this way, the filling rule information of the target data item can be determined according to the electronic port information system corresponding to the customs clearance, and then the content to be filled corresponding to the target data item is determined according to the filling rule information.
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the cross-border supply chain system can provide corresponding services for users with different roles for processing nodes on multiple links. For example, in addition to the aforementioned customs section for a customs company, a service may be provided for a forwarder company, and so on. In particular implementations, the cross-border supply chain system may also provide similar automatic verification services at the various other processing nodes described above, including, for example, pre-audit verification of the contents or formats of the relevant documents filled in by the carrier, etc., and will not be described in detail herein.
