In the trade (transaction) and transportation link of bulk goods in the prior art, the main participants have a plurality of roles including buyer users (importer), seller users (exporter), carriers, banks, shipments, goods generations and the like. The buyer user and the seller user, the lessor and the shipper can conduct contract negotiation and negotiation through the middle brokers which are respectively trusted so as to reduce risks and lack online technology and means as trust guarantee. The buying and selling parties may not trust each other, and after the buyer user worry about pre-payment, the seller user does not send goods according to contract requirements; the seller user also fears that the buyer user does not pay after shipping or submitting shipping documents. Therefore, two banks are required as the insurers of the buyers and sellers, and the trade is replaced by the bank credit instead of the business credit. The credit card is a credit certificate, and refers to a written certificate which is issued to a seller user (exporter) by a bank (issuing bank) according to the request of the buyer user (importer). The bank (issuing bank) issues credit certificate, and notifies the user of the other seller to the issuing bank (issuing bank/notifying bank) to transfer the user of the seller, the user of the seller delivers goods according to the contract and the terms specified by the credit certificate, and the bank pays for the user of the buyer.
The credit certificate is a certificate for a bank to conditionally guarantee payment, and is a common settlement mode in international trade activities. The shipping bill of lading, abbreviated as bill of lading, is a written certificate issued by a shipper or its agent, certifying that the cargo has been received, allowing the cargo to be shipped to a destination, and delivered to the shipper. It is a proof of contract between the carrier and shipper, legally having utility for the matter right certificate. The bill of lading is the core document in the transportation of maritime goods. Traditional paper bill of lading has the limitations of slow circulation, easy loss, easy damage and the like.
In the whole trade transportation process, trade contracts, namely commodity trade contracts are signed, credit certificate application is issued and notified, transportation contracts are signed, freight receipts are issued, seller user pays, buyer user pays and redeems, buyer user pays and withdraws, and the like, and the links are multiple, the period is long, and the flow is complex; the important documents involved are commodity trade contracts, credit certificates, renting ship contracts, maritime bill of lading, bill of lading and the like. The information is mainly transmitted by paper documents and on-line communication, and the business flow of trade and transportation still stays in a relatively traditional stage, so that the efficiency is low.
The specific implementation of the embodiments of the present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings of the embodiments of the present invention.
