Description

Customs clearance information processing method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of cross-border supply chain system technologies, and in particular, to a customs clearance information processing method and apparatus, and an electronic device.
Background
The cross-border merchandise object information system may provide a "buy and sell globally" service for users, i.e., both buyers and sellers may come from multiple different countries. Under the scene, after the buyer and the seller complete the transaction on line, the goods can be delivered to the delivery address designated by the buyer user through a series of complicated links such as customs, tax, cross-border logistics and the like in the subsequent fulfillment link.
In the customs section, before the goods are exported, the seller user needs to entrust a professional or proxy customs enterprise (which may be called as "customs bank" or customs company, etc.) to transact declaration procedures to the export coast customs. In a conventional manner, a customs declaration bank with customs declaration qualification needs to record in advance in a customs system, and the customs system can provide information such as a related account number for the customs system. Thus, after receiving the customs clearance entrustment of the client, the customs clearance bank can log in the customs system by using the account information and fill in the customs clearance form so as to perform processing such as input of data required by specific customs clearance or submission of materials such as attachments and the like. And then, the customs system performs internal inspection and processing, and completes customs declaration work under the condition of no error in inspection.
In order to facilitate the performance process of the cross-border trade, some systems may also provide cross-border supply chain services for the user, including the services of the customs section and the services of the cross-border logistics section. After the cross-border supply chain system appears, the customs declaration can be admitted to the specific supply chain system, so that the customs declaration becomes a user of the cross-border supply chain system. Thus, after the customs clearance receives the entrusts of the specific clients, the customs clearance can be filled in through the supply chain system, and then the supply chain system can submit the specific customs clearance information to the customs system. In the process, the customs declaration can utilize the related services provided by the supply chain system, so that the aims of improving the efficiency, simplifying the data management and the like are fulfilled.
However, existing supply chain systems have further room for improvement in helping users improve efficiency. For example, the number of fields involved in the customs clearance is often very large, and the filling of the customs clearance is a serious process, so that a great deal of work is usually involved, which needs manual input by the customs clearance staff, and the occupation of the manpower resources of the customs clearance is caused. In addition, the manual input process may also be prone to errors, which may cause failure in customs declaration and the like, and may even delay delivery timeliness of cross-border orders, which may affect user experience of both buyers and sellers.
Therefore, how to further improve the work efficiency in the customs declaration generation process becomes a technical problem to be solved by those skilled in the art.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, in the customs section, the cross-border supply chain system provided in the embodiment of the present application mainly includes entities with customs qualification, such as customs clearance. In practice, a specific export enterprise (or by a forwarder or the like) commissions a customs authority to generate a customs clearance, and a customs material file may be included in the commission information. The information content in the customs clearance material file may mainly include information of the associated trade order (including name, quantity, weight, receiving place information, etc. of the commodity object), or may further include associated shipping bill information (mainly referring to manifest information declared to customs by the transportation service provider, for example, items such as exit port, name of transportation tool, container information, country of arrival information, etc.), and the like. After receiving the specific customs clearance entrusting information, the customs clearance bank can acquire the customs clearance material file, and then can generate a specific customs clearance according to the customs clearance material file. The customs clearance material file can be provided by an initiator of clearance entrusting, or the entrusting party can only provide information such as a clearance number and an outbound clearance and the like about clearance information, and then a specific supply chain system can obtain detailed information related to the specific clearance number by docking with a corresponding local electronic port system, and the like.
In a conventional implementation, the entry clerk in the customs clearance can manually enter specific information content into each corresponding field in the customs clearance based on a specific customs clearance material file. The customs declaration form is a legal document which requires customs to handle the customs procedure for goods according to the applicable customs system. Accordingly, the fields of the export freight customs clearance are typically very numerous, for example, where the primary fields may include the export freight name, number of pieces, weight, units, total price, export port, transport name, container information, business units, receiving units, contract agreements, trade properties, country of consumption, and the like. The customs declaration form corresponds to the lifting bill one by one, and the customs declaration form is filled according to the principle that: the list is in accordance with the report form, and the content on the finished declaration form needs to be in one-to-one correspondence with each data content of the shipping list.
In the embodiment of the application, in order to further improve the working efficiency in the customs clearance generating process and improve the consistency of the content of specific fields in other receipts such as the customs clearance and the shipping receipt, a corresponding solution is provided. In the scheme, the text information content in the specific customs clearance material file can be identified, a plurality of named entities (specifically, continuous character segments in the text information content) included in the text information content can be determined, and then, in the process that the user specifically inputs information to the fields in the customs clearance, recommendation information about the information to be input in the target fields can be provided according to the identification result. For example, if a field in the customs clearance is "commodity number", and the named entity identified in the customs clearance material file includes "6404199000", etc., when the user records information for the field, "6404199000", etc. can be recommended to the user, and the user can select a specific number from the field without performing input operation character by character, so that efficiency can be improved, probability of occurrence of input errors, etc. can be reduced, and consistency with specific information in the customs clearance material file can be maintained.
In addition, in an optional implementation manner, when text information content in the customs clearance material file is identified, position relationship information between specific named entities can be identified, so as to determine a corresponding relationship between a field name included in the customs clearance material file and specific field content, so that the specific named entities can be matched into corresponding fields in the customs clearance according to the corresponding relationship, and for the fields, a user is not required to perform manual input operation. Of course, the content that does not exist in the customs clearance material file or the content of the corresponding relationship cannot be accurately identified from the customs clearance material file, which can still be manually input by the customs clearance user. During the manual input process, the corresponding recommendation information can be provided by using the named entity recognition result.
In addition, in the concrete implementation, besides the named entity identified from the customs clearance material file can be used for providing concrete recommendation information, the named entity can be combined with historical data to carry out comprehensive information recommendation.
Specifically, from the perspective of system architecture, referring to fig. 1, the embodiment of the present application mainly relates to a cross-border supply chain system, in which a service module related to customs can be provided, and a user facing the service module is mainly an entity with customs qualification such as customs clearance. Users such as the export enterprise may send customs clearance entrusts to customs authorities in some ways, for example, in one way, the cross-border supply chain system may also provide corresponding service modules for the export enterprise users, and the export enterprise users may send customs entrusts to the customs service modules through the service modules, and so on. After the customs clearance line receives the customs clearance entrusts, the customs clearance material file can be obtained, and then the customs clearance list can be generated through the cross-border supply chain system. In the process of generating the customs clearance, the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can be utilized to perform named entity identification on the customs clearance material file, and provide relevant recommendation information for users such as the order input personnel, so that the generation efficiency of the customs clearance is improved, and the probability of errors, inconsistent information and the like is reduced.
The cross-border supply chain system can provide services for users in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) mode. The SaaS is an application mode for providing software services based on the Internet, and the SaaS platform provider uniformly deploys application software on a server of the SaaS platform provider, so that a client can order required application software services from the provider through the Internet according to actual working requirements and obtain the services provided by the SaaS platform provider through the Internet. That is, a user such as a customs declaration can access a related web page provided by a specific cross-border supply chain system through a browser or the like, and obtain a related service. Certainly, in practical applications, in consideration of that some scenarios may need operations on local files, for example, batch uploading of document materials, etc., a client existing in the form of an independent application program may also be provided for a user, and the user may install such an application program in a terminal device thereof, implement interaction with a server through the application program, and acquire a related service. Through the client existing in the form of the independent application program, the operation of the local file can be more conveniently carried out.
First, the embodiment of the present application provides a method for processing customs declaration information from the perspective of the cross-border supply chain system, and referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s201: and determining a customs declaration material file associated with the customs declaration form to be generated.
As described above, the specific customs clearance material file may be provided by a client user such as an export enterprise, or after the customs clearance receives the specific commission information, the electronic port system at the associated place may be queried and obtain more detailed information about the delivery order according to the delivery order number, the export clearance and other information included in the commission information, and so on.
For ease of understanding, the lift note and its relationship to the customs clearance note will first be briefly described herein. For the delivery note, before the specific export enterprise user delivers the order, the export enterprise user may first apply for a transportation resource (including a ship number, and the like) from a website system related to the ship company and may submit the shipping note to an electronic port system corresponding to the departure port (or may request the delivery agent to complete the process of submitting the shipping note). The manifest declaration is mainly used for submitting the name, the voyage number, the departure port, the departure customs, the cabinet specification, the container information, the cargo information and the like to an electronic port system corresponding to the specific departure port. Correspondingly, the electronic port system generates a corresponding shipping order number, and stores the corresponding relation between the detailed information related to the manifest declaration and the shipping order number in the electronic port system.
After the manifest declaration is completed, customs declaration can be entrusted to carry out customs declaration processing. The specific delegation information may include at least a number of the shipping order, outbound related information, and the like. In addition, more detailed related information can be provided for customs declaration, including the name of the ship, the voyage number, the departure port, the exit customs, the cabinet specification, the container information, the cargo information and the like associated with the specific carrying bill number. Of course, besides the information related to the shipping order, the specific delegation information may further include information of the associated transaction order, and specifically may include the number, name, number, receiving information, and the like of the commodity object in the system.
After the customs clearance line receives the specific customs clearance entrusts, the customs clearance material file can be obtained according to the specific entrusts request, and then the customs clearance sheet can be generated according to the customs clearance material file.
In the embodiment of the application, after the specific customs clearance material file is acquired, when the customs clearance entry and other operations are specifically performed, a new customs clearance can be created first, and the customs clearance material file is entered into the cross-border supply chain system. Thus, the cross-border supply chain system can determine the corresponding relation between the customs declaration form and the customs declaration material file.
S202: identifying the text information content of the customs clearance material file, and determining at least one named entity included in the customs clearance material file, wherein the named entity comprises: continuous character segments in the text information content;
after the customs clearance material file is determined, the text information content in the customs clearance material file can be identified, and a plurality of named entities included in the customs clearance material file can be determined. The named entities may be continuous character segments in the text information content, for example, names of people, organizations, places, and other entities identified by names, and the more extensive entities may include numbers, dates, currencies, addresses, and so on. In a specific implementation manner, a specific identification process may be implemented by using a Named Entity Recognition (NER) technology in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
It should be noted that, in practical applications, the file format of a specific customs declaration document may be various, for example, a spreadsheet (e.g., Excel, etc.), a document in an editable format (e.g., Word, etc.), a document in a non-editable format (e.g., pdf, jpg, etc.), and the like may be specifically used. For a document in a non-editable format, a specific Character can be recognized from the document by an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology, and then named entity Recognition is performed by using an NER technology. For a spreadsheet or other editable format document, the NER identification can be directly performed on the text information content therein.
In addition, it should be noted that, in a specific implementation, many fields of the customs declaration may be entered by the order input staff one by one, or an implementation scheme that the content of some fields is automatically matched by the supply chain system may be provided in the embodiment of the present application. That is, since the specific information in the specific customs clearance material file is also generally presented in the form of a pair of < field name, field content >, while the fields in the customs clearance material file and the fields in the customs clearance form generally have a correspondence, or a correspondence is converted by a specific field conversion process or the like, and so on. For example, the customs clearance material file may include fields such as category, quantity, and type of the goods object, and the customs clearance may also include the above fields. For the number, type and the like of the commodity objects, the values on the fields of the number, type and the like of the specific commodity objects in the customs declaration material file can be directly filled in the fields of the number and type of the commodity objects in the customs declaration form. Or, for the commodity object category information, the commodity object categories in the customs declaration material file can be mapped into category description information which accords with the customs classification rules through a pre-established category mapping engine, and the like. Therefore, if the named entities in the customs clearance materials file and the corresponding relationship between the names and the fields of the two named entities in the same field can be identified, the specific field content can be automatically matched into the corresponding field in the customs clearance. Certainly, in the process of performing automatic matching, due to reasons such as that the customs clearance material file may not be standardized enough, some named entities may represent field names and field contents, but specific corresponding relationships cannot be identified accurately, so that automatic matching cannot be achieved for all fields in the customs clearance. For fields which cannot be automatically matched, supplementary entry can still be performed in a manual input mode. In the process of manual supplementary entry, the recommendation information about the content to be input in the specific field in the embodiment of the present application may be used, which will be described in detail later.
In order to achieve the purpose of automatic matching, when the customs clearance materials are identified, besides specific named entities, the position relation information among the named entities can be identified, so that a plurality of named entity pairs are determined, and two named entities in the named entity pairs correspond to the name and content information of the same field. For example, a field may be named "the country of fortune" and the contents of the field may be "the united states," where "the country of fortune" and "the united states" may be identified as two different named entities. However, it is not possible to determine whether there is some relationship between named entities simply by named entity recognition. Generally, there are obvious characteristics in the location of the field name and the content having a corresponding relationship, for example, the name of the field is on the left, the content is on the right, and so on. Thus, the correspondence between named entities can be determined in connection with the identification of the location information. And further, according to the corresponding relation information, automatic matching of corresponding fields in the customs declaration is realized. That is, in the foregoing example, assuming that the customs clearance material file includes a "country of fortune" field, and the content of the corresponding identified field includes "usa", when generating the customs clearance, the cross-border supply chain system may automatically fill the "usa" field in the customs clearance into the corresponding input box, without manual input operation by the customs clearance operator, so that efficiency may be further improved, and the error probability may be reduced.
In order to realize the identification of the position information of the named entity, different processing modes can be provided for the customs declaration material files with different formats. For example, if the customs clearance material file is a spreadsheet class file, the spreadsheet file naturally includes location information such as coordinates, including, for example, a row number, a column number, etc. Therefore, named entity recognition can be directly carried out on the text information content in the spreadsheet class file, and then the position relation information between the named entities is determined according to the position information of the recognized named entity recognition in the spreadsheet file.
If the customs clearance material file is in the non-editable format, specifically, when the text information content of the customs clearance material file is identified, firstly, OCR (optical character recognition) can be carried out on the customs clearance material file to determine the characters contained in the customs clearance material file and the corresponding position information; secondly, carrying out named entity recognition on character information contained in an OCR recognition result, and determining a named entity contained in the customs clearance material file; and determining the position relation information among the named entities according to the position information contained in the OCR recognition result. That is, the OCR technology can recognize not only a specific character but also position information of the specific character, and thus, the named entity position information can be recognized first using this feature.
In addition, if the customs clearance material file is in an editable format, such as Word and the like, the text information content in the file is readable and editable, and if only named entity identification is needed, the identification can be directly carried out according to the NER algorithm. However, since the NER algorithm usually cannot identify the location information, in a concrete implementation, for a customs clearance material file in an editable format such as Word, the customs clearance material file may be first converted into a non-editable format, for example, pdf format, and then the named entity and the location information thereof may be identified in a manner corresponding to the customs clearance material file in the non-editable format.
S203: and providing recommendation information about information to be input in the target field according to the named entity identified from the customs clearance material file in the process of carrying out information input operation on the target field in the customs clearance.
After the customs clearance material file is identified by the named entity, in the process of information entry of the specific field in the customs clearance, the recommendation information about the information to be input in the target field can be provided according to the named entity identified from the customs clearance material file.
Since the number of named entities specifically identified from the customs clearance material file is usually large, recommendation information can be provided according to a certain policy. For example, for some fields in the customs clearance, the corresponding content to be input may conform to some text rule, specifically, for the "product number" field, the corresponding content is usually a certain number of digits, and so on. Therefore, in specific implementation, information such as a text rule corresponding to a specific field may be stored in advance, so that when content is input for the field, whether the current field is associated with a certain text rule may be determined according to the pre-stored information, and if so, specific recommendation information may be determined according to a named entity meeting the text rule. For example, for the aforementioned "item number" field, the corresponding text rule is: and if the number of the named entities is 11, the named entities meeting the rules can be selected from the named entities which are specifically identified, and corresponding recommendation information is provided for the user.
Or, for more fields in the customs declaration, there may not be a specific text rule, and at this time, specific recommendation information may be provided according to a way of interactive feedback with the order input person. That is, in this case, after the order taker inputs a part of the information for a specific field, a named entity having a row associated therewith is determined based on the input part of the information, and then provided as recommendation information to the user for selection, and so on.
For a chinese user, a part of information input by the user may include chinese, or may include information such as a simple pinyin letter (initial consonant or initial consonant of chinese pinyin) of chinese. In addition, all characters or partial characters contained in the named entities which are specifically matched can be determined as the recommendation information. For example, assume that the named entities identified from the customs materials file include: the washer is used for machines, 10kg, 5 yuan/jin, 100 yuan, tax collection under the seal, American, Heilongjiang and the like. At this time, matching may be performed according to partial information that has been input by the user for a certain field, where matching may specifically be started from the left, or matching may also be started from the middle, and so on. For example, if the user enters "yes," then "machine ready" may be prompted; the user inputs 'machine' and can also prompt 'machine use'; if the user inputs "machine" or "machine," the user may prompt "machine for use," and so on.
For the case of inputting the abbreviated spelling letter of the specific content to be input, for example, if the content to be input in a certain field is "machine use", the order input person can input "sjqy" in the input box, and at this time, the corresponding recommendation information can be provided according to the matching result of the spelling initial of each Chinese character in the named entity and the input information. Alternatively, if the user inputs "s" or "sj", the user may also prompt "machine use". If the user input is "jq," then "machine use" may be prompted, and so on.
In addition, as described above, in the concrete implementation, position relationship information between named entities may also be determined, and according to the position relationship information, a corresponding relationship between a field name and a field content included in the customs clearance material file is determined; then, the field content can be automatically matched to the corresponding field in the customs clearance according to the corresponding relationship information.
Of course, since the specific customs clearance material file may be provided by an entrusting party such as an export enterprise, and different entrusting parties generally provide the specific customs clearance material file according to their respective working habits, the format of the file may not be uniform, and the text layout manner in the file and the like generally have strong randomness, that is, the normalization of the actually received customs clearance material file is not high. Further, in the embodiment of the present application, due to the above situation, when identifying the named entities in the customs clearance material file and the relationship therebetween, there may be the following situations: although a certain named entity relationship pair exists in the customs clearance material file, due to reasons such as too much disordered typesetting, although a specific algorithm can identify the named entities included in the file, the corresponding relationship pair between the names and the contents of the fields of different named entities cannot be accurately identified, and therefore the named entities cannot be automatically matched into the corresponding fields in the customs clearance. For this case, there may be some fields in the customs clearance that do not complete the automatic matching of the content, and thus, manual input by the order taker is still typically required. For the fields needing to be manually input, the scheme provided by the embodiment of the application can be utilized to provide corresponding recommendation information for the user, so that the efficiency is improved, and the error probability is reduced.
In specific implementation, the content of the corresponding field in the customs clearance sheet can be automatically matched by preferentially utilizing the identified named entity and the corresponding relation between the field name and the field content. And then, providing recommendation information about the information to be input in the target field according to the named entity which is not matched with the corresponding field in the customs declaration. That is, assuming that 20 named entities are identified from the customs clearance material file, of which 12 have been automatically matched to corresponding fields in the customs clearance, corresponding recommendation information may be provided according to the remaining 8 named entities that have not been matched to the customs clearance during manual input of other fields by the order entry clerk.
In addition, in concrete implementation, besides providing concrete recommendation information by using named entities identified from the customs clearance materials file, comprehensive information recommendation can be performed in combination with historical data. For example, for the specific content of the fields such as the product number and the product name, the specific product number and the product name are usually defined in the system, and for the same export enterprise, the operated product object category is usually relatively fixed, so that the relevant data may be filled in during the process of generating the entry sheet for the historical trading order, for example, the user may input a certain product number and a certain product name, and thus, the data may be saved in the system. Thus, the history data can be used to provide specific recommendation information for the user.
Certainly, since the named entity identification result in the customs clearance material file has a higher reference value for the current customs clearance filling, in the specific implementation, the named entity identified from the customs clearance material file can be preferentially used for recommendation, and if no matched recommendation result exists in the named entity identification result, the historical data is used for recommendation.
For example, assuming that the user inputs "steel" in the "commodity name" field of a certain customs clearance, at this time, if a named entity related to the "steel" word exists among the named entities identified from the customs clearance data, the named entity may be used to provide recommendation information for the user. For example, if the named entity identified in the customs clearance materials file includes "wire rope," the named entity may be recommended to the user. Otherwise, if the named entities identified in the customs materials file are not related to "steel", more recommendation information related to "steel" may be provided based on historical data. For example, as shown in fig. 3, may include "wire rope," "wire seal," "stainless steel cooktop," "stainless steel shelf," etc., from which the user may select.
In summary, according to the embodiment of the application, a customs clearance material file associated with a customs clearance to be generated can be determined, the text information content of the customs clearance material file can be identified, and a plurality of named entities included in the customs clearance material file can be determined, so that in the process of receiving information entry operation aiming at a target field in the customs clearance, recommendation information about information to be input in the target field can be provided according to the named entities identified from the customs clearance material file. In this way, the customs clearance material file is used as a filling basis of the customs clearance, and the contained information is closely related to the current customs clearance, so that the contents to be input in the specific field in the customs clearance filling process are recommended according to the specific recognition result of the named entity of the customs clearance material file, and higher recommendation accuracy can be obtained, so that the input person can directly select the contents to be input from the recommendation information, the efficiency can be improved, and the occurrence probability of the situations of input operation and the like caused by the manual input process can be reduced.
