Description

Order information customs declaration method and device and electronic equipment
Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of information reporting technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and an electronic device for reporting customs information.
Background
In cross-border trading, after a buyer and a seller agree on a transaction order, the seller user needs to perform a subsequent fulfillment process. In the course of performing, cross-border logistics are involved, so that the customs department is required to supervise the cross-border logistics.
With the development of the cross-border e-commerce platform, more and more users trade on the cross-border e-commerce platform on the line. Initially, cross-border e-commerce exporting enterprises could only declare customs in a traditional trade style. For example, for a B2B (business-to-business) type e-commerce order, in a traditional trade style, the export business needs to submit a declaration form to the customs system, and at the same time needs to provide three documents, i.e., a contract, a packing list, and an invoice.
Considering the particularity of e-commerce platform transactions, the customs department introduced a "direct export across e-commerce B2B" regulatory mode (customs regulatory mode code "9710"). After the domestic enterprise achieves the transaction with the overseas enterprise through the cross-border e-commerce platform, goods can be directly exported to the overseas enterprise through cross-border logistics, and relevant electronic data is transmitted according to customs requirements to receive customs supervision. With respect to specific electronic data, multiple copies of data to be declared are included that need to be declared to different customs systems. And multiple copies of data to be declared need to be matched strictly, including, for example, export business information, amount and currency, commodity details, commodity unit price, etc. If any information match fails, the declaration will fail.
Under the supervision mode that the code is '9710', because the enterprise is not required to provide documents such as contracts, packing lists, invoices and the like, and the whole declaration process can realize online declaration in a mode of a cross-border e-commerce unified platform and a single window for butting customs, the export enterprise can enjoy customs convenience.
However, in actual operation, the outlet enterprise often faces the problems of high access threshold, complex and inefficient operation, high error probability, and the like. For example, an export enterprise may have a private website and foreign users may complete transactions online, and for such transactions, customs departments will also approve the export enterprise for shipment under customs supervision. However, the export enterprise cannot develop an interface to interface with the customs platform due to poor IT (internet technology) capability and the like. In this case, the customs department or other service provider may develop a relevant tool for the export enterprise to interface with the customs platform. For example, the export enterprise may enter order information into a form file, then guide the form file into the tool, generate a corresponding message by the tool, and send order data specifically required to be supervised to the customs cross-border e-commerce unified platform after the information such as the enterprise identity is approved.
However, the above tools can only complete the entry and submission of the data to be declared, and as mentioned above, the data to be declared may also include a declaration form and the like. Therefore, export enterprises also need to provide data required by customs declaration to customs declaration banks in a file or even a handwriting scanning piece mode, and the customs declaration banks convert offline data into structured data and enter the structured data into a single window of customs. After receiving the customs clearance, the single window of the customs further needs to compare the order data with the customs clearance data, and if inconsistent data items are found, the single window of the customs further needs to return to modification.
In the above scheme, since the multiple copies of information to be declared required for supervision are usually managed by different operators, the reporting process requires an order delivery person to convert offline data into structured online data. Therefore, more operation bodies are involved in the whole declaration process, the operation is split and repeated, the communication is complex, the error probability is high, the delivery efficiency of an enterprise is influenced, and the customs penalty is possibly caused.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments that can be derived from the embodiments given herein by a person of ordinary skill in the art are intended to be within the scope of the present disclosure.
In the embodiment of the application, a cross-border supply chain system can be provided for users aiming at the goods export customs clearance requirements of users such as export enterprises. The users facing the supply chain system may include export enterprises, customs clearance, etc., and different users may obtain different services through the supply chain system. For example, in the embodiment of the application, the business user can be provided with the service related to the customs declaration for the export business user. That is, the export enterprise may initiate a specific customs declaration through the supply chain system, and in the supply chain system, order data and declaration material data to be submitted to customs for declaration may be generated based on the same piece of profile data (e.g., details of a transaction order, etc.). In addition, the supply chain system can also interface directly with the first declaration system of customs (e.g., the cross-border e-commerce unification platform of customs), and the generated order data can be sent directly to the system. The customs clearance material data can be provided to a customs clearance system and other systems for generating a specific customs clearance sheet, and then the customs clearance system sends the specific customs clearance sheet to a second declaration system (for example, a single window of the customs clearance) of the customs clearance for declaration.
Because the order data and the customs declaration material data which need to be declared to the customs are generated on the basis of the same basic material, the consistency of the information of the order data and the customs declaration material data is automatically ensured, the problem of inconsistent information comparison in the declaration process is reduced, and the declaration efficiency and the success rate are improved. In addition, if the customs clearance rows are also accessed to the same supply chain system, the generated customs clearance material data can be directly sent to the customs clearance rows, so that the automatic input of the specific customs clearance material data to the customs clearance list is realized, and the occurrence probability of information inconsistency is further reduced.
In addition, the supply chain system in the embodiment of the present application can directly interface with the first declaration system of customs and send order data to be declared to the first declaration system, and in a specific implementation, when sending specific order data, it is usually necessary to tag the sent data, so as to implement authentication of the identity of the sender. In the embodiment of the application, the mode of the cloud-side encryption machine plus the authorization certificate can be used, so that the export enterprise does not need to sign data in modes of inserting related hardware equipment and the like, and the online operation of the whole process is realized.
From a system architecture perspective, embodiments of the present application relate generally to cross-border supply chain systems. As shown in FIG. 1, the cross-border supply chain system may provide specific cross-border trade fulfillment process services to users of export enterprises, customs clearance, and the like. The cross-border supply chain system can provide services for users in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) mode. The SaaS is an application mode for providing software services based on the Internet, and the SaaS platform provider uniformly deploys application software on a server of the SaaS platform provider, so that a client can order required application software services from the provider through the Internet according to actual working requirements and obtain the services provided by the SaaS platform provider through the Internet. That is, enterprise users or customs clearance users, etc. may access relevant web pages provided by a particular cross-border supply chain system via a browser, etc. and obtain relevant services. Certainly, in practical applications, in consideration of that some scenarios may need operations on local files, for example, batch uploading of document materials, etc., a client existing in the form of an independent application program may also be provided for a user, and the user may install such an application program in a terminal device thereof, implement interaction with a server through the application program, and acquire a related service. Through the client existing in the form of the independent application program, the operation of the local file can be more conveniently carried out.
That is, a specific cross-border supply chain system can provide different service modules for different users, so as to provide respective required services for the corresponding users. For example, a first service module facing the enterprise user may be included, and after the enterprise user logs in the supply chain system, the service mode of the first service module may be entered according to the identity information of the enterprise user. In this service mode, the enterprise user may initiate a specific request for the declaration of order data. Accordingly, a particular service module may generate order data and customs clearance material data that need to be declared to customs based on the same piece of base material (e.g., information about the associated trade order). The first service module can also be in butt joint with the first declaration system of the customs, so that the order data can be declared to the first declaration system of the customs. For customs clearance material data, the customs clearance material data can exist in various file forms such as Word, Pdf and the like, so that enterprise users can provide specific files for a customs clearance row, and a customs clearance is generated by the customs clearance row and then declaration is carried out on a second declaration system of customs. If the customs clearance required to be entrusted by a specific enterprise user is also accessed to a second service module of the same supply chain system facing the customs clearance user, the customs clearance material data generated in the first service module can also be directly sent to the specific customs clearance user, and when the customs clearance enters and declares a customs clearance through the second service module, the customs clearance material data received from the first service module can be directly and automatically filled in corresponding fields in the customs clearance without manual input by a customs passer, so that the occurrence probability of information inconsistency is further reduced.
The following describes in detail specific implementations provided in embodiments of the present application.
Example one
First, in the embodiment, from the perspective of the first service module provided by the cross-border supply chain system for the export enterprise user, an order information customs declaration method is provided, and referring to fig. 2, the method may specifically include:
s201: acquiring detailed information of a transaction order to be delivered; the trade order relates to a cross-border trade.
As described above, in the embodiment of the present application, order data and customs declaration data required to be declared to customs may be generated according to the same material, where the same material may specifically include detail information of the associated transaction order. That is, since the present embodiment relates to customs declaration of a trade order generated in a cross-border e-commerce system, specific order data and customs declaration material data that need to be declared to customs are information related to a specific trade order. For this purpose, order data to be declared to customs and customs clearance material data may be generated based on the detail information of the same transaction order.
The specific manner of acquiring the detailed information of the transaction order may be various. For example, in one approach, the first service module of the specific cross-border supply chain system may interface with a specific cross-border commodity object information system (or cross-border e-commerce platform) in addition to the first declaration system of customs. Even in some cases, a specific cross-border supply chain system may be integrated into a cross-border commodity object information system, so that a transaction order generated by the cross-border commodity object information system can be directly associated with the cross-border supply chain system to perform customs declaration and the like in a subsequent fulfillment process.
In this case, a specific export enterprise user may initiate a specific declaration request through the cross-border merchandise object information system. For example, when a buyer user generates a transaction order through a cross-border product object information system, the corresponding export enterprise user may first make a customs declaration before shipping the order. At this time, an operation option for initiating customs declaration may be provided in the order information interface of the cross-border merchandise object information system. For example, as shown in fig. 3, in a specific implementation, a fulfillment interface such as "export shipping center" provided by the associated cross-border merchandise object information system may be used by a specific export enterprise user to view information of a transaction order to be shipped. In addition, content related to specific customs declaration may also be provided in the interface, for example, as shown at 31 in fig. 3, the exporting enterprise user may be prompted first, and if customs declaration is required using the cross-border e-commerce B2B direct export method, the customs declaration may be arranged after order information is sent to customs. In addition, operation options such as 'to send order information' and the like can be provided. Accordingly, after clicking the operation option, the user can send a specific declaration request to the first service module in the cross-border supply chain system, and can provide the detailed information of the transaction order to the first service module. From the perspective of the first service module, after receiving a declaration request for the trade order submitted through a cross-border commodity object information system, obtaining the detail information of the trade order from the cross-border commodity object information system.
The cross-border supply chain system and the cross-border commodity object information system can be connected in the mode under the condition that the cross-border supply chain system is integrated in a specific cross-border commodity object information system or the cross-border commodity object information system and the cross-border supply chain system are independent from each other but have a cooperative relation, so that the cross-border supply chain system can acquire detailed information of a transaction order needing to be declared specifically in the mode of accessing an interface of the cross-border commodity object information system and the like.
Of course, in practical applications, there are also cases where a cross-border product object information system cannot cooperate with providing transaction order information, for example, an export enterprise is product object information distributed by a cross-border product object information system, and a specific buyer user generates a specific transaction order by the system. However, the commodity object information system is not connected to the cross-border supply chain system provided in the embodiment of the present application, and at this time, the cross-border supply chain system cannot directly obtain the information of the trade order from the cross-border commodity object information system. For this case, in the embodiment of the present application, an interface for entering details of the transaction order may also be provided, and the details of the transaction order may be received through the interface. That is, for a transaction order generated in the commodity object information system that is not interfaced with the cross-border supply chain system, the specific export enterprise may input the detailed information of the transaction order into the cross-border supply chain system by means of manual input or the like.
It should be noted that, for the above case, a unified entry such as "customs declaration form making" may also be provided in the supply chain system, and the export enterprise user may enter the interface for entering the detailed information of the transaction order through the entry. In addition, the interface can also provide operation options for sending order data and generating customs clearance material data, and after the information of a specific transaction order is input, operations such as specific order data sending or customs clearance material data generation can be initiated through the specific operation options.
It should be noted that, in practical application, because of differences in application scenarios, there may be some differences between the information of the trade order generated in the actual commodity object information system and the information required in the declaration form, and particularly, the differences in the commodity object category information are particularly obvious. For example: the commodity object category information in the transaction order generated in the actual commodity object information system may be the description of the commodity object category agreed by the contract of both parties of the transaction, the commodity object category information displayed on the website of the commodity object information system, even the commodity object category information described in the native language of the overseas buyer according to the request of the overseas buyer, and the like. The commodity object category information in the customs declaration form is described by using a specified language strictly according to the classification rule of customs, and a strict customs code is given. Therefore, in practical application, during the declaration process, information conversion can be performed first, category description about the commodity object in the transaction order detail information is converted into category description conforming to the classification rule of the customs system, and then subsequent processing such as declaration information generation is performed according to the converted category description information.
In order to realize the conversion of the category description information, a category mapping engine may be established in advance, and after the detail information of a specific transaction order is obtained, the first category description information about the commodity object in the detail information may be mapped to the second category description information defined in the customs system, so that the order data and the customs clearance data which need to be declared to the customs are generated by using the mapped second category description information.
Specifically, in a preferred embodiment, when the category mapping engine is established, the mapping between the commodity object category information in the transaction order generated in the actual commodity object information system and the commodity object category information in the B2B order declared to customs can be realized by using the nice classification as an intermediate bridge, and the commodity object category information is ensured to be declared in compliance by being embedded in the declaration link.
Among them, the Nice Classification (NCL) is established by the nice agreement (1957), and is an international classification of goods and services for trademark registration. The nice agreement mainly stipulates a commodity and service classification method, which classifies commodities into thirty-four categories and service items into eleven categories, and the classification provides great convenience for trademark retrieval and trademark management.
The reason why the nice classification is selected as the intermediate bridge in the embodiment of the application is that the nice classification is widely accepted in the industry, and the number of member countries is large, the classification is close to the natural property of the commodity, and the stability is high, and usually, the nism classification is revised once in 5 years. In contrast, the commodity categories in the commodity object information system may have different setting standards for different enterprises or platforms, and have a high frequency of change due to marketing and the like; customs classifications are also dynamically adjusted due to changes in regulatory conditions. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, a category mapping engine of the commodity object may be established based on the nice classification as the intermediate bridge: the method comprises the steps of mapping between a commodity object category and a nice category in a commodity object information system and mapping between a customs classification table and the nice category, and mapping from first category description information in a trade order to second category description information in a customs classification rule is realized through two mapping relations.
Specifically, when mapping is performed based on a specific category mapping engine, if the first category description information in the transaction order can be directly mapped to the unique second category description, the commodity object information to be declared can be automatically generated according to the second category description information obtained through mapping.
If the first category description cannot be mapped to the unique second category description, namely the same first category description corresponds to a plurality of customs categories, prompt information can be given, and the subsequent process can be changed into manual processing. In the specific processing procedure, an operation option for selecting a plurality of second category description information may be further provided, so as to select one of the second category description information as a mapping result. Or, there may be a case where a plurality of second category descriptions need to be set, and therefore, an operation option for splitting the commodity object may be further provided, so as to split the commodity object described in the detail information into a plurality of commodity objects and map the plurality of commodity objects into different second category description information, respectively.
S202: and generating order data and customs declaration material data which need to be declared to customs according to the detail information of the transaction order. And the customs declaration material data is used for declaration to a second declaration system of customs as part of information in the customs declaration form.
After the detail information of the transaction order is obtained, two data needing to be declared to customs, namely order data and customs declaration material data, can be generated according to the detail information. In the concrete implementation, the order data and customs declaration material data to be declared to customs may respectively include a plurality of fields, and the fields have corresponding relations or conversion relations with the fields in the transaction order detail information. Therefore, in specific implementation, the order data and customs declaration material data to be declared to customs can be generated by extracting and/or performing field conversion processing on the detailed information of the transaction order. For example, as for the commodity object category field, according to the foregoing step S201, after the first category description information is converted into the second category description information meeting the customs classification rule according to the category mapping engine, the second category description information is filled into the corresponding commodity object category field in the information to be declared specifically. Or, for the information such as the number and the model of the commodity object, the information can be directly extracted from the detailed information and filled into the corresponding field in the information to be declared, and the like.
Wherein, for the field which is not extracted or converted from the detail information of the transaction order, an operation option for information entry can be further provided, so that the information of the field is entered through the operation option.
S203: and sending the order data to a first declaration system of customs to declare the order data.
After the specific order data is generated, it can be submitted directly to the customs' first declaration system for declaration through the supply chain system. Before the specific declaration is sent to the first declaration system of the customs, the generated order data can be displayed, so that the export enterprise user confirms the specific data. Modifications or additions may also be made if there is incorrect information or missing information. In this case, the customs clearance data may be generated according to the specific order data after the order data is generated and confirmed by the specific user without error, so as to ensure the consistency of the two information.
For example, in specific implementation, the generated order data may be displayed in an interface, and meanwhile, data on a specific field included in the order data may be in an editable state, and a user may modify or supplement the data on the specific field. Specifically, in implementation, the order data to be declared to customs may be generated according to the detail information of the transaction order, and then, an interface for displaying the order data to be declared to customs may be provided, and a first operation option for sending the order data and a second operation option for generating customs clearance material data may be provided in the interface. For example, after receiving a declaration request for a certain trade order submitted through an associated cross-border merchandise object information system, order data that needs to be declared may be generated first, and the order data may be displayed in an interface as shown in fig. 4 (that is, the order data may be displayed in a customs view in fig. 4). Meanwhile, a first operation option 41 of words such as "send cross-border e-commerce order" and a second operation option 42 of words such as "create customs information" can be provided. In this way, when an operation request is received through the first operation option, the operation of sending the order data to the first declaration system of the customs to declare the order data is triggered to be executed. And generating the customs clearance material data when receiving an operation request through the second operation option.
Before sending the order data to the first declaration system of the customs, the order data may be signed first. It should be noted that, in the conventional scheme, in order to tag the transmitted data, the export enterprise user needs to apply a hardware device, such as an IC card or hardware Ikey, to the customs system in advance, and meanwhile needs to install a relevant client program on its terminal device. When data is required to be signed, hardware equipment such as an IC card or Ikey needs to be inserted into terminal equipment of an export enterprise user. The threshold of the signing mode is higher for small and medium-sized export enterprises.
Therefore, in the embodiment of the present application, a cloud signing manner of an encryptor + an authorization Certificate (e.g., a Certificate Authority (CA) Certificate) may also be provided for the user. By the method, the export enterprise user can apply for the CA certificate to the customs and carry the information of the encryption machine. And then, the customhouse can generate a specific CA certificate according to the information of the encryption machine and returns the certificate to the outlet enterprise, and the outlet enterprise stores the specific CA certificate in the encryption machine system deployed in the cloud network system. Or after the customs generates the CA certificate, the CA certificate may also be directly sent to the cloud-side encryptor system for storage, and so on. In this way, before the supply chain system sends the order data to the first declaration system of the customs, the supply chain system can also utilize the CA certificate stored in the cloud-side encryptor system to sign the data, and then send the data to the first declaration system of the customs.
In specific implementation, if the cross-border commodity object information system associated with a specific transaction order can take responsibility for order signing and sending, the scheme can be further simplified. At this time, the export enterprise user does not need to apply for a CA certificate to the customs (also does not need to apply for transmission of an ID, an IC card/Ikey, or the like), does not need to perform signing operation, only needs to confirm order information, and instead, applies for the CA certificate to the customs by the cross-border commodity object information system and stores the CA certificate in the encryption machine at the cloud. Therefore, the order data to be sent can be signed by using the CA certificate corresponding to the cross-border commodity object information system. This is a simpler solution for the exporting enterprise.
As described above, the supply chain system provided in the embodiment of the present application may generate customs clearance data in addition to the specific order data and transmit the order clearance data. The generated customs clearance material data can be in various forms. For example, if the customs clearance selected by a specific export enterprise user is not accessed into the current supply chain system, the export enterprise is required to provide the customs clearance data to the customs clearance in the form of a file, and the customs clearance generates a specific customs clearance. At this time, after receiving the request for generating the customs clearance material data, an option for selecting a specific file format may be provided, for example, as shown in fig. 5, a plurality of different file formats such as pdf, word, excel, and the like may be selected. After the user selects one of the file formats, the customs declaration material data file with the corresponding format is generated and can be downloaded to the local. Later, the export enterprise user may provide the file to the customs clearance, and the entry clerk of the customs clearance may enter specific customs clearance material data into the corresponding field in the specific customs clearance. Of course, the number of fields contained in the customs clearance is typically greater than the number of fields in the order data, and thus, other fields in the customs clearance may be provided to the customs clearance for entry into the customs clearance by the order taker in other ways. The customs clearance form may then be sent to a second declaration system of customs for declaration.
In addition, if the customs clearance selected by the export enterprise user also accesses the second service module of the same cross-border supply chain system, the customs clearance material data can also be directly provided to the client (specifically, a webpage or an application program and the like) associated with the target customs clearance, so that the client associated with the target customs clearance can automatically enter the customs clearance material data into the customs clearance. Of course, the number of specific data items in the customs clearance is usually large, and other data items can be complemented in other ways. In this way, the work of inputting the customs clearance data into the clearance sheet can be automatically completed by the supply chain system without manual input by the order input staff, so that the error probability can be further reduced, and the consistency of the clearance material data and the order data which is sent to the first customs declaration system for declaration can be ensured. In addition, in this way, the customs declaration can also complete the transmission of the customs one-way customs second declaration system through the second service module of the specific supply chain system. At this time, in the process of sending the customs clearance, if signature processing needs to be performed, a scheme of cloud encryption machine + authorization certificate can also be used, that is, the customs clearance can apply for a CA certificate and the like in advance, and the CA certificate and the like can be stored in the cloud encryption machine system. Therefore, the supply chain system can carry out signature adding and sending on the customs clearance list through the CA certificate stored in the cloud encryption machine, and does not need to install a client corresponding to signature adding operation in specific terminal equipment of the customs clearance, or insert hardware equipment such as an IC card or Ikey and the like, so that the operation threshold of the customs clearance is reduced, and the working efficiency of the customs clearance is improved.
In summary, through embodiments of the present application, a cross-border supply chain system can be provided to an export enterprise user, which can interface with a first declaration system of customs (e.g., a cross-border e-commerce unification platform, etc.). In this way, the export enterprise user can make customs declaration of the delivery order generated by the specific cross-border commodity object information system through the cross-border supply chain system. In the customs declaration process, order data and customs declaration material data which need to be declared to the customs can be generated according to detail information of a transaction order to be delivered, the order data can be sent to a first declaration system of the customs to declare the order data, and the customs declaration material data can be used as part of information in the customs declaration form to be declared to a second declaration system of the customs. By the method, the order data and the customs declaration material data which need to be declared to customs are generated based on the same information, so that the consistency of the information between the order data and the customs declaration material data can be automatically ensured, the problem of inconsistent information comparison in the declaration process is reduced, and the declaration efficiency and the success rate are favorably improved.
In addition, aiming at the problem of signature adding in the process of sending declaration data to the sea relation system, the embodiment of the application also provides a cloud signature adding mode of the encryption machine and the authorization certificate, so that an export enterprise user or a customs declaration bank does not need to install a client required for signature adding locally on terminal equipment, does not need to insert an IC card or Ikey and other hardware equipment, and can realize the online operation of the whole process only by confirming the generated order data and declaration material data.
Example two
In the first embodiment, the detailed information of the related transaction order is firstly obtained, and then the order data and the customs clearance material data which need to be declared to the customs are generated based on the information. In another implementation, the order data required to be forwarded to customs may be generated for the transaction order to be shipped, and then the customs declaration data may be generated based on the order data. When the order data is generated, the order data can be generated according to the detailed information of a specific transaction order, and can also be generated directly according to information manually input by a user (different from the first embodiment, an information input interface can be directly provided for the order data needing to be declared to customs, so that the user can directly input the order data without inputting the detailed information of the transaction order and converting the detailed information into the order data). In this way, since the customs clearance material data is generated based on the order data, the consistency of the two pieces of data can be ensured as well.
Specifically, referring to fig. 6, the second embodiment provides an order information customs declaration method, which specifically includes:
s601: acquiring order data to be declared to customs for a transaction order to be delivered; the trade order relates to a cross-border trade;
in the concrete implementation, the order data needing to be declared to customs can be acquired in various ways. For example, in one manner, the exit enterprise user may submit a declaration request for the trade order through the cross-border merchandise object information system. The cross-border supply chain system may then receive the request and may obtain details of the trade order from the cross-border merchandise object information system. And then, generating order data needing to be declared to customs according to the detail information of the transaction order.
Or, in another mode, an interface for entering the order data to be declared to customs may be directly provided, and the order data may be received through the interface. That is, the export enterprise user can directly enter order data that needs to be declared to customs, rather than entering detailed information of a transaction order and then generating the order data through conversion by the supply chain system. For example, as shown in fig. 7, it is an interface specifically for entering order data, where a number of options included therein may support manual entry. When the cross-border commodity object information system associated with a specific trade order is not connected to the cross-border supply chain system provided by the embodiment of the application, the cross-border supply chain system cannot directly read information of the trade order from the commodity object information system. At this time, the export enterprise user may enter the order data to be specifically declared into the corresponding interface in a manual input manner. In this case, an operation entry for sending or editing declaration information may be provided in an interface such as a main interface of the cross-border supply chain system, and the exit enterprise user may enter the interface for entering order data through the operation entry.
S602: sending the order data to a first declaration system of customs to declare the order data;
after completion of the generation of the order data, the order data may be sent to a first declaration system of customs for order data declaration.
S603: generating customs declaration material data needing to be declared to customs according to the order data, and performing customs declaration to a second declaration system of customs by using the customs declaration material data as part of information in a customs declaration form.
The customs declaration system can send the order data to a first declaration system of customs for declaration of the order data, and can also generate customs declaration material data to be declared to the customs according to the order data, and the customs declaration material data can be provided for customs declaration to make customs declaration orders and then sent to a second declaration system of customs for declaration. During specific implementation, an interface used for displaying the order data needing to be declared to customs can be provided, a first operation option used for sending the order data and a second operation option used for generating customs clearance material data are provided in the interface; at this time, when an operation request is received through the first operation option, the operation of sending the order data to the first declaration system of the customs to declare the order data may be triggered and executed; generating the customs clearance material data when an operation request is received through the second operation option.
It should be noted that, regarding other parts not described in detail in the second embodiment, reference may be made to the description in the first embodiment, for example, the method includes a specific manner of generating the customs declaration data, and so on, which are not described herein again.
EXAMPLE III
In a third embodiment, from the perspective of the second service module provided for the customs clearance and other users in the cross-border supply chain system in fig. 1, a customs clearance information processing method is provided, and referring to fig. 8, the method may specifically include:
s801: receiving customs clearance material data aiming at a to-be-issued transaction order, wherein the customs clearance material data and the order data which are related to the transaction order and need to be declared to customs are generated on the basis of the detail information of the transaction order, or the customs clearance material data are generated according to the order data which are related to the transaction order and need to be declared to customs;
s802: and inputting the customs clearance material data into a related data item in a customs clearance sheet, wherein the customs clearance sheet is used for performing customs clearance declaration to a second declaration system of customs.
Example four
In the foregoing embodiment, the order data and the customs declaration data to be declared to customs can be generated according to the detailed information of the transaction order generated in the commodity object information system, and since the two pieces of information to be declared are generated from the same material, the information consistency between the two pieces of information to be declared can be ensured. In further embodiments, generation of more information to be declared may also be achieved in the foregoing manner, for example, the information to be declared may include information to be declared related to tax in addition to information to be declared related to the relevant tax, and the like.
