s2, an operation information input unit, which scans the document of the wharf operation plan book through a second scanning module, extracts the character information twice through character recognition, screens out the information of the box number of the same container for at least two times, approves the information of the box number of the same container through a second information approval module, stores the approved information of the box number into a table, and transmits the approved information of the box number to an information processing unit through a second data transmission module to obtain the information of the box number of the wharf operation plan book;
and S3, operating the information processing unit to obtain a new wharf job plan and a complete customs declaration text.
