Abstract
The invention relates to an environment-friendly semi-water-based printing ink cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the cleaning agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: cleaning the main solvent by 25-30%; 5 to 10 percent of surfactant; 5 to 10 percent of polar solvent; 5 to 10 percent of other auxiliary agents; 50 to 60 percent of water. The invention provides an ink cleaning agent which has the advantages of good cleaning effect, stable property, low VOCs content, easy degradation and capability of cleaning printing equipment, printing plates, printing master plates, ink rollers and printing master plates simultaneously, and a preparation method thereof, aiming at the defects that the existing semi-water-based ink cleaning agent in the market has poor cleaning effect, poor stability, high VOCs content, difficult degradation and incapability of cleaning the printing equipment, the printing plates, the ink rollers and the printing master plates simultaneously.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an ink cleaning agent, in particular to an environment-friendly semi-water-based printing ink cleaning agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, the printing industry in China is rapidly developed, and meanwhile, the demand of the ink cleaning agent as an auxiliary material most commonly used in printing is increasing. Therefore, the printing ink cleaning agent has huge market capacity, and the discharge of VOCs caused by the large market capacity cannot be ignored.
The traditional ink cleaning agent using organic solvents such as gasoline, kerosene and the like as main agents has poor safety, is inflammable and explosive, has great potential safety hazards in the aspects of use and storage, has strong volatility and high VOCs content in use, seriously pollutes the printing environment and harms the health of workers, and consumes a large amount of petroleum resources. The water-based printing ink cleaning agent has the defects of serious equipment corrosion caused by strong alkalinity, high cost, poor drying performance, influence on production efficiency, poor cleaning effect and the like. The micro-emulsion printing ink cleaning agent reduces the content of organic solvent, and has good cleaning effect and quick drying.
In the market aspect, the micro-emulsion type ink cleaning agent is one of the main cleaning agents of printing ink at home and abroad, and the related technology is mature. Although the currently researched oil-in-water type ink cleaning agent and micro-emulsion type ink cleaning agent can replace the traditional ink cleaning agent, the phenomena of layering and emulsion breaking are inevitable in the storage process by taking aliphatic hydrocarbon solvents, gasoline or kerosene as main solvents, certain VOCs are still generated in the use process, and the environmental protection and potential safety hazards exist. Meanwhile, most products easily cause equipment corrosion, and printing equipment, printing plates, rubber blankets and the like cannot be cleaned simultaneously. The invention has the innovativeness that firstly, an emulsifier with a large HLB value and a nonionic surfactant with a small HLB value are selected for mixing and compounding, so that the surface tension of the solution is reduced, and then an anionic surfactant with low cost and easy degradation is added for three-component compounding, so that the stability of the emulsion is improved, and the cleaning efficiency of ink stains is improved. In the invention, a compounding method of adding a small amount of anionic surfactant into two nonionic surfactants is adopted, so that the surface tension of the solution is further reduced, and the cleaning efficiency is improved. Meanwhile, the reasonable proportion ensures that the stability of the solvent is high after water is added, and the solvent is not easy to delaminate. The main solvent is mixed with the oleic acid through No. 200 solvent naphtha, the content of the organic solvent is controlled within 20 percent, the discharge of VOCs can be reduced, and the environment protection is facilitated. Meanwhile, the raw material of the printing ink contains oleic acid, and the cleaning efficiency can be improved according to the similarity and intermiscibility principle. Various selected reagents can not corrode cleaning parts, and automatic cleaning of the cleaning parts can be realized.

Further, the other auxiliary agents are one or a mixture of more of sodium gluconate, sodium silicate, sodium tripolyphosphate, benzotriazole and triethanolamine.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the environment-friendly semi-water-based printing ink cleaning agent, which comprises the steps of weighing the components according to the proportion, fully stirring the main solvent and the polar solvent at normal temperature to obtain a composite solvent, mixing the anion and the nonionic surfactant, adding the mixed solvent after fully stirring to completely dissolve the components, adding other auxiliary agents, and finally adding water; and after the solvent is completely dissolved, obtaining uniform clear transparent liquid or light yellow transparent liquid, namely the environment-friendly semi-water-based printing ink cleaning agent.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Weighing the components according to the proportion, fully stirring the main solvent and the polar solvent at normal temperature to obtain a composite solvent, mixing the anion and the nonionic surfactant, fully stirring, adding the mixed solvent to completely dissolve the components, adding other auxiliaries, and finally adding water. the polar solvent is selected from one or a mixture of more of isopropanol, n-butanol, ethylene glycol monobutyl ether and diethylene glycol monomethyl ether;
the other auxiliary agent is one or a mixture of more of sodium gluconate, sodium silicate, sodium tripolyphosphate, benzotriazole and triethanolamine;
the preparation method comprises the steps of weighing the components according to the proportion, fully stirring the main solvent and the polar solvent at normal temperature to obtain a composite solvent, mixing the anion and the nonionic surfactant, adding the mixed solvent after fully stirring to completely dissolve the components, adding other auxiliary agents, and finally adding water; and after the solvent is completely dissolved, obtaining uniform clear transparent liquid or light yellow transparent liquid, namely the environment-friendly semi-water-based printing ink cleaning agent.
