Abstract
本发明公开了一种竹托盘及其制造方法,主要是由紧固件,依次穿越安装架和竹片束,与下方不同款式的托盘脚实施紧固连接而构成,所述的安装架,外观呈长条形齿廓状,齿廓底部设置有安装通孔,两端头设置有回头钩,所述的竹片束,外观呈长条状,由至少一段热收缩箍套箍扎竹片材构成,所述的热收缩箍套,外观呈空心型材段状,内部至少设置有一个闭环内腔。其明显优势是应用了热收缩箍套箍扎和安装架组装技术,既提高了托盘的组装效率、安装精度和牢固度,又降低了托盘的自重和生产成本。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及竹材深加工与物流辅助器材制造技术领域,特别涉及到一种竹托盘的制造方法及其具体结构。
背景技术
众所周知,我国是全球竹材储量最丰富的地区,其来源广泛,再生迅速,力学性能优异,抗压能力是木材的1.5--2倍,抗折弯能力是木材的2--5倍,是制造高承重物流托盘最为理想的选材。虽然本人在过往的专利申请中,也曾提出过多种物流托盘的结构方案及其制造方法,但是在实施过程中还是发现其对竹片材制备精度要求过高,致使竹原料利用率低、加工废品率高和组装施工困难,影响到了托盘的规模化量产,因此,我们很有必要不断创新,提供出结构简单、组装便捷、精度要求不高的一种竹托盘,为提高竹托盘的生产效率服务。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是避免背景技术的不足之处,提供出结构简单、组装便捷、对竹片材加工精度要求较低的一种竹托盘的制造方法。
本发明的另一目的,是为实施上述发明方法,提出供一种竹托盘的具体结构。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种竹托盘的制造方法,其主要特征和实施步骤如下:
一是制备出至少有一个闭环内腔的热收缩箍套。用塑料热挤压制出至少有一个闭环内腔的热收缩型材,经裁切成段而构成为热收缩箍套。
二是制备出宽度为15至35mm的竹片材。应用原竹料,按常规工艺和本人提出过的专利方法,制备出长条状的竹片材;
三是制备出安装架。采用金属或塑料材料,制成长条形齿廓状的安装架,齿廓底部设置有安装通孔,两端头设置有回头钩。
四是用热收缩箍套对竹片材实施箍扎构成竹片束。将单条或多条竹片材分别插入至少一段热收缩箍套的闭环内腔之中,对热收缩箍套实施加热处理,即构成不易开裂的竹片束。
五是应用紧固件组装竹托盘。由紧固件依次穿越安装架和竹片束,与下方不同形状的托盘脚实施紧固连接,即构成为各式竹托盘。
为实施上述发明方法,所提供的一种竹托盘的具体结构,主要是由紧固件,依次穿越安装架和竹片束,与下方不同款式的托盘脚实施紧固连接而构成。所述的安装架,外观呈长条形齿廓状,齿廓底部设置有安装通孔,两端头设置有回头钩;所述的竹片束,外观呈长条状,由至少一段热收缩箍套箍扎竹片材构成。所述的热收缩箍套,外观呈空心型材段状,其内部至少设置有一个闭环内腔,内腔壁上或设置有粘胶剂层。
本发明与背景技术相比具有下列优点:一是采用了热收缩箍套箍扎竹片材,既增强了竹片材的抗裂性,又降低了竹片材制备精度;二是应用了安装架,既提高了托盘的组装效率、安装精度和牢固度,还降低了托盘的自重和生产成本。

具体实施方式
图1是本发明箍套横截面结构示意图。图中的(01)是箍套,外观呈空心型材段状,其内部至少设置有一个闭环内腔(02)。
图2是本发明安装架结构示意图。图中的(03)是安装架,外观呈长条形齿廓状,齿廓底部(04)设置有安装通孔(05),两端头设置有回头钩(06)。
图3是本发明竹片束结构示意图。图中的(07)是竹片束,外观呈长条形,是在单条或多条竹片材(08)的主体上,箍扎有至少一段箍套(01)而构成,箍套(01)的内壁上或设置有粘胶剂层(09)。
图4是本发明竹托盘第一实施例结构示意图。图中的(10)是川字竹托盘,外观呈矩形平板状,由紧固件(11)依次穿越安装孔(05)和竹片束(07),与下方呈川字形设置的托盘脚(12)实施紧固连接而构成。所述的托盘脚(12),外观呈矩形条柱状,交叉排列在竹片束(07)的下方,在其上平面(13),设置多个横向内沉的安装槽(14),竹片束(07)分别嵌装在安装槽(14)内。
图5是本发明竹托盘第二实施例结构示意图。图中的(20)是“日”字或“田”字竹托盘,是在竹托盘(10)的结构基础上,以“Π”形槽托盘脚(21)替换托盘脚(12)而构成。所述的“Π”形槽托盘脚(21),外观呈长条形“Π”槽状,在其上平面(22),设置多个横条状的定位凸起(23),竹片束(07)分别嵌装在定位凸起(23)之间,在其下平面(24)上,设置有多条长板状的、与下平面(24)平齐的底板(25)。从而构成为“日”字或“田”字的轻质竹托盘。
图6是本发明竹托盘第三实施例结构示意图。图中的(30)是九脚竹托盘,是在竹托盘(10)的结构基础上,以“∞”字形托盘脚(31)替换托盘脚(12)而构成。所述的“∞”字形托盘脚(31),外观呈长条形“∞”字状,在其上平面(32),设置有多个横条状的定位凸起(33),竹片束(07)分别嵌装在定位凸起(33)之间,从而构成为能够四方叉入的轻质九脚竹托盘。
至此,对本发明进行了详细的阐述,一种竹托盘及其制造方法,将为我国的竹制品也和物流包装制造行业,提供出结构简单、功能多样、自重轻巧、承载力强、易于量产的捆扎材料制造技术方案。
Claims (5)
1.一种竹托盘的制造方法,其发明创新主要特征和实施步骤在于:一是制备出至少有一个闭环内腔的热收缩箍套,二是制备出宽度为15至35mm的竹片材,三是制备出安装架,四是用热收缩箍套对竹片材实施箍扎构成竹片束,五是应用紧固件组装竹托盘。
2.为实施上述发明方法,所提供的一种竹托盘的具体结构,主要是由紧固件,依次穿越安装架和竹片束,与下方不同款式的托盘脚实施紧固连接而构成,所述的安装架,外观呈长条形齿廓状,齿廓底部设置有安装通孔,两端头设置有回头钩,所述的竹片束,外观呈长条状,由至少一段热收缩箍套箍扎竹片材构成,所述的热收缩箍套,外观呈空心型材段状,其内部至少设置有一个闭环内腔,内腔壁上或设置有粘胶剂层。
3.依据权利要求2所述的一种竹托盘的具体结构,其特征在于所述的托盘脚,外观呈矩形条柱状,交叉排列在竹片束的下方,在其上平面,设置多个横向内沉的安装槽,竹片束分别嵌装在安装槽内。
4.依据权利要求2所述的一种竹托盘的具体结构,其特征在于所述的托盘脚,外观呈长条形“П”槽状,在其上平面,设置多个横条状的定位凸起,竹片束分别嵌装在定位凸起之间,在其下平面上,设置有多条长板状的、与下平面平齐的底板。
5.依据权利要求2所述的一种竹托盘的具体结构,其特征在于所述的托盘脚,外观呈长条形“∞”字状,在其上平面,设置多个横条状的定位凸起,竹片束分别嵌装在定位凸起之间在其下平面上,设置有多条长板状的、与下平面平齐的底板。
