Abstract

本发明公开了一种伸缩托盘及其制造方法,主要是由T形螺栓,依次穿越芯板的沉孔、承重梁的组装通孔、角码或腰码的圆孔、托盘脚内腔和草帽介子的中心孔,与螺母实施连接,在芯板四周的U型槽内,插装有侧卧挡板或框侧板而构成为各式托盘,通过调节角码、腰码、侧卧挡板或框侧板的安装而获得托盘规格调整。该技术的实施,将为物流包装行业,提供出一种结构简单、适装范围宽、可三维调整托盘规格的制造方法,并为集装单元化物流作业提供出功能多样的包装实物。

Description

一种伸缩托盘及其制造方法
技术领域
本发明涉及物流包装器材制造技术领域,尤其涉及到一种伸缩托盘的具体结构及其制造方法。
背景技术
目前,物流包装器材中的托盘,大多数采用原木木板钉制而成,少部分由塑料模压成型或金属管材焊接而成,它们一旦制成为产成品,就很难再对其规格大小做出调整,从而制约了托盘的适装范围。本人在过往的专利申请中,已经采用过组装式托盘结构,对满足国标托盘1200mm X 1000mm的规格及物流周转箱的制造已无悬念,但对制造规格可调的伸缩托盘尚属空白。
另经检索,安得物流股份有限公司申请的2011205304541伸缩托盘,由于其结构笨重复杂、只可单向伸缩、缺少集装能力,不适合集装单元化物流作业需要,因此,我们很有必要研发出一种既能符合国标托盘规格要求、又可适度调整托盘规格大小和高低的伸缩托盘,以提高托盘对货物装载的适应性,满足现代集装单元化物流作业的需要。
发明内容
本发明的目的,是克服传统托盘的不足之处,提供出一种既符合国标托盘规格要求,又可适度调整托盘规格大小和高低的制造方法,以提升托盘的适装范围和胜任集装单元化物流作业的需要。
本发明的另一个目的,是为实施上述发明方法,提供出结构简单、拆装容易、调整方便、防撞耐用的一种伸缩托盘的具体结构,构成为一种结构新颖、功能多样、适合集装单元化物流作业的伸缩托盘。
本发明的目的是这样实现的,一种伸缩托盘的制造方法,其发明创新的主要特征和实现步骤在于:
一是对碳化竹片增设60℃至150℃的烤蜡工序处理。竹片经炭化处理后,已经具备了初级防腐能力,本发明再增加“浸纳米蜡→烤制”工序,既让流挂在竹片表面的纳米蜡液获得回收,又让纳米蜡液更充分地渗入到竹片组织内部,从而大幅度提升了竹片的防潮和防腐能力。
二是在多孔型材空心之内活动嵌装入不定量的竹片材制造托盘承重梁。依据托盘承载能力所需,向带有纵向凹槽的多孔型材空心之内,侧向嵌入相应数量的、经防潮防腐处理的竹片材,裁切成所需长度,并在纵向凹槽的底部,贯穿型材设置有多个圆形的组装通孔,即构成本发明专用的托盘承重梁。
三是制备角码和腰码。采用金属片材,制成至少一边翘起为折边,底面上设置有多只圆孔、条状扁孔和螺孔,外观呈矩形钣金件状的角码和腰码。角码配置于托盘四角,腰码配置于托盘腰部,角码和腰码的底面置于承重梁的下方,折边向上翘起,与承重梁的侧面和端面之间,构成为宽度一致的U形安装槽。
四是对角码和腰码分别实施可伸缩安装。选择角码和腰码的不同圆孔与承重梁的组装通孔实施同轴线安装,即可获得折边相对于组装通孔轴线之间的不同间距,该不同间距反映在安装槽上,就产生了宽度变化,反映在托盘规格上,就构成了不同规格的托盘。螺孔与承重梁紧固连接即确认了被选定的间距,从而实现了本发明对托盘规格进行适度伸缩调整的发明目的。
五是采用厚壁圆管制备具有定位安装功能的托盘脚。裁切厚壁圆管段,在其上端头的管沿上,对称设置有两只向上延伸的定位凸起,定位凸起穿越角码或腰码的圆孔或螺孔,与型材下侧的纵向凹槽实施连接,即构成了具有定位安装功能的托盘脚。
六是组装平托盘。由多条T形螺栓,依次穿越托盘芯板的沉孔、承重梁的组装通孔、角码或腰码的圆孔、托盘脚内腔和草帽介子的中心孔,与螺母连接;并在托盘芯板四周的U形安装槽内,插装有与芯板上表面平齐的侧卧挡板。当托盘长宽满足国标1200mmX1000mm要求,即构成为国标平托盘。
七是对侧卧挡板高度实施调整或更换为框侧板。将侧卧挡板宽度调整至高出芯板上表面,即构成为带围边的框式托盘,围边增强了托盘的集装防滑性,使得托盘载货不会因车辆行驶惯性影响而轻易滑出芯板上表面;将侧卧挡板更换为框侧板,即构成为带框侧板的框式托盘,从而实现了本发明可调整托盘高度、具有快速拆装和折叠功能、可满足集装单元化物流作业需要的发明目的。
为实施上述发明的制造方法,提供的一种伸缩托盘的具体结构,主要是设置有可调节安装的角码、腰码、侧卧挡板与框侧板的而构成为各式托盘。所述的角码或腰码,外观呈矩形钣金件状,至少有一折边翘起,底面上制有多只圆孔、条状扁孔和螺孔。所述的侧卧挡板,由长条状的竹胶板条或竹片材制成,安装高度或平齐或高出芯板上平面。
本发明与背景技术相比较具有下述三个明显优点,一是对碳化竹片增设了烤蜡工序处理,增强了托盘使用的耐候性;二是依据托盘承载需要适量插放竹片材,既不无谓增加托盘自重,又避免了竹材的浪费。三是在托盘四周设置有角码和腰码,既对托盘周边提供了保护,又可利用其伸缩安装,调整托盘的规格,提升了托盘的适装范围和集装稳妥性。

图7是本发明欧式托盘结构示意图。图中的50是欧式托盘,是在平托盘40的下方,增加设置有“田”字或“日”字或“川”字形底板51而构成。所述的底板51,外观呈矩形板状,在与T形螺栓41轴线所对应位置,制有草帽介子43的定位孔52,草帽介子43的突起53部分沉入定位孔52内,帽檐(47)部分衬垫在底板51的下方。T形螺栓41穿越中心孔44与螺母45相安装连接,即实现了本发明欧式托盘50的安装。
图8是本发明框式托盘结构示意图。图中的60是框式托盘,是在欧式托盘50的U形安装槽32内,插装有高度高出芯板31上平面的侧卧挡板33,即构成带有围边的框式托盘60,围边增强了托盘的集装防滑性,使得托盘载货不会因车辆行驶惯性影响而轻易滑出芯板上表面;或在槽内插装有框侧板20,下安装舌23与条状扁孔05相安装连接,并在四块框侧板20的外侧,设置有一条长条状的捆扎腰带61,即构成为带框侧板20的框式托盘60,从而实现了本发明可调整托盘高度、具有快速拆装和折叠功能、可满足集装单元化物流作业需要的发明目的。

6.依据权利要求1所述的一种伸缩托盘,其特征在于:是在安装槽内插装有高度高出芯板上平面的侧卧挡板,或在安装槽内插装有框侧板,下安装舌与条状扁孔相安装连接,并在四块框侧板的外侧,设置有一条长条状的捆扎腰带。
