Abstract
本发明公开了一种竹质吸音装饰板材及其制作方法,包括板材本体,所述板材本体从上到下分别为面层、中间层、底层、防火吸音布和吸音棉;包括以下步骤:选材、制片、煮白与热处理、切刨、涂胶、胶拼、胶合、开槽、钻孔、砂光、上漆、防火、增强吸音处理和包装。本发明加工制作简单,通过穿孔充分利用孔壁竹材密布的维管束管腔和胶层缝隙,可以提高孔颈部空气柱与孔壁的摩擦,所穿圆孔也可提高摩擦效果,从而大大提高吸音板的吸音效果,另外保持了竹材原有的质地细腻感,提高了竹材的附加值,具有较好的经济利益和社会效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰材料技术领域,具体是一种竹质吸音装饰板材及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有技术一般是木材作为吸声装饰材料,由于所用的原材料是木材,而木材资源在我国是十分紧缺的,因此大大影响了我国建筑装饰行业的发展。而我国竹材资源丰富,竹子生长周期短,造林一次成功且成材时间短,仅需3-8年。开发竹质吸音装饰板材,解决建筑装饰原材料的危机,实现“以竹代木”,不仅有利于我国建筑装饰业的进一步的发展,提高竹材的利用价值,促进边远山区经济的发展;同时还能够保护森林及生态环境,具有良好的经济、社会和生态效益。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种竹质吸音装饰板材及其制作方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种竹质吸音装饰板材,包括板材本体,所述板材本体从上到下分别为面层、中间层、底层、防火吸音布和吸音棉,所述面层由煮白竹片和咖色竹片以径面为胶合面,通过相间胶拼成有条纹的横向单板材料,所述中间层和底层由煮白竹片以径面为胶合面,拼成天然色的横向单板材料,所述面层和中间层以竹纤维方向相互垂直胶叠,再与底层胶叠,所述底层的竹纤维方向与面层的竹纤维方向一致。
一种竹质吸音装饰板材的制作方法,按照以下步骤进行:
A、选材:选择毛竹竹龄在2-5年,毛竹秆直;
B、制片:将毛竹秆制成的竹片厚度在5-8mm,宽14-20mm,长1000-2500mm;
C、煮白与热处理:将一部分竹片泡在煮白池并加入浓度1%-5%的H2O2一起煮3-10h,煮的水温75-95℃;另一部分竹片进行热处理成咖啡色,热处理的温度为100-105℃,压力为0.3-0.4Mpa,时间为3-4小时;
D、切刨:对煮白或热处理后的竹片的竹青和竹黄刨削干净,厚度的精度保持在±0-0.2mm;
E、涂胶:采用脲醛树脂胶粘剂,施胶量在190-220g/m2,竹片在涂胶后陈化15-20min;
F、胶拼:煮白的竹片与热处理的咖啡色竹片以径面为胶合面,通过相间胶拼成有条纹的横向单板材料,作为吸音板的竹质面层;煮白的竹片以径面为胶合面,拼成天然色的横向单板材料,作为吸音板的竹质中间层和竹质底层;竹质面层和竹质中间层以竹纤维方向相互垂直胶叠,再与竹质底层胶叠,竹质底层竹纤维方向与竹质面层的一致;
G、胶合:对叠加好层板进行热压,温度为80-110℃,正压压力为1.0-1.8MPa,侧压压力为0.5-1.5MPa,时间为5-12min;
H、开槽:对竹质吸音板面层相邻竹条间胶线处对称开槽,槽宽2-4mm,槽深为面板厚度;
I、钻孔:底层表面以底层和中间层竹条间的胶合线的交点为圆心,钻直径约10-16mm的圆孔,孔深为底板和中间层的厚度,孔壁因密布竹材维管束管腔和胶层缝隙,大大提高吸音效果;
J、砂光:对开好孔的竹质吸音板坯用砂光机砂光,使其表面光洁,厚度均匀;
K、上漆:竹质吸音板坯面层辊涂上UV透明漆,漆膜厚0.1-0.3mm,以增强外观装饰;
L、防火:砂光后的竹质吸音板底层表面衬防火吸音布1-3mm,用氧化淀粉胶胶黏,施胶量120-180g/m2;
M、增强吸音处理:竹质吸音板底层表面衬防火吸音布再粘上厚度10-20mm吸音棉,用氧化淀粉胶胶黏,施胶量120-180g/m2;
N、包装:对板材进行检验、分等和修补,然后再按等级包装入库。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该竹质吸音装饰板材,加工制作简单,通过穿孔充分利用孔壁竹材密布的维管束管腔和胶层缝隙,可以提高孔颈部空气柱与孔壁的摩擦,所穿圆孔也可提高摩擦效果,从而大大提高吸音板的吸音效果,另外保持了竹材原有的质地细腻感,提高了竹材的附加值,具有较好的经济利益和社会效益。

请参阅图1~4,本发明实施例中,一种竹质吸音装饰板材,包括板材本体100,所述板材本体100从上到下分别为面层10、中间层20、底层30、防火吸音布60和吸音棉70,所述面层10由煮白竹片1和咖色竹片2以径面为胶合面,通过相间胶拼成有条纹的横向单板材料,所述中间层20和底层30由煮白竹片1以径面为胶合面,拼成天然色的横向单板材料,所述面层10和中间层20以竹纤维方向相互垂直胶叠,再与底层30胶叠,所述底层30的竹纤维方向与面层10的竹纤维方向一致。
上述竹质吸音装饰板材的制作方法,按照以下步骤进行:
A、选材:选择毛竹竹龄在2-5年,毛竹秆直;

Claims (1)
1.一种竹质吸音装饰板材,包括板材本体,其特征在于,所述板材本体从上到下分别为面层、中间层、底层、防火吸音布和吸音棉,所述面层由煮白竹片和咖色竹片以径面为胶合面,通过相间胶拼成有条纹的横向单板材料,所述中间层和底层由煮白竹片以径面为胶合面,拼成天然色的横向单板材料,所述面层和中间层以竹纤维方向相互垂直胶叠,再与底层胶叠,所述底层的竹纤维方向与面层的竹纤维方向一致;
所述竹质吸音装饰板材的制作方法,按照以下步骤进行:
A、选材:选择毛竹竹龄在2-5年,毛竹秆直;
B、制片:将毛竹秆制成的竹片厚度在5-8mm,宽14-20mm,长1000-2500mm;
C、煮白与热处理:将一部分竹片泡在煮白池并加入浓度1%-5%的H2O2一起煮3-10h,煮的水温75-95℃;另一部分竹片进行热处理成咖啡色,热处理的温度为100-105℃,压力为0.3-0.4Mpa,时间为3-4小时;

G、胶合:对叠加好层板进行热压,温度为80-110℃,正压压力为1.0-1.8MPa,侧压压力为0.5-1.5MPa,时间为5-12min;
H、开槽:对竹质吸音装饰板材面层相邻竹条间胶线处对称开槽,槽宽2-4mm,槽深为面板厚度;
