背景技术
电动阀门动作力距比普通阀门大,电动阀门开关动作速度可以调整,结构简单,易维护,可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。而传统的气动阀门动作过程中因气体本身的缓冲特性,不易因卡住而损坏,但必须有气源,且其控制系统也比电动阀门复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供结构简单,泄压效果好的一种阀门泄压阀。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种阀门泄压阀,其特征在于:包括阀体、阀芯、阀座;所述阀体内部为中空结构,所述阀体内部设置有上底座、下底座,所述上底座与下底座之间设置有导向杆,所述下底座两侧设置有下固定板,所述上底座上方设置有上固定板,所述下固定板与上固定板之间设有弹簧,所述上固定板的上方与阀芯连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处在于:由于在阀体内部设置了导向杆,使得上底座在压缩过程中不会出现偏离。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述下固定板顶端设有放置弹簧的台阶。

如图1所示的一种阀门泄压阀,其特征在于:包括阀体1、阀芯2、阀座3;所述阀体1内部为中空结构,所述阀体1内部设置有上底座4、下底座5,所述上底座4与下底座5之间设置有导向杆6,所述下底座5两侧设置有下固定板7,所述上底座4上方设置有上固定板8,所述下固定板7与上固定板8之间设有弹簧9,所述上固定板8的上方与阀芯2连接。
上述下固定板7顶端设有放置弹簧9的台阶。
