本发明涉及电动阀门领域,特别涉及一种腔体放泄阀。
背景技术
电动阀门动作力距比普通阀门大,电动阀门开关动作速度可以调整,结构简单,易维护,可用于控制空气、水、蒸汽、各种腐蚀性介质、泥浆、油品、液态金属和放射性介质等各种类型流体的流动。而传统的气动阀门动作过程中因气体本身的缓冲特性,不易因卡住而损坏,但必须有气源,且其控制系统也比电动阀门复杂。由于腔体内部的堵塞使得经常要拆卸维修,工程量较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供能防止堵塞的一种腔体放泄阀。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种腔体放泄阀,其特征在于:包括电动阀阀体,还包括与电动阀阀体连接的放泄阀;
所述电动阀阀体底部设置有放泄孔;所述放泄阀包括阀芯、阀体、锁紧帽;所述阀体上部插入放泄孔与之配合;所述阀芯上部开有圆口与放泄孔相通,所述阀芯上部顶住圆口所述阀体下部侧面开有放泄口,所述放泄口与阀芯相接触,所述阀芯下部设置有锁紧帽。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处在于: 由于在电动阀的阀体下部设置了放泄阀,使得腔体内部得以疏通;由于锁紧帽的设置,使得阀芯可以上下自如活动。
作为本发明的优选方案,所述放泄口与放泄孔垂直。
作为本发明的进一步优选方案,所述放泄孔内部设有内螺纹,所述阀体上部设有外螺纹。

电动阀阀体1底部设置有放泄孔6;放泄阀2包括阀芯3、阀体4、锁紧帽5;阀体4上部插入放泄孔6与之配合;阀芯3上部开有圆口7与放泄孔6相通,阀芯3上部顶住圆口7,所述阀体4下部侧面开有放泄口8,放泄口8与阀芯3相接触,阀芯3下部设置有锁紧帽5。
上述放泄口8与放泄孔6垂直。
上述放泄孔6内部设有内螺纹,所述阀体4上部设有外螺纹。
