Abstract

本发明提供一种高效低成本纺织浆液及浆纱工艺,解决了纺织过程中开口不清,片段起棉球,渗透效果差等问题,并且增强了对纱线的披覆能力,增加了浆膜的柔韧度以及提高了浆膜的耐磨性和纱线的强度,极大地提高了产品的可织率,成本较低,易于推广。

一种高效低成本纺织浆液及其浆纱工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织技术领域,特别是涉及一种高效低成本纺织浆液及其浆纱工艺。
背景技术
关于使用PVA上浆,近年存在很多争议,但中国国内目前仍然超过95%的浆纱企业选择使用PVA进行上浆。PVA的使用在化纤织物上浆方面具有特别优异的效果,在高支高密织物以及纯化纤、混纺织物上发挥着极其重要的作用。PVA具有良好的上浆性能,对各种纤维都有较好的粘附性能,特别是在对于高支高密高难度纺织品种的上浆方面,目前仍旧少不了PVA浆料,目前取代PVA的技术在这方面并未取得突破性的进展。
浆纱生产中常用的柔软平滑剂有蜡片,蜡片通常是将石蜡经乳化处理而制成,但有时会因乳化不良而产生退浆不干净的问题,引起纤维拒染,造成色花和色差等染色疵点。
目前,在传统浆纱工艺中,都普遍存在不同程度的织造难的问题,如开口不清,片段起棉球,渗透效果差的现象等,影响了生产效率及纺织质量。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现状,提供一种高效低成本纺织浆液及浆纱工艺,解决了纺织过程中开口不清,片段起棉球,渗透效果差等问题,并且增强了对纱线的披覆能力,增加了浆膜的柔韧度以及提高了浆膜的耐磨性和纱线的强度,极大地提高了产品的可织率,成本较低,易于推广。
为实现本发明目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
本发明提供了一种高效低成本纺织浆液,其特征在于:按重量份数计,包括以下组分:PVA(聚乙烯醇):37~38份,变性淀粉:74~76份。
进一步地,所述一种高效低成本纺织浆液组分中,还包括松香酸聚氧乙烯酯:1~2份,纳米二氧化硅:0.4~0.8份。
进一步地,所述松香酸聚氧乙烯酯与纳米二氧化硅重量比为5:2。
进一步地,所述一种高效低成本纺织浆液组分中,还包括蜡片:0.8~1.2份。
进一步地,所述一种高效低成本纺织浆液组分中,PVA与变性淀粉重量比为1:2。
进一步地,所述一种高效低成本纺织浆液,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:PVA(聚乙烯醇):37.5份,变性淀粉:75份,蜡片:1份,松香酸聚氧乙烯酯:1.5份,纳米二氧化硅:0.6份。
本发明还提供了一种利用上述高效低成本纺织浆液的浆纱工艺,其特征在于:在浆料加温过程中,浆锅温度为95~98℃,熟浆高度为90~92cm;在高压上浆过程中,第二压浆辊压力在为22~24KN。
传统浆纱工艺中,因为传统浆液配方搅拌加温后,含固量过高,形成流动性差,不易渗透,最终浆出的纱只在表面上浆,不利于织造。采用本发明所提供的浆液配方及其浆纱工艺,可以有效的降低含固量,改善浆液的流动性和渗透力,保证上浆过程中达到里外上浆的效果。
目前浆纱生产中常用的柔软平滑剂有蜡片,蜡片通常是将石蜡经乳化处理而制成,但有时会因乳化不良而产生退浆不干净的问题,引起纤维拒染,造成色花和色差等染色疵点。
本发明采用松香酸聚氧乙烯酯,纳米二氧化硅组合,具有一定表面活性,能够起到平滑和柔软等作用,对变性淀粉与棉纤维的粘附性能优于传统浆液配方。松香酸聚氧乙烯酯的加入对变性淀粉有一定的增稠作用,因为变性淀粉与表面活性剂分子间有强烈的相互作用。同时随着聚氧乙烯基团的带来的活性作用,浆液的亲水性增强,极性增加,加大了松香酸聚氧乙烯酯、变性淀粉胶结层和纤维之间相互作用。
但松香酸聚氧乙烯酯一定程度上会降低浆膜的断裂强度和断裂伸长率,而蜡片还会使得浆膜的耐磨性明显下降,因此通过提高PVA含量,弥补了这一缺点。
本发明通过调整浆纱配方,浆液含固量,压浆辊压力,使浆纱工艺各参数有机配合,科学合理,从而达到很好的浆纱效果,满足布机织造要求。
本发明仍旧使用了PVA上浆,不利于环保,但目前并没有能完全取代PVA的浆料问世,仍旧是亟待解决的问题。
本发明的有益效果表现在:
一、本发明极大地提高了纺织产品的可织性,并且成本低,方法简单易行,利于推广。
二、本发明改善了浆液的流动性及渗透力,提高了上浆效果。
三、本发明增强了对纱线的披覆能力,增加了浆膜的柔韧度以及提高了浆膜的耐磨性和纱线的强度。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明一种高效低成本纺织浆液及其浆纱工艺进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
实施例1:
本发明一种高效低成本纺织浆液及其浆纱工艺,包括以下组分:
PVA(聚乙烯醇):37.5Kg;
变性淀粉:75Kg;
蜡片:1Kg。
一种利用上述高效低成本纺织浆液的浆纱工艺,其步骤包括:
a.调浆:将上述浆液组分进行投料、混合搅拌,加温至95℃,熟浆高度控制在90cm;
b.上浆:按照“两高一低”上浆工艺进行上浆,第二压浆辊压力设为22KN。
实施例2
PVA(聚乙烯醇):37.5Kg;
变性淀粉:75Kg;
蜡片:1Kg;
松香酸聚氧乙烯酯:1.5份;
纳米二氧化硅:0.6份。
a.调浆:将上述浆液组分进行投料、混合搅拌,加温至97℃,熟浆高度控制在91cm;
b.上浆:按照“两高一低”上浆工艺进行上浆,第二压浆辊压力设为23KN。
实施例3
PVA(聚乙烯醇):37Kg;
变性淀粉:74Kg;
蜡片:0.8Kg;
松香酸聚氧乙烯酯:1份;
纳米二氧化硅:0.4份。
a.调浆:将上述浆液组分进行投料、混合搅拌,加温至98℃,熟浆高度控制在92cm;
b.上浆:按照“两高一低”上浆工艺进行上浆,第二压浆辊压力设为24KN。
实施例4
PVA(聚乙烯醇):38Kg;
变性淀粉:76Kg;
蜡片:1.2Kg;
松香酸聚氧乙烯酯:2份;
纳米二氧化硅:0.8份。
a.调浆:将上述浆液组分进行投料、混合搅拌,加温至98℃,熟浆高度控制在91cm;
b.上浆:按照“两高一低”上浆工艺进行上浆,第二压浆辊压力设为23KN。

1.一种高效低成本纺织浆液,其特征在于:按重量份数计,包括以下组分:PVA(聚乙烯醇):37~38份,变性淀粉:74~76份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效低成本纺织浆液,其特征在于:所述一种高效低成本纺织浆液组分中,还包括松香酸聚氧乙烯酯:1~2份,纳米二氧化硅:0.4~0.8份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高效低成本纺织浆液,其特征在于:所述松香酸聚氧乙烯酯与纳米二氧化硅重量比为5:2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效低成本纺织浆液,其特征在于:所述一种高效低成本纺织浆液组分中,还包括蜡片:0.8~1.2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效低成本纺织浆液,其特征在于:所述一种高效低成本纺织浆液组分中,PVA与变性淀粉重量比为1:2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效低成本纺织浆液,其特征在于:所述一种高效低成本纺织浆液,按重量份数计,包括以下组分:PVA(聚乙烯醇):37.5份,变性淀粉:75份,蜡片:1份,松香酸聚氧乙烯酯:1.5份,纳米二氧化硅:0.6份。
7.一种利用上述高效低成本纺织浆液的浆纱工艺,其特征在于:在浆料加温过程中,浆锅温度为95~98℃,熟浆高度为90~92cm;在高压上浆过程中,第二压浆辊压力在为22~24KN。
