本发明涉及一种40支全棉纱专用环保浆料生产工艺,先投547‑613Kg的水于高压调浆桶中,并升高温度至43‑49℃;加入FLOLINESIZEP和淀粉,升温至75±2℃,依次加入丙烯酸和FLOSIZEPA760H,再加入蜡和增效剂,升温至100℃闷浆55‑65分钟;再加入无机纳米颗粒、三乙醇胺、乙醇、高岭土进行超声分散,分散功率为500‑1000W,分散时间为20‑30分钟;混合,500‑1000转/分钟,搅拌20‑30分钟;降低温度至30‑40℃,加入甘油5‑7份、二甲基硅油1‑3份、β‑葡聚糖3‑5份,500‑1000转/分钟,搅拌20‑30分钟;关停搅拌,得到配制好的环保棉纱浆料。本发明的优点在于:浆料制造工艺简单易操作,原料价格低廉易获得,且粘度稳定,可完全糊化。

背景技术
高支纯棉色纱是近几十年来纺织产品发展的方向,纯棉高支色纱面料是现代高雅与昂贵服装的基础,随着世界纺纱历史的变迁,纺织机械的推陈出新,高科技手段和纳米技术在纺织领域的应用,人们不再把精梳100S和所生产的织物当成稀世之宝,更高目标与方向是将纯棉高支纱向180S及以上推进,以此带来纺织技术的革新和发展,逐步改变人们对时尚潮流滞留的旧观念,引导并激发人们去思考特高支色纱(180S以上纱支)的开发生产以及特高支色纱织物组织的生产发展。
纱线上浆是纺织工程的关键环节,浆纱的主要目的是提高纱线的耐磨性,目前高效纺织浆料主要分为淀粉类、聚乙烯醇类、聚丙烯酸三大类浆料,在国内外占据重要地位。但是目前也存在一些问题,比如:聚乙烯醇浆料不能降解,已经引起严重的环境问题,正在被逐渐取代,传统的聚丙烯浆料再粘性严重,造成分绞困难,而淀粉类浆料粘度波动大,糊化性能差。所以急需要开发一种环保,价格低廉,可生物降解的浆料,来满足浆料市场的需求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种40支全棉纱专用环保浆料生产工艺。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种40支全棉纱专用环保浆料生产工艺,其创新点在于:包括下述步骤:
a)先投547-613Kg的水于高压调浆桶中,并升高温度至43-49℃;
b)加入FLOLINESIZEP和淀粉,升温至75±2℃,依次加入丙烯酸和FLOSIZEPA760H,再加入蜡和增效剂,升温至100℃闷浆55-65分钟;
c)再加入无机纳米颗粒3-5份、三乙醇胺1-3份、乙醇10-20份、高岭土1-3份进行超声分散,分散功率为500-1000W,分散时间为20-30分钟;
d)将步骤c的混合物倒入步骤b的混合物中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
e)降低温度至30-40℃,加入甘油5-7份、二甲基硅油1-3份、β-葡聚糖3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
f)关停搅拌,得到配制好的环保棉纱浆料。
进一步的,所述无机纳米颗粒为表面经过羟基改性的无机纳米颗粒。
进一步的,所述无机纳米颗粒为改性纳米二氧化硅、改性碳酸钙颗粒、改性二氧化钛颗粒中的一种或者一种以上。

本发明的优点在于:本发明浆料具有以下几个优点:完全水融性,容易处理;更高织造效率;优秀的润滑性和不起泡性;易退浆;适用于各种纱线;防霉菌。FL0LINESIZEP是一种用于纱线上浆的低分子聚合物,在低湿度条件下形成具有高强度、高韧性和高粘附能力浆膜,本发明将其与淀粉混合使用,利于织机回潮吸收,纱线柔软,降低织造经停,且添加丙烯酸、FLOSIZEPA760H,并对这四种浆料进行配比,具有良好的成膜性和渗透性,可以全部取代PVA浆料,更加环保。
本发明纱线回潮控制在8.5%,保持纱线弹性,便于织机调整。
FL0LINESIZEP浆料作为一种新型环保浆料,其上浆工艺要求较高。本发明设计了一种新的环保浆料,且公开了一种特定的上浆工艺,主要是浆槽温度、浆液浓度、压浆辊压力和回潮的大小,适合对各类品种上浆。
浆料制造工艺简单易操作,原料价格低廉易获得,且粘度稳定,可完全糊化。织浆料所用各种原料之间相互配伍、协同作用,共同组成性能优异的产品。
具体实施方式
下面的实施例可以使本专业的技术人员更全面地理解本发明,但并不因此将本发明限制在所述的实施例范围之中。
本发明的40支全棉纱专用环保浆料生产工艺通过下述步骤具体实现:
第一步,先投547-613Kg的水于高压调浆桶中,并升高温度至43-49℃。
第二步,加入FLOLINESIZEP和淀粉,升温至75±2℃,依次加入丙烯酸和FLOSIZEPA760H,再加入蜡和增效剂,升温至100℃闷浆55-65分钟。
第三步,再加入无机纳米颗粒3-5份、三乙醇胺1-3份、乙醇10-20份、高岭土1-3份进行超声分散,分散功率为500-1000W,分散时间为20-30分钟。
在上述步骤中,无机纳米颗粒为表面经过羟基改性的无机纳米颗粒;无机纳米颗粒为改性纳米二氧化硅、改性碳酸钙颗粒、改性二氧化钛颗粒中的一种或者一种以上;无机纳米颗粒粒径为5-50nm。
第四步,将步骤三的混合物倒入步骤二的混合物中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟。
第五步,降低温度至30-40℃,加入甘油5-7份、二甲基硅油1-3份、β-葡聚糖3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟。
第六步,关停搅拌,得到配制好的环保棉纱浆料。
本发明浆料具有以下几个优点:完全水融性,容易处理;更高织造效率;优秀的润滑性和不起泡性;易退浆;适用于各种纱线;防霉菌。FL0LINESIZEP是一种用于纱线上浆的低分子聚合物,在低湿度条件下形成具有高强度、高韧性和高粘附能力浆膜,本发明将其与淀粉混合使用,利于织机回潮吸收,纱线柔软,降低织造经停,且添加丙烯酸、FLOSIZEPA760H,并对这四种浆料进行配比,具有良好的成膜性和渗透性,可以全部取代PVA浆料,更加环保。
本发明纱线回潮控制在8.5%,保持纱线弹性,便于织机调整。

Claims (4)
1.一种40支全棉纱专用环保浆料生产工艺,其特征在于:包括下述步骤:
a)先投547-613Kg的水于高压调浆桶中,并升高温度至43-49℃;
b)加入FLOLINESIZEP和淀粉,升温至75±2℃,依次加入丙烯酸和FLOSIZEPA760H,再加入蜡和增效剂,升温至100℃闷浆55-65分钟;
c)再加入无机纳米颗粒3-5份、三乙醇胺1-3份、乙醇10-20份、高岭土1-3份进行超声分散,分散功率为500-1000W,分散时间为20-30分钟;
d)将步骤c的混合物倒入步骤b的混合物中,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
e)降低温度至30-40℃,加入甘油5-7份、二甲基硅油1-3份、β-葡聚糖3-5份,500-1000转/分钟,搅拌20-30分钟;
f)关停搅拌,得到配制好的环保棉纱浆料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的40支全棉纱专用环保浆料生产工艺,其特征在于:所述无机纳米颗粒为表面经过羟基改性的无机纳米颗粒。
3.根据权利要求1所述的40支全棉纱专用环保浆料生产工艺,其特征在于:所述无机纳米颗粒为改性纳米二氧化硅、改性碳酸钙颗粒、改性二氧化钛颗粒中的一种或者一种以上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的40支全棉纱专用环保浆料生产工艺,其特征在于:所述无机纳米颗粒粒径为5-50nm。
