技术领域
本发明涉及一种带断路标识的灭弧熔断器,属于电器设备技术领域。
背景技术
熔断器俗称“保险丝”,就是在电路中连接一段低熔点的金属丝或金属片,既是优良导体也是过热熔断的脆弱环节,在过负荷时通过热熔效应切断故障电流, 实现对用电器的自动保护。
目前,现有的熔断器在断路时会产生电弧对壳体和端口带来高温的危害,同时,电弧的产生及熔片熔断速度慢都会增加断路的时间,这样会给整个电路中负载或其它电器带来危害,以上问题是本领域技术人员急待解决的。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种带断路标识的灭弧熔断器。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种带断路标识的灭弧熔断器,包括:管帽、管体、熔体,所述管体两端设置有管帽,所述管体内设置有隔板,隔板将管体分割为第一空腔,第二空腔,所述第一空腔内设置有熔体,熔体两端分别设置有第一导电片、第二导电片,所述第一导电片穿过前管帽,所述第二导电片穿过后管帽;所述第二空腔内设置有复位弹簧,复位弹簧一端连接在后管帽内壁,复位弹簧另一端与标识块相连接,所述标识块移动卡接在前管帽上;所述复位弹簧后部连接有熔断丝,熔断丝穿过隔板与第二导电片相连接;所述标识块与复位弹簧连接处连接有熔断丝,熔断丝穿过隔板与第一导电片相连接,所述前管帽上设置有注沙孔,所述第一空腔内设置有灭弧填料。
作为优选方案,所述熔体设置为长条结构,长条结构上下两侧均设置有梯形结构的切角。
作为优选方案,所述标识块表面涂有红色的涂料。
作为优选方案,所述灭弧填料采用石英砂。

有益效果:本发明提供的一种带断路标识的灭弧熔断器,通过改变熔体结构和管体结构,增加标识机构,用于实现快速熔断、灭弧和提示的功能。本设计结构简易,使用方便,工作可靠。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1-3所示,一种带断路标识的灭弧熔断器,包括:管帽1、管体2、熔体3,所述管体2两端设置有管帽1,所述管体2内设置有隔板4,隔板4将管体2分割为第一空腔21,第二空腔22,所述第一空腔21内设置有熔体3,熔体3两端分别设置有第一导电片5、第二导电片6,所述第一导电片5穿过前管帽101,所述第二导电片6穿过后管帽102;所述第二空腔22内设置有复位弹簧7,复位弹簧7一端连接在后管帽102内壁,复位弹簧7另一端与标识块8相连接,所述标识块8移动卡接在前管帽101上;所述复位弹簧7后部连接有熔断丝9,熔断丝9穿过隔板4与第二导电片6相连接;所述标识块8与复位弹簧7连接处连接有熔断丝9,熔断丝9穿过隔板4与第一导电片5相连接,所述前管帽101上设置有注沙孔10,所述第一空腔21内设置有灭弧填料11。
所述熔体3设置为长条结构,长条结构上下两侧均设置有梯形结构的切角12。
所述标识块8表面涂有红色的涂料。
所述灭弧填料11采用石英砂。
所述管体2采用陶瓷材质。
所述熔断丝9采用细康铜丝。
实施例1:
使用时,通过注沙孔向第一空腔内注入石英砂,当熔体熔断后石英砂起到灭弧的作用。由于熔体上设置有切角,改变了熔体连接宽体,在不改变熔体材质的情况下,缩短熔断的时间。
第二空腔内设置有被压缩的复位弹簧,复位弹簧两端通过细康铜丝分别与第一导电片、第二导电片相导通,且前端的细康铜丝还与标识块相连接,用于拉住标识块。细康铜丝加复位弹簧电阻值要稍大于熔体的电阻值,当熔体被大电流熔断后,电流就只通过细康铜丝加复位弹簧的回路,此时细康铜丝更易熔断,标识块在失去细康铜丝牵引力后,复位弹簧工作,将红色的标识块弹出,用于警示熔断器已经失效,需要更换维修了。

1.一种带断路标识的灭弧熔断器,包括:管帽、管体、熔体,其特征在于:所述管体两端设置有管帽,所述管体内设置有隔板,隔板将管体分割为第一空腔,第二空腔,所述第一空腔内设置有熔体,熔体两端分别设置有第一导电片、第二导电片,所述第一导电片穿过前管帽,所述第二导电片穿过后管帽;所述第二空腔内设置有复位弹簧,复位弹簧一端连接在后管帽内壁,复位弹簧另一端与标识块相连接,所述标识块移动卡接在前管帽上;所述复位弹簧后部连接有熔断丝,熔断丝穿过隔板与第二导电片相连接;所述标识块与复位弹簧连接处连接有熔断丝,熔断丝穿过隔板与第一导电片相连接,所述前管帽上设置有注沙孔,所述第一空腔内设置有灭弧填料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种带断路标识的灭弧熔断器,其特征在于:所述熔体设置为长条结构,长条结构上下两侧均设置有梯形结构的切角。
