本发明公开了一种保温管发泡剂填充的辅助工装,包括支腿,支腿上端设有下支板,下支板下端面分别固定有转轴座、传动座和电机,传动座和转轴座内设有转轴,转轴两端设有锥齿轮一,下支板上端面设有两个转动座,转动座两端设有固定座,转动座内设有转杆,转杆穿过下支板且下端设有与锥齿轮一啮合的锥齿轮二,转杆上端设有凸轮,凸轮外部套有方形框,方形框两端设有滑杆,滑杆的一端设有侧支杆,侧支杆上端设有上支板,上支板两端设有多个管道座,管道座上端设有连杆一,连杆一上设有横向的连杆二,连杆二上设有螺纹连接的压杆,本装置通过在管道进行填充发泡剂的同时进行左右晃动,使发泡剂填充更加致密充实,提高保温管的保温效果。

一种保温管发泡剂填充的辅助工装
技术领域
本发明涉及保温管领域,特别涉及一种保温管发泡剂填充的辅助工装。
背景技术
聚氨酯保温管是利用高压发泡机在PP-R管与外护层之间形成的空腔中一次性注入硬质聚氨酯泡沫塑料原液而成,即俗称的管中管发泡工艺,其作用一是防水,二是保温,三是支撑热网自重,现有的填充工序采用高压发泡机从管道一端直接注入发泡剂,当管道的另一端有发泡剂溢出后则停止注入,然后用堵头分别将管道两端封住即可,常规的填充过程速度快,使得管道内的发泡剂不够充实,部分区域容易产生空隙,产生空隙的地方对管道内液体的保温效果则会降低,本发明即针对上述问题而设计出的能使发泡剂填充均匀并减少空隙的装置。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种保温管发泡剂填充的辅助工装,以解决现有技术中导致的上述多项缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供以下的技术方案:一种保温管发泡剂填充的辅助工装,包括支腿,所述支腿上端设有下支板,所述下支板下端面分别固定有转轴座、传动座和电机,所述传动座和转轴座内设有转轴,所述电机通过传动座与转轴连接,所述转轴两端设有锥齿轮一,所述下支板上端面设有两个转动座,所述转动座两端设有固定座,所述转动座内设有转杆,所述转杆穿过下支板且下端设有与锥齿轮一啮合的锥齿轮二,所述转杆上端设有凸轮,所述凸轮外部套有方形框,所述方形框两端设有滑杆,所述滑杆分别与两端的固定座滑动连接,所述滑杆的一端设有侧支杆,所述侧支杆上端设有上支板,所述上支板两端设有多个管道座,所述管道座上端设有连杆一,所述连杆一上设有横向的连杆二,所述连杆二上设有螺纹连接的压杆。
优选的,所述方形框两端距离略大于凸轮长度,所述方形框前后距离大于两个凸轮长度和。
优选的,所述压杆下端设有橡胶压块。
采用以上技术方案的有益效果是:本发明的一种保温管发泡剂填充的辅助工装,本辅助工装的具体使用方法为:将管道放置在管道座之间,转动压杆使橡胶压块向下压紧管道,将发泡机的填充软管与管道一端连接,启动电机并打开发泡机进行填充作业,电机带动转轴转动,转轴通过锥齿轮一带动锥齿轮二转动,锥齿轮二带动转杆转动,转杆带动凸轮转动,凸轮与方形框两端内壁接触,凸轮转动的过程带动方形框左右往复运动,方形框带动滑杆左右运动,滑杆带动其上方的上支板运动,最终使管道进行左右往复运动,管道左右晃动使得发泡剂产生抖动并均匀的分散开来,分散后的发泡剂更容易填满管道内部,当发泡剂从另一端溢出后关闭电机和发泡机,在管道两端装上相应的封头即可,本装置通过在管道进行填充发泡剂的同时进行左右晃动,使发泡剂填充更加致密充实,提高保温管的保温效果。

下面结合附图详细说明本发明的优选实施方式。
图1-3出示本发明的具体实施方式:一种保温管发泡剂填充的辅助工装,包括支腿1,所述支腿1上端设有下支板2,所述下支板2下端面分别固定有转轴座3、传动座19和电机20,所述传动座19和转轴座3内设有转轴4,所述电机20通过传动座19与转轴4连接,所述转轴4两端设有锥齿轮一18,所述下支板2上端面设有两个转动座8,所述转动座8两端设有固定座5,所述转动座8内设有转杆9,所述转杆9穿过下支板2且下端设有与锥齿轮一18啮合的锥齿轮二21,所述转杆9上端设有凸轮10,所述凸轮10外部套有方形框11,所述方形框11两端设有滑杆6,所述滑杆6分别与两端的固定座5滑动连接,所述滑杆6的一端设有侧支杆7,所述侧支杆7上端设有上支板12,所述上支板12两端设有多个管道座13,所述管道座13上端设有连杆一14,所述连杆一14上设有横向的连杆二16,所述连杆二16上设有螺纹连接的压杆17。
本实施例中,所述方形框11两端距离略大于凸轮10长度,所述方形框11前后距离大于两个凸轮10长度和,使凸轮10转动时只与方形框11两端内壁接触不与前后内壁接触。
本实施例中,所述压杆17下端设有橡胶压块15。
基于上述,本发明结构的一种保温管发泡剂填充的辅助工装,本辅助工装的具体使用方法为:将管道放置在管道座13之间,转动压杆17使橡胶压块15向下压紧管道,将发泡机的填充软管与管道一端连接,启动电机20并打开发泡机进行填充作业,电机20带动转轴4转动,转轴4通过锥齿轮一18带动锥齿轮二21转动,锥齿轮二21带动转杆9转动,转杆9带动凸轮10转动,凸轮10与方形框11两端内壁接触,凸轮10转动的过程带动方形框11左右往复运动,方形框11带动滑杆6左右运动,滑杆6带动其上方的上支板12运动,最终使管道进行左右往复运动,管道左右晃动使得发泡剂产生抖动并均匀的分散开来,分散后的发泡剂更容易填满管道内部,当发泡剂从另一端溢出后关闭电机20和发泡机,在管道两端装上相应的封头即可,本装置通过在管道进行填充发泡剂的同时进行左右晃动,使发泡剂填充更加致密充实,提高保温管的保温效果。

1.一种保温管发泡剂填充的辅助工装,其特征在于:包括支腿,所述支腿上端设有下支板,所述下支板下端面分别固定有转轴座、传动座和电机,所述传动座和转轴座内设有转轴,所述电机通过传动座与转轴连接,所述转轴两端设有锥齿轮一,所述下支板上端面设有两个转动座,所述转动座两端设有固定座,所述转动座内设有转杆,所述转杆穿过下支板且下端设有与锥齿轮一啮合的锥齿轮二,所述转杆上端设有凸轮,所述凸轮外部套有方形框,所述方形框两端设有滑杆,所述滑杆分别与两端的固定座滑动连接,所述滑杆的一端设有侧支杆,所述侧支杆上端设有上支板,所述上支板两端设有多个管道座,所述管道座上端设有连杆一,所述连杆一上设有横向的连杆二,所述连杆二上设有螺纹连接的压杆。
