Abstract
The invention provides a composition with long-acting moisturizing effect and application thereof, wherein the effective components of the composition with long-acting moisturizing effect comprise a component A and a component B; the component A is 1, 5-pentanediol, and the component B is at least one of glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol, polyglycerol-10, trehalose, allantoin, erythritol and sodium hyaluronate. According to the invention, 1, 5-pentanediol is matched with at least one of selected glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol, polyglycerol-10, trehalose, allantoin, erythritol and sodium hyaluronate for use, especially the two are matched with a proper dosage to form a specific moisturizing composition, and the matched substances in the moisturizing composition have a synergistic effect with each other, so that the moisturizing effect is more durable. Meanwhile, when the moisturizing composition is applied to a skin care product, the moisturizing effect on the skin is about three times that of a conventional moisturizing agent even in an environment with a humidity of less than 70%.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to a new application of 1, 5-pentanediol.
Background
The 1, 5-pentanediol is a colorless sticky liquid, has bitter taste, is an important chemical intermediate, is widely used for manufacturing products such as polyurethane, polyester, plasticizer, ink-jet ink, coating and spice and the like, can also be used for producing products such as antifreeze, synthetic lubricating oil, cutting oil, special detergent, disperse dye and the like, and has wider application space of downstream products. But it has not been applied to the cosmetic field at present.
The humectant is used as a raw material and is widely applied in the field of cosmetics, the traditional humectant has the action mechanism that moisture is absorbed from dermis and the external environment and is stored in horny layer, the humectant is easily influenced by the surrounding environment of skin, when the relative humidity of the surrounding environment of skin reaches 70%, the moisture is absorbed from the external environment, and when the relative humidity of the environment is too low, the effect of retaining water molecules is reduced, so that the high-efficiency and long-acting moisturizing effect of the product is not ideal.
Therefore, the development of a moisturizing agent with high moisturizing effect and long-lasting moisturizing effect is urgently needed.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on this, the main object of the present invention is to provide a new application of 1, 5-pentanediol.
The purpose of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:

In some embodiments, the component B is allantoin, sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, butylene glycol, and polyglycerol-10, and the weight ratio of the component a to the allantoin, sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, butylene glycol, and polyglycerol-10 is: 0.1 to 0.3, (0.04 to 0.06), (1 to 3), (3 to 5), (1.5 to 3).
In some embodiments, the component B is sodium hyaluronate, butanediol and glycerin, and the weight ratio of the component A to the sodium hyaluronate, butanediol and glycerin is 3 (0.02-0.05): 2-5.

The invention also aims to provide application of the composition with the long-acting moisturizing effect in preparing a skin care product.
It is still another object of the present invention to provide a skin care product comprising the above composition with long-lasting moisturizing effect.
In some of these embodiments, the skin care product is a mask, serum, lotion, or cream.
In some embodiments, the composition with long-lasting moisturizing effect is 1-10% by weight of the skin care product.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
according to the invention, 1, 5-pentanediol is applied to cosmetics as a humectant for the first time, so that a very good moisturizing effect can be achieved. Particularly, 1, 5-pentanediol is matched with at least one of selected glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol, polyglycerol-10, trehalose, allantoin, erythritol and sodium hyaluronate for use, especially the two are matched with a proper amount to form a specific moisturizing combination, and substances matched in the moisturizing combination are mutually synergistic, so that the moisturizing composition can better play a role in shielding skin, has better spreadability, better captures external moisture and can enable the moisturizing effect to be more durable. Meanwhile, when the moisturizing composition is applied to a skin care product, the moisturizing effect on the skin is about three times that of a conventional moisturizing agent even in an environment with a humidity of less than 70%.

As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
The raw materials involved in the invention are commercially available. The percentage adopted by the invention is weight percentage.
Examples 1 to 2
Examples 1-2 provide a composition with long-lasting moisturizing effect and a skin care product (specifically, a mask solution, and the formula shown in the following table) containing the composition.
The composition with the long-acting moisturizing effect of example 1 comprises the effective components of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is 1, 5-pentanediol, the component B is a combination of trehalose, allantoin and sodium hyaluronate, and the weight ratio of the component A to the trehalose, the allantoin and the sodium hyaluronate is 3:0.5:0.3: 0.052.
The composition with the long-acting moisturizing effect of example 2 comprises the effective components of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is 1, 5-pentanediol, the component B is a combination of trehalose, allantoin and sodium hyaluronate, and the weight ratio of the component A to the trehalose, the allantoin and the sodium hyaluronate is 3:0.8:0.5: 0.06.
Examples 3 to 4
Embodiments 3 to 4 provide a composition with a long-acting moisturizing effect and a skin care product (specifically, essence milk, formula shown in table below) containing the composition.
The composition with long-acting moisturizing effect of example 3 comprises the effective components of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is 1, 5-pentanediol, the component B is allantoin, sodium hyaluronate, glycerol, butanediol and polyglycerol-10, and the weight ratio of the component A to the allantoin, the sodium hyaluronate, the glycerol, the butanediol and the polyglycerol-10 is as follows: 3:0.15:0.04:1:3:1.5.
The composition with long-acting moisturizing effect of example 4 comprises the effective components of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is 1, 5-pentanediol, the component B is allantoin, sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, butanediol and polyglycerol-10, and the weight ratio of the component A to the allantoin, the sodium hyaluronate, the glycerin, the butanediol and the polyglycerol-10 is as follows: 3:0.1:0.06:2.0:4.0:1.8.
Examples 5 to 6
Examples 5-6 provide a composition with long-lasting moisturizing effect and a skin care product (specifically an emulsion, formula shown in the following table) containing the composition.
The composition with the long-acting moisturizing effect of example 5 comprises the effective components of a component A and a component B, wherein the component A is 1, 5-pentanediol, the component B is sodium hyaluronate, butanediol and glycerol, and the weight ratio of the component A to the sodium hyaluronate, the butanediol and the glycerol is 3: 0.02: 2: 2.

This example provides the use of 1, 5-pentanediol as a humectant. Performance testing
Step 1, testing the environmental temperature: 20-22 ℃ and humidity of 40-60%, the tested person sits still in a constant temperature and humidity room for 30min, the skin (3CM multiplied by 3CM) at the inner side of the arm is tested, and the moisture of the skin before the sample is used is respectively tested by a Corneometer CM 825 skin moisture test probe and is recorded as m 0.
Step 2, taking an equal amount of water solution samples prepared by different dihydric alcohols, coating the same amount of water solution samples on a test part, waiting for 15 minutes, naturally airing the samples on the skin, and respectively testing the moisture of the skin in 30min, 90min, 150min and 210min, wherein the moisture is recorded as mn, and n is 30min to 210 min;
and 3, calculating the skin moisture variation quantity, wherein the skin moisture content variation delta n is mn-m 0.
When the performance test is carried out, the mask liquid prepared by singly using the component A and the component B is used as blank control, and the result shows that the moisture content changes greatly in 210min, so that long-acting moisture retention cannot be realized.
In conclusion, the 1, 5-pentanediol selected by the invention has a better moisturizing effect. Particularly, 1, 5-pentanediol is matched with at least one of selected glycerol, propylene glycol, butanediol, polyglycerol-10, trehalose, allantoin, erythritol and sodium hyaluronate for use, particularly the two are matched with a proper dosage to form a specific moisturizing combination, and the matched substances in the moisturizing combination have a synergistic effect with each other, so that the moisturizing composition can better play a role in shielding skin, has better spreadability, better captures external moisture and can enable the moisturizing effect to be more durable. Meanwhile, when the moisturizing composition is applied to a skin care product, the moisturizing effect on the skin is about three times that of a conventional moisturizing agent even in an environment with a humidity of less than 70%.

5. The skin care product of claim 3, wherein the skin care product is a serum, and the composition with long-lasting moisturizing effect is 1-10% by weight of the skin care product.
6. The skin care product of claim 3, wherein the skin care product is an emulsion and the composition having long-lasting moisturizing effect is present in the skin care product in an amount of 1-10% by weight.
7. The skin care product of claim 3, wherein the skin care product is a cream and the composition having long-lasting moisturizing effect is present in the skin care product in an amount of 1-10% by weight.
