本发明提一种补钙保健食品及其制备方法,包括由以下重量份数的组分组成:精制牦牛骨粉55‑58份,活性钙18‑20份,淫羊藿提取物10‑13份,大豆提取物8‑11份,小茴香提取物2‑5份。本发明提供的补钙保健食品及其制备方法,将原料制成颗粒状填充于胶囊中,降低了原料吸湿性对胶囊的影响,同时可防止胶囊融化后,原料局部给药量大而导致不利于吸收,且采用在常温下灭菌处理,灭菌过程温度变化小,不会破坏补钙保健食品的有效成分。

一种补钙保健食品及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及医药技术领域,尤其涉及一种补钙保健食品及其制备方法。
背景技术
据营养学会1992年调查,我国居民平均每日钙的摄入量为405.4mg,城市居民为457.9mg,农村居民为378.2mg,分别占我国营养学会推荐量(RDA)的49.2%、53.3%、47.1%,这种低钙营养状况给国人健康带来严重危机,因此发明一种适合大众人群服用的补钙保健食品是现阶段人们日常生活保健的必然趋势。
公开号为CN102048171A的中国发明专利申请文件提供了一种具有补钙功效的保健食品及其制备方法,所述的配方有以下组分:牦牛骨粉、大豆提取物、虫草菌丝粉、淫羊藿提取物、活性钙、小茴香;将上述原料混合均匀,研细过筛干燥后制成胶囊即得,用该方法制得的胶囊填充物为粉末,而粉末吸湿性强,对胶囊产生影响,影响了食品质量,且胶囊融化后粉末直接作用,局部给药量大,不利于吸收,该方法制得的保健食品无灭菌过程,保健食品中可能含有不利于人体的细菌真菌。
有鉴于此,有必要对现有技术中的补钙保健食品及其制备方法予以改进,以解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的一在于公开一种补钙保健食品,用以将原料制成颗粒状填充于胶囊中,降低原料吸湿性对胶囊的影响,同时可防止胶囊融化后,原料局部给药量大而导致不利于吸收,且采用在常温下灭菌处理,灭菌过程温度变化小,不会破坏补钙保健食品的有效成分。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种补钙保健食品,包括由以下重量份数的组分组成:精制牦牛骨粉55-58份,活性钙18-20份,淫羊藿提取物10-13份,大豆提取物8-11份,小茴香提取物2-5份。
在一些实施方式中,包括由以下重量份数的组分组成:精制牦牛骨粉55份,活性钙18份,淫羊藿提取物10份,大豆提取物8份,小茴香提取物2份。
在一些实施方式中,包括由以下重量份数的组分组成:精制牦牛骨粉57.15份,活性钙19.05份,淫羊藿提取物11.90份,大豆提取物9.52份,小茴香提取物2.38份。
在一些实施方式中,包括由以下重量份数的组分组成:精制牦牛骨粉58份,活性钙20份,淫羊藿提取物13份,大豆提取物11份,小茴香提取物5份。

在一些实施方式中,所述精制牦牛骨粉在进行干混前,预先进行超微粉碎。
在一些实施方式中,制粒所得颗粒直径为0.5mm-1.5mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明提供的补钙保健食品及其制备方法,将原料制成颗粒状填充于胶囊中,降低了原料吸湿性对胶囊的影响,同时可防止胶囊融化后,原料局部给药量大而导致不利于吸收,且采用在常温下灭菌处理,灭菌过程温度变化小,不会破坏补钙保健食品的有效成分。

步骤一:按量称取各种组分,备用;
步骤二:将上述各组分干混10min,制粒,干燥,干燥时间为18min,干燥温度为65℃;制粒所得颗粒直径为1mm;
步骤三:填充胶囊;
步骤四:1-10KGY60Co辐照灭菌5小时,包装。
所述精制牦牛骨粉在进行干混前,预先进行超微粉碎。
实施例三:
本实施例提供了一种补钙保健食品,包括由以下重量份数的组分组成:精制牦牛骨粉58份,活性钙20份,淫羊藿提取物13份,大豆提取物11份,小茴香提取物5份。
本实施例提供了一种补钙保健食品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:按量称取各种组分,备用;
步骤二:将上述各组分干混15min,制粒,干燥,干燥时间为20min,干燥温度为70℃;制粒所得颗粒直径为1.5mm;
步骤三:填充胶囊;
步骤四:1-10KGY60Co辐照灭菌6小时,包装。
所述精制牦牛骨粉在进行干混前,预先进行超微粉碎。

步骤一:按量称取各种组分,备用;
步骤二:将上述各组分干混5min-15min,制粒,干燥,干燥时间为15min-20min,干燥温度为60℃-70℃;
步骤三:填充胶囊;
步骤四:1-10KGY60Co辐照灭菌4-6小时,包装。
