背景技术
渔网通是捕鱼专用的机构材料,99%以上用合成纤维加工而成,主要由尼龙6或改性尼龙的单丝、复丝或复单丝,也可以用聚乙烯、聚酯、聚偏氯乙烯等纤维,要求有高透明度(部分尼龙网)和强度,好的耐冲击性、耐磨性、网目尺寸稳定性和柔软性,适当的断裂伸长率(22-25%),由单丝、复丝捻线(有结网)或单丝经编织(无结网)、一次热处理(固定结节)、染色和二次热处理(固定网目尺寸)加工而成,在渔网长时间使用后,在其表面会累积大量的污垢层,这样在捕鱼使其中的腥气会影响成鱼上网,对渔网也有严重的腐蚀,从而形成渔网的破损,现有技术中有专门用于渔网去腥涂胶的装置,在使用时,由前清洗轮进行清洗后,进入浸胶池进行浸胶,在清洗和浸胶过程中由于发热管加热,产生的水蒸气和油烟气通过排风机排出,吹风冷却完成;虽然该装置在一定程度上能对渔网起到清洗作用,但是渔网表面的附着的很多污迹很难用热水直接清洗掉,因此,需要研究对渔网去腥去污的清洗液。

作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述生姜精油的制备方法为:将新鲜生姜洗净后破碎匀浆,得到生姜浆固含量为42-46%;将互米花草在质量浓度为20%的乙醇溶液中,互米花草与乙醇溶液的质量比为6-10:100,在100℃的条件下保持12-18分钟,然后过滤,所得滤液经蒸馏、静置,得到提取液;将生姜浆和提取液以重量比4-6:1混合,得到混合浆在避光条件下静置1-2小时;将静置后的混合浆进行抽滤、分离出滤液与残渣;按混合浆滤液与石油醚的料液比为1:3g/ml的量加入石油醚,在30℃的水浴中萃取3h,之后分离出水层和油层,将油层在50-60℃下进行蒸馏,即得。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述脱水酶为柠檬酸脱水酶和磷酸葡萄糖脱水酶以任意比例混合。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述消泡剂由甘油三羟基聚醚和磷酸三丁酯以重量比4-6:1混合得到。
作为对上述方案的进一步改进,所述清洗剂在使用时的温度为55-60℃。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:本发明中清洗剂不包括有机溶剂,环保安全,在55-60℃的使用条件下,复合酶具有较好的活性,与生姜精油配合,能有效降解醛、酮、含硫化合物等大分子,纳米碳酸钙、竹醋粉、羧甲基壳聚糖对小分子物质有吸附或结合作用,乙醇的适当蒸发,能带走部分气味分子,十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱与羧甲基壳聚糖协调作用,能保护渔网不被腐蚀,在清洗后进行浸胶,保证渔网的力学性能,增强清洁效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种渔网去腥清洗剂,包括以下重量份的原料:氯化钠15份、纳米碳酸钙5份、竹醋粉8份、羧甲基壳聚糖4份、生姜精油0.3份、消泡剂1.2份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱3份、复合酶5份、乙醇15份、水900份;
所述复合酶由脱水酶和中温α-淀粉酶以重量比6:1混合得到。
其中,所述纳米碳酸钙的粒径为20-80nm;所述竹醋粉由竹醋液喷雾干燥得到,所述竹醋粉的pH值为2.7,溶解焦油含量小于0.05%,汞含量小于0.1ppm,铅含量小于0.6ppm,砷含量小于0.1ppm,醋酸含量大于12%,醛类含量大于3%,醇类含量大于2%,脂类含量大于1%;所述十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱的pH值为6.8,固含量为38%,其中氯化钠含量小于等于4%。
其中,所述生姜精油的制备方法为:将新鲜生姜洗净后破碎匀浆,得到生姜浆固含量为44%;将互米花草在质量浓度为20%的乙醇溶液中,互米花草与乙醇溶液的质量比为8:100,在100℃的条件下保持15分钟,然后过滤,所得滤液经蒸馏、静置,得到提取液;将生姜浆和提取液以重量比5:1混合,得到混合浆在避光条件下静置1.5小时;将静置后的混合浆进行抽滤、分离出滤液与残渣;按混合浆滤液与石油醚的料液比为1:3g/ml的量加入石油醚,在30℃的水浴中萃取3h,之后分离出水层和油层,将油层在55℃下进行蒸馏,即得。
其中,所述脱水酶为柠檬酸脱水酶和磷酸葡萄糖脱水酶以重量比2:1混合;所述消泡剂由甘油三羟基聚醚和磷酸三丁酯以重量比5:1混合得到。
实施例2
一种渔网去腥清洗剂,包括以下重量份的原料:氯化钠14份、纳米碳酸钙8份、竹醋粉6份、羧甲基壳聚糖2份、生姜精油0.2份、消泡剂1.6份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱2份、复合酶6份、乙醇20份、水1000份;
所述复合酶由脱水酶和中温α-淀粉酶以重量比6:1混合得到。
其中,所述纳米碳酸钙的粒径为20-80nm;所述竹醋粉由竹醋液喷雾干燥得到,所述竹醋粉的pH值为2.8,溶解焦油含量小于0.05%,汞含量小于0.1ppm,铅含量小于0.6ppm,砷含量小于0.1ppm,醋酸含量大于12%,醛类含量大于3%,醇类含量大于2%,脂类含量大于1%;所述十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱的pH值为7.2,固含量为40%,其中氯化钠含量小于等于4%。
其中,所述生姜精油的制备方法为:将新鲜生姜洗净后破碎匀浆,得到生姜浆固含量为42%;将互米花草在质量浓度为20%的乙醇溶液中,互米花草与乙醇溶液的质量比为10:100,在100℃的条件下保持18分钟,然后过滤,所得滤液经蒸馏、静置,得到提取液;将生姜浆和提取液以重量比4:1混合,得到混合浆在避光条件下静置1小时;将静置后的混合浆进行抽滤、分离出滤液与残渣;按混合浆滤液与石油醚的料液比为1:3g/ml的量加入石油醚,在30℃的水浴中萃取3h,之后分离出水层和油层,将油层在60℃下进行蒸馏,即得。
其中,所述脱水酶为柠檬酸脱水酶和磷酸葡萄糖脱水酶以重量比3:2混合;所述消泡剂由甘油三羟基聚醚和磷酸三丁酯以重量比4:1混合得到。
实施例3
一种渔网去腥清洗剂,包括以下重量份的原料:氯化钠16份、纳米碳酸钙3份、竹醋粉10份、羧甲基壳聚糖6份、生姜精油0.4份、消泡剂0.8份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱4份、复合酶4份、乙醇10份、水800份;
所述复合酶由脱水酶和中温α-淀粉酶以重量比6:1混合得到。

设置实验,以巢湖市渔网生产厂商制备的聚酰胺渔网线作为实验基材,根据GB/T21032-2007《聚酰胺单丝》中规定的1mm的聚酰胺渔网线的断裂强度为395MPa,单线结断裂强度为220MPa,参照国家标准GB/T5370-2007进行挂网,在连云港水产研究所海上实验基地,渔网浸泡深度为1.5m,浸泡时间为一周,选取生物附着率为75-80%的渔网,用申请号为2017112931690中提供的用于渔网去腥涂胶装置进行清洗,清洗时间为15分钟,对照组中清洗部分用温度为58℃的热水由前清洗轮进行清洗,实验组中将热水分别替换成实施例1-3中提供的清洗剂,在清洗完成后浸胶前,再次检测污染面积,聚酰胺渔网线的力学性能,并对其气味进行评测;

通过表1中数据可以看出,本发明中相比对照组,清洁程度大大提高,同时力学性能保持较好,清洗效果明显,易于推广。
Claims (8)
1.一种渔网去腥清洗剂,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:氯化钠14-16份、纳米碳酸钙3-8份、竹醋粉6-10份、羧甲基壳聚糖2-6份、生姜精油0.2-0.4份、消泡剂0.8-1.6份、十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱2-4份、复合酶4-6份、乙醇10-20份、水800-1000份;
所述复合酶由脱水酶和中温α-淀粉酶以重量比6:1混合得到。
2.如权利要求1所述一种渔网去腥清洗剂,其特征在于,所述纳米碳酸钙的粒径为20-80nm。
3.如权利要求1所述一种渔网去腥清洗剂,其特征在于,所述竹醋粉由竹醋液喷雾干燥得到,所述竹醋粉的pH值为2.6-2.8,溶解焦油含量小于0.05%,汞含量小于0.1ppm,铅含量小于0.6ppm,砷含量小于0.1ppm,醋酸含量大于12%,醛类含量大于3%,醇类含量大于2%,脂类含量大于1%。
4.如权利要求1所述一种渔网去腥清洗剂,其特征在于,所述十二烷基二甲基甜菜碱的pH值为6.4-7.2,固含量为36-40%,其中氯化钠含量小于等于4%。
5.如权利要求1所述一种渔网去腥清洗剂,其特征在于,所述生姜精油的制备方法为:将新鲜生姜洗净后破碎匀浆,得到生姜浆固含量为42-46%;将互米花草在质量浓度为20%的乙醇溶液中,互米花草与乙醇溶液的质量比为6-10:100,在100℃的条件下保持12-18分钟,然后过滤,所得滤液经蒸馏、静置,得到提取液;将生姜浆和提取液以重量比4-6:1混合,得到混合浆在避光条件下静置1-2小时;将静置后的混合浆进行抽滤、分离出滤液与残渣;按混合浆滤液与石油醚的料液比为1:3g/ml的量加入石油醚,在30℃的水浴中萃取3h,之后分离出水层和油层,将油层在50-60℃下进行蒸馏,即得。

7.如权利要求1所述一种渔网去腥清洗剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂由甘油三羟基聚醚和磷酸三丁酯以重量比4-6:1混合得到。
8.如权利要求1所述一种渔网去腥清洗剂,其特征在于,所述清洗剂在使用时的温度为55-60℃。
