Abstract
本发明提供了一种机器人PCB电路板用高效清洗液,包括重量份原料:无水乙醇30‑45份、二氯甲烷5‑10份、异丙醇30‑45份、乙酰丙酮2‑3份、1,4‑丁二醇7‑10份、山梨糖醇酐三油酸酯2‑3份、N,N-双羟乙基十二烷基酰胺1‑2份。与现有技术相比,本发明提供给的清洗液,对油污具有优异的除去效果,而且,能够起到防腐和防静电的作用。

技术领域
本发明属于机器人电路板清洗领域,具体涉及一种机器人PCB电路板用高效清洗液。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,科技的发展,机器人产也是日新月异,分拣机器人、导航机器人、焊接机器人、搬运机器人、家庭服务机器人、娱乐机器人等等。不同的机器人按照指令出色的完成的不同的任务,均需要强大的电路板。
电路板焊接后表面残留的助焊剂与松香等残留在电路板表面,容易腐蚀电路板,影响其使用。而且,在使用过程中,由于空气、灰尘等侵害,如果不清洗干净,会导致腐蚀等,使电路性能造成严重退化。
因此,为确保机器人使用性能及寿命,提供一种机器人PCB电路板用高效清洗液十分必要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种机器人PCB电路板用高效清洗液,清洗效果优异,而且,能够防电路板腐蚀,防静电,不损伤元器件。
本发明具体技术方案如下:
一种机器人PCB电路板用高效清洗液,包括重量份原料:
优选的,所述机器人PCB电路板用高效清洗液,包括重量份原料:
上述机器人PCB电路板用高效清洗液的制备方法为:
1)将配方量的山梨糖醇酐三油酸酯与异丙醇混合,搅拌混匀,得溶液A;
2)将配方量的N,N-双羟乙基十二烷基酰胺与无水乙醇混合,搅拌混匀,得溶液B;
3)将制备的溶液A、溶液B和配方量的二氯甲烷、乙酰丙酮和1,4-丁二醇混合,搅拌混匀,即得机器人PCB电路板用高效清洗液。
步骤1)中所述搅拌混匀是指在500-800r/min条件下,搅拌20-30min;
步骤2)中所述搅拌混匀是指在600-1000r/min条件下,搅拌10-30min;
步骤3)中所述搅拌混匀是指在300-700r/min条件下,搅拌25-40min。
本发明中,控制无水乙醇、二氯甲烷和异丙醇的用量比,有利于促进油污的溶解和去除,加入的1,4-丁二醇和N,N-双羟乙基十二烷基酰胺还能进一步提高对油污的溶解能力,软化溶解油污。而且干燥速度快。另外,本发明中1,4-丁二醇和乙酰丙酮,具有协同作用,1,4-丁二醇的加入有利于增强乙酰丙酮络合金属离子,而且含丰富的羟基,溶解性好,使络合后的金属离子溶解在清洗剂中,促进金属离子的去除。山梨糖醇酐三油酸酯和N,N-双羟乙基十二烷基酰胺的加入主要起到防腐蚀、抗静电的作用。制备过程中先利用山异丙醇溶解梨糖醇酐三油酸酯,无水乙醇溶解N,N-双羟乙基十二烷基酰胺,再与其他原料混合,控制每一步的混合搅拌速度,使原料混合均匀,发挥协同增效的作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供给的清洗液,对油污具有优异的除去效果,而且,能够起到防腐和防静电的作用。

利用实施例1-2和对比例1-3的清洗液按照相同的方法清洗同样的方法生产的PCB电路板,实施例1-2的清洗液清洗后,电路板干净,表面油污去除干净彻底,孔道尺寸未改变,无腐蚀。利用实施例1清洗剂清洗电路板后一次清洗后通过率达到99.5%,表面油污去除干净,清洁剂溶液电阻率大于2*106Ω.cm,对比例1一次清洗后通过率60.5%,表面油污除去不足。实施例1清洗后的电路板比对比例1清洗后的电路板耐腐蚀性提高15.5%。实施例2一次清洗后通过率达到98.2%,表面油污去除干净,清洁剂溶液电阻率大于2*106Ω.cm,对比例2一次清洗后通过率64%,表面油污除去不足。实施例2清洗后的电路板比对比例2清洗后的电路板耐腐蚀性提高43.8%。对比例3一次清洗通过率51%,实施例1清洗后的电路板比对比例3清洗后的电路板耐腐蚀性提高79.1%,实施例2清洗后的电路板比对比例3清洗后的电路板耐腐蚀性提高71.0%。
清洗后的电路板,相同条件下,实施例1-2比对比例3清洗液清洗后的干燥速度平均快22.1%。

2)将配方量的N,N-双羟乙基十二烷基酰胺与无水乙醇混合,搅拌混匀,得溶液B;
3)将制备的溶液A、溶液B和配方量的二氯甲烷、乙酰丙酮和1,4-丁二醇混合,搅拌混匀,即得机器人PCB电路板用高效清洗液。
4.根据权利要求3所述的机器人PCB电路板用高效清洗液,其特征在于,步骤1)中所述搅拌混匀是指在500-800r/min条件下,搅拌20-30min。
