本发明公开了一种光学镜片清洗剂,涉及清洗剂技术领域,其原料按质量百分比计包括:月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂10‑15%、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺4‑8%、葡萄糖酸钠5‑10%、乙二醇单丁醚5‑10%、乙醇5‑10%、山梨糖醇3‑7%、三乙醇胺5‑10%、碳酸钠3‑6%、消泡剂1‑3%,余量为去离子水。本发明的光学镜片清洗剂,不含硫、苯等有毒及腐蚀性物质,环保,适用于成像元件、光学镜片等玻璃材质的清洗,可有效去除其表面的研磨剂、指纹、油污、粉尘等污渍,去污力强,清洗后不留白斑、不起雾,残留少,对光学玻璃基材无损伤,且该清洗剂热稳定好,长期放置不易分解。

本发明涉及清洗剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种光学镜片清洗剂。
背景技术
光学镜片具有较好的透光率和机械化学性能,是光学器材如照相机、摄像机、投影机、幻灯机、显微镜等的重要组成部分。近几年数码技术飞速发展,给光学镜片的发展提供了一个广阔的空间。光学镜片在生产和使用过程中不可避免的会沾上油污、灰尘、指纹、水湿性污物等,这些污染如不及时彻底清除,会影响其成像、透光率,会使镜片发雾、发霉、直接影响到光学仪器的使用寿命,因此,光学镜片的清洗就显得尤为重要。
市面上现有的光学镜片清洗剂在清洗时存在以下几个缺点:(1)清洗不干净,在清洗后会有残留的斑或者是气雾,无法达到最佳的清洁效果;(2)热稳定性较差,在温度偏高的储存条件下,会发生分解导致清洗剂失效或者易燃;(3)化学安全性较差,清洗剂组分中含有氯化物及低芳香烃等物质,毒性较大;(4)不环保,清洗剂组分中含有卤素成份,因此会破坏臭氧层,不可直接排放。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种光学镜片清洗剂,不含有毒及腐蚀性成分,去污力强,清洗后不留白斑、不起雾。
本发明提出的一种光学镜片清洗剂,其原料按质量百分比计,包括:月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂10-15%、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺4-8%、葡萄糖酸钠5-10%、乙二醇单丁醚5-10%、乙醇5-10%、山梨糖醇3-7%、三乙醇胺5-10%、碳酸钠3-6%、消泡剂1-3%,余量为去离子水。
优选地,所述月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂的制备如下:将月桂醇和催化剂加入到反应釜中,采用氮气置换反应釜中空气3次,升温至135-145℃,加入环氧乙烷,加入过程中保证反应釜内压力恒定,滴加完毕后保持25-35min,然后加入环氧丙烷,加入过程中保持反应釜内压力恒定,滴加完毕后保持25-35min,再加入环氧乙烷,加入过程中保持反应釜内压力恒定,滴加完毕后保持30-40min,停止反应,中和反应体系至中性,出料,即得月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂。
优选地,所述催化剂为氢氧化钾,其用量为月桂醇质量的0.1-0.3%。
优选地,所述月桂醇、环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷的质量比为1:3-4:1-1.5,所述两次环氧乙烷的用量质量比为4-5:3。
优选地,加入环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷过程中保持反应釜内压力为0.3-0.4MPa。
优选地,所述消泡剂为聚氧丙烯甘油醚或聚氧丙烯聚氧乙烯甘油醚。
上述光学镜片清洗剂的制备方法如下:向去离子水中加入月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、葡萄糖酸钠、乙二醇单丁醚、乙醇、山梨糖醇、三乙醇胺、碳酸钠、消泡剂,搅拌溶解,即得。
上述光学镜片清洗剂在使用时,用去离子水稀释10-15倍,然后用于光学镜片的清洗。
有益效果:本发明提出了一种光学镜片清洗剂,不含硫、苯等有毒及腐蚀性物质,环保,其组分中的月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂去污力强、稳定性好,易于生物降解,和椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺配伍,水溶性好,渗透去污,加入的葡萄糖酸钠和山梨糖醇能够螯合水溶液中的金属离子,防止沉淀产生,提高体系的稳定性能,三乙醇胺和碳酸钠配合作用,对油污进行皂化,并对油污进行分散、润湿、渗透,且还能附着在玻璃表面保护基材不受损伤;本发明的清洗剂适用于成像元件、光学镜片等玻璃材质的清洗,可有效去除其表面的研磨剂、指纹、油污、粉尘等污渍,去污力强,清洗后不留白斑、不起雾,残留少。使用时,用去离子水稀释10-15倍后使用,配合浸泡、超声波清洗使用效果更佳,对光学玻璃基材无损伤,且该清洗剂热稳定好,长期放置不易分解。
月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂制备中,在催化剂的作用下,月桂醇在无水和无氧气存在情况下先与环氧乙烷开环聚合反应,再依次与加入的环氧丙烷和环氧乙烷反应,得到EO/PO/EO嵌段聚醚非离子表面活性剂,并控制环氧乙烷二次加入量以及环氧丙烷的加入量,调整分子链中亲水基聚环氧乙烷段和亲油基聚环氧丙烷段的含量,制得的该非离子表面活性剂稳定性高、水溶性好,易于生物降解,且由于亲水亲油基团交错排列,空间相互阻碍,形成大量液膜空隙减弱了液膜强度,形成的泡沫易破裂,具有低泡的性能,且其在水溶液中更易形成胶束,表面张力较大,具有很好的润湿、乳化及去污性能,与其它表面活性剂的配伍性好。

实施例1
本发明提出的一种光学镜片清洗剂,其原料按质量百分比计,包括:月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂10%、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺8%、葡萄糖酸钠5%、乙二醇单丁醚5%、乙醇10%、山梨糖醇3%、三乙醇胺10%、碳酸钠3%、消泡剂3%,余量为去离子水。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种光学镜片清洗剂,其原料按质量百分比计,包括:月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂15%、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺4%、葡萄糖酸钠10%、乙二醇单丁醚10%、乙醇5%、山梨糖醇7%、三乙醇胺5%、碳酸钠6%、消泡剂1%,余量为去离子水。

其中,月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂的制备如下:将月桂醇和氢氧化钾加入到反应釜中,采用氮气置换反应釜中空气3次,升温至145℃,加入环氧乙烷,加入过程中保证反应釜内压力恒定为0.4MPa,滴加完毕后保持35min,然后加入环氧丙烷,加入过程中保持反应釜内压力恒定为0.35MPa,滴加完毕后保持35min,再加入环氧乙烷,加入过程中保持反应釜内压力恒定为0.3MPa,滴加完毕后保持40min,停止反应,中和反应体系至中性,出料,即得月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂;其中,月桂醇、环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷的质量比为1:4:1,两次环氧乙烷的用量质量比为5:3。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种光学镜片清洗剂,其原料按质量百分比计,包括:月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂13%、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺5%、葡萄糖酸钠8%、乙二醇单丁醚8%、乙醇8%、山梨糖醇5%、三乙醇胺7%、碳酸钠4%、聚氧丙烯甘油醚2%,余量为去离子水;
其中,月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂的制备如下:将月桂醇和氢氧化钾加入到反应釜中,采用氮气置换反应釜中空气3次,升温至140℃,加入环氧乙烷,加入过程中保证反应釜内压力恒定为0.35MPa,滴加完毕后保持30min,然后加入环氧丙烷,加入过程中保持反应釜内压力恒定为0.3MPa,滴加完毕后保持25min,再加入环氧乙烷,加入过程中保持反应釜内压力恒定为0.4MPa,滴加完毕后保持40min,停止反应,中和反应体系至中性,出料,即得月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂;其中,月桂醇、环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷的质量比为1:3.4:1.2,两次环氧乙烷的用量质量比为4.5:3。
将本发明实施例3-5制备的光学镜片清洗剂进行去污性能测试。具体操作如下:选择尺寸为30mm×90mm,厚2mm的光学镜片,将其用丙酮清洗后烘干干燥,冷却至室温,称重,计为A,然后将各类混合油污及粉尘涂抹在光学镜片表面,称重,计为A1,然后将制备的清洗剂稀释10倍得清洗液,将光学镜片放入清洗液中,浸泡并超声处理2-3min,清洗温度为40-50℃,然后用去离子水漂洗两遍,烘干干燥,冷却至室温,称重,计为A2,计算其去污力=(A1-A2)/(A1-A)×100%。
本发明实施例3-5中的光学镜片经清洗后,表面均无白斑及白雾产生,水滴在清洗后的光学镜片上能够完全铺展,无收缩,经计算,其去污力均在99%以上,且将上述清洗剂于30℃下放置1个月,去污力基本没有变化。

2.根据权利要求1所述的光学镜片清洗剂,其特征在于,所述月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂的制备如下:将月桂醇和催化剂加入到反应釜中,采用氮气置换反应釜中空气3次,升温至135-145℃,加入环氧乙烷,加入过程中保证反应釜内压力恒定,滴加完毕后保持25-35min,然后加入环氧丙烷,加入过程中保持反应釜内压力恒定,滴加完毕后保持25-35min,再加入环氧乙烷,加入过程中保持反应釜内压力恒定,滴加完毕后保持30-40min,停止反应,中和反应体系至中性,出料,即得月桂醇嵌段聚醚表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的光学镜片清洗剂,其特征在于,所述催化剂为氢氧化钾,其用量为月桂醇质量的0.1-0.3%。
4.根据权利要求2所述的光学镜片清洗剂,其特征在于,所述月桂醇、环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷的质量比为1:3-4:1-1.5,所述两次环氧乙烷的用量质量比为4-5:3。
5.根据权利要求2所述的光学镜片清洗剂,其特征在于,加入环氧乙烷、环氧丙烷过程中保持反应釜内压力为0.3-0.4MPa。
