本发明提供了一种竹炭清洁面膜及其制备方法，该制备方法包括：1）将土豆、芦荟、当归、杏仁、薏仁粉碎，接着置于水中进行自然发酵，然后通过丙酮进行萃取，最后去除丙酮以制得提取物；2）将增稠剂、甘油和水进行初次混合并加热，接着加入聚乙烯醇、火山灰、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯、水杨酸、竹炭、蜂蜜、牛奶、三乙醇胺、香蕉泥和所述提取物进行二次混合，然后抽真空脱气以制得所述紫草祛痘面膜。本发明清洁面膜具有优异的清洁效果，同时工序简单、原料易得。

一种竹炭清洁面膜及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及面膜，具体地，涉及一种竹炭清洁面膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
面膜，是护肤品中的一个类别；其最基本也是最重要的目的是弥补卸妆与洗脸仍然不足的清洁工作，在此基础上配合其它精华成分实现其它的保养功能，例如补水保湿、清洁、抗衰老、平衡油脂等等。其中，清洁面膜的作用是去油以及去除死皮细胞，使肌肤重现幼嫩光滑，白皙透明。
虽然目前市场上存在大量的清洁面膜，但是现有的清洁面膜普遍存在清洁效果不理想的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种竹炭清洁面膜及其制备方法，该清洁面膜具有优异的清洁效果，同时该制备方法具有工序简单和原料易得的优点。
为了实现上述目的，本发明提供了本发明提供了一种竹炭清洁面膜的制备方法，包括：
1）将土豆、芦荟、当归、杏仁、薏仁粉碎，接着置于水中进行自然发酵，然后通过丙酮进行萃取，最后去除丙酮以制得提取物；
2）将增稠剂、甘油和水进行初次混合并加热，接着加入聚乙烯醇、火山灰、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯、水杨酸、竹炭、蜂蜜、牛奶、三乙醇胺、香蕉泥和提取物进行二次混合，然后抽真空脱气以制得紫草祛痘面膜。
本发明还提供了一种竹炭清洁面膜的制备方法，该竹炭清洁面膜通过上述制备方法制备而得。
在上述技术方案中，本发明首先通过土豆、芦荟、当归、杏仁、薏仁的粉碎、自然发酵和萃取得到提取物，接着将提取物应用到其他原料中进而在各原料的共同作用下使得该面膜具有优异的清洁效果。

以下对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是，此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明，并不用于限制本发明。
本发明提供了一种竹炭清洁面的制备方法，包括：
1）将土豆、芦荟、当归、杏仁、薏仁粉碎，接着置于水中进行自然发酵，然后通过丙酮进行萃取，最后去除丙酮以制得提取物；
2）将增稠剂、甘油和水进行初次混合并加热，接着加入聚乙烯醇、火山灰、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯、水杨酸、竹炭、蜂蜜、牛奶、三乙醇胺、香蕉泥和提取物进行二次混合，然后抽真空脱气以制得紫草祛痘面膜。
在上述制备方法的步骤1）中，各物料的用量可以在宽的范围内选择，但是为了进一步提高该面膜的清洁效果，优选地，在步骤1）中，土豆、芦荟、当归、杏仁、薏仁的重量比为10：10-14：5-12：8-12：4-9。
在上述制备方法的自然发酵中，各物料的用量可以在宽的范围内选择，但是为了进一步提高该面膜的清洁效果，优选地，在步骤1）中，在自然发酵中，固液重量比为1：10-15。
在上述制备方法的自然发酵中，发酵条件可以在宽的范围内选择，但是为了进一步提高该面膜的清洁效果，优选地，在步骤1）中，自然发酵满足以下条件：发酵温度为35-45℃，发酵时间为48-72h。
在上述制备方法的萃取中，萃取剂的用量可以在宽的范围内选择，但是为了进一步提高该面膜的清洁效果，优选地，在步骤1）中，萃取中，待萃取物与丙酮之间的体积比为1：2-4。
在上述制备方法的步骤2）中，物料的用量可以在宽的范围内选择，但是为了进一步提高该面膜的清洁效果，优选地，在步骤2）中，聚乙烯醇、火山灰、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯、水杨酸、竹炭、蜂蜜、牛奶、三乙醇胺、香蕉泥、提取物、增稠剂、甘油和水的重量比为40：20-25：1.2-3：1-1.5：4-8：0.5-1.8：6-8：0.5-0.8：10-13：15-20：1-3：15-22：60-80。
在上述制备方法的步骤2）中，加热条件可以在宽的范围内选择，但是为了进一步提高该面膜的清洁效果，优选地，在步骤2）中，加热的温度为80-90℃。
在上述制备方法的步骤2）中，混合的条件可以在宽的范围内选择，但是为了进一步提高该面膜的清洁效果，优选地，在步骤2）中，初次混合的时间为30-40min，二次混合的时间为2-5h。
在上述制备方法的步骤2）中，增稠剂的种类可以在宽的范围内选择，但是为了进一步提高该面膜的清洁效果，优选地，增稠剂选自甲基纤维素、羧乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素和乙基纤维素中的至少一种。
本发明还提供了一种竹炭清洁面的制备方法，该竹炭清洁面通过上述制备方法制备而得。
以下将通过实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
实施例1
1）将土豆、芦荟、当归、杏仁、薏仁按照10：13：10：10：6的重量比粉碎，接着置于水中进行自然发酵（固液重量比为1：13，发酵温度为40℃，发酵时间为60h），然后通过丙酮进行萃取（待萃取物与丙酮之间的体积比为1：3），最后去除丙酮以制得提取物；
2）将增稠剂（甲基纤维素、羧乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素）、甘油和水初次混合35min并进行加热至85℃并直至二次混合结束，接着加入聚乙烯醇、火山灰、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯、水杨酸、竹炭、蜂蜜、牛奶、三乙醇胺、香蕉泥和提取物进行二次混合3h（聚乙烯醇、火山灰、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯、水杨酸、竹炭、蜂蜜、牛奶、三乙醇胺、香蕉泥、提取物、增稠剂、甘油和水的重量比为40：23：2：1.3：6：1：7：0.7：12：18：2：19：70），然后抽真空脱气以以制得竹炭清洁面膜A1。
实施例2
1）将土豆、芦荟、当归、杏仁、薏仁按照10：10：5：8：4的重量比粉碎，接着置于水中进行自然发酵（固液重量比为1：10，发酵温度为35℃，发酵时间为48h），然后通过丙酮进行萃取（待萃取物与丙酮之间的体积比为1：2），最后去除丙酮以制得提取物；
2）将增稠剂（甲基纤维素、羧乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素）、甘油和水初次混合30min并进行加热至80℃并直至二次混合结束，接着加入聚乙烯醇、火山灰、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯、水杨酸、竹炭、蜂蜜、牛奶、三乙醇胺、香蕉泥和提取物进行二次混合2h（聚乙烯醇、火山灰、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯、水杨酸、竹炭、蜂蜜、牛奶、三乙醇胺、香蕉泥、提取物、增稠剂、甘油和水的重量比为40：20：1.2：1：4：0.5：6：0.5：10：15：1：15：60），然后抽真空脱气以以制得竹炭清洁面膜A2。
实施例3
1）将土豆、芦荟、当归、杏仁、薏仁按照10：14：12：12：9的重量比粉碎，接着置于水中进行自然发酵（固液重量比为1：15，发酵温度为45℃，发酵时间为72h），然后通过丙酮进行萃取（待萃取物与丙酮之间的体积比为1：4），最后去除丙酮以制得提取物；
2）将增稠剂（甲基纤维素、羧乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素）、甘油和水初次混合40min并进行加热至90℃并直至二次混合结束，接着加入聚乙烯醇、火山灰、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯、水杨酸、竹炭、蜂蜜、牛奶、三乙醇胺、香蕉泥和提取物进行二次混合5h（聚乙烯醇、火山灰、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯、水杨酸、竹炭、蜂蜜、牛奶、三乙醇胺、香蕉泥、提取物、增稠剂、甘油和水的重量比为40：25：3：1.5：8：1.8：8：0.8：13：20：3：22：80），然后抽真空脱气以制得竹炭清洁面膜A3。
对比例1
按照实施例1的方法进行制得面膜B1，所不同的是，步骤2）中未使用提取物。
检测例1
选择100名使用者使用上述的面膜（隔一天使用一次，每次敷面20-30min），然后3个月后统计清洁率（清洁率是通过以下方法计算而得，通过吸油纸对面部进行吸油而得到吸油面积，接着统计面膜使用前在下午6点的吸油面积1，然后统计面膜使用3个月后在下午6点的的吸油面积2，清洁率=（吸油面积1-吸油面积2）/吸油面积1×100%，最后计算100人的清洁率的平均数），具体结果见表1。

Claims (6)

1.一种竹炭清洁面膜的制备方法，其特征在于，包括：
1）将土豆、芦荟、当归、杏仁、薏仁粉碎，接着置于水中进行自然发酵，然后通过丙酮进行萃取，最后去除丙酮以制得所述提取物；
2）将增稠剂、甘油和水进行初次混合并加热，接着加入聚乙烯醇、火山灰、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯、水杨酸、竹炭、蜂蜜、牛奶、三乙醇胺、香蕉泥和所述提取物进行二次混合，然后抽真空脱气以制得所述紫草祛痘面膜；
其中，在上述步骤1）中：
所述土豆、芦荟、当归、杏仁、薏仁的重量比为10：10-14：5-12：8-12：4-9；所述自然发酵中，固液重量比为1：10-15；所述自然发酵满足以下条件：发酵温度为35-45℃，发酵时间为48-72h；所述萃取中，待萃取物与丙酮之间的体积比为1：2-4。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法，其中，在步骤2）中，所述聚乙烯醇、火山灰、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯、水杨酸、竹炭、蜂蜜、牛奶、三乙醇胺、香蕉泥、提取物、增稠剂、甘油和水的重量比为40：20-25：1.2-3：1-1.5：4-8：0.5-1.8：6-8：0.5-0.8：10-13：15-20：1-3：15-22：60-80。
3.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法，其中，在步骤2）中，所述加热的温度为80-90℃。
4.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法，其中，在步骤2）中，所述初次混合的时间为30-40min，所述二次混合的时间为2-5h。
5.根据权利要求1所述的制备方法，其中，所述增稠剂选自甲基纤维素、羧乙基纤维素、羟甲基纤维素和乙基纤维素中的至少一种。
6.一种竹炭清洁面膜的制备方法，其特征在于，所述竹炭清洁面膜通过权利要求1-4中任一项所述制备方法制备而得。
