Abstract

本发明公开了一种气动砂阀,包括阀体,阀体上端为压力砂罐连接端,压力砂罐连接端设有锥形的进沙口,阀体内设有进沙管道、进气管道以及控制腔,进沙管道竖向设置且上端与进沙口相通,控制腔设于进沙管道一侧且倾斜设置,进沙管道的下端与控制腔的中部相通,控制腔的下端设有砂阀芯,控制腔内设有顶针,顶针的下端安装有与砂阀芯配合的锥形头,阀体上安装有驱动阀芯的气缸,进气管道横向设置于阀体底部,进气管道的一端为进气口,进气管道的另一端为出沙口,控制腔的下端与进气管道相通。该气动砂阀可解决砂阀的工作耐用性差问题和砂量不易调节的技术问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,尤其涉及一种气动砂阀。
背景技术
现阶段船舶在船坞除锈、除油漆、除附着物方面通常使用两种发明方法:一是船舶到船坞上用喷砂方式除锈除漆除附着物,把钢板打磨成原色然后喷油漆,使用此种方法油漆面被附着物破坏,船壳体产生锈层,影响船的使用寿命,而且打磨过程能耗大、效率低、杨尘很大污染环境,工况很恶劣;二是采用喷砂加水工艺除锈除漆除附着物后船板返锈,清除过程也同样存在能耗相对较高和效率相对低的技术问题。采用喷砂加水工艺除锈需要一种实现远距离不间断送砂的控制阀。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种气动砂阀,解决砂阀的工作耐用性差问题和砂量不易调节的技术问题,特别是针对小孔径远距离满径砂传输过程。
本发明所解决的另一个技术问题是,提供一种远距离送砂设备。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种气动砂阀,包括阀体,所述阀体上端为压力砂罐连接端,所述压力砂罐连接端设有锥形的进沙口,所述阀体内设有进沙管道、进气管道以及控制腔,所述进沙管道竖向设置且上端与所述进沙口相通,所述控制腔设于所述进沙管道一侧且倾斜设置,所述进沙管道的下端与所述控制腔的中部相通,所述控制腔的下端设有砂阀芯,所述控制腔内设有顶针,所述顶针的下端安装有与所述砂阀芯配合的锥形头,所述阀体上安装有驱动所述阀芯的气缸,所述进气管道横向设置于所述阀体底部,所述进气管道的一端为进气口,所述进气管道的另一端为出沙口,所述控制腔的下端与所述进气管道相通。
作为一种改进的方式,所述进气管道的出沙口设有无障碍接头,所述无障碍接头通过螺纹紧固件固定安装于所述阀体上。
作为一种改进的方式,所述进气管的进气口设有进气接头。
作为一种改进的方式,所述阀体上安装有阀体支架,所述阀体支架与所述阀体之间设有密封圈,所述气缸安装于所述阀体支架上。
作为一种改进的方式,所述砂阀芯为硬质合金圆形孔环。
为解决上述第二个技术问题本发明所采用的技术方案为,一种远距离送砂设备,包括级压力砂罐,空压机、油水分离器以及权利要求1所述的气动砂阀,所述气动砂阀安装于所述压力砂罐底部,所述空压机连接所述油水分离器,所述油水分离器通过输气管道连接所述气动砂阀的所述进气口。
采用上述技术方案所取得的技术效果为:
1、斜向顶针结合硬质合金圆形孔环组成阀芯解决了流道的通畅、硬质合金圆形孔环孔径可变解决了砂量调节、硬质合金圆形孔环材质解决了砂阀工作耐用性问题。
2、可控砂阀下面安装小孔径送气孔能解决满管径砂的远程传输,但是应注意工作时传输过程还需注意压缩空气的气压配合。
综上,该气动砂阀安装于压力砂罐底部,采用气缸为动力可实现对压力砂罐排砂的自动控制。
远距离送砂设备配合10kg级压力砂罐,小功率空压机、油水分离器以及多路多孔径不同的气压、可控砂阀可以完成远距离送砂工作。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种远距离送砂设备,包括级压力砂罐,空压机、油水分离器以及气动砂阀,气动砂阀安装于压力砂罐底部,空压机连接油水分离器,油水分离器通过输气管道连接气动砂阀的进气口91。
气动砂阀包括阀体1,阀体1上端为压力砂罐连接端,压力砂罐连接端设有锥形的进沙口11,阀体1内设有进沙管道12、进气管道14以及控制腔13,进沙管道12竖向设置且上端与进沙口11相通,控制腔13设于进沙管道12一侧且倾斜设置,进沙管道12的下端与控制腔13的中部相通,控制腔13的下端设有砂阀芯2,5砂阀芯2为硬质合金圆形孔环。
控制腔13内设有顶针3,顶针3的下端安装有与砂阀芯2配合的锥形头,阀体1上安装有驱动阀芯的气缸5,气缸5通过述阀体支架4安装于阀体1上,阀体支架4与阀体1之间设有密封圈6。
进气管道14横向设置于阀体1底部,进气管道14的一端为进气口91,3、进气管的进气口91设有进气接头7。进气管道14的另一端为出沙口92,控制腔13的下端与进气管道 14相通。进气管道14的出沙口92设有无障碍接头8,无障碍接头8通过螺纹紧固件固定安装于阀体1上。
本发明的远距离送砂设备的工作原理为:
压力砂罐内的沙粒通过进沙口11进入阀体1,通过气缸5使顶针3脱离阀芯,使阀门开启,沙粒通过控制腔13进入进气管道14,被从进气口91吹入的高压气从出沙口92吹出阀体1进入输送管道。
本发明解决了砂阀的工作耐用性问题和砂量调节问题,特别是小孔径远距离满径砂传输问题。砂阀采用气缸5为动力实现自动控制,斜向顶针3结合硬质合金圆形孔环组成阀芯解决了流道的通畅、硬质合金圆形孔环孔径可变解决了砂量调节、硬质合金圆形孔环材质解决了砂阀工作耐用性问题,可控砂阀下面可换径的小孔径送气孔能解决满管径砂的远程传输,工作时传输过程还需注意压缩空气的气压配合;配合10kg级压力砂罐,小功率空压机、油水分离器,多路多孔径不同的气压、可控砂阀完成远距离送砂工作。

1.一种气动砂阀,其特征在于:包括阀体,所述阀体上端为压力砂罐连接端,所述压力砂罐连接端设有锥形的进沙口,所述阀体内设有进沙管道、进气管道以及控制腔,所述进沙管道竖向设置且上端与所述进沙口相通,所述控制腔设于所述进沙管道一侧且倾斜设置,所述进沙管道的下端与所述控制腔的中部相通,所述控制腔的下端设有砂阀芯,所述控制腔内设有顶针,所述顶针的下端安装有与所述砂阀芯配合的锥形头,所述阀体上安装有驱动所述阀芯的气缸,所述进气管道横向设置于所述阀体底部,所述进气管道的一端为进气口,所述进气管道的另一端为出沙口,所述控制腔的下端与所述进气管道相通。
2.如权利要求1所述的气动砂阀,其特征在于,气动砂阀,所述进气管道的出沙口设有无障碍接头,所述无障碍接头通过螺纹紧固件固定安装于所述阀体上。
3.如权利要求1所述的气动砂阀,其特征在于,所述进气管的进气口设有进气接头。
4.如权利要求1所述的气动砂阀,其特征在于,所述阀体上安装有阀体支架,所述阀体支架与所述阀体之间设有密封圈,所述气缸安装于所述阀体支架上。
5.如权利要求1所述的气动砂阀,其特征在于,所述砂阀芯为硬质合金圆形孔环。
6.一种远距离送砂设备,其特征在于,包括级压力砂罐,空压机、油水分离器以及权利要求1所述的气动砂阀,所述气动砂阀安装于所述压力砂罐底部,所述空压机连接所述油水分离器,所述油水分离器通过输气管道连接所述气动砂阀的所述进气口。
