本发明公开了一种改进型滚动轴承,包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈,在轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间安装有多个滚珠,滚珠套在保持架上,相邻的滚珠通过保持架连接在一起,轴承内圈上开设有用于安装滚珠的滚珠槽,在轴承内圈的一个侧壁上开设有密封槽,在密封槽的侧壁上向轴承的空腔方向开设有斜向润滑油道,并在密封槽内安装有密封垫,密封垫的一端顶抵在密封槽的侧壁上,密封垫的另一端与密封盖接触,密封盖安装在密封槽中。通过在轴承的侧壁上开设有斜向润滑油道,能够实现实时注油,不需要再将轴承拆卸下来进行注油,省时省力;通过设置有密封垫和密封盖,在注油完成时,将密封垫和密封盖安装在密封槽中,防止润滑油液从轴承的空腔中流出来。

本发明涉及轴承技术领域,尤其涉及一种改进型滚动轴承。
背景技术
轴承是用于确定旋转轴与其他零件相对运动位置,起支承或导向作用的零部件。轴承的主要功能是支承旋转轴或其它运动体,引导转动或移动运动并承受由轴或轴上零件传递而来的载荷。轴承已是当代机械设备中不可或缺的基础零部件,在国民经济各行业应用十分广泛,它的精度、性能、寿命和可靠性对主机的精度、性能、寿命和可靠性起着决定性的作用。按运动元件摩擦性质的不同,轴承可分为滚动轴承和滑动轴承两大类。其中滚动轴承一般由外圈、内圈、滚动体和保持架四部分组成,严格的说是由外圈、内圈、滚动体、保持架、密封、润滑油 六大件组成。简单来说,只要具备外圈、内圈、滚动体就可定义为为滚动轴承。按滚动体的形状,滚动轴承分为球轴承和滚子轴承两大类。
根据中国专利申请号为201320265239.2公布的一种轴承,包括轴承外环和轴承内环,所述轴承外环和轴承内环之间设有滚珠,该轴承内环沿径向设有至少一润滑道,轴承内环沿轴向设有至少一润滑孔,该润滑孔与润滑道相连通,所述滚珠为空心结构。这种结构的轴承通过开设有润滑道,虽然能够提高其润滑效果,但是油液需要从轴承内圈的内壁注入进去,当轴承内圈安装在传动轴上时,传动轴会堵住润滑道,当需要再次注油时,需要将轴承拆卸下来,这样不便于二次注油。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术中的不足,提供了一种改进型滚动轴承。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现:
一种改进型滚动轴承,包括轴承外圈、轴承内圈,轴承外圈与轴承内圈相互配合,在轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间安装有多个滚珠,滚珠套在保持架上,相邻的滚珠通过保持架连接在一起,所述轴承内圈上开设有用于安装滚珠的滚珠槽,在所述轴承内圈的一个侧壁上开设有密封槽,在所述密封槽的侧壁上向轴承的空腔方向开设有斜向润滑油道,并在所述密封槽内安装有密封垫,所述密封垫的一端顶抵在所述密封槽的侧壁上,密封垫的另一端与密封盖接触,密封盖安装在密封槽中。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述斜向润滑油道的一端直径大,另一端直径小,直径大的一端为进油口,直径小的一端为出油口。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,该轴承还包括左侧挡尘圈和右侧挡尘圈,所述左侧挡尘圈安装在轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间的左侧空腔中,所述右侧挡尘圈安装在轴承外圈和轴承内圈之间的右侧空腔中。
作为本发明的优选技术方案,所述密封垫为弹性密封垫。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过在轴承的侧壁上开设有斜向润滑油道,能够实现实时注油,不需要再将轴承拆卸下来进行注油,省时省力;通过设置有密封垫和密封盖,在注油完成时,将密封垫和密封盖安装在密封槽中,防止润滑油液从轴承的空腔中流出来。

所述一种改进型滚动轴承,包括轴承外圈1、轴承内圈2,轴承外圈1与轴承内圈2相互配合,在轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2之间安装有多个滚珠3,滚珠3套在保持架4上,相邻的滚珠3通过保持架4连接在一起,所述轴承内圈2上开设有用于安装滚珠3的滚珠槽5。该轴承还包括左侧挡尘圈11和右侧挡尘圈12,所述左侧挡尘圈10安装在轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2之间的左侧空腔中,所述右侧挡尘圈11安装在轴承外圈1和轴承内圈2之间的右侧空腔中。
在所述轴承内圈2的一个侧壁上开设有密封槽6,在所述密封槽6的侧壁上向轴承的空腔7方向开设有斜向润滑油道8,所述斜向润滑油道8的一端直径大,另一端直径小,直径大的一端为进油口,直径小的一端为出油口。并在所述密封槽6内安装有密封垫9,所述密封垫9的一端顶抵在所述密封槽6的侧壁上,密封垫9的另一端与密封盖10接触,密封盖10安装在密封槽6中。通过在轴承的侧壁上开设有斜向润滑油道,能够实现实时注油,不需要再将轴承拆卸下来进行注油,省时省力;通过设置有密封垫和密封盖,在注油完成时,将密封垫和密封盖安装在密封槽中,防止润滑油液从轴承的空腔中流出来。
在本实施例中:所述密封垫9为弹性密封垫。

1.一种改进型滚动轴承,包括轴承外圈(1)、轴承内圈(2),轴承外圈(1)与轴承内圈(2)相互配合,在轴承外圈(1)和轴承内圈(2)之间安装有多个滚珠(3),滚珠(3)套在保持架(4)上,相邻的滚珠(3)通过保持架(4)连接在一起,所述轴承内圈(2)上开设有用于安装滚珠(3)的滚珠槽(5),其特征在于:在所述轴承内圈(2)的一个侧壁上开设有密封槽(6),在所述密封槽(6)的侧壁上向轴承的空腔(7)方向开设有斜向润滑油道(8),并在所述密封槽(6)内安装有密封垫(9),所述密封垫(9)的一端顶抵在所述密封槽(6)的侧壁上,密封垫(9)的另一端与密封盖(10)接触,密封盖(10)安装在密封槽(6)中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种改进型滚动轴承,其特征在于:所述斜向润滑油道(8)的一端直径大,另一端直径小,直径大的一端为进油口,直径小的一端为出油口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种改进型滚动轴承,其特征在于:还包括左侧挡尘圈(11)和右侧挡尘圈(12),所述左侧挡尘圈(10)安装在轴承外圈(1)和轴承内圈(2)之间的左侧空腔中,所述右侧挡尘圈(11)安装在轴承外圈(1)和轴承内圈(2)之间的右侧空腔中。
