Abstract
本发明提供了一种水性丙烯酸涂料,包括如下按照质量百分比计的组分:水性丙烯酸乳液40%~60%、碳酸钙10%~15%,纳米二氧化钛5%~10%、氧化石墨烯8%~15%、碳纳米管3%~6%,助剂1%~20%,余量为水。本发明使用水作为溶剂,无其他挥发物质的加入,环境友好,同时,本发明使用氧化石墨烯和碳纳米管进行复配,并在水性丙烯酸乳液中充分分散,涂料成膜后附着力强,同时涂料的其他基本性能均符合要求,提高了其使用价值。

技术领域
本发明属于涂料技术领域,更具体地,涉及一种水性丙烯酸涂料。
背景技术
涂料从溶剂的种类可以分为油性和水性涂料,由于油性涂料通常以有机溶剂作为分散介质,其中含有大量的有机挥发物(VOC),对环境污染极为严重,同时也浪费资源、浪费能源。因而水性涂料的优势越来越凸显,水性涂料的开发也愈演愈烈,水性丙烯酸类涂料作为水性涂料的一种,价格相对较低,使用安全,环境友好,但是,上述涂料对于基材的装饰性仍然较差,且附着力不能达到很高的要求,限制了其进一步地的应用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种水性丙烯酸涂料。
本发明上述目的通过如下技术方案予以实现:
一种水性丙烯酸涂料,包括如下按照质量百分比计的组分组成:
水性丙烯酸乳液40%~60%、碳酸钙10%~15%,纳米二氧化钛5%~10%、氧化石墨烯8%~15%、碳纳米管3%~6%,助剂1%~20%,余量为水。
优选地,所述助剂为润湿剂、分散剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂或流平剂中的一种或多种。
优选地,润湿剂0.1%~0.5%、分散剂1%~5%、消泡剂0.1%~0.5%、成膜助剂0.1%~10%,流平剂0.1~1%。
优选地,纳米二氧化钛为金红石型纳米二氧化钛。
优选地,碳纳米管为多壁或单壁碳纳米管。
优选地,氧化石墨烯与碳纳米管的重量比为2:1。
本发明组合物搭配简单,且以水作为溶剂,环境有好,施工安全,同时本发明人发现,将组合物中的氧化石墨烯和碳纳米管以适当的比例进行复配,能够达到较好的提升附着力的作用。
与现有技术相比,本发明具备如下优点:
本发明使用水作为溶剂,无其他挥发物质的加入,环境友好,同时,本发明使用氧化石墨烯和碳纳米管进行复配,可在水性丙烯酸乳液中充分分散,涂料成膜后附着力强,同时涂料的其他基本性能均符合要求,拓展了现有水性丙烯酸涂料的应用,提高了其使用价值。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表述的范围。
实施例1
水性丙烯酸乳液50%、碳酸钙12%,纳米二氧化钛5%、氧化石墨烯10%、碳纳米管5%,助剂5.1%,余量为水。
助剂的组分为:润湿剂烷芳基聚醚醇0.1%、分散剂聚羧酸钠盐2%、消泡剂聚醚硅氧烷共聚物0.5%、成膜助剂3-乙氧基丙酸乙酯2%,丙烯酸类流平剂0.5%。
纳米二氧化钛为金红石型纳米二氧化钛。
实施例2
水性丙烯酸乳液40%、碳酸钙15%,纳米二氧化钛5%、氧化石墨烯8%、碳纳米管4%,助剂5.1%,余量为水。
助剂的组分为:润湿剂0.1%、分散剂2%、消泡剂0.5%、成膜助剂2%,流平剂0.5%。
纳米二氧化钛为金红石型纳米二氧化钛。
对比例:
对比例1

以上实施例和对比例的涂料按照GB/T 1720-79(89)《漆膜附着力测定法(划圈法)》的涂层附着力测试方法测定涂层附着力,结果如下:

同时,以上实施例中的涂料的其他性能均能够达到标准要求,从表1中的结果来看,本发明提供的涂料组合物中的氧化石墨烯和碳纳米管需要以适当的比例进行复配,才能够达到较好的提升附着力的效果。
Claims (6)
1.一种水性丙烯酸涂料,其特征在于,包括如下按照质量百分比计的组分组成:
水性丙烯酸乳液40%~60%、碳酸钙10%~15%,纳米二氧化钛5%~10%、氧化石墨烯8%~15%、碳纳米管3%~6%,助剂1%~20%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水性丙烯酸涂料,其特征在于,所述助剂为润湿剂、分散剂、消泡剂、成膜助剂或流平剂中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的水性丙烯酸涂料,其特征在于,润湿剂0.1%~0.5%、分散剂1%~5%、消泡剂0.1%~0.5%、成膜助剂0.1%~10%,流平剂0.1~1%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的水性丙烯酸涂料,其特征在于,纳米二氧化钛为金红石型纳米二氧化钛。
5.根据权利要求1所述的水性丙烯酸涂料,其特征在于,碳纳米管为多壁或单壁碳纳米管。
6.根据权利要求1所述的水性丙烯酸涂料,其特征在于,氧化石墨烯与碳纳米管的重量比为2:1。
