本发明公开了一种竹纤维竹材板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:(1)预处理:a.将原始的竹材整理成竿、枝、叶备用;b.竹竿按筒径大小、竹腩厚薄分类后按尺寸锯段、剖成2‑6片弧形竹片,剖开的片宽范围1‑15㎝;c.枝、叶剔除枯、虫与坏死部分,将其生长正常的部分打碎成竹丝粉;(2)干燥碳化竹片和竹丝粉;(3)内应力释缓槽缝处理;(4)压制成型:a.将碳化或蒸煮后的竹片恒温输送至热压机上展平;b.在展平竹片的竹腩面上,于除预置内应力释缓槽缝外的自然缝隙中,填覆热处理后的竹丝粉;c.自然冷却后按规格单层或多层叠加在2400T压力下压制成竹材板。

Description

一种竹纤维竹材板的制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及竹子加工成高强度竹材板的制作方法。
背景技术
传统的竹地板制作是通过切割、开小片再粘接压制而成的,其工艺对竹地板的利用率不到60%。又有中国专利申请200610021013.2公开了一种“碳化高密度竹材的加工方法”,其将竹材加工成竹片,去掉青层和死黄层,将竹片劈成竹丝或碾成纵横相连大的竹丝片,将竹丝片或竹丝放在碳化罐中,在2~3MPa压力下,100~300℃下热分解碳化2-3个小时,将热解碳化的竹丝片或竹丝浸胶,再将浸胶后的竹丝片或竹丝在模具中经高压后固化成型材。该竹材板剔除了竹材上最坚硬的竹青,同时成型材的面层与原竹的原始面层相背,故竹材板的面层坚硬度较差,而经过高压后固化成的型材,材板的内应力大,时间长了就会因内应力的作用使成型材变形,有待改进。
发明内容
本发明针对上述不足,提供一种竹材利用率高、面层硬度高,产品密度大,变形系数小,防腐效果好,使用寿命长,特别是能维持原始竹面竹质的高强度的竹纤维竹材板的制作方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明通过如下技术方案加以实现:
一种竹纤维竹材板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:
a.将原始的竹材整理成竿、枝、叶备用;
b.竹竿按筒径大小、竹腩厚薄分类后按尺寸锯段、剖成2-6片弧形竹片,剖开的片宽范围1-15㎝;
c.枝、叶剔除枯、虫与坏死部分,将其生长正常的部分打碎成竹丝粉;
(2)干燥碳化竹片和竹丝粉:
将竹片和竹丝粉放入烘干消毒碳干机,烘干消毒碳干机加热的温度为160—190℃,加热时间2—4小时,竹片和竹丝粉碳化,碳化程度为5%—30%;
(3)内应力释缓槽缝处理:
将碳化或蒸煮后的竹片去除竹青面和竹黄,然后将其压碎,使竹片成网状纤维连接状态,该网状纤维连接状态构成竹腩面和竹青面上的预置内应力释缓槽;
(4)压制成型:
a.将碳化或蒸煮后的的竹片恒温输送至热压机上展平;
b.在展平竹片的竹腩面上,于除预置内应力释缓槽缝外的自然缝隙中,填覆热处理后的竹丝粉;
c.自然冷却后按规格单层或多层叠加在2400T压力下压制成竹材板。
作为优选,竹材板的竹腩面上复压有一层以合成树脂调和的竹丝粉。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明所述的工艺可充分利用整竹材制作成规格要求不一,用途广泛的竹材板,特点是一种能维持原始竹面竹质的高强度的生态竹材板生产出的生态竹材板,保留了竹子原有的结构与纹路,其外观就如原竹平展开来一样,面层维持了竹材的原始面层,其硬度比传统工艺制作的竹材板面层硬度要高出10倍以上,原材料的利用率大幅提高,可达98%以上。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明的实施方式作进一步的说明,但不是对本发明的限定。
实施例1:一种竹纤维竹材板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:
a.将原始的竹材整理成干、枝、叶备用;
b.竹干按筒径大小、竹腩厚薄分类后锯段、剖成2-6片弧形竹片,剖开的片宽范围1-15㎝;
c.枝、叶剔除枯、虫与坏死部分,将其生长正常的部分打碎成竹丝粉;
(2)干燥碳化竹片和竹丝粉:
将竹片和竹丝粉放入烘干消毒碳干机,烘干消毒碳干机加热的温度为160—190℃,加热时间2—4小时,竹片和竹丝粉碳化,碳化程度为5%—30%;
(3)将热处理后的竹材板去竹黄、竹青,并压将其压碎成网状纤维;
a.将压碎后的竹片恒温输送至热压机上展平;
b.在展平竹片的竹腩(底层)面上,于除预置内应力释缓槽缝外的自然缝隙中,填覆热处理后的竹丝粉;
c.自然冷后按规格分类;
(4)压制成型
将处理好的竹丝粉、竹纤维片单层或多层压制成竹材板;
(5)将压制成型的竹材板用专用防腐油浸泡两次。
实施例2:根据客户需要,将实施例1制成的竹材板制成各种规格的竹地板、户外地板、竹装饰板。

1.一种竹纤维竹材板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)预处理:
a.将原始的竹材整理成竿、枝、叶备用;
b.竹竿按筒径大小、竹腩厚薄分类后按尺寸锯段、剖成2-6片弧形竹片,剖开的片宽范围1-15㎝;
c.枝、叶剔除枯、虫与坏死部分,将其生长正常的部分打碎成竹丝粉;
(2)干燥碳化竹片和竹丝粉:
将竹片和竹丝粉放入烘干消毒碳干机,烘干消毒碳干机加热的温度为160—190℃,加热时间2—4小时,竹片和竹丝粉碳化,碳化程度为5%—30%;
(3)内应力释缓槽缝处理:
将碳化或蒸煮后的竹片去除竹青面和竹黄,然后将其压碎,使竹片成网状纤维连接状态,该网状纤维连接状态构成竹腩面和竹青面上的预置内应力释缓槽;
(4)压制成型:
a.将碳化或蒸煮后的的竹片恒温输送至热压机上展平;
b.在展平竹片的竹腩面上,于除预置内应力释缓槽缝外的自然缝隙中,填覆热处理后的竹丝粉;
c.自然冷却后按规格单层或多层叠加在2400T压力下压制成竹材板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种竹纤维竹材板的制作方法,其特征在于竹材板的竹腩面上复压有一层以合成树脂调和的竹丝粉。
