The automatic installation system of a lamp tube driving power supply according to claim 1, wherein the automatic lamp tube overturning device comprises a lifting platform, a roller set and a second lifting mechanism, the lifting platform is arranged above the frame platform, the roller set is installed above the lifting platform, a third rotating mechanism is installed below the roller set, the third rotating mechanism is a stepping motor, the second lifting mechanism is installed below the lifting platform, the second lifting mechanism is a lifting cylinder, and when the lamp tube is conveyed to the position above the roller set, the lifting platform can ascend and drive the roller set to ascend, so that the roller set is attached to the lamp tube.

The automatic mounting system of a lamp tube driving power supply according to claim 1, wherein the driving power supply pushing device comprises a robot arm, a second pneumatic finger and a second rotating mechanism, the second rotating mechanism is a rotating cylinder, the robot arm is fixedly mounted on the outer side of the rack platform, the tail end of the robot arm is connected with the second pneumatic finger which controls the rotating motion through the second rotating mechanism, the second pneumatic finger faces the driving power supply, and when the second pneumatic finger clamps the driving power supply, the robot arm can ascend and drive the second pneumatic finger to ascend, so that the second pneumatic finger is level with the lamp tube opening.
4. The automated installation system of a lamp driving power supply according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of stoppers are arranged side by side on the conveyor chain, and each stopper is disposed with one lamp, which performs a limiting function on the lamp, when the lamp is conveyed.

An automated installation system for a lamp driving power supply according to claim 3, wherein the automatic turnover device of the driving power supply is further provided with a first lamp pushing device and a second lamp pushing device respectively at the front and rear sides thereof according to the transportation direction, and the two lamp pushing devices each comprise a push rod, the push rod faces the lamp opening, and the push rod is connected with a pushing mechanism for controlling the movement of the push rod.
6. The automated installation system of claim 5, wherein a limit baffle is disposed between the second lamp pushing device and the second pneumatic finger, the limit baffle is disposed below the lamp opening in a conveying direction, and the limit baffle is attached to the driving power supply.
7. An automated installation system for a lamp driving power supply according to claim 3, wherein a sensor is provided above the first pneumatic finger, the sensor controlling the start of the conveyor chain by sensing the position of the driving power supply.
8. An automated installation step of a lamp driving power supply, comprising the steps of:
(1) The automatic overturning step of the lamp tube: the lifting platform ascends to enable the roller group to be attached to the lamp tube, and the third rotating mechanism drives the roller group to rotate so as to drive the lamp tube to rotate, so that the lamp bar is positioned at the top of the lamp tube;
(2) The step of automatic overturning of the driving power supply: the first lifting mechanism drives the movable platform to lift, so that the first pneumatic finger is driven to lift to be flush with the driving power supply, then the first pneumatic finger clamps two sides of the driving power supply, and then the first rotating mechanism drives the first pneumatic finger to rotate 180 degrees, so that the front surface of the driving power supply is turned over from the inner side to the outer side;
(3) Driving power supply pushing step: the robot arm drives a second pneumatic hand to move in the direction of the driving power supply and clamp two sides of the driving power supply, then the robot arm drives the second pneumatic hand to rise to be flush with the lamp tube opening, then the second rotating mechanism drives the second pneumatic hand to rotate 90 degrees, so that the driving power supply rotates to be in the horizontal direction from the vertical direction, and then the robot arm drives the second pneumatic hand to move in the direction of the lamp tube opening until the driving power supply is installed inside the lamp tube.
