Specifically, the controlling the identified electric appliance to be controlled according to the voice control instruction may include: recognizing the voice control instruction to generate a corresponding electric appliance control instruction; and sending the electric appliance control instruction to the electric appliance to be controlled so that the electric appliance to be controlled executes corresponding operation according to the electric appliance control instruction. The appliances in the user's home can be configured with a communication module, such as WiFi, bluetooth, NB-IoT, etc., and the appliances can be networked using the communication module and connected with the server. As shown in fig. 2, the server may be connected to the to-be-controlled appliance through the internet, so as to send the appliance control instruction to the to-be-controlled appliance communication module, and the main control module of the to-be-controlled appliance executes a corresponding operation according to the control instruction received by the communication module.
For example, if the voice control instruction sent by the user is recognized as 'turn on the air conditioner', the voice control instruction is generated into a corresponding electric appliance control instruction 'turn on' for the air conditioner, the control instruction of 'turn on' is sent to the identified electric appliance air conditioner to be controlled, and the air conditioner executes the turn-on operation.
In one embodiment, the demand processing instruction includes: and (5) feeding back a command. Performing corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction may specifically include: performing voice recognition on the state feedback instruction to recognize the type of the state information needing to be fed back; acquiring the type state information of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the type; and feeding back the acquired state information of the type of the electric appliance to be controlled to the terminal.
Specifically, the type of the status information includes failure information; for example, the user asks "what is air-conditioned by voice? The state feedback instruction sent by the user through voice is subjected to voice recognition, and fault information of the air conditioner, which needs to be fed back by the user, can be recognized. When the type of the state information needing to be fed back is identified as fault information, in a specific implementation mode, the model and the fault code of the electric appliance to be controlled can be identified according to the image; and determining the fault information of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the model and the fault code. For example, when the air conditioner has a fault, a display part, such as a display screen, of the air conditioner can display a fault code, the server searches the model of the air conditioner through a picture sent by the terminal and identifies the fault code currently displayed on the display screen of the air conditioner, determines the current fault of the air conditioner according to the model and the fault code of the air conditioner, and feeds back the current fault information of the air conditioner to the terminal, namely, replies the current condition of the air conditioner. In another specific embodiment, the fault information of the electric appliance to be controlled can be acquired through communication with the electric appliance to be controlled. For example, a to-be-controlled electric appliance such as an air conditioner is connected to the internet in a WiFi manner so as to be connected to a server, and the server communicates with the air conditioner through the internet to acquire fault information of the air conditioner.
In another specific embodiment, the demand processing instruction includes: and maintaining the processing instruction. Performing corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction, including: carrying out repair processing on the electric appliance to be controlled according to the repair processing instruction; and feeding back the repair feedback information subjected to the repair processing to the terminal. For example, after the user checks the current fault information of the air conditioner fed back by the server through a mobile phone (APP), the user sends a maintenance processing instruction "to schedule maintenance for me!through voice! If the user needs to arrange maintenance for the air conditioner, the background performs repair processing on the air conditioner and feeds back repair feedback information to the mobile phone, where the repair feedback information may include: at least one of a dispatch list, a contact way of maintenance personnel, door-to-door maintenance time, fault information and model information.
The invention also provides an electric appliance control device which can be particularly used for a server side.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of an electrical appliance control device provided in the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, the appliance control device 100 includes: a receiving unit 110 and a control unit 120.
The receiving unit 110 is configured to receive an image of an electrical appliance to be controlled sent by a terminal and a voice instruction sent by a user to the electrical appliance to be controlled through the terminal; the voice instruction comprises a voice control instruction and/or a demand processing instruction; the control unit 120 is configured to identify the power controller according to the image, control the identified power controller according to the voice control instruction, and/or perform corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction.
The voice instruction may specifically include a voice control instruction and/or a demand processing instruction, that is, a voice control instruction issued by a user through voice and/or a demand processing instruction issued by a user through voice. The voice control instruction is used for controlling the electric appliance to be controlled, for example, when the electric appliance to be controlled is an air conditioner, the voice control instruction is used for controlling the on-off state, the running mode, the wind speed, the set temperature regulation and the like of the air conditioner by sending voice by a user. The requirement processing instruction is used for a user to send out a user requirement for the electric appliance to be controlled through voice, for example, when the air conditioner has a problem, the user sends out' what is the air conditioner? "and the like.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an interaction relationship between a terminal (taking a mobile phone as an example), a server, and a device to be controlled according to an embodiment of the present invention. The communication module of the terminal and the communication module of the electric appliance to be controlled can be connected with the server through the internet and communicate with each other, and the communication module of the terminal and the communication module of the electric appliance to be controlled can also communicate wirelessly through WiFi. Specifically, an APP for controlling an electric appliance is installed on a terminal (e.g., a mobile phone), the APP can manage the electric appliance in a user's home, and a user can bind a user account with the electric appliance to be managed; after the user opens the APP installed in the terminal, the APP calls the terminal camera to collect an image of an electrical appliance which the user wants to control, calls the terminal microphone to collect a voice instruction sent by the user to the electrical appliance, for example, the user aims at an air conditioner with a mobile phone and speaks the voice instruction, the terminal sends the collected image of the air conditioner and the voice instruction of the user to the server, and the receiving unit 110 receives the image of the air conditioner sent by the user through the mobile phone and the voice instruction to the air conditioner sent by the user.
After receiving an image of an electric appliance to be controlled sent by a terminal and a voice instruction sent by a user to the electric appliance to be controlled through the terminal, the control unit 120 identifies the electric appliance to be controlled according to the image, so as to control the identified electric appliance to be controlled according to the voice control instruction and/or perform corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a specific implementation of the control unit according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 5, in a specific embodiment, the control unit 120 includes a recognition unit 121, a search unit 122, and a determination unit 123.
The identification unit 121 is configured to identify the type and/or model of the electrical appliance to be controlled according to the image; the searching unit 122 is configured to search for an alternative appliance matching the category and/or model from at least one preset appliance; the determining unit 123 is configured to determine the electric appliance to be controlled from the found alternative electric appliances matching with the category and/or model.
For example, the identification unit 121 identifies that the electrical appliance to be controlled is an air conditioner according to an image of the electrical appliance to be controlled acquired by the terminal, and identifies the type of the air conditioner. And the preset at least one electric appliance is the electric appliance bound by the user account. Namely, finding the electric appliances corresponding to the type and/or model in the electric appliances bound by the user account. Specifically, the user account may be bound with identification information such as a name, a MAC address, and the like of the managed appliance. The search unit 122 searches for an alternative appliance matching the category and/or model from at least one preset appliance. That is, an appliance matching the category and/or model is found among the appliances managed by the user account to which the user account is bound.
The determining unit 123 determines the electric appliance to be controlled from the searched alternative electric appliances matching with the category and/or model.
The finding unit 122 may find one or more than two alternative appliances matching the category and/or model. If one candidate electric appliance matching with the type and/or model is found, the determining unit 123 determines the found candidate electric appliance as the electric appliance to be controlled.
If more than two alternative electric appliances matched with the type and/or model are found, the determining unit 123 needs to determine the electric appliance to be controlled among the found more than two alternative electric appliances.
In a specific embodiment, if more than two alternative electric appliances matched with the type and/or model are found, sending identification information of the found more than two alternative electric appliances to the terminal; receiving selection information returned by the terminal for selecting a target electric appliance from the searched more than two alternative electric appliances; and determining the target electrical appliance as the electrical appliance to be controlled according to the selection information. That is, the identification information of the searched two or more alternative electric appliances is sent to the terminal, and the user selects one of the two or more alternative electric appliances on the terminal as the electric appliance to be controlled.
In another specific embodiment, if more than two alternative electric appliances matched with the type and/or model are found, sending identification information of the found more than two alternative electric appliances to the terminal; and the terminal is respectively communicated with the searched more than two alternative electric appliances according to the identification information, and the electric appliance to be controlled in the searched more than two alternative electric appliances is determined according to the intensity of the communication signal. Specifically, according to the strength of the communication signal, the candidate electrical appliance with stronger communication signal strength with the terminal among the candidate electrical appliances is determined as the electrical appliance to be controlled, or the distances between two or more candidate electrical appliances and the terminal are determined according to the signal strengths between the two or more candidate electrical appliances and the terminal, and the candidate electrical appliance with shorter distance from the terminal is determined as the electrical appliance to be controlled. For example, if it is identified that the electric appliance to be controlled is an air conditioner, and there are two air conditioners in the user's home, the mobile phone communicates with the two air conditioners respectively, the communication signal strength RSSI between each air conditioner and the terminal is calculated, the determination that the communication signal strength RSSI between the two air conditioners and the mobile phone is stronger is determined as the air conditioner to be controlled according to the strength of the communication signal strength, or the distance between each air conditioner and the terminal is calculated according to the calculated communication signal strength RSSI between each air conditioner and the terminal, and the air conditioner with the shorter distance to the terminal is determined as the air conditioner to be controlled.
After the electrical device to be controlled is identified, the control unit 130 controls the identified electrical device to be controlled according to the voice control instruction, and/or performs corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction.
Specifically, the controlling unit 130 may control the identified power controller according to the voice control instruction, including: recognizing the voice control instruction to generate a corresponding electric appliance control instruction; and sending the electric appliance control instruction to the electric appliance to be controlled so that the electric appliance to be controlled executes corresponding operation according to the electric appliance control instruction. The appliances in the user's home can be configured with a communication module, such as WiFi, bluetooth, NB-IoT, etc., and the appliances can be networked using the communication module and connected with the server. As shown in fig. 2, the server may be connected to the to-be-controlled appliance through the internet, so as to send the appliance control instruction to the to-be-controlled appliance communication module, and the main control module of the to-be-controlled appliance executes a corresponding operation according to the control instruction received by the communication module.
For example, if the voice control instruction sent by the user is recognized as 'turn on the air conditioner', the voice control instruction is generated into a corresponding electric appliance control instruction 'turn on' for the air conditioner, the control instruction of 'turn on' is sent to the identified electric appliance air conditioner to be controlled, and the air conditioner executes the turn-on operation.
In one embodiment, the demand processing instruction includes: and (5) feeding back a command. The performing, by the control unit 130, the corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction may specifically include: performing voice recognition on the state feedback instruction to recognize the type of the state information needing to be fed back; acquiring the type state information of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the type; and feeding back the acquired state information of the type of the electric appliance to be controlled to the terminal.
Specifically, the type of the status information includes failure information; for example, the user asks "what is air-conditioned by voice? The state feedback instruction sent by the user through voice is subjected to voice recognition, and fault information of the air conditioner, which needs to be fed back by the user, can be recognized. When the type of the state information needing to be fed back is identified as fault information, in a specific implementation mode, the model and the fault code of the electric appliance to be controlled are identified according to the image; and determining the fault information of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the model and the fault code. For example, when the air conditioner has a fault, a display part, such as a display screen, of the air conditioner can display a fault code, the server searches the model of the air conditioner through a picture sent by the terminal and identifies the fault code currently displayed on the display screen of the air conditioner, determines the current fault of the air conditioner according to the model and the fault code of the air conditioner, and feeds back the current fault information of the air conditioner to the terminal, namely, replies the current condition of the air conditioner. In another specific embodiment, the fault information of the electric appliance to be controlled can be acquired through communication with the electric appliance to be controlled. For example, a to-be-controlled electric appliance such as an air conditioner is connected to the internet in a WiFi manner so as to be connected to a server, and the server communicates with the air conditioner through the internet to acquire fault information of the air conditioner.
In another specific embodiment, the demand processing instruction includes: and maintaining the processing instruction. The control unit 130 performs corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction, including: carrying out repair processing on the electric appliance to be controlled according to the repair processing instruction; and feeding back the repair feedback information subjected to the repair processing to the terminal. For example, after the user checks the current fault information of the air conditioner fed back by the server through a mobile phone (APP), the user sends a maintenance processing instruction "to schedule maintenance for me!through voice! If the user needs to arrange maintenance for the air conditioner, the background performs repair processing on the air conditioner and feeds back repair feedback information to the mobile phone, where the repair feedback information may include: at least one of a dispatch list, a contact way of maintenance personnel, door-to-door maintenance time, fault information and model information.
The invention also provides a storage medium corresponding to the appliance control method, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when executed by a processor, carries out the steps of any of the methods described above.
The invention also provides a server corresponding to the electric appliance control method, which comprises a processor, a memory and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to realize the steps of any one of the methods.
The invention also provides a server corresponding to the electric appliance control device, which comprises any one of the electric appliance control devices.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, the image of the electric appliance to be controlled sent by a receiving terminal and the voice control instruction and/or the demand processing instruction of the electric appliance to be controlled sent by a user through the terminal are/is received; the electric appliance to be controlled is identified according to the image, the identified electric appliance to be controlled is controlled according to the voice control instruction, and/or corresponding requirement processing is carried out according to the requirement processing instruction, a user can directly send the voice control instruction to control the electric appliance to be controlled after acquiring an electric appliance image by using a terminal, the electric appliance to be controlled does not need to be searched in a plurality of household appliances managed by the terminal (APP), and then the electric appliance enters a corresponding electric appliance control page, so that the step that the user uses the terminal to control the household appliances can be simplified; the invention can control the electric appliance according to the voice control instruction sent by the user through voice, save the time for searching the functional key to be controlled on the control page, realize the quick control of the electric appliance, and can also acquire the requirement of the user on the electric appliance to be controlled according to the requirement processing instruction sent by the user through voice, correspondingly process the requirement of the user and feed back the processed information to the user in time; furthermore, the invention can also respond to the requirement of the user on the fault information of the electric appliance to be controlled, determine the fault information of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the collected picture of the electric appliance to be controlled and feed the fault information back to the user; and arranging repair for the electric appliance to be controlled according to the requirement of the user for processing the fault of the electric appliance to be controlled, and sending the repair feedback information to the user.
The functions described herein may be implemented in hardware, software executed by a processor, firmware, or any combination thereof. If implemented in software executed by a processor, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. 1. An electric appliance control method is used for a server side, and is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving an image of an electric appliance to be controlled sent by a terminal and a voice instruction sent to the electric appliance to be controlled by a user through the terminal; the voice instruction comprises a voice control instruction and a demand processing instruction;
identifying the electric appliance to be controlled according to the image, controlling the identified electric appliance to be controlled according to the voice control instruction, and carrying out corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction;
the communication module of the terminal and the communication module of the electricity controller to be controlled are connected with the server through the internet and communicate with the server;
the demand processing instruction includes: a state feedback instruction; performing corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction, including:
performing voice recognition on the state feedback instruction to recognize the type of the state information needing to be fed back; acquiring the type state information of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the type; feeding back the acquired state information of the type of the electric appliance to be controlled to the terminal;
the type of the state information comprises fault information; when the type of the state information needing to be fed back is identified as fault information, acquiring the type of the state information of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the type, wherein the type of the state information comprises the following steps:
identifying the model and the fault code of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the image; and determining the fault information of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the model and the fault code.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein identifying the electrical device to be controlled from the image comprises:
identifying the type and/or model of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the image;
searching for an alternative electric appliance matched with the type and/or model in at least one preset electric appliance;
and determining the electric appliance to be controlled from the searched alternative electric appliances matched with the types and/or models.
3. The method according to claim 2, wherein determining the electric appliance to be controlled from the searched alternative electric appliances matched with the type and/or model comprises:
and if one alternative electric appliance matched with the type and/or model is found, determining the found alternative electric appliance as the electric appliance to be controlled.
4. The method according to claim 2 or 3, wherein determining the electric appliance to be controlled from the searched alternative electric appliances matched with the type and/or model comprises:
if more than two alternative electric appliances matched with the types and/or models are found, sending identification information of the found more than two alternative electric appliances to the terminal;
receiving selection information returned by the terminal for selecting a target electric appliance from the searched more than two alternative electric appliances;
determining the target electrical appliance as the electrical appliance to be controlled according to the selection information;
or the like, or, alternatively,
if more than two alternative electric appliances matched with the types and/or models are found, sending identification information of the found more than two alternative electric appliances to the terminal;
and the terminal is respectively communicated with the searched more than two alternative electric appliances according to the identification information, and the electric appliance to be controlled in the searched more than two alternative electric appliances is determined according to the intensity of the communication signal.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein controlling the recognized electric appliance to be controlled according to the voice control command comprises:
recognizing the voice control instruction to generate a corresponding electric appliance control instruction;
and sending the electric appliance control instruction to the electric appliance to be controlled so that the electric appliance to be controlled executes corresponding operation according to the electric appliance control instruction.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein controlling the identified electric appliance to be controlled according to the voice control instruction comprises:
recognizing the voice control instruction to generate a corresponding electric appliance control instruction;
and sending the electric appliance control instruction to the electric appliance to be controlled so that the electric appliance to be controlled executes corresponding operation according to the electric appliance control instruction.
7. The method of any of claims 1-3, 6, wherein the demand processing instruction comprises: a maintenance processing instruction;
performing corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction, including:
carrying out repair processing on the electric appliance to be controlled according to the repair processing instruction;
feeding back the repair feedback information subjected to the repair processing to the terminal;
the repair feedback information includes: at least one of a dispatch list, a contact way of maintenance personnel, door-to-door maintenance time, fault information and model information.
8. The method of claim 4, wherein the demand processing instruction comprises: a maintenance processing instruction;
performing corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction, including:
carrying out repair processing on the electric appliance to be controlled according to the repair processing instruction;
feeding back the repair feedback information subjected to the repair processing to the terminal;
the repair feedback information includes: at least one of a dispatch list, a contact way of maintenance personnel, door-to-door maintenance time, fault information and model information.
9. The method of claim 5, wherein the demand processing instruction comprises: a maintenance processing instruction;
performing corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction, including:
carrying out repair processing on the electric appliance to be controlled according to the repair processing instruction;
feeding back the repair feedback information subjected to the repair processing to the terminal;
the repair feedback information includes: at least one of a dispatch list, a contact way of maintenance personnel, door-to-door maintenance time, fault information and model information.
10. An electrical appliance control apparatus for a server side, comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving the image of the electric appliance to be controlled sent by the terminal and the voice instruction of the user to the electric appliance to be controlled sent by the terminal; the voice instruction comprises a voice control instruction and a demand processing instruction;
the control unit is used for identifying the electric appliance to be controlled according to the image, controlling the identified electric appliance to be controlled according to the voice control instruction and carrying out corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction;
the communication module of the terminal and the communication module of the electricity controller to be controlled are connected with the server through the internet and communicate with the server;
the demand processing instruction includes: a state feedback instruction; the control unit performs corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction, and includes:
performing voice recognition on the state feedback instruction to recognize the type of the state information needing to be fed back; acquiring the type state information of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the type; feeding back the acquired state information of the type of the electric appliance to be controlled to the terminal;
the type of the state information comprises fault information; when the type of the state information needing to be fed back is identified as fault information, the control unit acquires the type of the state information of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the type, and the method comprises the following steps:
identifying the model and the fault code of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the image; and determining the fault information of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the model and the fault code.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the control unit comprises:
the identification unit is used for identifying the type and/or model of the electric appliance to be controlled according to the image;
the searching unit is used for searching for the alternative electric appliances matched with the types and/or models in at least one preset electric appliance;
and the determining unit is used for determining the electric appliance to be controlled from the searched alternative electric appliances matched with the types and/or models.
12. The apparatus according to claim 11, wherein the determining unit determines the electric appliance to be controlled from the searched alternative electric appliances matching with the category and/or model, and comprises:
and if one alternative electric appliance matched with the type and/or model is found, determining the found alternative electric appliance as the electric appliance to be controlled.

14. The apparatus according to any one of claims 10-12, wherein the control unit controls the recognized electric device to be controlled according to the voice control command, and comprises:
recognizing the voice control instruction to generate a corresponding electric appliance control instruction;
and sending the electric appliance control instruction to the electric appliance to be controlled so that the electric appliance to be controlled executes corresponding operation according to the electric appliance control instruction.
15. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the control unit controls the recognized electric device to be controlled according to the voice control command, and comprises:
recognizing the voice control instruction to generate a corresponding electric appliance control instruction;
and sending the electric appliance control instruction to the electric appliance to be controlled so that the electric appliance to be controlled executes corresponding operation according to the electric appliance control instruction.
16. The apparatus of any of claims 10-12, 15, wherein the demand processing instructions comprise: a maintenance processing instruction;
the control unit performs corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction, and includes:
carrying out repair processing on the electric appliance to be controlled according to the repair processing instruction;
feeding back the repair feedback information subjected to the repair processing to the terminal;
the repair feedback information includes: at least one of a dispatch list, a contact way of maintenance personnel, door-to-door maintenance time, fault information and model information.
17. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the demand processing instructions comprise: a maintenance processing instruction;
the control unit performs corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction, and includes:
carrying out repair processing on the electric appliance to be controlled according to the repair processing instruction;
feeding back the repair feedback information subjected to the repair processing to the terminal;
the repair feedback information includes: at least one of a dispatch list, a contact way of maintenance personnel, door-to-door maintenance time, fault information and model information.
18. The apparatus of claim 14, wherein the demand processing instructions comprise: a maintenance processing instruction;
the control unit performs corresponding demand processing according to the demand processing instruction, and includes:
carrying out repair processing on the electric appliance to be controlled according to the repair processing instruction;
feeding back the repair feedback information subjected to the repair processing to the terminal;
the repair feedback information includes: at least one of a dispatch list, a contact way of maintenance personnel, door-to-door maintenance time, fault information and model information.
19. A storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 9.
20. A server comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 9 when executing the program.
21. A server, characterized by comprising an appliance control device according to any one of claims 10-18.
