Abstract
The invention provides a control device, a control method, a storage medium and equipment, wherein the device comprises: the master-slave determining unit is used for determining the equipment to which the master device belongs as master equipment or slave equipment; a first communication unit for connecting with a router to connect the internet through the router; the second communication unit is used for connecting with the slave equipment when the equipment is the master equipment; and/or, when the device is a slave device, the slave device is connected with the master device; when the device is a slave device, the first communication unit disconnects the router when the second communication unit is connected to the master device. The scheme provided by the invention can reduce the connection number of the router, and enables more networking devices to be normally networked under the condition that the performance of the router is not changed.

Technical Field
The present invention relates to the field of control, and in particular, to a control apparatus, a control method, a storage medium, and a device.
Background
At present, with the popularization of intelligent household appliances, mobile phones, lighting and the like, more and more intelligent products are used in families, most of the intelligent products are connected with a wireless router in a WiFi mode, but the number of allowed wireless connections of the household router is limited (generally within 15) due to performance restriction, so that when the number of the wireless connections is increased, the problems that the wireless connections of household appliances are unstable or normal networking cannot be achieved can be caused, and the use of users is affected.

According to the technical scheme of the invention, when the equipment is the slave equipment, under the condition that the second communication unit is connected with the master equipment, the first communication unit is disconnected from the router, and the router is connected through the connection with the master equipment, so that the Internet is connected, the connection number of the router is reduced, under the condition that the performance of the router is not changed, more networking equipment is normally networked, and the problem that the wireless connection is unstable or the connection is not good when the networking equipment is increased is solved. The technical scheme of the invention can be applied to equipment, and the equipment comprises at least one of an air conditioner, an air purifier, a dehumidifier, a humidifier, a refrigerator, a television, a fan, a washing machine, a microwave oven, an electric oven, a range hood, a lighting lamp, a sound device, a camera device and a voice device. The control device and the method provided by the invention can be used for controlling the communication between the equipment and other equipment.
Fig. 1 is a topology diagram of a network of home devices according to an example of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the network of home devices may include a plurality of devices, including at least one master device, and preferably, the devices in each room form a sub-network, one device in the sub-network in each room is a master device, and the other devices are slave devices, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the devices in the living room form a network, and the devices in the bedroom form a network. Wherein, the air conditioner in the living room and the air conditioner in the bedroom are respectively used as the master equipment in the living room and the bedroom, and other equipment is used as the slave equipment. The communication control device provided by the invention can be applied to the master equipment and/or the slave equipment.

The master-slave determining unit 110 is configured to determine that the device is a master device or a slave device; the master-slave determining unit 110 may specifically determine that the device belongs to be a master device or a slave device according to a preset setting or a selection of a user. As shown in fig. 3, the first communication unit 120 is configured to connect with a router to connect to the internet through the router; when the device is a master device, the second communication unit 130 is connected with the slave device; and/or, when the device is a slave device, the second communication unit 130 is connected with the master device. When the device is a slave device, the first communication unit 120 connects to a router when the second communication unit 130 is not connected to a master device; and/or the first communication unit 120 disconnects the router when the second communication unit 130 is connected to the master device. The first communication unit and the second communication unit may specifically be different communication channels, and the first communication unit and the second communication unit use different communication interfaces. In one embodiment, the first communication unit includes a wifi module, and/or the second communication unit is configurable according to a predetermined communication protocol.
Specifically, when the belonging device is a master device, the first communication unit 120 is connected to a router; the second communication unit 130 is connected to a slave device, and the slave device is connected to the slave device to realize internet connection via a router. Further, when the device is a slave device, the second communication unit 120 searches for a master device to connect with the master device; when two or more master devices are searched, the second communication unit 130 connects to the master device having the strongest communication signal among the two or more master devices.
For example, when an appliance is in a first room, the master device in the first room and the master device in a second room are searched through the second communication unit 130, because the appliance is in the first room, the communication signal strength of the master device in the first room is stronger than that of the master device in the second room, and therefore, the appliance is connected to the master device in the first room through the second communication unit 130; and when the appliance is moved to the second room, searching the master device through the second communication unit 130, because the appliance is in the second room, and therefore, the communication signal strength of the master device searching the second room is stronger than that of the master device in the first room, disconnecting the second communication unit 130 from the master device in the first room, and connecting the master device in the second room through the second communication unit 130.
The embodiment of the invention can realize that the slave equipment is connected with the router through being connected with the master equipment, thereby connecting the internet, reducing the connection number of the router, normally networking more networking equipment under the condition of unchanged performance of the router, and solving the problem of unstable wireless connection or unavailable connection caused by the increase of the networking equipment.
Fig. 4 is a block diagram of another embodiment of the communication control apparatus according to the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, based on the foregoing embodiment, when the device is a master device, the apparatus 100 may further include: an instruction recognition unit 140 and a first control unit 150.

The voice central control device as a master device recognizes a voice control instruction sent by a user through the instruction recognition unit 140, if the voice control instruction is a master device control instruction, the device to which the voice central control device belongs executes corresponding operation according to the voice control instruction, and if the voice control instruction is a slave device control instruction, the recognized voice control instruction is forwarded to a corresponding slave device in the connected slave devices through the second communication unit 130.
When the equipment is the slave equipment, the master equipment which is used as voice central control is connected through a second communication unit; the device searches the master device, when more than two master devices are searched, the device is connected with the master device with the strongest communication signal in the more than two master devices through the second communication unit, and the signal is attenuated quickly after penetrating through the wall and hardly attenuated in the same room, so that the slave device can be connected with the master device in the room and directly networked with the master device in the room. When the user speaks the voice control command word, the user does not need to speak the positioning word for positioning the specified device (i.e. the user does not contain the room name), and the voice center control serving as the master device only needs to directly recognize the device name in the voice control command word and directly forwards the device name to the device with the device name in the connected slave devices.

The second control instruction is a second control instruction sent by a user and received by the main equipment through the router; optionally, the second control instruction may specifically be a remote control instruction sent by a user through the internet by using a user terminal.
Fig. 7 is a method schematic diagram of an embodiment of the control method provided by the present invention. As shown in fig. 7, the method includes a first connecting step S1, a second connecting step S2.
A first connection step S1 for connecting with a router through the first communication unit 120 to connect the internet through the router; a second connection step S2 of connecting with the master device through the second communication unit when the belonging device is the slave device, or connecting with the slave device through the second communication unit when the belonging device is the master device; the first connection step S1, when the device is a slave device, connecting to the router through the first communication unit without connecting to the master device through the second communication unit; and/or, in the case where the first communication unit has been connected to the master device through the second communication unit, disconnecting the first communication unit from the router.
The device may be a master device or a slave device, and the device may be determined to be the master device or the slave device according to a preset setting or a selection of a user. The first communication unit and the second communication unit may specifically be different communication channels, and the first communication unit and the second communication unit use different communication interfaces. In one embodiment, the first communication unit includes a wifi module, and/or the second communication unit is configurable according to a predetermined communication protocol.
Specifically, when the belonging device is a master device, the first connecting step S1 connects with the router through the first communication unit to connect with the internet through the router (first connecting step S1), connects with the slave device through the second communication unit (second connecting step S2), and the slave device realizes the internet connection through the router by connecting with the belonging device.
When the belonging device is a slave device, connecting with the router through the first communication unit to connect with the internet through the router (first connecting step S1), and connecting with the master device through the second communication unit (second connecting step S2); wherein, in the case of not being connected to the host device through the second communication unit, the connection is maintained to the router through the first communication unit to connect to the internet through the router; when the second communication unit is connected with the main device, the first communication unit is disconnected from the router, the second communication unit 130 is connected with the main device, and the internet connection through the router is realized. For example, when an electrical appliance (belonging device) has successfully connected to the host device through the second communication unit, the first communication unit is disconnected from the router, and if the second communication unit is not connected to the host device (for example, the connection is disconnected), the first communication unit is directly connected to the router to connect to the internet.
Further, the second connecting step S2 further includes: when the device is a slave device, searching the master device through the second communication unit so as to be connected with the master device; and when more than two main devices are searched, connecting the main device with the strongest communication signal in the more than two main devices through the second communication unit.
For example, when an electrical appliance is in a first room, the main device in the first room and the main device in a second room are searched through the second communication unit, because the electrical appliance is in the first room, the communication signal strength of the main device in the first room is stronger than that of the main device in the second room, and therefore the main device in the first room is connected through the second communication unit; and when the electric appliance is moved to a second room, searching the master device through the second communication unit, and because the electric appliance is in the second room, searching that the communication signal strength of the master device in the second room is stronger than that of the master device in the first room, disconnecting the second communication unit from the master device in the first room, and connecting the master device in the second room through the second communication unit.
Fig. 8 is a method schematic diagram of another embodiment of the control method provided by the present invention. As shown in fig. 8, based on the above-described embodiment, when the belonging device is the master device, the method may further include the instruction identifying step S3 and the first determining step S4, and further include the first performing step S5 or the first forwarding step S6.
An instruction identifying step S3 of identifying a control instruction issued by a user when the device to which the user belongs is a master device; a first determination step S4 of determining whether the identified first control instruction is a master device control instruction or a slave device control instruction; a first executing step S5, configured to, if the first control instruction is a master device control instruction, execute, by the device, a corresponding operation according to the first control instruction; or, a first forwarding step S6, configured to forward the first control instruction to a corresponding slave device of the connected slave devices through the second wireless communication unit if the first control instruction is a slave device control instruction. Preferably, the device is a voice device, such as a voice speaker, a voice box, or the like, and the first control instruction is a voice control instruction.
Under the condition that devices with the same name are distributed in different rooms, when the devices are controlled through voice command words, the command words need to contain positioning words for positioning the specified devices, device names and the like, so that the voice control command words are often long, for example, a bedroom dehumidifier is turned on. Moreover, before the control is realized, the distribution of the devices must be classified according to rooms in advance, and particularly, the devices which are movable and frequently change rooms need to be classified and divided again every time, which brings much trouble to users.
The device can be a voice central control device when being a master device, and is directly connected with the slave device in the room through the second communication unit in a networking manner. The master device recognizes a voice control instruction issued by a user (instruction recognition step S3), and determines that the recognized first control instruction is a master device control instruction or a slave device control instruction (first determination step S4), if the voice control instruction is a master device control instruction, the corresponding operation is performed by the belonging device according to the voice control instruction (first execution step S5), and if the voice control instruction is a slave device control instruction, the recognized voice control instruction is forwarded to the corresponding slave device of the connected slave devices through the second communication unit (first forwarding step S6).
When the equipment is the slave equipment, the master equipment which is used as voice central control is connected through a second communication unit; the device searches the master device, when more than two master devices are searched, the device is connected with the master device with the strongest communication signal in the more than two master devices through the second communication unit, and the signal is attenuated quickly after penetrating through the wall and hardly attenuated in the same room, so that the slave device can be connected with the master device in the room and directly networked with the master device in the room. When the user speaks the voice control command word, the user does not need to speak the positioning word for positioning the specified device (i.e. the user does not contain the room name), and the voice center control serving as the master device only needs to directly recognize the device name in the voice control command word and directly forwards the device name to the device with the device name in the connected slave devices.
Therefore, when the voice central control is placed in a certain room as a master device, peripheral slave devices of the voice central control can be automatically connected with the voice central control, the voice central control can divide the devices connected with the voice central control into a room classification, and the like, so that the networking devices of all the rooms can be automatically networked and classified based on the voice central control of all the rooms. When a user controls each room, the equipment in the room can be controlled without containing the name of the room in the used command word, the user does not need to classify the room in advance, the field of the room can be omitted by the voice command word entry, and for example, the user can realize the effect of opening a dehumidifier in a bedroom by saying that the dehumidifier is opened in the bedroom.
Fig. 9 is a method diagram of another embodiment of the control method provided by the present invention. As shown in fig. 9, based on any of the above embodiments, when the device is a master device, the method may further include a first receiving step S7 and a second determining step S8, and further include a second performing step S9 or a second forwarding step S10.
A first receiving step S7 of receiving, by the first communication unit, a second control instruction of the user through the router when the device is a master device; a second determination step S8, when the device is a master device, for determining that the second control instruction received by the first communication unit is a master device control instruction or a slave device control instruction; a second executing step S9, configured to, if the second control instruction is a master control instruction, execute a corresponding operation according to the second control instruction by the belonging device, or, a second forwarding step S10, configured to, if the second control instruction is a slave control instruction, forward the second control instruction to a corresponding slave device of the connected slave devices through the second wireless communication unit.
Specifically, when the belonging device is a master device, the router is connected through the first communication unit so as to be connected to the internet; the second control instruction of the user may be received through the router by the first communication unit (first receiving step S7). The second control instruction is used for controlling the master device or the slave device, and the second control instruction may specifically be a remote control instruction sent by a user through the internet by using a user terminal. Determining that the second control instruction received by the first communication unit is a master control instruction or a slave control instruction (second determining step S8), if the second control instruction is a master control instruction, performing a corresponding operation by the belonging device according to the second control instruction (second performing step S9); if the second control instruction is a slave device control instruction, the second control instruction is forwarded to a corresponding slave device of the connected slave devices through the second communication unit 130 (second forwarding step S10), so that the corresponding slave device performs a corresponding operation according to the second control instruction.
On the other hand, when the device is a slave device, the method further includes: a second receiving step and a third executing step. A second receiving step, configured to receive, by the second communication unit, a first control instruction and/or a second control instruction sent by a user and forwarded by the master device, when the device to which the second communication unit belongs is a slave device; and a third execution step, which is used for executing corresponding operation by the equipment according to the first control instruction and/or the second control instruction. Wherein the first control instruction is a first control instruction issued by a user identified by a master device; optionally, the first control instruction is a voice control instruction. The second control instruction is a second control instruction sent by a user and received by the main equipment through the router; optionally, the second control instruction may specifically be a remote control instruction sent by a user through the internet by using a user terminal.
The invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which program, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of any of the methods described above.
The invention also provides an apparatus comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of any of the methods described above when executing the program.
Wherein, the equipment comprises at least one of an air conditioner, an air purifier, a dehumidifier, a humidifier, a refrigerator, a television, a fan, a washing machine, a microwave oven, an electric oven, a smoke exhaust ventilator, a lighting lamp, a sound, a camera device and a voice device.
The invention also provides equipment comprising the control device. Wherein, the equipment comprises at least one of an air conditioner, an air purifier, a dehumidifier, a humidifier, a refrigerator, a television, a fan, a washing machine, a microwave oven, an electric oven, a smoke exhaust ventilator, a lighting lamp, a sound, a camera device and a voice device.
Therefore, according to the scheme provided by the invention, when the equipment is the slave equipment, under the condition that the second communication unit is connected with the master equipment, the first communication unit is disconnected from the router, and the router is connected through the connection with the master equipment, so that the Internet is connected, the connection number of the router is reduced, under the condition that the performance of the router is not changed, more networking equipment is normally networked, and the problem that the wireless connection is unstable or the connection is not good when the networking equipment is increased is solved. According to the technical scheme of the invention, when the voice equipment is used as the master equipment, the slave equipment is automatically connected with the master equipment with the strongest communication signal, so that the master equipment in the room where the voice equipment is located can be automatically connected and networked with the master equipment in the room where the voice equipment is located, the networking equipment in each room can automatically perform networking classification based on voice central control of each room, and a user does not need to speak a positioning word for positioning the specified equipment when controlling in each room. According to the technical scheme of the invention, when the device is a master device, a remote control instruction (a second control instruction) of a user can be received, and the remote control instruction is executed or forwarded to a slave device; when the device is a slave device, the remote control instruction of the user forwarded by the master device can be received and executed in a wireless communication mode, so that the master device and/or the slave device can be remotely controlled in a device network consisting of a plurality of devices.
The functions described herein may be implemented in hardware, software executed by a processor, firmware, or any combination thereof. If implemented in software executed by a processor, the functions may be stored on or transmitted over as one or more instructions or code on a computer-readable medium. Other examples and implementations are within the scope and spirit of the invention and the following claims. For example, due to the nature of software, the functions described above may be implemented using software executed by a processor, hardware, firmware, hardwired, or a combination of any of these. In addition, each functional unit may be integrated into one processing unit, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one unit.
In the embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed technology can be implemented in other ways. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units may be a logical division, and in actual implementation, there may be another division, for example, multiple units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. In addition, the shown or discussed mutual coupling or direct coupling or communication connection may be an indirect coupling or communication connection through some interfaces, units or modules, and may be in an electrical or other form.
The units described as separate parts may or may not be physically separate, and the parts serving as the control device may or may not be physical units, may be located in one place, or may be distributed on a plurality of units. Some or all of the units can be selected according to actual needs to achieve the purpose of the solution of the embodiment.
The integrated unit, if implemented in the form of a software functional unit and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a removable hard disk, a magnetic or optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.
The above description is only an example of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and it is obvious to those skilled in the art that various modifications and variations can be made in the present invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the scope of the claims of the present invention.
Claims (24)
1. A control device, comprising:
the master-slave determining unit is used for determining the equipment to which the master device belongs as master equipment or slave equipment;
a first communication unit for connecting with a router to connect the internet through the router;
the second communication unit is used for connecting with the slave equipment when the equipment is the master equipment; when the equipment is the slave equipment, the equipment is connected with the master equipment;
when the device is a slave device, the first communication unit disconnects the router when the second communication unit is connected with the master device;
when the device is a slave device, the second communication unit is further configured to: searching for a master device to connect with the master device; when more than two main devices are searched, the second communication unit is connected with the main device with the strongest communication signal in the more than two main devices; the two or more master devices are in different rooms;
when the device is a slave device, the second communication unit is configured to receive a first control instruction and/or a second control instruction sent by a user and forwarded by the master device, and the device executes a corresponding operation according to the first control instruction and/or the second control instruction; the first control instruction is a first control instruction sent by a user identified by the main equipment; the second control instruction is a second control instruction sent by a user and received by the main device through the router.
2. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein when the device is a master device, the apparatus further comprises:
the command identification unit is used for identifying a first control command sent by a user;
the first control unit is configured to determine that the first control instruction identified by the instruction identification unit is a master device control instruction or a slave device control instruction, if the first control instruction is a master device control instruction, the device to which the first control instruction belongs performs a corresponding operation according to the first control instruction, and if the first control instruction is a slave device control instruction, the first control instruction is forwarded to a corresponding slave device in the connected slave devices through the second wireless communication unit.
3. The apparatus of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first communication unit is further configured to: when the device is the main device, receiving a second control instruction of the user through the router;
the device further comprises: and the second control unit is used for determining that the second control instruction received by the first communication unit is a master control instruction or a slave control instruction when the device is a master device, executing corresponding operation by the device according to the second control instruction if the second control instruction is the master control instruction, and forwarding the second control instruction to a corresponding slave device in the connected slave devices through the second communication unit if the second control instruction is the slave control instruction.
4. The apparatus of claim 1 or 2, wherein the first control instruction is a voice control instruction.
5. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the first control instruction is a voice control instruction.
6. The device according to any of claims 1, 2, 5, wherein the first communication unit comprises a wifi module and/or wherein the second communication unit is configured according to a predetermined communication protocol.
7. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the first communication unit comprises a wifi module and/or wherein the second communication unit is configured according to a predetermined communication protocol.
8. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the first communication unit comprises a wifi module and/or wherein the second communication unit is configured according to a predetermined communication protocol.
9. The apparatus according to any one of claims 1, 2, 5, 7, and 8, wherein the determining that the device is a master device or a slave device comprises: and determining the equipment to be the master equipment or the slave equipment according to the preset setting or the selection of a user.
10. The apparatus of claim 3, wherein the determining that the device is a master device or a slave device comprises: and determining the equipment to be the master equipment or the slave equipment according to the preset setting or the selection of a user.
11. The apparatus of claim 4, wherein the determining that the device is a master device or a slave device comprises: and determining the equipment to be the master equipment or the slave equipment according to the preset setting or the selection of a user.
12. The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the determining that the device is a master device or a slave device comprises: and determining the equipment to be the master equipment or the slave equipment according to the preset setting or the selection of a user.
13. A control method, comprising:
a first connection step for connecting with a router through a first communication unit to connect with the internet through the router;
a second connection step of connecting with the master device through a second communication unit when the device is a slave device, and connecting with the slave device through the second communication unit when the device is a master device;
the first connection step of disconnecting the first communication unit from the router when the device is a slave device and the second communication unit is connected to the master device;
the second connecting step further comprises: when the device is a slave device, searching the master device through the second communication unit so as to be connected with the master device; when more than two main devices are searched, the main device with the strongest communication signal is connected with the main device through the second communication unit; the two or more master devices are in different rooms;
a second receiving step, configured to receive, by the second communication unit, a first control instruction and/or a second control instruction sent by a user and forwarded by the master device, when the device to which the second communication unit belongs is a slave device;
a third execution step, which is used for executing corresponding operation by the equipment according to the first control instruction and/or the second control instruction;
wherein the first control instruction is a first control instruction issued by a user identified by a master device; the second control instruction is a second control instruction sent by a user and received by the main device through the router.
14. The method of claim 13, further comprising:
an instruction identification step, which is used for identifying a first control instruction sent by a user when the equipment is the main equipment;
a first determination step of determining that the identified first control instruction is a master device control instruction or a slave device control instruction;
a first execution step, configured to, if the first control instruction is a master device control instruction, execute, by the device to which the first control instruction belongs, a corresponding operation according to the first control instruction; or, a first forwarding step, configured to forward the first control instruction to a corresponding slave device of the connected slave devices through a second wireless communication unit if the first control instruction is a slave device control instruction.
15. The method of claim 13 or 14, further comprising:
a first receiving step of receiving, by the first communication unit, a second control instruction of the user through the router when the device is a master device;
a second determination step of determining that the second control instruction received by the first communication unit is a master control instruction or a slave control instruction when the belonging device is a master;
and a second executing step, configured to, if the second control instruction is a master device control instruction, execute a corresponding operation by the device to which the slave device belongs according to the second control instruction, or, a second forwarding step, configured to, if the second control instruction is a slave device control instruction, forward the second control instruction to a corresponding slave device in the connected slave devices through a second wireless communication unit.
16. The method according to claim 13 or 14, characterized in that the first control instruction is a voice control instruction.
17. The method of claim 15, wherein the first control instruction is a voice control instruction.
18. The method according to any of claims 13, 14, 17, characterized in that the first communication unit comprises a wifi module and/or the second communication unit is configured according to a predetermined communication protocol.
19. The method according to claim 15, characterized in that the first communication unit comprises a wifi module and/or the second communication unit is configured according to a predetermined communication protocol.
20. The method according to claim 16, characterized in that the first communication unit comprises a wifi module and/or the second communication unit is configured according to a predetermined communication protocol.
21. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer program for performing the steps of the method of any one of claims 13-20 when executed by a processor.
22. An apparatus comprising a processor, a memory, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, the processor implementing the steps of the method of any of claims 13-20 when executing the program.
23. An apparatus, characterized in that it comprises a control device according to any one of claims 1-12.
24. The apparatus of claim 22 or 23, wherein the apparatus comprises at least one of an air conditioner, an air purifier, a dehumidifier, a humidifier, a refrigerator, a television, a fan, a washing machine, a microwave oven, an electric oven, a range hood, a lighting lamp, a sound box, a camera device, and a voice device.
