技术领域
本发明涉及一种自润滑的船舶用绳缆,属于缆绳领域。
背景技术
现有的化纤绳索是由多根化纤单丝捻合成绳纱,再由多根绳纱捻合成绳股后,最后由多股绳股拧绞成绳索。一般化纤绳索不耐高温,不耐磨,抗拉 性能差,伸长率高,而且不具有耐腐蚀的特点。
现有技术中公开了一种金属纤维绳索(专利号为CN200820035724.X)解决了上述技术问题。但是现有技术中的这种绳缆在使用时会将绳索弯曲或者缠绕打结等,在此时不锈钢单丝之间会在内应力的作用下发生摩擦,长时间使用后由于摩擦造成的磨损较大会使不锈钢单丝发生断丝的情况,影响了绳索的使用寿命。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种自润滑的船舶用绳缆,防止不锈钢单丝发生较大磨损,提高绳缆的使用寿命。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种自润滑的船舶用绳缆,包括主绳体(3),主绳体(3)由多股绳股(1)相互拧绞而成,所述每股绳股(1)由多根绳纱相互捻合而成,每根绳纱由多根不锈钢纤维制成的单丝捻合而成;还包括内部绳芯(2),多股绳股(1)缠绕于内部绳芯(2)外;所述主绳体(3)外包裹有外部防水层(4)。
优化的,上述自润滑的船舶用绳缆,所述内部绳芯(2)由若干锦纶纤维捻合而成,内部绳芯(2)预浸润滑脂。
本申请的技术方案中,在现有技术的基础上增加了内部绳芯(2)和外部防水层(4),内部绳芯(2)预浸了润滑脂,在绳缆弯曲或者缠绕打结时,绳股(1)挤压内部绳芯(2),内部绳芯(2)预浸的油脂会被挤压出后进入到绳股(1)内,使得绳股(1)内的不锈钢纤维表面均浸润有润滑脂,这样就可以防止不锈钢纤维之间发生摩擦发生断丝。
优化的,上述自润滑的船舶用绳缆,所述外部防水层(4)由硅胶自粘带通过螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕而成,硅胶自粘带螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕于主绳体(3)的表面。
通过硅胶自粘带螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕于主绳体(3)的表面可以防止过多的油脂被挤压出后流失,通过硅胶自粘带的包裹可以锁住油脂防止流失。并且硅胶自粘带能够防止海水进入到主绳体(3)内,防止主绳体(3)内的油脂被海水浸泡后稀释影响润滑效果。
优化的,上述自润滑的船舶用绳缆,所述硅胶自粘带螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕的压叠宽度大于4毫米。
优化的,上述自润滑的船舶用绳缆,所述内部绳芯(2)还包括若干丙纶纤维,内部绳芯(2)由锦纶纤维和丙纶纤维捻合而成。
锦纶与丙纶的吸水吸油性较好,并且有足够的强度,耐磨耐腐蚀,能够长效保持吸收油脂的效果,防止油脂被挤压过多。
本发明的优点在于它能克服现有技术的弊端,结构设计合理新颖。本申请的设计在保持现有技术中绳缆耐磨、耐腐蚀、抗拉、低伸长率的优点的基础上,提高了现有的缆绳的不锈钢纤维的耐磨性,防止不锈钢纤维断丝,提高了缆绳的使用寿命。

下面结合附图与具体实施例进一步阐述本发明的技术特点。
本发明为一种自润滑的船舶用绳缆,包括主绳体(3),主绳体(3)由多股绳股(1)相互拧绞而成,所述每股绳股(1)由多根绳纱相互捻合而成,每根绳纱由多根不锈钢纤维制成的单丝捻合而成;还包括内部绳芯(2),多股绳股(1)缠绕于内部绳芯(2)外;所述主绳体(3)外包裹有外部防水层(4)。所述内部绳芯(2)由若干锦纶纤维捻合而成,内部绳芯(2)预浸润滑脂。
本申请的技术方案中,在现有技术的基础上增加了内部绳芯(2)和外部防水层(4),内部绳芯(2)预浸了润滑脂,在绳缆弯曲或者缠绕打结时,绳股(1)挤压内部绳芯(2),内部绳芯(2)预浸的油脂会被挤压出后进入到绳股(1)内,使得绳股(1)内的不锈钢纤维表面均浸润有润滑脂,这样就可以防止不锈钢纤维之间发生摩擦发生断丝。
所述外部防水层(4)由硅胶自粘带通过螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕而成,硅胶自粘带螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕于主绳体(3)的表面。
通过硅胶自粘带螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕于主绳体(3)的表面可以防止过多的油脂被挤压出后流失,通过硅胶自粘带的包裹可以锁住油脂防止流失。并且硅胶自粘带能够防止海水进入到主绳体(3)内,防止主绳体(3)内的油脂被海水浸泡后稀释影响润滑效果。所述硅胶自粘带螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕的压叠宽度大于4毫米。
所述内部绳芯(2)还包括若干丙纶纤维,内部绳芯(2)由锦纶纤维和丙纶纤维捻合而成。
锦纶与丙纶的吸水吸油性较好,并且有足够的强度,耐磨耐腐蚀,能够长效保持吸收油脂的效果,防止油脂被挤压过多。

1.一种自润滑的船舶用绳缆,包括主绳体(3),主绳体(3)由多股绳股(1)相互拧绞而成,所述每股绳股(1)由多根绳纱相互捻合而成,每根绳纱由多根不锈钢纤维制成的单丝捻合而成;其特征在于:还包括内部绳芯(2),多股绳股(1)缠绕于内部绳芯(2)外;所述主绳体(3)外包裹有外部防水层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自润滑的船舶用绳缆,其特征在于:所述内部绳芯(2)由若干锦纶纤维捻合而成,内部绳芯(2)预浸润滑脂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自润滑的船舶用绳缆,其特征在于:所述外部防水层(4)由硅胶自粘带通过螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕而成,硅胶自粘带螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕于主绳体(3)的表面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的自润滑的船舶用绳缆,其特征在于:所述硅胶自粘带螺旋式绕卷方式压叠缠绕的压叠宽度大于4毫米。
5.根据权利要求2所述的自润滑的船舶用绳缆,其特征在于:所述内部绳芯(2)还包括若干丙纶纤维,内部绳芯(2)由锦纶纤维和丙纶纤维捻合而成。
