本发明提供了一种废旧橡胶环保加工方法将收集的材料进行清洁处理后切碎,放入酸化剂,高温溶解,再冷却至室温,切边成型,切除的废边放入步骤2)中重复使用;最后对成型产品进行硫化处理,得到成品。本发明能对废旧橡胶进行回收使用,并且生产过程中产生的废弃物均可以重复利用,经济环保,降低了生产成本。

本发明涉及橡胶制备方法领域,具体是一种废旧橡胶环保加工方法。
背景技术
橡胶是指具有可逆形变的高弹性聚合物材料,在室温下富有弹性,在很小的外力作用下能产生较大形变,除去外力后能恢复原状。橡胶属于完全无定型聚合物,它的玻璃化转变温度低,分子量往往很大,大于几十万。
早期的橡胶是取自橡胶树、橡胶草等植物的胶乳,加工后制成的具有弹性、绝缘性、不透水和空气的材料。高弹性的高分子化合物。分为天然橡胶与合成橡胶二种。天然橡胶是从橡胶树、橡胶草等植物中提取胶质后加工制成;合成橡胶则由各种单体经聚合反应而得。橡胶制品广泛应用于工业或生活各方面。
现有的废旧橡胶一般直接当作生活垃圾处理,不管是焚烧还是掩埋都会对环境造成影响。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种废旧橡胶环保加工方法,能对废旧橡胶进行回收使用,并且生产过程中产生的废弃物均可以重复利用,经济环保,降低了生产成本。
本发明包括以下步骤:
1)将收集的材料进行清洁处理;
2)切碎,放入酸化剂,高温溶解;
3)冷却至室温,切边成型,切除的废边放入步骤2)中重复使用;
4)对成型产品进行硫化处理,得到成品。
进一步改进,步骤1)所述的清洁处理包括以下过程,
1.1)高压水枪冲刷3-5min;
1.2)弱酸水浸泡30-60min;
1.3)清水冲刷,冲刷后的废水收集后通入步骤1.1)的高压水枪中重复使用;
1.4)烘干。
进一步改进,所述的酸化剂稀硫酸或者氢氟酸。
本发明有益效果在于:能对废旧橡胶进行回收使用,并且生产过程中产生的废弃物均可以重复利用,经济环保,降低了生产成本。

1)将收集的材料进行清洁处理;
2)切碎,放入酸化剂,高温溶解;
3)冷却至室温,切边成型,切除的废边放入步骤2)中重复使用;
4)对成型产品进行硫化处理,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的废旧橡胶环保加工方法,其特征在于:步骤1)所述的清洁处理包括以下过程,
1.1)高压水枪冲刷3-5min;
1.2)弱酸水浸泡30-60min;

1.4)烘干。
