本发明涉及一种混凝土搅拌设备,特别涉及一种泥浆重复搅拌器。
背景技术
在建筑领域,在水泥浆运输和使用的过程中,水泥浆要要一直搅拌,否则水泥浆会产生沉淀甚至凝固,在海上石油天然气和天然气资源的勘探、开采过程中需要到海上钻井作业,中间需要大量的水泥浆,在使用之前,需要充分的搅拌,搅拌效果直接影响到水泥成型的质量;申请号:CN201420768293.3,名字:一种泥浆搅拌器,该对比文件能够在搅拌过程中形成两股沿着螺旋叶轮旋向转动的对流而发生碰撞,但是碰撞和对流的方向只发生在垂直于搅拌轴轮的方向上,而搅拌轴轮的轴线上没有泥浆对流和碰撞的,所以搅拌效果不能保证,甚至泥浆被螺旋的桨叶往前送的时候,泥浆无法排出,挤压的泥浆会对桨叶产生发作用力,容易破坏搅拌轴轮。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点与不足,提供一种能够排出泥浆,对排出的泥浆重复搅拌,并且在搅拌的过程中,泥浆受到搅拌轴线上的冲击,增加泥浆的扰动,从而保证搅拌效果的泥浆重复搅拌器。
本发明的目的通过下述技术方案实现:泥浆重复搅拌器,包括搅拌桶,设置在搅拌桶里的两个横卧且旋转方向相反的左搅拌轴和右搅拌轴,左、右搅拌轴上分别设置有左、右螺旋叶轮,所述左、右搅拌轴通过设置在搅拌桶外的马达带动,马达与左、右搅拌轴之间设有减速机构,所述搅拌桶上方设有投料口,所述搅拌桶底面分别设有回料口和出料口,以减速机构的位置为起始段,所述左螺旋叶轮分为前左螺旋叶轮和后左螺旋叶轮,其中,前左螺旋叶轮的螺纹方向与后左螺旋叶轮的螺纹方向相反,同理,右螺旋叶轮为前右螺旋叶轮和后右螺旋叶轮,其中,前右螺旋叶轮的螺纹方向与后右螺旋叶轮的螺纹方向相反,前左螺旋叶轮与前右螺旋叶轮的螺纹方向相反,后左螺旋叶轮与后右螺旋叶轮的旋转方向相反,所述出料口设置在前左螺旋叶轮、后左螺旋叶轮连接处或者前右螺旋叶轮、后右螺旋叶轮连接处下方,所述回料口设置在前左螺旋叶轮或者前右螺旋叶轮的开始端,所述出料口、回料口通过设置在搅拌桶底下的连通槽连接,所述连通槽底面设有一个推动泥浆从连通槽进入回料口的泥浆泵。
优选的,所述减速机构包括齿轮箱、设置在左搅拌轴前端的左齿轮、设置右搅拌轴前端的右齿轮以及连接泥浆泵输入轴的从动滚轮,所述右齿轮后端设有通过皮带与从动滚轮连接的主动滚轮,所述齿轮箱包括箱体、设置在箱体里并与马达连接的主动齿轮、与主动齿轮面接的从动齿轮,所述从动齿轮的齿数大于主动齿轮的齿数,所述从动齿轮的后端连接右齿轮的前端。
优选的,所述泥浆泵包括气缸体、与泥浆泵输入轴连接的曲轴、与曲轴面接的连杆以及连杆上方的活塞,所述活塞顶部设有一个与连通槽的底面密封连接的弹性阀体;活塞伸出时候,所述弹性阀体突出连通槽的底面并把泥浆推入回料口,活塞收回时候,弹性阀体与连通槽底面平齐。
优选的,以出料口为起点,所述连通槽的角度为倾斜向下。
优选的,所述前左螺旋叶轮、后左螺旋叶轮的长度比为2:1,同理,所述前右螺旋叶轮、后右螺旋叶轮的长度比为2:1。
优选的,所述搅拌桶内表面设有分别依照左螺旋叶轮、右螺旋叶轮旋转方向相适应的漩涡流道。
本发明相对于现有技术具有如下的优点及效果:
1、所述前左螺旋叶轮的螺纹方向与后左螺旋叶轮的螺纹方向相反,同理,右螺旋叶轮为前右螺旋叶轮和后右螺旋叶轮,其中,前右螺旋叶轮的螺纹方向与后右螺旋叶轮的螺纹方向相反,当左搅拌轴、右搅拌轴旋转方向相反时候,左搅拌轴、右搅拌轴周围产生初次扰动,并在出料口处产生极大的漩涡,并带来二次扰动,两次扰动能够大大促进搅拌的效果。
2、泥浆经过一次搅拌后,通过出料口排出,并在泥浆泵的推送下进入回料口,进行再一次的搅拌,从而使泥浆在搅拌的过程中的向前流动的,泥浆能够重复进行初次扰动、二次扰动,搅拌效果更佳。

具体实施方式
下面结合实施例及附图对本发明作进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式不限于此。
如1以及图2所示的泥浆重复搅拌器,包括搅拌桶1,设置在搅拌桶1里的两个横卧且旋转方向相反的左搅拌轴2和右搅拌轴3,左搅拌轴2、右搅拌轴3上分别设置有左螺旋叶轮4、右螺旋叶轮5,所述左搅拌轴2、右搅拌轴3通过设置在搅拌桶1外的马达6带动,马达6与左搅拌轴2、右搅拌轴3之间设有减速机构7,马达6的速度经过减速机构7后,速度下降并匀速带动左搅拌轴2和右搅拌轴3。所述搅拌桶1上方设有投料口8,所述搅拌桶1底面分别设有回料口9和出料口10,以减速机构7的位置为起始段,所述左螺旋叶轮4分为前左螺旋叶轮4a和后左螺旋叶轮4b,其中,前左螺旋叶轮4a的螺纹方向与后左螺旋叶轮4b的螺纹方向相反,同理,右螺旋叶轮5为前右螺旋叶轮5a和后右螺旋叶轮5b,其中,前右螺旋叶轮5a的螺纹方向与后右螺旋叶轮5b的螺纹方向相反,前左螺旋叶轮4a与前右螺旋叶轮5a的螺纹方向相反,后左螺旋叶轮4b与后右螺旋叶轮5b的旋转方向相反。当左搅拌轴2、右搅拌轴3转动时候,由于方向相反,泥浆在前左螺旋叶轮4a周围、前右螺旋叶轮5a周围形成两股对流,对流在两者中间发生碰撞而产生初次扰动;泥浆在前左螺旋叶轮4a和前右螺旋叶轮5a的推动下向后流动,由于后左螺旋叶轮4b的螺纹方向与前左螺旋叶轮4a的螺纹方向相反,后右螺旋叶轮5b的螺纹方向与前右螺旋叶轮5a的螺纹方向相反,后方的泥浆会反向折回,在后左螺旋叶轮4b与前左螺旋叶轮4a连接处、后右螺旋叶轮5b与前右螺旋叶轮5a连接处发生极大的漩涡,从而产生极大的二次扰动,促进了搅拌的效果。
所述出料口10设置在前左螺旋叶轮4a、后左螺旋叶轮4b连接处或者前右螺旋叶轮5a、后右螺旋叶轮5b连接处下方,当发生漩涡的时候,出料口10对连接处的压力进行排压,一方面有利于泥浆的排出,另一方面,防止压力剧升,并形成对所述左螺旋叶轮4、右螺旋叶轮5的保护。所述回料口9设置在前左螺旋叶轮4a或者前右螺旋叶轮5a的开始端,所述出料口10、回料口9通过设置在搅拌桶1底下的连通槽11连接,所述连通槽11底面设有一个推动泥浆从连通槽11进入回料口9的泥浆泵12,进入回料口9的泥浆重新被前左螺旋叶轮4a、前右螺旋叶轮5a推送到后方,此过程中重新被扰动,增加搅拌的效果。
依照图3,所述减速机构7包括齿轮箱7a、设置在左搅拌轴2前端的左齿轮7b、设置右搅拌轴3前端的右齿轮7c以及连接泥浆泵12的输入轴13的从动滚轮7d,所述右齿轮7c后端设有通过皮带7e与从动滚轮7d连接的主动滚轮7f:主动滚轮7f通过皮带7e带动从动滚轮7d从而带动泥浆泵12运转。所述齿轮箱7a包括箱体7a-1、设置在箱体7a-1里并与马达6连接的主动齿轮7a-2、与主动齿轮7a-2面接的从动齿轮7a-3,所述从动齿轮7a-3的齿数大于主动齿轮7a-2的齿数,从而把马达6的速度减少并通过从动齿轮7a-3输出,所述从动齿轮7a-3的后端连接右齿轮7c的前端,从动齿轮7a-3带动右齿轮7c旋转。
依照图4、图5,所述泥浆泵12包括气缸体12a、与泥浆泵12的输入轴13连接的曲轴12b、与曲轴12b面接的连杆12c以及连杆12c上方的活塞12d,所述活塞12d顶部设有一个与连通槽11的底面密封连接的弹性阀体12e;活塞12d伸出时候(图4中显示),所述弹性阀体12e突出连通槽11的底面并把泥浆推入回料口9,活塞12d收回时候(图5中显示),弹性阀体12e与连通槽11底面平齐,泥浆进入弹性阀体12e上部空间,为下一回合做好准备。
以出料口10为起点,依照出料口10往回料口9的方向看,所述连通槽11的角度为倾斜向下,从而有利于出料口10处的泥浆的排出。
由于泥浆依照前左螺旋叶轮4a、前右螺旋叶轮5分别向后左螺旋叶轮4b、后右左螺旋叶轮5b的方向运动,依泥浆运动方向:前方的泥浆的数量大于后方的泥浆数量,从而同时推送更多数量的泥浆,平衡各处的泥浆数量,所述前左螺旋叶轮4a、后左螺旋叶轮4b的长度比为2:1,同理,所述前右螺旋叶轮5a、后右螺旋叶轮5b的长度比为2:1。
依照图6,为了配合左螺旋叶轮4周围、右螺旋叶轮5周围产生的对流,有利泥浆的向前运动,所述搅拌桶1内表面设有分别依照左螺旋叶轮4、右螺旋叶轮5旋转方向相适应的漩涡流道1a。

1.泥浆重复搅拌器,包括搅拌桶,设置在搅拌桶里的两个横卧且旋转方向相反的左搅拌轴和右搅拌轴,左、右搅拌轴上分别设置有左、右螺旋叶轮,所述左、右搅拌轴通过设置在搅拌桶外的马达带动,马达与左、右搅拌轴之间设有减速机构,所述搅拌桶上方设有投料口,其特征在于:所述搅拌桶底面分别设有回料口和出料口,以减速机构的位置为起始段,所述左螺旋叶轮分为前左螺旋叶轮和后左螺旋叶轮,其中,前左螺旋叶轮的螺纹方向与后左螺旋叶轮的螺纹方向相反,同理,右螺旋叶轮为前右螺旋叶轮和后右螺旋叶轮,其中,前右螺旋叶轮的螺纹方向与后右螺旋叶轮的螺纹方向相反,前左螺旋叶轮与前右螺旋叶轮的螺纹方向相反,后左螺旋叶轮与后右螺旋叶轮的旋转方向相反,所述出料口设置在前左螺旋叶轮、后左螺旋叶轮连接处或者前右螺旋叶轮、后右螺旋叶轮连接处下方,所述回料口设置在前左螺旋叶轮或者前右螺旋叶轮的开始端,所述出料口、回料口通过设置在搅拌桶底下的连通槽连接,所述连通槽底面设有一个推动泥浆从连通槽进入回料口的泥浆泵;所述前左螺旋叶轮、后左螺旋叶轮的长度比为2:1,同理,所述前右螺旋叶轮、后右螺旋叶轮的长度比为2:1;所述搅拌桶内表面设有分别依照左螺旋叶轮、右螺旋叶轮旋转方向相适应的漩涡流道。
