本发明公开了一种既环保又便于更换减振弹簧的振动筛,它包括有筛箱及其筛壳,在筛箱的两侧外壁上前后上部分别安装有一个弹簧压座,在筛壳的两侧内壁上前后分别安装有与筛箱上各弹簧压座相对应配合的弹簧支撑座,在各弹簧支撑座内分别安装有一个减振弹簧,在各弹簧支撑座对应处的筛壳外壁上分别开有一个方便更换减振弹簧的窗口。直接将筛箱经弹簧座安装在筛壳内,取消了筛架,更换弹簧时只要打开筛壳上的窗口,将筛箱轻微吊起,就可拿出减振弹簧进行更换,不但环保而且重量轻,节省成本,更换减振弹簧省工省时。

技术领域
本发明涉及振动筛,特别是一种既环保又便于更换减振弹簧的振动筛。
背景技术
现有的环保振动筛,减振弹簧都是竖直安装在筛箱与筛架之间,然后再将筛箱整体用筛壳密封。这种环保振动筛,不但结构复杂,重量重,成本高,而且更换减振弹簧时很不方便,费工费时。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既环保又便于更换减振弹簧的振动筛。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的,它包括有筛箱及其筛壳,在筛箱的两侧外壁上前后上部分别安装有一个弹簧压座,在筛壳的两侧内壁上前后分别安装有与筛箱上各弹簧压座相对应配合的弹簧支撑座,在各弹簧支撑座内分别安装有一个减振弹簧,在各弹簧支撑座对应处的筛壳外壁上分别开有一个方便更换减振弹簧的窗口。各弹簧压座分别向外侧下方呈14±3°与筛箱外壁铆接,各弹簧支撑座分别向内侧上方呈14±3°与筛壳内壁铆接。
本发明直接将筛箱经弹簧座安装在筛壳内,取消了筛架,更换弹簧时只要打开筛壳上的窗口,将筛箱轻微吊起,就可拿出减振弹簧进行更换,不但环保而且重量轻,节省成本,更换减振弹簧省工省时。

具体实施方式
结合附图详细描述实施例,它包括有筛箱2及其筛壳3,在筛箱的两侧外壁上前后上部分别安装有一个弹簧压座1,在筛壳的两侧内壁上前后分别安装有与筛箱上各弹簧压座相对应配合的弹簧支撑座4,在各弹簧支撑座内分别安装有一个减振弹簧6,在各弹簧支撑座对应处的筛壳外壁上分别开有一个方便更换减振弹簧的窗口5。各弹簧压座分别向外侧下方呈14±3°与筛箱外壁铆接,各弹簧支撑座分别向内侧上方呈14±3°与筛壳内壁铆接。
安装时只要将筛箱通过各弹簧支撑座直接装入在筛壳内即可。更换减振弹簧时只需要打开各窗口,用航车轻微将筛箱吊起一定高度,拿出弹簧进行更换即可。既不影响筛体的密封性,又省去了筛架,使筛体重量减轻。具有结构简单,成本低,更换弹簧省工省时的优点。

1.一种既环保又便于更换减振弹簧的振动筛,它包括有筛箱及其筛壳,其特征在于:在筛箱的两侧外壁上前后上部分别安装有一个弹簧压座,在筛壳的两侧内壁上前后分别安装有与筛箱上各弹簧压座相对应配合的弹簧支撑座,在各弹簧支撑座内分别安装有一个减振弹簧,在各弹簧支撑座对应处的筛壳外壁上分别开有一个方便更换减振弹簧的窗口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种既环保又便于更换减振弹簧的振动筛,其特征在于:各弹簧压座分别向外侧下方呈14±3°与筛箱外壁铆接,各弹簧支撑座分别向内侧上方呈14±3°与筛壳内壁铆接。
