Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽车空调系统用防菌防腐除味抑菌型过滤器,包括由外至内的初效过滤层、高效PM2.5过滤层、高效吸附层、椰壳活性炭颗粒层和纳米支撑过滤层。该过滤器设计合理,高效过滤来自空气中的各类杂质、灰尘、花粉等,能有效净化PM2.5细微颗粒物;清除驾驶室内甲醛及多种有害气体;能高效吸附、快速消除来自空气中的各类异味和有毒气体;深度抗菌、防腐、除味。该过滤器的透气性可高达1200m3/h,是正常的1.5‑2倍;过滤效率可高达96%,寿命可达同类产品2倍以上。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种过滤器,具体是一种汽车空调系统用防菌防腐除味抑菌型过滤器。
背景技术
空调系统集成了过滤器,该过滤器横向于气流安装,用于将可能在气流中输送的异物移除。汽车空气过滤器过滤效率很高,可以有效地去除肉眼无法看到的细小微尘、TVOC、苯、酚、氨、甲醛、二甲苯、苯乙稀等体有机气体。若细小微粒进入车辆内部后,不仅可能导致汽车乘客过敏,而且它们还可能在空调系统(HVAC系统)内发霉并繁衍细菌,从而使汽车启动空调系统加热或制冷时散发出异味。而汽车空调过滤器不但能一举消除这些异味,还可以消除驾驶员及乘客因细小微粒而产生的过敏问题(如流泪、瘙痒等症状)。但现有过滤器一般采用单层或者是三层含活性炭的过滤结构,其过滤、防菌、防腐、除味、抑菌效果仍需进一步提高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种汽车空调系统用防菌防腐除味抑菌型过滤器,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种汽车空调系统用防菌防腐除味抑菌型过滤器,包括由外至内的初效过滤层、高效PM2.5过滤层、高效吸附层、椰壳活性炭颗粒层和纳米支撑过滤层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述初效过滤层采用聚丙烯抗静电纤维材质。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述高效吸附层包括静电棉层和静电纤维层。
作为本发明进一步的方案:纳米支撑过滤层采用微米级聚丙烯纤维材质。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述初效过滤层、高效PM2.5过滤层、高效吸附层、椰壳活性炭颗粒层和纳米支撑过滤层固定连接复合在一起。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述初效过滤层、高效PM2.5过滤层、高效吸附层、椰壳活性炭颗粒层和纳米支撑过滤层复合后侧面通过侧边复合布密封。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该过滤器设计合理,高效过滤来自空气中的各类杂质、灰尘、花粉等,能有效净化PM2.5细微颗粒物;清除驾驶室内甲醛及多种有害气体;能高效吸附、快速消除来自空气中的各类异味和有毒气体;深度抗菌、防腐、除味;可使空气清新湿润,给车内乘用人员良好的空气环境,保护车内人员的身体健康;该过滤器的透气性可高达1200m3/h,是正常的1.5-2倍;过滤效率可高达96%,寿命可达同类产品2倍以上。

所述初效过滤层1采用聚丙烯抗静电纤维材质;其特点是静电吸附过滤来自空气中的各类杂质、灰尘、花粉等颗粒物,确保清新空气;
所述高效PM2.5过滤层2,采用国际先进的纳米技术,下部采用德国进口环保基布,上部采用聚丙烯熔喷工艺形成与基布完美结合的产品;其特点是高效过滤来自空气中的各类杂质、灰尘、花粉等细微颗粒物,有效净化空气;
所述高效吸附层3包括静电棉层和静电纤维层;其特点是轻松捕捉,高效过滤来自空气中的各类杂质、灰尘、花粉等细微颗粒物,有效净化空气;
所述椰壳活性炭颗粒层4活性炭含量可根据车辆排量的大小不同来做调整;其特点是高效吸附,快速消除俩字空气中的各类异味或有毒空气,抑制细菌生长,有效净化空气,保护身体健康;
纳米支撑过滤层5采用微米级聚丙烯纤维材质;具有锁水效果,可深度抗菌、防腐、除味,使空气清新湿润,且具有耐破强度高,耐热效果好,回弹性和抗腐蚀性好,使用寿命长的特点;
所述初效过滤层1、高效PM2.5过滤层2、高效吸附层3、椰壳活性炭颗粒层4和纳米支撑过滤层5固定连接,复合在一起,且复合后侧面通过侧边复合布实现密封,有效防漏,提高过滤效率。

3.根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调系统用防菌防腐除味抑菌型过滤器,其特征在于,所述高效吸附层(3)包括静电棉层和静电纤维层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调系统用防菌防腐除味抑菌型过滤器,其特征在于,纳米支撑过滤层(5)采用微米级聚丙烯纤维材质。
5.根据权利要求1所述的汽车空调系统用防菌防腐除味抑菌型过滤器,其特征在于,所述初效过滤层(1)、高效PM2.5过滤层(2)、高效吸附层(3)、椰壳活性炭颗粒层(4)和纳米支撑过滤层(5)固定连接复合在一起。
6.根据权利要求5所述的汽车空调系统用防菌防腐除味抑菌型过滤器,其特征在于,所述初效过滤层(1)、高效PM2.5过滤层(2)、高效吸附层(3)、椰壳活性炭颗粒层(4)和纳米支撑过滤层(5)复合后侧面通过侧边复合布密封。
