Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及保健品技术领域,具体涉及一种用于补肾、安眠、排毒的保健品及其制备方法。
背景技术
中医理论讲肾主骨、生髓、藏精通脑,被称为人的先天之本、生命之源。肾不足则出现心悸失眠,健忘多梦,肾阳虚衰,头昏目暗,健忘失眠,阳痿,早泄,女子性欲淡漠,阴道干涩等症。现代医学多数将其归纳为神经衰弱、神经官能症,近代临床研究认为其症状与祖国传统医学名著《金匮要略》中“百合病”相当,随着人类文明的发展,时代的进步,生活节奏的加快和工作压力的加大,使人们经常处于高度紧张的状态,致使大多数人出现肾虚并引发失眠、免疫力下降、体内毒素积累、新晨代谢紊乱等症。
目前对上述病症的治疗使用化学合成药物较多,但因副作用大,并出现依赖性和成瘾性等问题,难以从根本上进行治疗,而且药物也不适宜长期服用,因此,亟需开发一种能够用于补肾、安眠、排毒的保健品。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术,本发明的目的是提供一种用于补肾、安眠、排毒的保健品,该保健品能够起到增强免疫力、补肾护肝、改善睡眠和排毒养颜等作用,而且安全无毒副作用,可以长期服用,能够从根本上治疗肾虚、失眠等症。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
本发明第一方面,提供一种用于补肾、安眠、排毒的保健品组合物,其原料组成为:
虫草6-10份、蜂胶8-12份、鱼骨粉12-18份、灵芝8-12份、四叶参12-18份、紫草12-18份、白首乌8-12份、黄精14-16份、枸杞4-8份、山药8-12份。
在一个优选的实施方案中,所述保健品组合物的原料组成为:
虫草8份、蜂胶10份、鱼骨粉15份、灵芝10份、四叶参15份、紫草15份、白首乌10份、黄精15份、枸杞6份、山药10份。
中药的配伍讲究相须、相使、相畏、相杀、相恶、相反,由于不同的中药之间存在不同的配伍关系,因此在使用两味以上中药时,必须有所选择,充分发挥药物之间相须相使的配伍关系,使产品的临床效果得到显著提高。
本发明的保健品组合物中,虫草为麦角菌科真菌冬虫夏草菌Cordyceps sinensis(Berk.)Sacc.寄生在蝙蝠蛾科昆虫幼虫上的子座和幼虫尸体的干燥复合体,主要活性成分为虫草素、虫草酸、虫草多糖等有益于人体吸收的物质,具有调节免疫系统功能、抗疲劳等多种功效。
优选的,本发明中所使用的虫草为泰山虫草丝,能够滋肺补肾、增强免疫力、抗疲劳、调节肝脏。
蜂胶能够补虚弱,化浊脂,止消渴;外用解毒消肿,收敛生肌。用于体虚早衰,高脂血症,消渴;外治皮肤皲裂,烧烫伤。
鱼骨粉是由鱼在加工后产生的鱼骨经干燥粉碎后制成,主要作为饲料添加剂使用,起到补充钙质和蛋白质的作用。
灵芝为多孔菌科真菌赤芝Ganoderma lucidum(Leyss.ex Fr.)Karst.或紫芝Ganoderma sinense Zhao,Xu et Zhang的干燥子实体。补气安神,止咳平喘。用于心神不宁,失眠心悸,肺虚咳喘,虚劳短气,不思饮食。
四叶参为桔梗科植物四叶参Codonopsis lanceolata Benth.et Hook.f.的根。具有益气养阴,解毒消肿,排脓,通乳之功效。常用于神疲乏力,头晕头痛,肺痈,乳痈,肠痈,产后乳少,白带,疮疖肿毒,喉蛾,瘰疬,毒蛇咬伤。
优选的,本发明所采用的四叶参为泰山四叶参,为泰山四大名药之一,生于泰山深处的岩石缝隙、阴湿山沟、山坡林荫中。蔓长1米,花单生于枝梢或叶腋,叶四片对生,故名四叶参。根块个大似胡萝卜,外皮粗糙、黑黄色,有清热解毒、祛痰镇咳、强壮滋补的作用。浸泡白酒,常饮能舒筋活血、健身补气,被誉为“泰山之宝”。
紫草为紫草科植物新疆紫草Arnebia euchroma(Royle)Johnst.或内蒙紫草Arnebia guttata Bunge的干燥根。清热凉血,活血解毒,透疹消斑。用于血热毒盛,斑疹紫黑,麻疹不透,疮疡,湿疹,水火烫伤。
优选的,本发明所采用的紫草为泰山紫草,产地为山东泰安,为泰山四大名药之一,常用以治疗血热毒盛、疹出不畅、黄疸、丹毒、大便湿闭等症。
白首乌为双子叶植物药萝藦科植物大根牛皮消的块根。滋补肝肾,强壮身体,养血补血,乌须黑发,收敛精气,生肌敛疮,润肠通便。
优选的,本发明所采用的白首乌为泰山白首乌,为泰山四大名药之一,性微温,味甘、苦,具有补肝肾、益精血、强筋骨、乌须发、延寿命之功能,治久病虚弱、贫血、须发早白、慢性风痹、腰膝酸软、性神经衰弱、痔疮、肠出血、阴虚久疟、溃疡久不敛口等症。
黄精为百合科植物滇黄精Polygonatum kingianum Coll.et Hemsl.、黄精Polygonatum sibiricum Red.或多花黄精Polygonatum cyrtonema Hua的干燥根茎。补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾。用于脾胃气虚,体倦乏力,胃阴不足,口干食少,肺虚燥咳,劳嗽咳血,精血不足,腰膝酸软,须发早白,内热消渴。
优选的,本发明所采用的黄精为泰山黄精,属泰山四大名药之一,有滋阴润肺、补脾益气、止喘消咳等功效。
枸杞为茄科植物宁夏枸杞Lycium barbarum L.的干燥成熟果实。滋补肝肾,益精明目。用于虚劳精亏,腰膝酸痛,眩晕耳鸣,阳萎遗精,内热消渴,血虚萎黄,目昏不明。
山药为薯蓣科植物薯蓣Dioscorea opposita Thunb.的干燥根茎。补脾养胃,生津益肺,补肾涩精。用于脾虚食少,久泻不止,肺虚喘咳,肾虚遗精,带下,尿频,虚热消渴。麸炒山药补脾健胃。用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏,白带过多。
本发明的保健品组合中,虫草、枸杞和山药能够滋补肝肾;灵芝、四叶参、紫草、白首乌和黄精能够增强免疫力、抗疲劳和改善睡眠;蜂胶能够排除体内毒素;鱼骨粉能够健全消化器官的运作,增加骨密度,排毒养颜;各组分之间具有明显的协同增效作用,充分发挥了相须相使的配伍关系。方中所选药材配伍相宜,组方精炼,特别是泰山四大名药的组合使用,在功能上相辅相成,各组分配合使用,能够发挥增强免疫力、补肾护肝、改善睡眠和排毒养颜之作用;更为重要的是,现有技术中的鱼骨粉多是用于补钙,而本发明将鱼骨粉、蜂胶和灵芝进行配伍,从而起到排出体内毒素的奇效。保健品组合物中的各原料在药性上相制相佐,无毒副反应,服用安全。
本发明的保健品组合物中,各原料组分是一个有机的整体,缺一不可。发明人在研发过程中发现,减少上述组合物中的任何一种原料组分,或以具有相似药性的原料药对本发明保健品组合物的原料进行替换,则保健品组合物整体的作用效果显著降低;在本发明的保健品组合物的基础上再增加其他的原料组分,保健品组合物的整体效果并未有明显的改善,甚至有保健品组合物的整体效果降低的情况出现。
对于本发明保健品组合物的制备,可以将虫草、蜂胶、灵芝、四叶参、紫草、白首乌、黄精、枸杞和山药粉碎后,然后与鱼骨粉混合。也可以按其他的方法制备而成。但中药成分复杂,一种药材中既有水溶性成分,又有油溶性或醇溶性成分,且有些活性成分在高温下容易失活,因此通过选择合适的提取方法和提取工艺对中药有效成分进行提取分离,可以最大限度的提取出有效成分并保证有效成分的活性,从而保证产品的临床效果。基于此,本发明的第二方面,提供一种上述保健品组合物优选的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将虫草、枸杞和山药粉碎后混合,加入8-12重量倍的水,冷浸30-60min,加热至80-100℃,保温浸提1-2h,提取2-3次,过滤,弃去滤渣,合并滤液;滤液粗滤后再采用膜分离的方法分离出分子量在5000-20000之间的有效部位群,得到提取物I;
(2)将四叶参、紫草、白首乌和黄精,用体积浓度为70-80%的乙醇浸润、提取,对提取液进行浓缩,得到提取物II;
(3)将蜂胶和灵芝粉碎后,然后与鱼骨粉、提取物I和提取物II混合,干燥,即得。
优选的,步骤(2)中,浸润、提取的具体过程为:加入体积浓度为70-80%的乙醇浸润20-40min,然后补加乙醇到药材量的8-10重量倍,加热回流提取1-2h,滤过,收集滤液;药渣中继续加入药材量6-8重量倍的乙醇,加热回流提取1-2h,滤过,收集滤液,合并两次滤液。
优选的,步骤(3)中,所述干燥采用冷冻干燥。
采用上述方法进行制备,能有效融合各组分的优势,达到更好的补肾、改善睡眠、增强免疫力、排毒养颜的功能,且能更好的提取药材的有效成分,有效提高药材的利用率。
上述保健品组合物在制备治疗肾虚、失眠的药物制剂、食品或保健品中的应用也是本发明保护的范围。
本发明第三方面,提供一种用于补肾、安眠、排毒的保健品,由上述保健品组合物和辅料制备而成。
上述保健品可以制成各种剂型,如胶囊剂、片剂、散剂、颗粒剂或口服液等。
所述辅料为药学或食品学中常规辅料,如:甜味剂、崩解剂、润滑剂、黏合剂等。
本发明制成的保健品可通过口服的方式施用于患者。用于口服时,可将其制成常规的固体制剂如片剂、胶囊、粉剂、颗粒剂等,制成液体制剂如水或油悬浮剂其它液体制剂如糖浆、合剂、酏剂等。本发明优选的形式是口服液、片剂、包衣片剂、胶囊、颗粒剂。
本发明用于补肾、改善睡眠、增强免疫力和排毒养颜。本发明的保健品组合物及其保健品的施用量可根据患者年龄、体重、所治疗的疾病的类型和严重程度等变化,口服剂量一般为一次2-4粒,每天两次。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的保健品组合物中各原料相互协调在一起能够最大程度的发挥药效,对肾虚、失眠、体内毒素积累导致的新陈代谢失调等均具有非常好的治疗效果;而且安全无毒副作用,可以长期服用,能够实现对肾虚、失眠等病症的根本性治疗。

为了使得本领域技术人员能够更加清楚地了解本申请的技术方案,以下将结合具体的实施例详细说明本申请的技术方案。
本发明实施例和对比例中所用的试验材料均为本领域常规的试验材料,均可通过商业渠道购买得到。
实施例1:
1.原料组成:
虫草8克、蜂胶10克、鱼骨粉15克、灵芝10克、泰山四叶参15克、泰山紫草15克、泰山白首乌10克、泰山黄精15克、枸杞6克、山药10克。
2.制备方法:
(1)将虫草、枸杞和山药粉碎后混合,加入10重量倍的水,冷浸30min,加热至80℃,保温浸提2h,提取2次,过滤,弃去滤渣,合并滤液;滤液粗滤后再采用膜分离的方法分离出分子量在5000-20000之间的有效部位群,得到提取物I;
(2)将泰山四叶参、泰山紫草、泰山白首乌和泰山黄精粉碎后混合,加入体积浓度为75%的乙醇浸润30min,然后补加乙醇到药材量的10重量倍,加热回流提取2h,滤过,收集滤液;药渣中继续加入药材量8重量倍的乙醇,加热回流提取2h,滤过,收集滤液,合并两次滤液,对滤液进行浓缩,得到提取物II;
(3)将蜂胶和灵芝粉碎后,然后与鱼骨粉、提取物I和提取物II混合,干燥,即得用于补肾、安眠、排毒的保健品组合物。
实施例2:
原料组成:
虫草6克、蜂胶12克、鱼骨粉12克、灵芝12克、泰山四叶参12克、泰山紫草18克、泰山白首乌8克、泰山黄精16克、枸杞4克、山药12克。
制备方法同实施例1,得到用于补肾、安眠、排毒的保健品组合物。
实施例3:
原料组成:
虫草10克、蜂胶8克、鱼骨粉18克、灵芝8克、泰山四叶参18克、泰山紫草12克、泰山白首乌12克、泰山黄精14克、枸杞8克、山药8克。
制备方法同实施例1,得到用于补肾、安眠、排毒的保健品组合物。
实施例4:
将实施例1的保健品组合物按常规方法制备成胶囊剂,规格为0.25克/粒。
对比例1:
本发明人在研发过程中对具有相近药性的多味原料药进行了配伍关系的考察和药效的研究,结果发现,即使某几味原料药之间的药性相似,但与其他不同的原料药配伍使用后,其药效效果差别显著。例如:将实施例1的药物组方中的泰山四叶参、泰山紫草、泰山白首乌和泰山黄精替换为人参、三七、何首乌和茯苓,其余原料药同实施例1;
制备方法同实施例1,得到组合物A。
对比例2:
本发明人在研发过程中还对组方中的原料药组成种类进行了加减优化考察。例如:将实施例1的药物组方中的蜂胶和鱼骨粉省略,其余同实施例1,并按实施例1的方法制备成组合物B。
再例如,在实施例1的药物组方的基础上再增加西洋参、知母和肉苁蓉3味原料药,原料药的用量参照药典中的用量,增加的这3味药与泰山四叶参等四味药一起用乙醇浸润、提取,并按实施例1的方法制备成组合物C。
对比例3:
药物组合物中各原料药的药量是标识药力的,即使方剂的药物组成相同,但若药物的用量各不相同,其药力则有大小之分,配伍关系则有君臣佐使之变,从而其功主治则各有所异。本发明人在研发过程中对药物组合物中的各个原料的含量进行了考察和药效的研究,结果发现,不合适的原料配比关系,其药效效果差别显著。例如:将实施例1中虫草、蜂胶、泰山四叶参、泰山紫草的重量份加倍,将鱼骨粉、泰山白首乌、泰山黄精和枸杞的重量份减半;其他原料的用量同实施例1,并按实施例1的方法制备成组合物D。
对比例4:
组合物的原料组成同实施例1。
制备方法如下:
将虫草、蜂胶、灵芝、泰山四叶参、泰山紫草、泰山白首乌、泰山黄精、枸杞和山药粉碎后,然后与鱼骨粉混合,制成组合物E。
试验例1:安全性试验
1.急性毒性试验:
材料来源:SPF级昆明种小鼠20只,16-20g,雌雄各半。
试验方法:取本发明实施例1制备的保健品组合物25g,加蒸馏水至100mL,经口灌胃小鼠,每次灌胃20mL/kg·BW,24h累积灌胃2次,累计剂量10g/kg·BW(相当于人群推荐日摄入量的300倍)),2周内观察动物中毒表现及死亡症状。
结果及分析:20只小鼠未见明显中毒症状,无死亡,按《食品安全性毒理学评价程序和方法》(2003年版)急性毒性分级,本发明保健品属无毒级。
2.长期毒性试验:
材料来源:SPF级Wistar大鼠80只,65-85g,雌雄各半。
试验方法:随机将80只小鼠分为低、中、高剂量组和对照组,每组20只,雌雄各半。将本发明实施例4制备的保健品加入基础饲料中进行90天喂养实验,连续经口给予13周,每日一次,低、中、高剂量组雄、雌大鼠日摄入量分别为:1.51g/kg·BW、3.05g/kg·BW、6.16g/kg·BW和1.42g/kg·BW、2.87g/kg·BW、5.78g/kg·BW(分别相当于人群推荐日摄入量的46、93、187倍和43、87、175倍)。连续观察90天。
观察指标及结果
一般情况观察:每天观察动物的表现、行为、毒性表现和死亡情况。每周称体重1次,计算每周食物利用率及总的食物利用率。结果各组动物生长发育、活动均正常,无中毒表现和死亡,各组动物每周体重、每周体重增加量、每周进食量和每周食物利用率,及总体重增加量、总进食量和总食物利用率均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。
血液学检查:测定血红蛋白含量(Hgb)、红细胞(RBC)及白细胞(WBC)计数,白细胞分类(淋巴、单核、中性粒、嗜酸、嗜碱)。实验末期血液学的各项指标均在正常值范围内,各组动物血红蛋白、红细胞及白细胞计数、白细胞分类与对照组相比均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。
生化指标测定:测定血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、尿素氮(BUN),胆固醇(CHO)、甘油三酯(TG)、血糖(GLU)、总蛋白(TP)、白蛋白(ALB)、肌酐(CRE)。实验末期试验动物各项生化指标均在正常值范围内,各组动物血生化指标与对照组相比均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。
病理组织检查:取出全部动物的肝脏、肾脏、脾脏、睾丸(或卵巢)、胃及十二指肠,用12%福尔马林固定,石蜡包埋、切片、HE染色,在光镜下进行组织学检查。各主要脏器(心、肝、脾、肺、肾、胃、肠等)均未见有意义的病理改变。
结论:本发明的保健品安全无毒。
试验例2:
1.本发明的保健品组合物对大鼠血清总蛋白的影响
首先制作大鼠血清病型肾炎模型。给予大鼠尾静脉注射小牛血清(白蛋白量35mg/kg),常规饲养7日,第8日收集尿液。用醋酸加热法检测尿蛋白,阳性者选80只大鼠,随机分为8组,其中,阴性对照组不做处理;阳性对照组给予0.2mg/kg的强的松;试验1组给予0.2mg/kg的实施例1制备的保健品组合物;试验2组-试验6组分别给予对比例1-对比例4制备的组合物A-组合物E,给予量均为0.2mg/kg。
将肾炎模型大鼠用乙醚浅麻醉颈动脉取血3000rpm,离心后取血清721分光光度46nm波长下测定其光密度,计算血清总蛋白的含量进行统计学处理评定药物对血清总蛋白含量的影响。结果见表1。

由表1可以看出,试验1组的血清白蛋白含量显著高于阴性对照组,说明其对大鼠血清病型肾炎的蛋白尿具有显著的抑制作用,对肾损伤有改善作用;而试验2组-试验6组的抑制效果不佳。
2.本发明的保健品组合物对性功能低下小鼠性活动力的影响
将体重22~26g雄性小鼠随机分为7组,每组10只;雌性小鼠也分为7组,每组10只。对照组雄性小鼠每日灌胃蒸馏水,试验1组雄性小鼠给予0.2mg/kg的实施例1制备的保健品组合物;试验2组-试验6组分别给予对比例1-对比例4制备的组合物A-组合物E,给予量均为0.2mg/kg。将各组雄性小鼠双后肢用线绳悬吊于水槽上方,槽内盛一定量白开水,使小鼠鼻部接触水面,迫使小鼠抬头挣扎,每日1次,每次30分钟。每日悬吊后将雄鼠与雌鼠按1∶1合笼20分钟,观察雄鼠骑跨或交配雌鼠的潜伏期及次数。
结果发现,试验1组与其他各组相比,潜伏期显著缩短,性行为在20分钟内的次数显著增加。
以上试验结果表明,本发明的保健品组合物具有改善肾功能以及改善动物性功能的作用。
试验例3:
将小鼠随机分为7组,每组20只,雌雄各半,小鼠于试验前在动物房环境中适应4天。然后连续30天经口给予受试样品,其中,试验1组给予0.2mg/kg的实施例1制备的保健品组合物;试验2组-试验6组分别给予对比例1-对比例4制备的组合物A-组合物E,给予量均为0.2mg/kg。阴性对照组给予等量的蒸馏水。
1.抗体生成检测:
小鼠连续给样30天后,将脱纤维绵阳细胞免疫5天后,将每组的10只小鼠颈椎脱臼处死,取脾脏,制成脾细胞悬液,调整细胞浓度为5×106个/ml。将表层培养基(1g琼脂糖加双蒸水100ml)加热溶解后,放入45℃水浴保温,与等量pH7.2-7.4、2倍浓度的Hanks液混合,分装小试管,每管0.5ml,再向管内加入50μl 10%SRBC,20μl脾细胞悬液,迅速混匀,倾倒于已刷琼脂薄层的6cm平皿中,放入二氧化碳培养箱中温育1.5h,然后用SA缓冲液稀释的补体(1:10)加入到平皿中,继续温育1.5h后,计数溶血空斑数。结果见表2。

由表2可以看出,试验1组与其他各组相比,小鼠溶血空斑数显著增加。
2.胸腺指数、脾指数测定
动物连续给样30天后,每鼠称重,将小鼠颈椎脱臼处死,取胸腺、脾脏称重。分别计算胸腺指数和脾指数,结果见表3。

由表3可以看出,试验1组与其他各组相比,小鼠的胸腺指数和脾脏指数均显著增加。
上述试验结果表明,本发明的保健品组合物具有增强免疫力的功能,改变或调整药物组合物的配方,或者改变保健品组合物的制备方法,都会显著降低其增强免疫力的功能。
试验例4:
选用18-22g雄性小鼠70只,随机分为7组,每组10只,小鼠于试验前在动物房环境中适应4天。然后连续30天经口给予受试样品,其中,试验1组给予0.2mg/kg的实施例1制备的保健品组合物;试验2组-试验6组分别给予对比例1-对比例4制备的组合物A-组合物E,给予量均为0.2mg/kg。阴性对照组给予等量的蒸馏水。于末次给药后15min,给各组小鼠腹腔注射50mg.kg-1.b.w戊巴比妥钠,注射量为0.2ml/20g.b.w,以小鼠翻正反射消失1min以上为入睡判断标准,记录给药后60min内各动物的入睡时间鸡睡眠时间,结果见表4。

由表4可以看出,试验1组与其他各组相比,能显著缩短小鼠的入睡时间,延长小鼠的睡眠时间。说明本发明的保健品组合物具有显著的改善睡眠的作用。
临床典型病例:
1.谢某某,男,42岁,企业职员,初诊时间2017年4月23日。主诉:头疼头晕,失眠多梦伴疲倦乏力半年余,记忆力减退,食欲欠佳,面部色斑,现加重十余天。心电图、脑电图、B超、各项化验检查均未发现异常。曾服安眠及调节神经的西药,症状稍缓,没达到根治。观其面色萎黄,精神萎顿,满脸倦态,舌淡苔薄脉沉细。拟诊:脾肾虚弱,服用本发明实施例4制备的胶囊剂,每日两次,每次3粒,连服15天。复诊时精神较好,诉以上症状均有改善,继服15天,病症痊愈,并且精神爽朗,面色红润光泽。
2.刘某,女,36岁,教师,初诊时间2017年5月9日。主诉:腰膝酸软,四肢乏力,失眠多梦2月余。观其面色萎黄,神倦乏力,少气懒言,舌淡齿痕,脉虚细。拟诊:脾肾虚弱证。予本发明实施例4制备的胶囊剂,每日两次,每次3粒,连服30天。半年后随访伴随症状消失,神清气爽。

1.一种用于补肾、安眠、排毒的保健品组合物,其特征在于,其原料组成为:
虫草6-10份、蜂胶8-12份、鱼骨粉12-18份、灵芝8-12份、四叶参12-18份、紫草12-18份、白首乌8-12份、黄精14-16份、枸杞4-8份、山药8-12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保健品组合物,其特征在于,其原料组成为:
虫草8份、蜂胶10份、鱼骨粉15份、灵芝10份、四叶参15份、紫草15份、白首乌10份、黄精15份、枸杞6份、山药10份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保健品组合物,其特征在于,所述四叶参为泰山四叶参,所述紫草为泰山紫草,所述白首乌为泰山白首乌,所述黄精为泰山黄精。
4.权利要求1-2任一项所述的保健品组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将虫草、枸杞和山药粉碎后混合,加入8-12重量倍的水,冷浸30-60min,加热至80-100℃,保温浸提1-2h,提取2-3次,过滤,弃去滤渣,合并滤液;滤液粗滤后再采用膜分离的方法分离出分子量在5000-20000之间的有效部位群,得到提取物I;
(2)将四叶参、紫草、白首乌和黄精,用体积浓度为70-80%的乙醇浸润、提取,对提取液进行浓缩,得到提取物II;
(3)将蜂胶和灵芝粉碎后,然后与鱼骨粉、提取物I和提取物II混合,干燥,即得。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,浸润、提取的具体过程为:加入体积浓度为70-80%的乙醇浸润20-40min,然后补加乙醇到药材量的8-10重量倍,加热回流提取1-2h,滤过,收集滤液;药渣中继续加入药材量6-8重量倍的乙醇,加热回流提取1-2h,滤过,收集滤液,合并两次滤液。
6.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中,所述干燥采用冷冻干燥。
7.权利要求1-3任一项所述的保健品组合物在制备治疗肾虚、失眠的药物制剂、食品或保健品中的应用。
8.一种用于补肾、安眠、排毒的保健品,其特征在于,由权利要求1-3任一项所述的保健品组合物和辅料制备而成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的保健品,其特征在于,所述辅料为崩解剂、润滑剂、甜味剂或黏合剂。
10.根据权利要求8或9所述的保健品,其特征在于,所述保健品的剂型为胶囊剂、片剂、散剂、颗粒剂或口服液。
