背景技术
胶原蛋白是人体组织中含量最丰富的蛋白之一,共分为19型。其中Ⅱ型胶原蛋白(typeⅡcollagen,CⅡ)在人和动物的软骨中含量最为丰富,是透明软骨的主要结构性组分,许多软骨性疾病的发生、发展都与CⅡ的结构或功能异常密切相关。
一般二型胶原蛋白是经高温和酸水解后制成,成品是为变形胶原蛋白,其蛋白质三、四级结构完全遭受到破坏,目前市面上的所有产品皆属此类,但无法诱导低度免疫反应,无法降低发炎和疼痛。

B、将干颗粒用16目筛整颗,将整好的颗粒加入硬脂酸镁放入三维型混合机中混合20分钟-30分钟;
C、压片前按产品工艺计算好的片重上料试压,调整片重调节器,至片重、硬度和崩解时限合格后开始正式开机生产,生产过程中每间隔30分钟抽样10片,检查净含量应≧0.25g/片。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备方法简单,制得的含片保有胶原三股螺旋结构,利用免疫治疗的机制,能缓解关节疼痛与发炎,停止软骨骨骼遭侵蚀、改善关节灵活性、修复软骨,促进骨关节长期健康的功能;其中,添加的大豆肽粉含有多种生物活性肽,具有多种生理活性,包括抗氧化、降血压、降低胆固醇、降血脂、抗疲劳、增强免疫等;添加的低聚果糖能够减少和抑制肠内腐败物质的产生,抑制有害细菌的生长,调节肠道内平衡;能促进微量元素铁、钙的吸收与利用,以防止骨质疏松症;可减少肝脏毒素,能在肠中生成抗癌的有机酸,有显著的防癌功能;添加的木糖醇能促进肝糖元合成,血糖不会上升,对肝病患者有改善肝功能和抗脂肪肝的作用;添加的橘子粉具有降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化等作用,对于预防心血管疾病的发生大有益处,长期服用本发明的含片,能够有效增强人体抵抗力。

本发明制备方法简单,制得的含片保有胶原三股螺旋结构,利用免疫治疗的机制,能缓解关节疼痛与发炎,停止软骨骨骼遭侵蚀、改善关节灵活性、修复软骨,促进骨关节长期健康的功能;其中,添加的大豆肽粉含有多种生物活性肽,具有多种生理活性,包括抗氧化、降血压、降低胆固醇、降血脂、抗疲劳、增强免疫等;添加的低聚果糖能够减少和抑制肠内腐败物质的产生,抑制有害细菌的生长,调节肠道内平衡;能促进微量元素铁、钙的吸收与利用,以防止骨质疏松症;可减少肝脏毒素,能在肠中生成抗癌的有机酸,有显著的防癌功能;添加的木糖醇能促进肝糖元合成,血糖不会上升,对肝病患者有改善肝功能和抗脂肪肝的作用;添加的橘子粉具有降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化等作用,对于预防心血管疾病的发生大有益处,长期服用本发明的含片,能够有效增强人体抵抗力。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (3)
1.一种非变性Ⅱ型胶原蛋白含片,其特征在于:含片组分按重量比列包括如下:非变性Ⅱ型胶原蛋白18%-22%、高钙奶粉16%-18%、大豆肽粉15%-18%、低聚果糖15%-17%、木糖醇15%-18%、橘子粉15%-20%、硬脂酸镁1.5%-2%、薄荷油0.5%-1%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种非变性Ⅱ型胶原蛋白含片,其特征在于:含片组分按重量比列包括如下:非变性Ⅱ型胶原蛋白18%、高钙奶粉16%、大豆肽粉16%、低聚果糖16%、木糖醇16%、橘子粉16%、硬脂酸镁1.5%、薄荷油0.5%。
3.实现权利要求1所述的一种非变性Ⅱ型胶原蛋白含片的制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将非变性Ⅱ型胶原蛋白、高钙奶粉、大豆肽粉低聚果糖、木糖醇和橘子粉分别过80目筛,加入到槽式搅拌机中,再加薄荷油搅拌混合20分钟-30分钟,加入50%乙醇溶液制得适宜的软材,用14目筛制粒,置于热风循环干燥箱内,控制温度在55-65℃,进行干燥,干燥期间不断翻盘,得到干颗粒;
B、将干颗粒用16目筛整颗,将整好的颗粒加入硬脂酸镁放入三维型混合机中混合20分钟-30分钟;
C、压片前按产品工艺计算好的片重上料试压,调整片重调节器,至片重、硬度和崩解时限合格后开始正式开机生产,生产过程中每间隔30分钟抽样10片,检查净含量应≧0.25g/片。
